I’m thankful to God for these healthy and delicious foods!! This is a quinoa bowl I made for the first time! I seasoned the quinoa with salt, vegan butter, and garlic powder. Then I added refried beans (I love the Ducal brand), mashed avocado, corn, and a salsa/pico de gallo mix (from @goyafoods)! Then on the side I have vegan popcorn chicken (from @morningstarfarms) which is AMAZING, and then some sesame seed crackers (from @crunchmastercrackers), but I forgot what flavor it was lol (maybe the regular sea salt one). Then there are teriyaki stir fried vegetables (from @yourtaylorfarms) which is also so good!! For the dipping sauce in the middle, it was the Polynesian Sauce from @chickfila!!
