I have missed Tumblr. I keep thinking about all the fanfiction writings and drabbles that I have meant to get back to, but being a new mamma does change things! All my time has been towards my baby girl lately so I'll have to try and make time when she's not as on demand for feeding 😆

I have Sam Fender fanfics I wanna write, I have my James Acaster (Stumbled into Laughter, Stumbled into You) fanfic that l need to finish, I have an L.A Noire fanfic to finish, I have Red Dwarf fanfics to write... AND Sastiel (Sam/Castiel) fanfics too!!!

So much writing that I have put off for months/years - I do plan to come back to it someday.

Chapter summary: the final part of this 3 part section.

Cas has now reached a point of refusing to turn back on the matter. As far as he is concerned, Sam could do whatever he wanted to him and submit to him completely.

They finally consummate after all the flirting and negotiating.

Um, so I haven't really properly published this level of sexual content before now, so it would be really good to know if I have written it well, or if it's just terribly cringey and bad.

This was awkward for me to write because I get so silly about sex despite being a 28 year fucking old, but yeah. Maybe it's the British in me idk but I get so prude about it!

Anyways... this has been a long time overdue and nearly a year again since I updated this story so I really hope this was well worth the wait. Please comment and share this story if you have really enjoyed it so far!

DEAR DWARFERS...

I am so sorry this blog has been so inactive in the last 3 years.

I'll try and do better and get back on track, even if it's just a little bit.

I had to write off over 50 confessions because it had been too long since they were requested. But I have new ones and will answer them very soon!

The Confessions Box had admittedly been closed for a while and I hadn't made it clear that you could make new ones, but all the old ones had been hanging on and I really wanted to reply to them all, but I got overwhelmed with life and I couldn't keep up with them. I figured if had made posts of them now, many of the people who made them may not use Tumblr anymore so it would be kind of redundant. Hence why, I would like to start again!

If anyone though, would like to be an admin with me, let me know because I think it would be easier for me to keep on top of. I have so many followers of this blog which while I am VERY grateful, I NEVER expected and it's pretty amazing to be fair!

I hope all my followers are well and I will try and make this blog a bit more up to date.

Haven't been on here properly in ages! Life has got in the way as ever.

I have a new job starting this week too so once I get settled in that job then perhaps I can figure out time to start writing fanfiction again and catch up with finishing my James Acaster fic as well other one shots or potential new stories 😁

A little update on Electric Indigo...

It looks like the story is finally coming to an end and will likely have 4 more chapters before the ending. I have caught up a lot recently and have 3 chapters in the works so yay for that!

In case you never knew about it, it was an AU Sastiel story which involved a love at first sight scenario where Castiel meets Sam at a nightclub and passion ensues. Not before all the fluffy awkwardness though 🤣

It's a fun story with plenty of meet cute scenarios, eating at a diner cafe, a walk through Central Park, Castiel’s best friend (OFC) Tracey getting to know Dean (implied relationship) and both Sam and Cas trying to play it cool the entire time with only some success. All of this happening in one night!

The aftermath of the night is coming... and also more smut in all honesty. It is my first fanfic where I have properly written smut and published it. I get cringe about it but I know that if I can't write it at least somewhat well, then I will always find it awkward.

Hi everyone...

I just wanted to flash a grin and say that I’m not dead.

I know it’s been a long time (once again) since I have posted anything on this blog, but if you follow my main blog (raisinghellonstarbug), then you’ll see that I have posted more recently on there. As this is my side blog, I am unable to follow anyone under this name so if you see my main blog name come up as a new follow for you, then that’s me! It’s funny actually because I am not a reliable blogger and post less on here than my main one, yet I have nearly 600 followers! Absolutely mad. Don’t get me wrong though I am very grateful for that.

I have had a strange relationship with tumblr over the years (much like Rimmer and Lister) and I come back and forth to it many times.

I am aiming to be posting much more regularly on here from now on (as it’s good a time as any with the current global pandemic that we all know about) starting tomorrow or Friday. Let’s hope this virus isn’t as deadly as epideme eh?

Anyway so the main point of this post was not only to say hello, it was also to express my absolute SMEGGING EXCITEMENT FOR NEW RED DWARF!!

I saw the teaser trailer for The Promised Land the other day and it looks fab! I am so happy they decided to finally explore the Cat race. I really can’t imagine at this point where they’re going to go with it, but I am prepared to be amazed!

Does anyone have any thoughts on it? Let me know, I’m interested.

Additional - I still have over 40 confessions to get through as they piled up so easily, but my inbox is still open and until I say otherwise, it will remain so for now as it might encourage me to get to the bottom of them!

P.s I know that it’s a scary time for everyone at the moment, but I’m sure planet Earth will be fine and we’ll soon see the end of all this shitstorm. I’m sure it must feel like we’re in a new Red Dwarf episode where we’re stuck in a parallel universe, but let’s just be positive where we can and stick together through all this. Love and support for one another should hopefully get us through this. Take care of yourselves, wash your hands, keep yourself indoors as much as you can and make sure you have video chats with your friends and family to get you through the self-isolation! Be creative too, especially as we’ve got the time now. Be safe everyone.

This year was rough. It made me examine where I'd been committing my time and energy. I have gratitude that I'm still here; after a year of worry and isolation each breath is a gift I wasn't sure I'd have. There are so many wonderful people in my life who are struggling. My wish for 2021 is that you find yourselves loved and giving love, that you feel both as they happen. That you find fulfillment in life in whatever form it takes, and that you are present in the moment to savor that too. That your inner critic is quieter this year, that you find your creative flow more often. That loneliness, when it comes, is brief.

I keep reappearing like I keep coming back from the dead and then I disappear again

Damn - maybe between the hours or minutes I have away from my newborn daughter I might be able to do some more writing again or actually spend a bit more time on this app.

I used to love being on Tumblr all the time - maybe at 29 I'm not so much of a Stan of things anymore but being 36 weeks pregnant is soooo interesting as life gets put so much into perspective. I still love all the things listed on my bio but it just feels different now as I get older.

It's nearly 2025 and these are the things I know right now while I wait patiently to become a mother of my soon to be daughter...

1. It's been over a year now and I still miss Matthew Perry. Taken from us so unfairly and cruelly but I know life involves death so you know, I don't let it get me down. I can't do really.

2. The awareness I have of myself, at least the awareness I believe I have, enables me to know how to NOT be a parent. I'm not saying I know anything really but what I do know is toxic behaviour and what my parents were like and they're not role models for it. I'll be a different parent so to speak. There's a lot of context not explained here but in particular when it comes to my dad, there is a stability that I aim to provide to my daughter that my dad could not.

3. There's a difference between acting like a child and being childish. Acting like a child is fun, being childish is immature and throwing tantrums. I hope that everyone's inner child is still in them and they're not serious all the time. But also, don't be a childish dick. Too much insanity in this world.

4. I still have so much ahead of me but yet I still feel like sometimes I could have achieved and done so much more in my life so far. I have to remind myself that way of thinking is bullshit. And making achievements that you set out in your earlier years do not have to be achieved. They can either be discarded or I just haven't achieved them yet and there doesn't have to be a deadline.

I have had so many ambitions in my head over the years and feeling like a failure for not achieving them like I thought I would, but only recently has there been the one most important. Just be happy. It doesn't really matter how. And maybe none of these ambitions I have had so far will make me happy. Everything is okay.

I'll leave it at that for now. I might have more to say at a later time. Thanks for reading if you have! This is more just throwing my thoughts out to the wind really. Don't expect any response to it.

Last thing to say: my daughter is kicking me to no end as I write this. She's a very active bump!
