My personal take on ancients based on the graffiti within the game itself! This is merely for fun really nothing too solid but I tried my best to stay grounded within possibility :) Hopefully the image quality is okay, Tumblr is very broken on my end xl.. also ignore any typos I’mmm too lazy to rly fix any of it since this was just for shits n giggles

I never envisioned Ancients being too bigger than puppets, just slightly larger bc I think they'd be cocky enough to want to feel bigger/superior than their creation.

Finally did some doodles of my rainworld oc, The Coward!

The Coward is a rather meek and unimpressive scavenger that found himself amazed from watching a slugcat fight and survive. While he and all of his tribe seemed to struggle for survive despite their large numbers, a slugcat, so small and frail, seemed to do it so effortlessly. He stole a vulture mask they left behind, and has held onto it ever since, believing it to be almost a good luck charm or treating it as something to boost his confidence. Despite this mask though, he remains the most nervous of his group and tries to hide from fights as much as he can.

five pebbles really is the character of all time huh

he’s an incredibly vast biomechanical god, he’s a like 2ft tall muppet, his associated colour is cyan but he’s bright pink, he’s a video game level, he’s just a little guy, a little birthday boy, he loves his family, he hasn’t talked to any of them in a very long time, he has terminal brain cancer, it looks like blue spaghetti, he loves his sister, he killed his sister, he’s That person on discord, he’s a history nerd, he’s stuck in a box that is also himself, he’s incomprehensibly intelligent, he’s a total dumbass, he talks to small animals, he can fry your brain instantly, he’s suicidal, he doesn’t want to die, he’s so very, very big, but so very very small, he’s a thematic demonstation of a colossal, uncaring world, he’s just another victim of that world in the end

A few notes on operators. Basically an AU where operators were made to help out with more difficult and precise tasks. Moss here was made for difficult repairs and maintenance in tight and difficult to reach places, specifically on superstructures, though they did work on other mechanical stuff as well, such as gates and shelters.

Now if anyone is interested in this, they are completely free to make, and very customizeable. Have fun!

Walking iterator design! Inspired by @capricoopla 's mobile iterators! I went for more of a mix between a few different things- namely nosk from Hollow Knight! It was supposed to look like a massive spider but it kinda looks like a fucked up giraffe weevil.

The body being built more akin to a spider allows for the neurons the iterators need to be stored somewhere safe and protected- the abdomen! Aka their massive spider booty. It can hold a TON of neurons- albeit very very cramped with minimal space for the neurons to move. This DOES affect the iterators- making them experience mood swings, constant spaghetti string thoughts™, and memory jumbling, but it allows for them to stay properly sapient and allows them to keep their memories and processing power.

The thorax (the part the head is connected to) is the main powering system. Inside isa leftover refraction cell- being inputted into a much smaller scale heart. The section it's hooked up to regulates the "voltage" being put out- that way the entire thing doesn't explode from an overload. The refraction cell is how the entire body is able to move in the first place!

The body is very heavy and sturdy, being able to withstand the rain if needed.its also covered in vents from its ventilation, as well as some addition steam valves to let trapped vapor from its coolant systems out.

Been having brainrot about this game recently and decided to make my own take on their designs, I'm still iffy in a few (mainly Saint) but I like how they all came out Also extra facts, Survivor and Monk have spots because they are technically babies in the game so decide to give them baby spots I did give Gourmand a hamster look because tbh it fits him very well and it makes him look cute and to add yes I did make accidently make spearmasters markings look like they have a mouth (it's staying like that)
