hi Cube, it's obviously extremelly fucked that these asks were send to your friend and to whoever else may have received them. I wish i could obliterate everyone who sends anon hate no matter who they are, especially this vile, because its one of the most cowardly things you can do on the Internet, meant to cause nothing but harm and give the sender a sense of power over another human being.

and unfortunately it's not news that people who are willing to send these kind of asks are in the community - we know the people who want nothing but chaos and hurt exist on the outskirts of mc.ytblr.

but the truth of the matter is that my friends get vile asks often too, even right now as you mentioned, I've seen them, they're not pretty either. and I don't want to make statements on who is a 'bigger victim' here - I don't think there's a point in that. everyone who receives hate has equal right to be hurt by the hate. I think everyone should be allowed to talk about it or not talk about it, depending on what they want.

the thing that annoys me is the way people immediately jump to attack a group of people because of the fact that someone claims to be from the community. we don't have a way to prove they're not, because they're on anon, and so we're supposed to - just accept the fact that apparently people are now running around with a list of dreblr members warning people to not interact with us?

like, if this is someone from dreblr they know damn well they're not wanted here. they know dreblr is strongly against sending hate.

but if this IS bait, and the freaks have reached the 'sign off anons to throw blame on a specific group of people' level - who's to say it won't go further? and how are we meant to defend ourselves then? how is anyone? this is what I'm worried about, and this is what my post was referring to.

so again, I'm really sorry that this happened to your friend, please let them know neither I or anyone I spoke with and saw talk about the situation would ever in a milion years encourage such actions. we are vocal about denouncing hate whenever the topic pops up. but several issues can coexist at the same time, and I don't think talking about what worries me is equal to not reading the room, especially when the room is a post on my blog with no tags.

thoughts onnn ummm. thoughts on the diff life series rules?

I think they all have their different merits! I have been thinking about them a bit more than usual recently due to _HQ Five Lives organising but I don't really have a set preference in most things I think? I did prefer the 3rd Life version of the red name rules (as I'm sure a lot of us did) because red/green duos <3 beloved <3 but in general I've enjoyed all three series regardless of whatever rule nuances there were/are so I don't really mind that much

c!ranboo isnt a reliable narrator. He Himself often insists, or tries to separate himself from the dream voice, and everyone just kinda takes his word for it. its up for debate how much control ranboo has over himself while in his enderwalk state but we can say for sure that its not some sort of other person or consiousness, mainly bc thats too eerily similar to DID and also bc they do share memories, ranboo just represses them (i assume). i think the dream voice is a part of himself he rejects.

this has taken me like a week to decode because im bad at reading but okay so i think youre right in that muse is a part of ranboo that he rejects, mainly because ranboo both ooc and ic have basically confirmed it, and second im gonna take yet another opportunity to say that every 1st person pov is biast and unreliable to some degree

however the thing i wanna look at here is how much control he has over himself in the enderwalk/roaming state because he seems to be very active with mining somewhere and is very responsive via in game chat with no major deviation from how he normally speaks so im wondering if enderwalking is just him repressing more shit because hes doing something for “evil” purposes, like he doesnt hear muse’s voice much anymore but he traded it for the enderwalk, its like muse is a way to flush out and organise memories and now that muse isnt there anymore and ranboo is still repressing memories it just gets blanked out instead of being saved somewhere
