Kamila got a 4 year ban and all her results post 2021 are nullified, that was expected. My question is when will the IOC make a decision on the Beijing team medals because I would think it’s ultimately up to them.

At this point I think the judges need to get together and rescore all of the routines from the floor final and reaward all of the medals because 1) Jordan, Ana, and Sabrina are being put through so much so needlessly; 2) the incorrect d scores and false out of bound calls should never have happened and 3) all this drama is making this sport and these judges seem like such a joke

OMG RMBR when i told u i had an exciting thing coming up that was semi confirmed?! I WAS WORKING FOR BRUNO MARS CONCERT BROOOO (like i worked for ticket master and ushered all the fans and scanned their ticx and stuff.)

Anyways this wk my challenges were 3 grp projs due tmr night, and a full analytical report and 2 tests to go through. also my room is under rennovation so im camping on my sofa rn.
I rewarded myself with fried chickem coz those pms cravings hot me hsrd and they rlly hit the spot 😭😭🫶🫶🫶 (like do you know that thingly, excited feeling when you FINALLY eat something you crave for so long and also cox you havent eaten all day? Damn it was so good!❤️)

well my final exams were definitely the challenges i faced this week 😭 when i tell you my battery is dead!! but right after i went out with my friends to eat lunch and we hung out together at the park laughing over the stupidest things 🥺 i wanted to go home and sleep instead (almost disappointed you there damn) but i thought i wanted to create more memories with them and it totally felt like the best reward :")

Tilly, Marlon and Adrian During their first meeting
okay. Sorry for the little hiatus!!! Was working on different stuff and dealing with stuff. anyways here’s the cringefail wifefail husbandloser otp3 ever
- okay, so. Post Octo expansion. Maybe around five months after it happened. These three are complete messes but for entirely different reasons loosely strung together into one.
- Eight is still weary of Tilly because she almost like kinda killed her. She still interacts with her, though. They’re on friendly terms (she guesses) just hesitant.
- Tilly is consumed with guilt. It’s no way she allowed an evil old-timey telephone to brainwash her and almost kill someone. Thats literally something out of a cartoon and she somehow fell victim to it. and she almost SUCCEEDED.
• this is before Tilly transitioned btw. I don’t think it’s right to deadname her
- Adrian feels as if he can’t compare to the elusive Agent 3 and that he was sorta a last resort and doesn’t feel needed afterwards. He’s scared and anxious because he doesn’t really have anywhere else to go, after sleeping at tentakeel outpost every night during the campaign.
- They all meet each other. It’s awkward. Tilly shows up with a scarred, healing eye, Adrian with nervousness practically radiating off of him and Eight presenting herself a new name: Marlon.
- They’re quiet— Tilly never released there even was an Agent 4 until this moment and is reeling, Agent 8 doesn’t necessarily know how to communicate with this new Agent (even after a few months, interacting with new Inklings outside of her immediate circle is intimidating) and Agent 4 is confused as to why there’s an Octoling here when they’re goal is to stop the Octarian Menace (poor guy doesn’t know anything better).
- There sit together in a simple circle, because despite the hesitancy and uncomfortableness, they’re agents first and foremost, and you’re got to talk to each other for their partnership to work unhindered.
- Tilly eventually breaks the ice; a simple, “what’s your name?” directed towards Adrian. He’s quiet, but he murmurs his name and she proceeds to ask about his journey of retrieving the Great zapfish and saving Callie and it snowballs from there. The tension subsides and talking becomes easier. After an hour or so, they’re talking as if their first encounters weren’t marred with a sullen undertone.
• Adrian comes out of his shell, Marlon cracks a smile and Tilly realizes something about herself.
- Tilly and Marlon talk about the events of the Metro, alone. Tilly wholeheartedly apologizes for what happened— she blames herself. Marlon probably spent months trying to escape underground, and Tilly dragged her straight back down into hell. If only she hadn’t been so confrontational on Mount Nantai, then none of this wouldn’t have happened.
• Tilly doesn’t mean to cry that much; it burns her healing eye and all. Marlon’s face never changes, but, perhaps if you look close enough, her clenched jaw trembles slightly.
- While Tilly shoulders the blame, Marlon explains her perspective: without Tilly interruption, she would’ve made it to the surface, unguided and without resources, without a home or food. During her time underground, she met Off the Hook, Cuttlefish, and Squid Sisters; all helpful in her well-being today. Yes, it was horrendous in the Metro, but the aftermath was reawarding.
• Plus, Marlon doesn’t even remember their meeting. If anything, she could’ve been the aggressor and Tilly was just defending herself and Cuttlefish; or maybe Tilly was just in a such a state of self-loathing that she just blamed herself for everything.
- They come to a state of deep understanding and quiet trust. They’re the only ones in the world who’s experienced something like that. They can’t separate themselves now.
- They find Adrian an enjoyable companion. He’s quiet, but with a underline of confidence that’s unparalleled with anyone else. He just needs it to be nurtured.
- Their meetup ends, and everyone departs feeling satisfied. The next day’ll be different.
• Callie and Marie, the organizers of their little meetup, think to themselves, they should do this more often.

آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ (Diagnosing  Organizational) ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان نقطه آغازين و ﺣﺴﺎﺳﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﺟﺰء اﺳﺘﻘﺮار فراگرد بهبود سازمان تعريف مي­شود و عبارت است از «ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ و روﺷـﻬﺎي ﻋﻠـﻮم رﻓﺘـﺎري، ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻌﺮﯾﻒ و ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ وﺿﻊ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﻬﺎ و ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻦ راﻫ­­ﻬـﺎﯾﯽﺑﺮاي اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ»[4].لذا، آسيب­شناسي سازماني (OD) كارآمد و اثر بخش را مي توان ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎﺗﯽ قلمداد نمود ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫـﺎي ﻣﻮﻓـﻖﺑـﺮاي ارﺗﻘـﺎي بهره وري ﺧـﻮد اﻧﺠـﺎم ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ. آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ، اﯾـﻦ اﻣﮑـﺎن را ﺑراي ﻣـﺪﯾﺮان فراهم مي­آورد ﮐﻪ پيوسته آسيب ها ومعضلات ﺟﺎري ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن را پايش نمايند و از بحراني شدن محيط سازمان ممانعت ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. آﺳـﯿﺐ ﺷﻨﺎﺳـﯽ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ حاصل همفكري اﻋـﻀﺎي ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن و ﻣـﺸﺎوران مجرب است كه  كه در يك پيوستار تعريف شده  تمهيدات لازم را جهت گردآوري داده ها و اطلاعات مبنايي پيرامون مسائل بنيادين  ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن و دﻻﯾﻞ بروز و نمودآن­ها ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ و آناليز داده ها، ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ­ﻫﺎي ﺑﻪ ﻋﻤﻞ آﻣﺪه و دﺳـﺘﻪ ﺑﻨـﺪي ﻣﺸﮑﻼت در دو ﺳﻄﺢﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ و ﺗﺨﺼﺼﯽ و اراﯾﻪ راهكارهاي كاربردي به منظور رفع ﻣﺸﮑﻼت به عمل مي­آورند. معاینه سازمانی میتواند در ارتقا و بهبود سازمان بصورت یکپارچه اصولی و عالی عمل کند.

اﺻﻄﻼح آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ و روﺷ­ﻬﺎي ﻋﻠﻮم رﻓﺘﺎري، ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﻔﺎﻫﯿﻢ و روﺷ­­ﻬﺎي داﻧﺶ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ، در زﻣﯿﻨﻪﻫﺎي ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي راﻫﺒﺮدي، باز ﻣﻬﻨﺪﺳﯽ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎ، ﺑﻬﺮه­وري ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﻣﺪ ﻧﻈﺮ دارد. ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﯾﮏ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻋﻤﻠﯽ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽﺑﺮ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت دﻗﯿﻖ ﭘﯿﺮاﻣﻮن ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﺟﺎري، ﻓﺮﺻﺘ­ﻬﺎ و اﺛﺮات ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺘ­ﻬﺎ در ﺟﻬﺖ ﺣﺼﻮل ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، اﺣﺘﯿﺎج ﻣﺒﺮﻣﯽ ﺑﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﻣﺪاوم اﻃﻼﻋﺎت و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ آﻧﻬﺎ دارد. اﯾﻦ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺟﻤﻊآوري و ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت را آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﯾﺎ ﻋﻠﺖﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﮔﻮﯾﻨﺪ[2].
به عبارتي آسيب شناسي سازمان (OD) یک ارزیابی جامع از تعاملات داخل و خارج از سازمان می­باشد كه منجر به شناسایی فرصت­ها و تهدیدهای محیطي و قوت و ضعف­های سازماني می­گردد. سازمان مشتمل بر پنج عنصر در حال تعامل است که ع��ارتند از افراد، ساختار، فناوري، اهداف و وظایف كه در فراگرد آسيب شناسي شناسايي چهار مولفهSWOT براي هر يك ضروري مي باشد.
اهداف آسیب شناسی عملكرد سازمان
آسیب­شناسی سازمان ممکن است یک یا چندین هدف از اهداف زیر را پيگيري نمايد:
1.   شناسایی سیر تکامل سازمان، به همراه هزینه­ها، تاخیرات، مزایا و معایب دربارۀ یک تغییر سازمانی که مورد تصمیم واقع شده است؛
2.   شناسایی مزایا و معایب کنونی سازمان؛
2.   شناسایی عملیات و فعالیت­هایی که باید انجام شود و ریسک آنها؛
3.   شناسایی مسائل سازمانی که احتمالا در آیندۀ نزدیک پدیدار خواهند شد؛
4. شناسایی مسیرهایی که سازمان دارای تمایل طبیعی برای رفتن به سمت آن و رشد کردن در آن است؛
5.  تحلیل فعالیت­های طراحی شده به منظور فراهم کردن یک تصمیم؛
6. پیشنهاد راه­های جایگزین، هم بر حسب طبیعت فعالیت­هایی که باید اجرا شود، و هم بر حسب متدهای مدیریتی و مکانیزم­های هماهنگی دربارۀ این فعالیت­ها.

1.       ﻣﺪل ۶ﺑﻌﺪي واﯾﺰﺑﻮرد
اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل ﻧﮕﺮﺷﯽ نظام­مندي را ﺟﻬﺖ ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ دﻗﯿﻖﺗﺮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﻣﺪاﺧﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اراﯾﻪ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ. واﯾﺰﺑﻮرد ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ و ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﺣﻮزه ﻫﺎي آﺳﯿﺐ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي و ﻣﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧ­ﻬﺎ ﻫﻔﺖ بعد را پيشنهاد نموده است كه عبارتند از:
1) اهداف(Purposes): در چه کسب و کاری قرار داریم؟
2)ساختار(Structure): چگونه کار را میتوان تقسیم کرد؟
3) روابط(Relationship): چگونه تعارضات میان افراد را با فناوریهای خود، مدیریت کنیم؟
4) پاداش(Reawards): آیا انگیزهای برای انجام دادن تمام چیزهایی که نیاز است انجام شود، وجود دارد؟
5)رهبری(Leadership): آیا کسی هست که این بعدها را در حالت تعادل قرار دهد؟
 6) مکانیزم­های مفید(Helpful Mechanism): آیا به اندازۀ کافی فناوری­های هماهنگ و سازماندهی کننده داریم؟
 و  محیط سازمان(Environment) : آیا به اندازۀ کافی فرصتها و تهدیدهای محیط سازمان را تجزیه و تحلیل کرده­ایم؟ [5].

 ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪﺑﺮاي ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﺑﺎﻫﺪف: ﺣﻞ ﻣﺸﮑﻼت ﻓﻌﻠﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد؛ وﺟﻠﻮﮔﯿﺮي از ﻣﺸﮑﻼت و ﭼﺎﻟﺶﻫﺎي آﺗﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺳﺎزه ﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ در اﻟﮕﻮي ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ اﻧﺘﺼﺎب ﻣﻮﻗﺖ، ﺗﺠﺎرب ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ، ﻣﺮاﮐﺰ ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ، آﻣﻮزش، ﻏﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﻐﻞ، ﺳﺮﭘﺮﺳﺘﯽ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ، ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪﺷﻐﻠﯽ و ﻣﺸﺎوره و ﻣﺮﺑﯿﮕﺮي ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ [10].

علت ﻧﺎﻣﮕﺬاري اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل ﺑﻪ ﺳﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﮕﯽ آن اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري، رﻓﺘﺎري و زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي ﺑﻪﮔﻮﻧﻪاي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻫﯿﭻ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﯾﺎ روﯾﺪاد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﻤﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺧﺎرج از ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ اﯾﻦ ﺳﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﺬﯾﺮد. معاینه سازمانی میتواند در ارتقا و بهبود سازمان بصورت یکپارچه اصولی و عالی عمل کند.
1 ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري(Structure): ﻋﻠﻞ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را در ﻣﻌﺮض ﺑﺤﺮان ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ؛ آﺳﯿﺐﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻧﺎﻣﯿﺪه ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺴﯿﺮﻫﺎ، ﮐﺎﻧﺎﻟﻬﺎ و ﻇﺮوﻓﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎ و ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در آﻧﻬﺎ ﺟﺎري ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري در ﺑﺮﮔﯿﺮﻧﺪه ﻫﻤﻪ ﻋﻨﺎﺻﺮ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ و ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ و ﻏﯿﺮاﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻈﻢ، ﻗﺎﻋﺪه و ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ ﺑﻬﻢ ﭘﯿﻮﺳﺘﻪ و ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب و ﻗﺎﻟﺐ ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ و ﻣﺎدي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را ﻣﯽﺳﺎزﻧﺪ[3].
2 ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ﯾﺎ رﻓﺘﺎر(Behavior): ﻫﻤﺎﻧﻄﻮرﮐﻪ اﺷﺎره ﺷﺪ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﺑﻪﻣﺜﺎﺑﻪ ﻇﺮف ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎ وﺣﺮﮐﺎت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ﯾﺎ ﻣﺎده­اي ﮐﻪ درﻇﺮف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻣﯽرﯾﺰد، ﻫﻤﺎن ﮐﺎر ﯾﺎ رﻓﺘﺎر اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻬﺎﺳﺖ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي اﺻﻠﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را رﻓﺘﺎر اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﺸﮑﯿﻞ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ و ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺘﻬﺎ و رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي اﻧﺴﺎن ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺮاي ﻧﯿﻞ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف از ﻗﺒﻞ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ﺷﺪه ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﯽﭘﺬﯾﺮﻧﺪ، ﺑﺮآﯾﻨﺪﮐﺎر و اﻧﺮژي اﻧﺴﺎن و اﻫﺪاف و ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن در ﮐﺎرﮐﺮدﻫﺎ ﯾﺎ وﻇﺎﯾﻒ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﺒﻠﻮر ﭘﯿﺪا ﻣﯽﮐﻨﺪ. درﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ آﺳﯿﺒﻬﺎي رﻓﺘﺎري، ﮐﺎﻧﻮن ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﺮدﻫﺎ وﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدﻫﺎﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎﯾﺪ آن دﺳﺘﻪ از ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﺮدﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﻣﺨﺘﻞ و ﯾﺎ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد اﻧﺴﺎﻧﻬﺎ را ازﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﻃﺒﯿﻌﯽ ﻣﻨﺤﺮف ﮐﺮده و ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺸﯽ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺪري ﺻﺪﻣﻪ ﻣﯽزﻧﻨﺪﮐﻪ درﺳﺎزﻣﺎن اﯾﺠﺎد ﺑﺤﺮان ﮐﺮده و ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮرﮐﻠﯽ از رﺷﺪ ﺳﺎﻟﻢ ﺑﺎز ﻣﯽ دارﻧﺪ[3].
1 ﺷﺎﺧﻪ زﻣﯿﻨﻪﯾﺎ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ (Context): ﺷﺎﺧﻪ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ در ﺗﺌﻮري ﺳﻪﺷﺎﺧﮕﯽ و در آﺳﯿﺐﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺧﺎﺻﯽ دارد. اوﻻً ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ، اﻫﻤﯿﺖ وﺳﻌﺖ و ﻗﺪﻣﺖ اﯾﻦﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﻪﻫﺎي ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر و ﻣﺤﺘﻮا اﺳﺖ. دراﻫﻤﯿﺖ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ وﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ ﺑﺲ ﮐﻪ دو ﺷﺎﺧﻪ دﯾﮕﺮ وﺟﻮد و ﭘﯿﺪا ﺷﺪن ﺧﻮد را واﺑﺴﺘﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﻪ ﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻣﯽداﻧﻨﺪ. ﻣﻔﻬﻮم زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﮐﻪ در ﺗﺌﻮري ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﯽ ﻣﻌﺎدل و ﻣﺘﺮادف ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﺳﺖ، ﺑﻪ ﻗﺪري ﻣﻬﻢ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ از ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻔﻬﻮم ﺑﻪ ﺳﻄﺢ ﺗﺌﻮري ارﺗﻘﺎء ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و اﻣﺮوزه ﻣﺤﻘﻘ��ﻦ و ﺗﺌﻮري ﭘﺮدازان ﻧﻈﺮﯾﻪﻫﺎي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺗﺌﻮرﯾﻬﺎي ﻣﻬﻤﯽ درﺑﺎره ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اراﯾﻪ داده­اﻧﺪ. اﺻﻠﯽﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﮐﺎر ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﯾﺎ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ رواﺑﻂ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﻬﺎي ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﺧﻮد اﺳﺖ. ﭼﻮن ﻫﺮ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﯾﺎ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ درﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎه ﺧﺎص ﺧﻮدش ﻫﻤﻮاره ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﺧﻮدش درﮐﻨﺶ و واﮐﻨﺶ داﯾﻤﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻓﺮﻋﯽ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، ﻫﻤﻪ ﻋﻠﻞ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻮﺟﺒﺎت ﺑﺮﻗﺮاري، ﺗﻨﻈﯿﻢ و واﮐﻨﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ و ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽﺗﺮ را ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻣﯽآورﻧﺪ، زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﯾﺎﻣﺤﯿﻂ ﻧﺎﻣﯿﺪه ﻣﯽﺷﻮﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ، آﺳﯿﺒﻬﺎي زﻣﯿﻨﻪاي ﯾﺎ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ آﺳﯿﺒﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ و ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و درﺳﺖ و ﯾﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻤﯽ، واﮐﻨﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ و درﺳﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن را ﺑﺎ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﻫﻤﺠﻮار ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽاش ﺑﺮﻫﻢ زده و در اﯾﻦ رواﺑﻂ اﯾﺠﺎد ﺑﺤﺮان ﻣﯽﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ[3].
۵.       مدل چهار فریمی.
 در این مدل چهار فریم یا پنجره برای آسیب­شناسی سازمان وجود دارد که عبارتند از:
1)ساختار(Structural): مربوط به بخش منطقی و ساختاری سازمان میباشد. این مدل، در این فریم به دنبال روشن کردن مشکلات اولیه در طراحی سازمان و رابطۀ بین اهداف ساختار سازمان­ها میباشد. این فریم بر اهمیت نقشها و روابط رسمی تاکید دارد.
2)منابع انسانی(HR): این فریم مربوط به بخش انسانی هر سازمانی است. این مدل در این فریم به دنبال تعیین نقاط قوت و ضعف رهیافت­های کنونی به منظور انسانی شدن محیط کار میباشد. افراد دارای نیازها، احساسات، و پیشداوری­ها هستند.همچنین دارای مهارت­ها و محدودیت­هایی هم هستند. از منظر منابع انسانی، کلید اثربخشی منطبق کردن سازمانها با افراد، به منظور پیدا کردن شکلی از سازمان برای فعال کردن افراد برای انجام شغلشان، در حالی که احساس خوبی نسبت به کاری که دارند میکنند، است.
3)سیاسی(Political): مربوط به سیاه­ترین بخش هر سازمانی است.  در این بخش به دنبال تعارضات، اتحادها، و نزاع بر سر قدرت و جایگاه است.
4) نمادین و سمبلیک(Symbolic): این فریم مربوط به نمادهای سازمانی است. این فریم نقش­های مربوط افسانه­ها، تشریفات، مراسم و جشنها را توضیح میدهد که در تمام سطوح سازمانی نقش دارند. این فریم فرضیات منطقی فریمهای قبلی را رد میکند و به سازمان به مثابه یک صحنۀ تئاتر نگاه میکند و معتقد است سازمان با اشتراک ارزشها و فرهنگها در میان افرادش، بیشتر همبسته خواهد بود تا با داشتن اهداف و سیاستها. [6]
۶.       مدل S7 مک­کنزی.
گروه مشاوران مک کینزی با در نظر گرفتن هفت عامل که نام همه آنها با حرفS آغاز می شود ، مدلی را برای ارزیابی سازمان ها ارائه کرده است. این کار ابتدا توسط واترمن ، پیترز و فیلیپس (۱۹۸۰) چارچوبی برای نگرش و بررسی سازمان ارائه گردید . آنها معتقد بودند که تغییر و حرکت سازمانی متأثر از تعامل میان هفت بعد: ساختار(structure)،استراتژی(strategy)، سیستم‌ها(system)، شیوه­ی­مدیریت(style)، کارکنان(staff)، مهارت‌ها(skill)، ارزش‌های مشترک(shared values)و آن رامدل s7 نامیدند. از آنجایی که پژوهش آنها در شرکت بنیاد مشاوران مک کینزی انجام شد به 7S مک کینزی نیز مشهور است .

1)Shared values and beliefs: نقش بیانیۀ چشم­انداز، بیانگر این است که سازمان بر مبنای چه چیزی استوار است و به چیزهایی معتقد است.
2)Strategy: استراتژی بیانگر این است که چگونه یک سازمان به چشم­انداز خود دست خواهد یافت و به فرصت­ها و تهدیدهای پیش رو چه پاسخی خواهد داد.
3)Systems: مربوط به تواناییهای مورد نیاز در زمینۀ IT & IS، خدمات و فروش، و آمار و محاسبات است.
4)Staff: مدیریت منابع انسانی برای توسعۀ مهارتها و استعدادها برای ایجاد رابطه با آنهاست. شامل سیاستها، استانداردها و فرآیند استخدام، آموزش و توسعه، انگیزش و پاداش میباشد.
5)Style: به معنای مناسبترین سبک مدیریتی برای سازمان است. یکی از چالشهای مدیریت؛ استفاده از سبکهای مناسب برای هر موقعیتی است بدون این که موجب سرگشتگی کارکنان شود.
6)Structure: تغییرات در فرآیندها و سبک سازمان، نیازمند تغییر در ساختار سازمانی دارد(برای مثال، متمرکز، غیر متمرکز، شبکهای، ماتریسی، فرآیندی...).
7)Skills: میزان این که کدام مهارتهای مورد نیاز، موجود است،  هستۀ برنامه­ریزی نیروی کاری است و اغلب مهمترین جنبه در آسیب­شناسی سازمانی به شمار می­آید. اگر کارکنان و مدیران دارای تمام مهارت­های مورد نیاز باشند، قدم بعدی ایجاد یک محیط یادگیری مناسب برای آنان است.

LET'S GO MORE CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE
1840-1850 - Sandalwood Wars.
~1850s - Khanh's family relocates to the newly established Yulguk. First postwar generation is born. The core Cheongsan Jak family is nobilicized with the rest of the populace and then promoted to "New" Noble status through the head patriarch.
1859 - Heungjin loses his wife and unborn child. Goes into mourning near his ancestral home in the north.
~1860 - Heungjin adopts Doryeong. He is roughly 30 years old, Doryeong is 10. (formerly 40; still unsure)
1860s - Noljin, Heungjin's elder brother, becomes Supreme Prosecutor
1863 - Heungjin formally returns to the capital with new son in tow. He has a lawsuit on his employment at the ministry of foreign affairs because he was not reawarded his position due to exceeding his mourning leave of three years. This is where he potentially meets the attorney who would later save him.
1864 - Three way marriage scandal and lawsuit occurs between the Ly, Gom, and a regional power family. The firstborn daughter involved, Gom Bari, catches sinbyeong, and her family sends her to her shaman relatives to become one of them. The lawsuit drains the family.
1865 - Khanh's father goes missing. Her mother takes the family to Bellia. The Gom move to Meotun. Their only child left, the marked daughter Baram, resolves to become a lawyer to defend people like Khanh's family despite her reserved marital status, and despite the discord between their families.
1866 - The Year of Infamy. Doryeong is 16, Heungjin 36. Noljin? DEAD. The painful process of the trial drags on but ends with the deputy supreme prosecutor, Gil Yonggi, executed for her crimes. The popularity and strength of the current PM's regime is severely tested.
1867 - Gil Yonggi's surviving family are supposedly killed in a fire that consumes one of the residential districts in Meotun. Their bodies are never found.
1870s - the so-called "Liberal" or Cosmopolitan Decade. A new coalition government is in power. By then Emperor Geumjong has also died and been succeeded by his daughter. More substantial judicial and penal reforms follow up on the tiny concessions made a few years ago. Gom Baram has succeeded in her goals, but is rapidly burning out in a toxic, high-paced firm. She has technically sold out, in order to support her high-spending family.
1873 - Doryeong is 23. Heungjin, 43. By then he has finished early from the National Law Academy and is starting on his prosecutorial training. A marriage scandal breaks out, but before anything can condemn him, Doryeong's close class senior mysteriously dies. As his father, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, takes mourning leave, he puts Heungjin as his interim.
1875 - Doryeong qualifies to be a prosecutor in Meotun but decides to take a gap year of sorts in Bellia, before work begins. He joins the Oversear Club, full of other unruly expats and emigrants like him. At one of their parties in a mountaintop chateau, a new beau and respected artist dies, and he is framed under his Bellicized name, Jacques-Dorian Montbleu. The intriguing reporter who requested to interview him, and who he cheekily invited to crash his friends' party, ends up proving his innocence despite the blood on his hands. Vu Hanh Xuan also writes a flattering profile of him in the papers, and in return for all of her service, asks for a small favor. He tries his best to complete it, and vows to return the favor when he returns to the countryland, but they quickly fall out of touch. Xuan is Khanh, and she stops looking for her father after contact ceases.
1876 - Onjo, Doryeong's adopted cousin, and the son of the late Noljin, is in mourning because his newly wedded wife has mysteriously died. Doryeong is able to surpass him easily in their shared career, but nevertheless sympathizes with him. They come to a truce; neither one of them will marry, to stalemate their parents' competition to inherit Lordship from the patriarch. Gom Baram is pushed out her position at one of the top firms of the country by a serious of unlucky events. Her marked status is revealed, her parents have blown up all of her money, and they have fallen very ill. Everyone gets ill that year. Baram works at their tavern and tends for them.
1879 - The father of Ulysse de Metoun dies, deeply in debt and horribly sick. Ulysse is Gil Yukyang, firstborn of Gil Yonggi. They write in vain to their insubordinate brother, who ran away to join the military years ago, leaving them to protect their father as a thug and loan shark's lackey. After the funeral, they are attacked by other collectors for their father's standing debt. Their brother, Yannick, actually arrives and fends off the attack. They go into hiding. Ulysse resolves to destroy the family that ruined theirs, convinced that their mother was framed for the murder of Jak Noljin (and maybe aided by their father's old diary). Yannick tries to stop them, but gives in. They gather intel, resources, and kidnap Vu Hanh Xuan to extort more intel, who has by then made somewhat of a name for herself. To their utter disbelief, she figures out who they are. She begs for her life and says she will help them for the sake of a good story and justice, and gives them the jade bangle passed through her family for generations from her wrist as collateral for her silence. Ulysse is unconvinced until this point, but Yannick sees the value of her goodwill connection to Doryeong and his family from the beginning. Baram grows desperate and calls on Bari to return. Bari surprisingly does and heals their parents. Baram has no luck of returning as a lawyer. (she opens her own firm, or she doesn't). Until, a desperate troupe actor, Ho Nam, begs her to put her once-renowned acumen to work clearing his brother, Ho Daeran, from false charges. Everyone else has turned him away due to the impossibility, but Baram takes him on. She wins the case. Nam is inspired and asks her to train him as her assistant. He wants to work in law now. Daeran, in gratitude, also offers to work for free at the tavern to repay her for her kindness + for training Nam. They grow into a group of wacky siblings.
