Synopsis:

Parasuram (Sudheer Babu) eliminates his father and stepmother, who are the reason for his mother’s death. After completing his imprisonment, Parasuram learns that his mother’s property is with his maternal uncle. Somehow, Parasuram wins his uncle’s confidence and marries a girl whom his uncle treats as his daughter. Parasuram orders his assistant Ramdaasu (Harsha Vardhan) to eliminate the family of his uncle’s son Prasad (Ajay), but Ramdaasu fails to do so. Prasad has two sons, Durga (Sudheer Babu) and DJ (Sudheer Babu), who look like Parasuram. How Parasuram’s life is affected by Prasad’s sons is what the film is about.

Venkateshwara Group of Institutions Meerut hosted a Friendly Cricket Tournament 2025 at the newly curated Major Dhyanchand Sports Ground.

5 teams took part in the tournament. Students of B.Ed, B.Pharma, BCA, Polytechnic, & B.Tech took part in the Friendly Cricket Tournament 2025.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri, Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi and the Campus Director Dr Pratap Singh inaugurated the event by cutting ribbon and getting introduced to the players.

The Venkateshwara Group Founder President Dr Sudhir Giri reiterated, sports not only make a person strong, confident & competent but also play a major role in the mental, physical & character development of the players.

The Pro Chancellor Dr Rajeev Tyagi asserted in order to realize their passion for the game, our players have dedicated themselves to it. Through their focus, hard work, dedication and resilience, they have established themselves as reputed citizens of the country.

He exhorted students to spare some time each day for games.

While addressing the players, the Campus Director, Dr Pratap Singh, affirmed players who have a passion for games, team spirit and the ability to support their team members become excellent players.

In the first match, the Polytechnic team, after winning the toss, batted first and scored 107 runs. B.Pharma team easily chased the target and won the match by 4 wickets.

B.Tech & BCA teams played the second match, which was won by the B.Tech team.

The final was played between B.Tech and the polytechnic teams. Polytechnic batted first and set a target of 108 runs. While chasing the score, the B.Tech batting order crumbled, and they lost by 23 runs.

Raghav Kumar won the Player of the Series title, while Atul Kumar was adjudged the best bowler of the series.

The College management felicitated the winning team members by gifting them the medals and the trophy.

The performances of the supporting actors also contribute to the plot's advancement. Direction: Actress Revathy is the film's director. She directed the movies Mitr My Friend(2002), Phir Milenge(2004), Kerala Cafe(2009) and Mumbai Cutting(2010) prior to this one. Fineotex Chemical Limited Approves Significant Equity Share and Convertible Warrant Allotment

Fineotex Chemical Limited has made a strategic move to enhance its financial base by approving the allotment of equity shares and convertible warrants. This decision was taken during the Fund Raising Committee meeting held on May 22, 2024, following the company's compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The meeting, which commenced at 5:00 p.m., led to the following key resolutions:

Allotment of Equity Shares: The committee approved the allotment of 9,70,000 equity shares, each with a face value of Rs. 2/-, at a price of Rs. 346/- per share. This preferential allotment, which aggregates to Rs. 33,56,20,000, is directed towards non-promoter entities. The equity shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects.

Allotment of Convertible Warrants: Additionally, 26,26,600 convertible warrants were allotted at a price of Rs. 346/- per warrant, including a subscription price of Rs. 86.50 and an exercise price of Rs. 259.50. This allotment totals Rs. 90,88,03,600 and is directed towards both promoter and non-promoter entities. The company has already received Rs. 22,72,00,900 as an upfront payment, which constitutes 25% of the warrant issue price from eight warrant allottees.

The warrants are convertible into fully paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs. 2/- each, within 18 months from the date of allotment, upon payment of the remaining 75% of the issue price. The equity shares and warrants allotted are subject to a lock-in period as per SEBI regulations.

Following these allotments, Fineotex Chemical Limited's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital has increased from Rs. 11,07,64,989 to Rs. 11,17,34,989. The company has successfully raised a total of Rs. 124,44,23,600 through the allotment of equity shares and convertible warrants.
