With just the right amount of spices and toppings, these Mexican Ground Beef Tacos are full of flavor. A quick and tasty meal for taco fans!
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp chili powder. 1/2 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup black beans, drained and rinsed. 1/2 cup corn kernels. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped. 8 small taco shells. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Sour cream, salsa, and lime wedges for serving.
Instructions: In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add chopped onions and minced garlic, and saut until onions are translucent. Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn kernels. Cook until heated through. Stir in chopped cilantro, then remove from heat. Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave according to package instructions. Fill each taco shell with the beef mixture, top with shredded cheddar cheese, and serve with sour cream, salsa, and lime wedges.

Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons blackened seasoning. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 8 small flour tortillas. 2 cups shredded lettuce. 1 cup diced tomatoes. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro. 1/2 cup sour cream. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 lemon, juiced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the peeled and deveined shrimp with the blackened seasoning. Make sure the shrimp are well coated. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, minced garlic, and lemon juice to make the creamy garlic-lemon sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for about 20 seconds until they are pliable. To assemble the tacos, spoon some of the creamy garlic-lemon sauce onto each tortilla. A quick and flavorful Indian-inspired shrimp dish cooked in a pressure cooker with a rich and creamy butter sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 2 tablespoons butter. 1 onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon ginger paste. 1 teaspoon ground turmeric. 1 teaspoon ground cumin. 1 teaspoon ground coriander. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1 cup tomato puree. 1 cup coconut milk. Salt to taste. Fresh cilantro leaves, for garnish.
Instructions: Put the pressure cooker on "saut" and melt the butter. Chop up the onions and garlic and mix them with the ginger paste. Cook the onions until they become clear. Put the paprika, cumin, coriander, and turmeric in the pan. Mix things together well. Add the coconut milk and tomato puree. Mix everything together well. Put the shrimp in the pressure cooker and stir them around to cover them with the sauce. Turn on high pressure for 3 minutes and then close the lid. When you're done, manually let go of the pressure. Add salt to taste, and at the end, decorate with fresh cilantro leaves.

Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on the size of your air fryer. Air fry the potatoes at 400F 200C for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket or stirring the potatoes halfway through the cooking time, until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot as a delicious side dish or snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients: 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced. 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut into chunks. 1 onion, diced. 1 bell pepper, diced. 2 celery stalks, diced. 3 cloves garlic, minced. 1 can 14 oz diced tomatoes. 1 cup long-grain white rice. 1 1/2 cups chicken broth. 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon thyme. 1/2 teaspoon oregano. 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper to taste. 2 green onions, chopped for garnish.
Instructions: Turn on the Instant Pot and select 'Saute.' Add sliced sausage and cook until browned. Remove excess fat if needed. Add chicken chunks and cook until browned on all sides. Add diced onion, bell pepper, celery, and minced garlic. Saute until vegetables are tender. Add diced tomatoes, rice, chicken broth, Cajun seasoning, thyme, oregano, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir well. Cancel the 'Saute' function. Close the Instant Pot lid and set the vent to 'Sealing.' Select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' and set the timer for 8 minutes at high pressure. Once the cooking is complete, allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release for any remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid and fluff the jambalaya with a fork. Let it sit for a few minutes to absorb any remaining liquid. Serve the Instant Pot Jambalaya hot, garnished with chopped green onions. Enjoy your quick and delicious Instant Pot Jambalaya!
