Octocon is a new app for systems. It's traumacentric and made by traumagenic systems. It also has a discord bot that is a lot easier to use than pk in my opinion. You can also sync your app and the bot so you can edit alters in the app. The app is on android already and coming to IOS soon. Hope this helps some people :)

(If you're in a server, I recommend adding this bot as more people are starting to use it instead of pk and tupperbox)

Hey nashir! We are sorry to hear your host's body is not doing well. Be sure to have them rest and not exert too much energy, to drink plenty of fluids, and eat what they can, and to take medicine if needed. These sort of bodily things can help with illnesses. You can also try to limit any stressors if there are a lot of those around them, that way they can rest.I hope they start to feel better soon! If all else fails, a doctor will be your best bet.
