I got an idea for a radioegg dcom like au

Pomme needs to have a band because of some talent show thingy and she gets a bunch of unlikely guys for her band

She gets the gothic smart senior, dapper, to play the Drums, the rich and popular leonarda to play the guitar, her artist cousin richarlyson to also play the guitar (and also make the logo and art of the band) she also gets the immensely talent daugther of famous rockstar wilbur, tallulah to be the main vocalist of the band (she also plays the flute sometimes)

Pomme plays the keyboard and its the second vocalist of the band

They become a famous band yada-yada i dont have any true story idea for the au just concepts of them being an iconic indie rock band that blends rock music from all arond the world (mainly rock music from México, brazil and france) and them acting like a band in interviews

If i ever made an actual fic with this concept i would take inspiration from lemomade mouth (the best dcom ever) but i dont have any planes in doing it

Yall can use this concept and au idea to make fics and stuff, just give credits of where you got the inspiration okay? (Also give me the link if you ever make, i want to read it lol)

This is mostly gonna be just a rant but it just baffles me how everything Qstudios has done since the beginning of the admins situation is a terrible pr move. So yeah this is just gonna talk how, even if you forget the immoral and potential illegal stuff that went on, I don’t think their strategy is doing any good for the studio’s image.

-Going radio silent publicly and privately : Kinda the original sin of all this mess tbh. This obviously just leaves the space for the ex admins to share their stories, even more so since they have been ignored privately beforehand when they tried to handle things internally. This also allowed for the union to publicly intervene and more ccs talking about it, and actual news article being made on it.

-Leaving the server open : Tbh I get wanting to leave it open, maybe to allow minecraft centered ccs to still make content or maybe because it’d be weird to close it right after new people got in but also I think it would have be better to close it temporarily while they focus on the changes they promised rather than having it getting deserted little by little until it feels like a ghost town. This + also not a good look to have so many npcs online when Q said there would be none until things get better (The current npcs are likely non volunteers, once again not a bad or illegal thing per say but not a good look). Closing it would also have made it so that the reopening would have been a big and probably positive event.

-Welcoming new ccs/new languages : This might just be because of scheduling necessities or whatever and something they couldn’t do later but it still made the community go :/// to get new people while on the flip side you had parts of the fandom leaving because of what was happening. Also not great for the new arrivals to start in such a weird climate, without admins help and with few people online on the server.

-Releasing merch at the worst time possible : This might have been something they couldn’t change, just like the arrival of the Koreans/Hugo, but it still isn’t a good look for them to release egg merch after it came out that some of the egg admins were poorly treated, especially when they haven’t stated clearly that benefits from the merch would go towards paying staff. It’s also not a good look for them to release new discounts every day, barely ten days after release. (Also the Qstudios Twt account retweeting every egg figures announcement except for Pomme will never not make me laugh)

-Making the twitter updates accounts active again : Yes it may just be that they’re using a bot or that it’s the people who are in charge of the Qstudios twitter account posting on it, both of which are not wrong per say. But of course people are gonna wonder if it’s new people being hired, of course speculation will happen when there’s a lack of transparency, of course ex admins are gonna be upset when it seems like things are continuing as if nothing happened, when they were fired without a warning, a thanks or even a sorry.

And now we have the two points that are kinda in a « you fucked up so bad it’s almost funny and I almost feel bad for you guys » category

-« Hey guys out of all the people we exploited and treated poorly you know which ones we’re gonna make eat dirt the most ? Hell yeah the ones that are from a part of the world who literally have a whole cliche about them complaining and rioting for anything and everything. Also happen to be the same ones whose community we alienated for months by sidelining them. Also happen to be a community who, during this time, has grown quite close to our most active community (who are themselves quite mad at us by now) to the point that they are making memes about the two of them being in love with each other. Yeah surely this can only go well »

-« Oh no, people actually really care » : QSMP Fans in general just loved and appreciated all the work the admins did, whether they were twitter admins, builders, actors, writers… This is even more true since the situation also revealed that some admins things people have been most critical on (lore being weirdly interrupted, french being ignored…) were not these admins fault. And of course, you have the eggs admins case. How do you make viewers and ccs alike get SO attached to these kid characters, as if it was their children, while mistreating the people playing them and not expect this to blow up in your face at some point. It’s like you managed to catch lightning in a bottle and then left it to rot thinking this wouldn’t end up badly. Weirdly this one makes me kinda hopeful bc Qstudios kinda HAVE to fix it or else they lose on of their main selling points.

This ending felt kind of frustrating. Dont get me wrong, really liked watching it. But it just felt... too much? And too little at the same time. There were just so many plot points that went unexplained and brushed over, while new mysteries were introduced. It felt like a cliffhanger for a cliffhanger's sake. There was no satisfying ending to Purgatory bc there was no ending. Literally, it didnt end. They announced pt.2 with other people.

And Purgatory was a plot that interrupted MANY other ones. Just so u guys get the picture im listing some of them:

rebellion (etoiles and fit),

soul vultures & grim reaper (bbh),

presidency & nether comeback (forever),

cell's comeback (cellbit, bagi, pac and mike),

Who was the cursed team? The eye didn't mention it once during the ending.

Who is the Eye?

What the organization behind Purgatory is? Was it only 1 entity?

Still no answers abt what is the federation besides the worker hierarchy and that there is something stronger than it.

Still no answers abt Arin or the computers

What did qforever achieve by going to the nether? Was it all for nothing?

What was the Judas book? Was it related to Purgatory?

How did qPac get out of the Nether to go to Purgatory??

What were and what was the purpose of the Mini-mes?

There's certainly more, but these were the ones i remembered. Also, yes, there are theories, implications and semi-confirmations for a lot of these. But no clear direct answer. Just fan work.

There's so much going on. While the regret arc was happening, the mysteries were simpler and the stakes were a lot smaller. We had the fed, the eggs, the island and the codes. That was it. The main goal was to get off the island but now. It ended in a satisfing way bc it was a linear tale that followed naturally and wasnt too long.

Happy pills was also a satisfying arc bc it ended clearly. We got the payoff we needed from it.

With the eggs disappearence arc, we've been suffering for too long. Theres always a new clue. We are always so close but too far. When we think we'll get an answer and a conclusion, we just don't. For the story to have felt complete we needed answers. What we didn't need was a cliffhanger. Another one.

So, in the first 2 days of November;

-Elquackity came back, revealed that he and Quackity are siblings(?), kidnapped Quackity, and took his ticket.

-cc Quackity announced some kind of purgatory event on November 4th, which is seemingly how the islanders are going to get the eggs back. It's also going to be a big turning point in qsmp's story and will likely last a couple days at minimum. Also also it's probably what the tickets are for.

-Baghera and Bad harassed Bagi into helping them with Cellbit. Baghera because she cares about the Fed workers being killed and Bad because he cares about Cellbit. Bagi severely broke down about this.

-Forever teased coming back on November 2nd but delayed it to the 3rd.

-a Day of the Dead event and a Guy Fawkes Night event was announced.

-Fit was coerced into joining the Resistance with the promise of a cool broom. He was sent to fix an abandoned Federation radio tower so the Resistance can use it.

-Fit read a bunch of Resistance books and learned 1 the Resistance doesn't know whose killing the workers but are afraid that one of their spies might be killed 2 they have books on Phil and Bad now and they probably didn't before bc they acknowledge that they'd probably hate them if they knew they control the Codes 3 they want Etoiles to convince Phil and Bad to join them 4 they think Bad was called to this world by someone else, they know he's a demon(and now Fit knows too), they think he causes disasters, and they call him an it a few times.

-Fit showed his chat the password for a chest in his base and waited until tomorrow to open it. Fans thought it was lore. It was just full of minime eggs.

-Pac told Fit that his family is falling apart and he's deathly afraid of Cell. Fit promised to protect him in a very comforting but murderous sounding way.

-Fit stopped himself from telling Pac about the Resistance because they told him to keep them a secret.

-Walter Bob(?) came out of a nether portal covered in the black concrete/dark matter(?), gave Pac a book with coords to another nether portal, and left before the portal broke. Pac went to the portal and went in to save Forever without telling anyone. He got a connection lost screen that said 'Sleep well. The journey may take some time.'

-the Day of the Dead event happened and the dead eggs came back for a few hours. Juanaflippa, Tilin, and Trumpet all had cracks, but they seemed to be the real eggs.

-Baghera bonded with Tilin and Bagi bonded with Trumpet.

-Tina told Bagi that she wanted an egg. They desperately want to adopt Trumpet. I cannot overstate how much Bagi and Trumpet bonded as lonely people.

-poor Juanaflippa had to face her dad treating her like Codeflippa because he's that deep in denial.

-Slime and Cellbit talked about the Feds taking the dead eggs away from them and agreed to have each others backs.

-Cellbit saw Pac's anti-Cell posters, said "fair", and left.

And there's probably even more that I've forgotten.

I think I need to step back from QSMP fr bc seeing an admin playing Benson on Tubbo's stream is making me feel bitter. I miss Sunny. I miss the eggs. But more than that I'm mad for her adm and the other admins who gave gotten nothing but radio silence for nearly a month now. I miss her but also her and the other admins deserve to be treated so much better :/

QSMP Day 48 Lore Summary

It's that time of the day again, everybody, here we go!!!

So to start off the day, we have Fit logging in to find Dapper and Ramón together, so he just decides that, y'know what? Dapper can stay for a playdate. While they're together tho, they receive some strange coordinates they're meant to follow. The coords lead them out into the ocean and, out of nowhere, a mysterious black sign with a smiley face on it appears. Fit is understandably spooked, so he decides to go back home and tries to summon Cucurucho to question them, which actually works.

Fit tries to question Cucurucho about the binary entity, however, Cucurucho expresses confusion at this, saying they don't know what Fit is talking about and that they had no hand in the attack to the eggs. Fit theorises Cucurucho either truly doesn't know this binary entity exists or straight up doesn't want to admit it does because they don't want it to be known it's causing problems to the Federation since they want to protect the eggs. (They also pretty much confirmed they're non binary since they asked what a pronoun is when Fit asked them, just thought I'd let you know okay-).

Fit goes to visit Philza and tells him everything that has happened, then starts theorising with him, and is surprised to find out Phil has his own theories, especially since he believes Cucurucho and the binary entity might be one and the same (due to him watching the admin changing skins, whether this was intended or a coincidence remains unknown at the moment). Fit believes Philza would make a good addition to the theorists club and wants to tell Maxo about it.

Speaking of which, Maxo logs in a while later and checks if anyone has answered his radio message (no one has) and is later visited by Philza, with whom he shares some theories regarding Cucurucho, the Federation and the binary entity, as well as the codes they've been given since the very beginning (the Morse code that translated to "look for a way out", the binary code name of the entity which keeps changing to different stuff, etc).

Later on, Bad would visit Maxo to get his egg back and also to theorise even some more and try to convince him to get into a pyramid scheme, because these two can't ever give it a rest. It seems like they're also suspicious of the true purpose of the eggs, even if they love them, because they're not sure if the Federation aren't trying to use them to spy on them or control them. Bad will also later theorise that Cucurucho can turn invisible, as well as he'll find yet another black sign reading "Well done", not ominous at all!

But in between all of this we will have a party at Quackity's new house which is in Foolish's dragon's tongue, much to Foolish's dismay. At least he will have Roier's castle if he and Bobby die? Also, Leonarda started a shop and Foolish invited everyone to its inauguration!!

Aside of that though, and going back to the theories, Bad now believes it would be wise to pretend to love the island in order to keep Cucurucho in check, something he will tell Forever later. Speaking of Cucurucho they seem to be very desperate to make sure no one wants to leave the island, as they immediately asked Roier what his problem was when he expressed his desire to leave and quickly tried to find a solution. What the reason for that might be? Who knows...

It’s pouring outside.

The usual sunny weather in Quesadilla Island is nowhere to be seen today. Which in normal circumstances would be nice. Sitting in front of a window watching the droplets hitting the patio, while your dads cook dinner for everyone to enjoy later in the evening. Unfortunately those times are over. For now at least.

Ramòn stares at the little fire he manage to make, with the only dry wood he quickly snatched before the rain drenched it. His clothes are all wet and dirty, his bandana ripped a bit when it got stuck on a branch and worse of all, his backpack.

Everything was going well before all this. He was walking towards the direction of the radio station that Fit showed him before he disappeared, but of course he had to come across some Federation workers. From their surprised expressions it didn’t look like they were scouts trying to find them, but it still didn’t stop them from running after him once they realized who he was.

He managed to quickly hide underneath a root of a massive tree, but he was still in danger. He could hear the Federation workers talking to each other not far away. There is three of them... maybe he could risk it and incapacitate them?

He hears them closing in to his location and pulls out his sword. Fit trained him to be able to defend himself, he knows what to do. He has a mission to fulfil he can’t waste time with them. Ramòn slowly crawls back from underneath the root making sure nobody can see him. He stands behind a tree and tightens his grip on his sword, as soon as he hears them he gets in position to attack-

Suddenly screams can be heard and Ramòn quickly hides again startled.

What? What is going on?

The little egg peeks from the side of the tree and the last thing he imagined was to see two little crows attacking the Federation Workers. The little creatures were vicious against the three workers, pecking them mainly on the face and arms. Then he notices what they were actually doing. While the slightly bigger one of the two was busy attacking, the other one was quickly stealing their communicators and weapons, throwing them off a ditch nearby. For being smaller, that crow sure was fast.

Luckily for the crows (and himself) the workers did not stay long, after a couple of falls they finally run away leaving them alone.

His shoulders finally relax and he looks at the crows. They are on a lower branch and the smaller bird looks like it’s checking the other pecking it around. He is not an expert but the two crows look smaller from the ones he often saw around Tio Phil. Maybe they are young? Would explain it. They also have little differences making it easy to difference them, aside for their size. The smaller one has a flufflier head and under the sun he can see a purplish shade on its feathers while the bigger one has a circular lighter colored shape around its stomach.

Ramòn circles the tree and slowly approaches the two crows. He doesn’t know why they attacked the workers, but for some weird reason deep down his heart, he knew he could trust them.

Close enough to reach them, the two little crows hop from the branch to his shoulders. One on each. And he freezes to not spook them.

“Hello crows.. do I know you? I don’t remember feeding any... did someone send you?” He feels the smaller crow move and he turns his head to it.

Oh.

He feels its little fluffy head delicately peck his forehead. Immediately a memory of his sister, Tallulah, kissing his head flashes in his mind. She would always comfort his siblings like that. Ramòn was not much of an open feeling person, so when one day he accidentally showed that vulnerable part to his sister she immediately did her best to make him comfortable without ever making fun or push into it.

He treasures that memory close.

The two crows get off his shoulders and start flying around him. He tries to look at them a bit better but with the way they are moving it’s a bit hard. The little’s crow fluffy head, the purple, the bigger one’s peculiar lighter patch around its stomach. There is also this weird feeling in his heart.

Ramòn eyes widen.

“Are you-!” The crows caw at him in what it looks like a laughter and then fly away. “ Wait!” He starts running but soon he loses sight of both of them. Was he wrong? No that can’t be... but how..

A loud thunder brings him out if his thoughts.

So here he is. Sitting in front of the fire, inside a small cave, trying to warm himself up. Ramòn looks to his right where his belongings sit trying to dry themselves from the rain, in particular he stares at his laptop. Luckily it didn’t get wet but as he already said before, luck was not on his side today, so of course while he was running away he slipped, and falling he heard a crack coming from his backpack and checking the laptop he saw that the screen got damaged, making 3\4 of it impossible to see.

The little egg puts his legs close to his chest and snacks on the protein bar that luckily did not get wet. With this big inconvenience his plan will have to halt for a bit. He had a lot of information on his laptop and this will make it hard for him to access it, so now he has to find another one to transfer all his information on it.

Ramòn checks his clothes and deeming them dry enough puts them on and lays down. That pc was very dear to him. Fit gave it to him one day out of nowhere, it shocked him. When he asked him where did he get it, he simply laughed it off saying he got it at work. The thing is Ramòn knows what Federation technology looks like.. and that was not a Federation laptop. So where did his dad get it? At first he thought maybe his “Boss” got him it, but he they barely were able to contact him let alone receiving gifts like that. Then probably in his other secret location?

The storm is getting harsher. Ramòn lays down his sleeping bag further into the cave and gets into it. He can’t do anything now anyway. Tomorrow when the storm stops(hopefully) he will continue travelling towards the radio station and use the computer he saw there. For now it’s best to rest.. it has been an eventful day.

Please feel free to delete this ask if you don't feel like answering for any reason, but do you know if Antonie has stated that he's part of or had asked to be part of the restructuring team, or if he's just waiting on a statement like most of us? He shouldn't have had to ask, given the fact that the French got done the dirtiest in this whole mess and deserve to have a say in the changes being made, but between it looking like most of the other ccs have about the same amount info that we do, and seeing rumors that Pierre said on stream yesterday he's been in contact with Pomme's admin and she'll be coming back *when* the other eggs do, not if (though idk how accurate that is, as I both don't speak French and didn't catch the stream, so I'm working off tweets/posts about the comment), I wonder if this is a sign things are seriuously breaking down behind the scenes, or just an instance of things being considered on a need-to-know basis by the team and accidentally making things worse by going radio silent with anyone not explicitly in the team thats trying to fix everything (which is still not a good look, but there's at least a glimmer of hope it could be fixed if they actually wise up and start talking to people)

(Also, I hope this doesn't come off as me trying to discredit anything, if this is truly the final straw for Antonie or any of the other french ccs/team members, I'll be sad to see them go but glad they're finally informed of the situatiom and confident enough to be loud about it and publicly draw a line after all the abuse they've unjustly had to put up with, both within the team and from the qsmp community at large just being terrible, and I hope they get the restitution they deserve.)

(Also also, thank you for taking the time to post about things from the french side of the situation to keep the rest of us informed, I can't imagine how exhausting it must be given how the qsmp fanbase can act. Much love from this random internet stranger lmao)

All I know from antoine’s stream is that right before Lea went public, the french ccs had seen a file she made detailing the various issues and were planning in return to send a long letter to Quackity to share their concerns. Didn’t do it because she spoke up before that but they were still planning to talk with Quackity about it (this was from his stream two weeks ago idk how things are now, he only said today that he had no update and things weren’t looking bright)

I have no idea how involved he or any other cc is right now with the process but since he did say very publicly that unless he was shown concrete proof of positive change he would never come back to the server made me assume they would update him a bit ?

I can’t speculate about what’s going on but idk shit lmao just that so far there has been very few green flags. I know it takes time to make such big changes but when the first step they take doesn’t seem promising u kinda have to worry

Istill truly wishes that everything can be fixed for everyone’s benefit but atp give me something to trust :/
