Tsumugi fic so far:

Tsumugi shirogane let out a breathy laugh. She twisted one of her blue curls around her finger and smoothed her dress. The outfit she had created herself was her favourite. Especially the orange bow. It reminded her of sunshine. She had voluntarily written Danganronpa with a team and voluntarily gone into the killing game. She was like the puppet master. All of this didn't stop her from missing simple things like sunshine, comic cons, her adoring fans on the other side... oh she just knew that they would love her more once the students started to die! She knew that when they all chose hope or despair and kill her, the world will errupt in applause for her final performance! It was like a final bow - her resignation letter - and she was almost too excited for the ending to come! But that would take weeks... and she had to make sure everybody stuck to their scripts! Otherwise she'd just use the pen in her pocket to rewrite what her creation! - a new ending - one where none of them survived!

"Uh Tsumugi?" The voice snapped her put of her trance. "Wow, you have this strange almost... sexy aura about you! What'd you say your last name was?" Tsumugi focused her gaze on the blonde girl standing infront of her. And the blue haired boy shyly behind. The characters she had written herself, the protagonists of Danganronoa V3 themselves! She had a hard time containing her excitement, she was a big fan of their characters, because she wrote them!

"Aha, I'm Tsumugi Shirogane who are you?" She smiled sweetly and laughed as Kaede introduced herself. She already knew who Kaede Akamatsu and Shuichi Saihara were, she had then hand picked from the drawing board! After making over 100 drafts of character designs and attributes she was left with the 15 that made the Killing Game more interesting! A detective in the ranks made a pretty big target, and an optimistic pianist seemed to be the perfect cliche for a Protagonist!

Tsumugi herself was bland, so she gave all her characters a quality that she would want! She could cosplay all of them if she wanted to! Shirogane had given Kaede optimism, to keep the killing game going! Her attitude would stop the group from giving up! Which would clash perfectly with an antagonistic and unapologetically mischievous personality of which Kokichi Oma possessed! And Tenko Chabashira... she would hate so many cast members! Tsumugi wished she had her physique and confidence... but if she was going to make it far in the Killing Game she would have to keep a low profile. She would have to be bland, boring, simple.

Unlike the people around her with complex and varied personalities, she would keep a target off her back easily! As Kaede and Shuichi walked off and back over to the dining hall Tsumugi took it upon herself to talk to Rantaro. The green haired Ultimate Question mark... she had taken away all of his identity! He would be the biggest mystery of the Danganronoa cast since the Ultimate Detective from the very first season! But Rantaro Amami would be one to last close until the end! It was in her original plan to have him survive until the sixth chapter, but she had to run it by the higher-ups to see what changes they could make to the story.

They said that they wouldn't kill Tsumugi until the end! And if they were to disobey their promise then Tsumugi could simply shatter the season mere moments before her demise. She could tell whomever was trying to end her life that they were fictional! Plus, if something like that happened the script composers upstairs would just revive her with the chapter three motive! It was all so simple! In a dangerous situation, Tsumugi was in no peril!

"Tsumugi Shirogane..." She whipped her head around to see who had softly spoken her name. It was the green haired boy. It seemed that the writers had changed his initial design, and had used the fifth costume draft for him. It would mean that the other four outfits for Rantaro Amami she had brought along would come of no use. "Ah, hello! You're Amami, correct?" Tsumugi smiled gazing at the ceiling that was covered in dust and vines. She had wanted the series to revert back to the original forum, but the writers insisted on making it more futuristic! Oh, how she longed to go to the original Hope's Peak! She didn't want the Ultimate Academy for Gifted Juveniles to have her name all over it! The whole campus was a downgrade from the island from season two!

Even the camp grounds from season 34 was better than this! The amount if ground that she had to cover when placing cameras and nanobugs was ridiculous! Luckily she had Keebo as a camera, his eyes was the audience perspective, and when he slept the nanobugs would track! The Northern side of the world would sleep and the Southern Hemisphere would awaken to a replay of the previous day! Tsumugi had to search through all the footage of Danganronpa. It was a tiresome job, and each game lasted at least a month, this would be no different. She had spent years watching through the gruesome murders, motives and executions.

She was going to create the perfect killing game! She had an e-mail-like system set up on her Monopad, the messages were transmitted through Monokuma or the closest Monokub straight to her specially manufactured device. Her and her bosses - the higher-ups - would use this device to communicate. She began to spiral, her thought process going from topic to topic, season to season of Danganronpa. This was until Rantaro Amami stared at the girl confused. It was just like her script.

[Tsumugi]: *ahaha... danganronpa! The world of Danganronpa... how did I stick to the original?[Rantaro]: "Shirogane-San? Did you...-"

"...hear me?" Rantaro finished his sentence and waited for an answer. "Oh! Ahaha, apologies Amami! I was just lost in thought for a brief moment. Could you please repeat your sentence?" She laughed. Shirogane had stuck to her part of the script flawlessly, now it was Rantaros turn. Would it work? She hoped so... her many years of planning had worked up to this exact moment. "I asked if you wanted to explore together? I think the basement would be the best place to start."

Almost perfect. Tsumugi had imagined his tone as less relaxed, but he almost stuck to the script, the higher-ups had reread and edited her script after all! They were supposed to go to the garden, but the basement worked perfectly fine. It would be where Akamatsu-Chan would later murder Harukawa-Chan!

This would decrease the optimism of the game drastically, a mysterious girl being murdered by the kindest person in the Academy? The secrets if Maki Harukawas past would be hidden forever.... until the sixth chapter, where her Ultimate Lab would open on the highest floor of the Academy and provide further insight to her true talent. She was not the Ultimate Child Care-Giver!

As Rantaro and Tsumugi walked down the basement stairs she stopped and turned on her heel. "Is something wrong?" Rantaro asked, one hand was swinging lazily by his side, the other resting lazily in his pocket. "Ah, no, I just thought that I may have heard a sound of some sort. Probably just..." Tsumugi was interrupted by a beep from her Monopad.

She had forgotten to turn the noise off after the flashback light! "What was that noise?" Rantaro asked, he stepped forward, Tsumugi backed against the wall. "Ah? What noise, I didn't seem to notice it." Tsumugi prayed for the higher-ups to hear her thoughts and prayers. Rantaro couldn't find her suspicious this early on! Why would they write this in the script?! "Something beeped. What're you hiding behind your back?" He leaned closer, he wasn't aggressive about it, he seemed more curious than anything else. Placing a hand on the wall to stop her from squeaming, he sighed.

"What? Tsumugi, what is it?" He smiled at her, a nice gesture that Shirogane appreciated. She just had to lie to get out of it. "It's my Monopad, I found it on my bed in my dorm" She returned his smile, her face flushing a pink shade. Rantaro took the Monopad in his hands and turned the switch on. "I didn't know the dorms were open." "Neither did I until I found my Monopad!" Shirogane laughed nervously. "That was a lie." A voice from behind the two spoke without much hesitation. Tsumugi hadn't noticed him before because he was so short compared to her and Rantaro, bit Kokichi Oma had made his way down the first flight of stairs and into the conversation. Typical of the purple haired brat. Tsumugi hoped the writers agreed with her plan to kill him off in chapter two.

🛒 What's on the list? Any plots or ideas? Something you wanna write?

RP preferences meme - Accepting!

Things generally come to me when I get engrossed in some new piece of media and then it becomes "Oh, that could be a cool plot idea or a new chapter in a longer storyline!"

I can say these days it's harder to be inspired by memes, especially quote memes where it wouldn't make sense for most muses to say a quote line by line, doubly so with lyrics quotes. And situations can be iffy: I like slightly longer prompts with more of a scene set up in it versus a simple gesture prompt most of the time.

That said, I'm really hoping with the popularity of shows like Bridgerton and next year's release of the new Rose of Versailles movie that there will be an even larger interest in historical fiction, alternate history, and historical romance! I've written once with a Lady Oscar and once with a Charles-Henri Sanson from Innocent and, while done in contemporary settings, they were a lot of fun to indulge in. And I've done a few alternate history threads with Code: Realize crossovers, and even tried one with a Hakuoki muse, putting Sonia in that mid-19th Century Japanese storyline the otome game covers while trying to add real life historical elements as to why a European would be present. I love being able to use historical details and inspiration from both real life and historical fiction in RP, but it's not too popular in the Danganronpa fandom or other fandoms that tend to visit my blog.

tl;dr: Give me your historical muses from around 1750 to 1940s.

And while I've tiptoed around this sort of thread, I've never really gotten to do a long-term storyline in a non-despair verse of Danganronpa muses attending a school reunion, seeing what their lives have turned into after high school. Usually when muns have DR muses, I find they tend to want a high school storyline in non-despair or a post-SDR2 storyline. It's actually one of the reasons I love writing with OCs, particularly those not affiliated with Danganronpa: it gives me a chance to explore Sonia's life outside of the school, the killing games, and the canon in general. I enjoy writing how her experiences as a student shaped her as an adult (and not always with the crippling angst the canon provides).

Finally, I'd love to write with Danganronpa muses I don't usually see on tumblr! There's a handful that I tend to see often, on single or multimuse blogs, and while I don't mind writing with them I'd love a bit more variety: DR has such a large cast and so many muses go unrepresented (but this is 2024 and a lot of DR writers have moved on).

Kirumi doesn’t especially want to go to space—though she would if she was asked to—so Kaito wouldn’t be the easiest man to serve, but that doesn’t stop Kirumi from noticing his capabilities, either.

“Maybe more like restless?” Kaito guesses.

“Ah… perhaps.”

My Danganronpa oc, Buyo, and her relationships with Danganronpa V3 characters:

Kokichi Ouma: He teases her a lot. She absolutely hates it and will willingly punch him in the balls every time she sees him.

Gonta Gokuhara: BESTIES. They find and catch bugs all the time together, and when they aren't doing that, they are always by eachother's side.

Shuichi Saihara: In between friends and acquaintances. They've spoken once or twice.

Kaito Momota: She follows him around and sticks sticky notes filled with random doodles on his coat. It annoys him slightly.

Maki Harukawa: Maki hates everyone, Buyo hates everyone (but Gonta). Mutual hatred for each other and everyone else.

Angie Yonaga: Buyo helps with the offerings to Atua by giving her blood to Angie.

Tenko Chibishira: They don't talk much, but Buyo admires Tenko's hatred for men.

Miu Iruma: Grrrg they anger at each other. Similar to Kokichi and Miu but without words. Just deathglares.

Kaede Akamatsu: Buyo thinks she's a bit bitchy. Just the little things Kaede does that pisses Buyo off.

K1-B0 (Kiibo): She will stare at him for minutes on end without blinking, and then go and blink at someone else. It freaks him out.

Tsumugi Shirogane: Buyo likes to listen to Tsumugi rant on about her favorite animes and how she makes her cosplays and such. They mutually enjoy each other's interests.

Rantaro Amami: Buyo had never really talked to him. All she knows is that he's a weed smoker from Kokichi's rumors... and the color of his hair.

Kirumi Tojo: Buyo likes her maid outfit. That's all.

Rioma Hoshi: She doesn't talk to him at all.

Himiko Yumeno: MAAAAGIC!

Himiko is forced into showing Buyo card tricks because it keeps Buyo entertained like a toddler on an ipad.

Korekiyo Shinguji: Once she found out he had a very feminine face under his mask, she kept fawning over him. She eventually got bored though as he was very stubborn and wouldn't show his face to her.

N/A: Himiko. Sorry, this is a child. This thing is, like, 12 years old.

15: Miu. Horny, but actually absolute dogshit in bed. Doesn’t matter how many toys and weird kinks she tries to spice things up with (a lot); she’s still the absolute worst lay you could ever find.

14: Kiibo. No dick. No experience with friends or basic humanity to approach even the most tepid erotic forms of intimacy. The only reason Miu has a good time with him is she’s a fucking desperate freak and he’s obligated to be around her for it.

13.5: Tenko, if you’re male and submissive. She’s going to kick you really hard in the junk, and this will be your only sexual interaction. Like, we’re talking ‘holy shit call an ambulance’ levels of kick. If that’s what does it for you, congrats, I guess.

13: Kaito. The whole ‘severely dying’ thing really did a number on his ability to perform. He’d have decent potential as a pillow princess, but his weird masculine pride means he’ll never try anything but domming and topping.

12: Gonta. This is going to be easily the most controversial ranking on the list. I think he would be a very lovely person and partner, like a true gentleman! But I don’t think he could ever learn genuinely good physical technique, and I have a deep conviction that he’s not actually as big as his stature suggests.

11: Shuuichi. We never get to actually see how he performs during the love hotel scenes, but he seems pretty reluctant to engage in any of the actual sexytimes. I don’t want to definitively state anything since I’m not part of this community, but I feel like he might be asexual? In any case he’s a protagonist for you to project onto, which means definitionally he can’t be particularly exceptional or interesting.

10: Korekiyo. Absolutely one of the most perverted characters, but his heart belongs to another, and I think once it gets to the actual dicking down his performance would be average at best. He’ll do weird obscure foreplay shit with you all night, but the actual pounding will largely be forgettable, if it happens at all.

9: Rantaro. The entire subplot pertaining to this character is about learning that he is Literally Just Some Guy. Have you had sex with some guy? Just a regular dude? A bloke? Congratulations, you know what it’s like to have sex with Rantaro Amami. 

8: Tsumugi. Like Rantaro, conspicuously plain and regular. Which of these two is better is going to just come down to what gender you prefer. WILL NOT have cosplay sex with you.

???: Mastermind Tsumugi. A few baseline points above regular Tsumugi by virtue of evil women being hotter, but more relevant here is the cosplay/transformation. Her mimicry is perfect to the character, and that includes their skill in bed. This ranges from impossibly bad (Leon), to really quite good (Peko), to unbelievably off the charts incredible (Celeste). She WILL be changing a minimum of a dozen times over the course of the night, though, so be prepared.

7: Kaede. Also has relatable protagonist syndrome, but to a much less intense degree. Enthusiastic, adventurous. Probably inexperienced but very earnest, I want to say she mentions it being her first time during the love hotel? Not the best night of your life, but a fine person to lose your virginity with. Don’t try choking, though.

6: Tenko, if you’re a girl, or if you’re genderfucky and submissive. Getting into the ‘legitimately good’ tier. Very, very enthusiastic lesbian, athletic, eager to please. Kind of pushy and clingy, though, so it may not be worth it in the long run. This isn’t even her final form…

5: Maki. The kuudere thing can be a little off-putting, but if you get her to open up she’ll be very sweet and affectionate, and training as an assassin gives you remarkable flexibility and control over your body. Also, given the big secret she’s already hiding, who knows what kind of freaky shit she might be into?

4: Ryoma. He’s been to prison and I am going to choose to assume that he got the good kind of prison sex experience. He won’t be much for aftercare, and he doesn’t have the body to assert a lot of physical force, but he has learned a GOOD number of things.

3: Angie. The obligatory unnecessarily sexualized tan-skinned girl for the game. Definitely worth critiquing from a Doylist perspective, but from a Watsonian perspective, she’s definitely a very very tempting, attractive, and fairly eager option. Probably there will be weird Atua-related kink bullshit, but if you can put up with that, her execution of the actual sex parts is top-tier.

2: Kirumi. MAID MOMMY MAID MOMMY MAID M- ahem, sorry. Elegant, accommodating, very very submissive and very very talented at basically everything. However, it’s rare that she’ll take the initiative in anything. Whatever you ask her for, kink or sex act, she’ll do with all her skills as SHSL Maid, but she’s not going to do anything you don’t explicitly request, and her creativity might be a little lacking. But. Come on. She’s a maid!

1.5: Tenko, if you’re a guy or genderfucky, and dominant. Secret free use/full time submission fantasies OFF THE CHARTS. Imagine Kirumi but genuinely horny for all of it and aggressively submissive. How long you can put up with this depends on how long you can stay in domspace, but if you’re into having power and exercising it, then you - and she! - will have a very, VERY good time. Maki Harukawa - At first I was thoroughly pissed off that she was the Ultimate Childcare Provider, but then her true identity came through and I liked her a lot more.

Chiaki Nanami - She’d be higher but I feel like the developers got tired part way through per backstory and just threw something together

Himiko Yumeno - She did the whole “too much effort” schtick for too long.

K1-B0 - Underrated.

Sakura Ogami - Great character overall, but I feel like her design was just… 100% shock value.

Shuichi Saihara - Like… I’d be fine if the game started with him being the protagonist, but I’m still kinda peeved that they just threw him in last minute.

Tenko Chabashira - I’m sorry, misandry is not a personality trait or a quirk and the joke got old quick.

Tsumugi Shirogane - I hate her and everything having to do with the ending of this series.

Toko Fukawa - Why are people cool with her but not Miss Piggy? At least Kermit is into what Miss Piggy does.

Genocider Jack/Jill - Yandere.

Jataro Kemuri - He’d be higher if it weren’t for his voice.
