Hi everyone! <3 We have sadly due to crappy circumstances lost our job and are unable to buy catfood, litter, etc. We were bullied out of it by jerks in managment. Walmart sucks 😔. We are currently job hunting and waiting to be contacted about applications.
Even if we were to get a job this week, we wont be paid for two more weeks at minimum. We wont have money for catfood in that time. We need to hopefully buy more for the indoor cats tomorrow, were running out. My cat Grizz is also on a prescription diet he cant live without. If anyone has even a dollar to spare it would mean the world! 💕😭 It all adds up!!
If you worry about where the money is going, i totally understand 💕 you could also send a Chewy.com giftcard so you know its being spent on catfood. My name is Ashley H. And the email on my chewy account is
[email protected].
Thank you so much for reading, and it would mean so much if you could reblog and share my post/gofundme link. Thank you so much!! 💕💕
More pics in my gofundme page❤

Question: how do you find videos to make into gifs?
oh its different for most of the sites! I use Etsy these days a lot for gifs and I tend to just use the search engine with prompts I think of, and then look through similar products or other people’s collections. for stuff like instagram the search engine doesn’t work in a way that’s easy for me so i usually have to either follow people or just use my for you page (a few time I’ve found reallyyyyy old videos on archived stim blogs to gif but not very often)… and I’ve made a few TikTok gifs but I usually find those through google bcs I don’t have a tiktok… I hope this made sense, I know it’s might not be very helpful… a lot of my sources I stumble upon on accident while looking for other things
(bonus: I use ezgif to make my gifs if it means anything!)

(It starts tommorow!!)
It's an annual tradition and SUPER important to me!
so why am i warning?
well because i like to make Inktober a variety of things i love!
So it will not be JUST Welcome Home/Wally art
(tho maybe a couple sliding in there)
But REST ASSURED
That i still very very much am obsessed with WH and Wally!!
and i guess i dont want yall to think
that i stopped loving WH cause i'm drawing for other fandoms
cause oohh ohhh i very very much DO love Welcome Home
(wally sits comfortably in my brain tyvm)
I will be back on my WH shenanigans after Inktober!
(ooh and i will re-open my askbox in november!)
Inktober does something very magical to me!
Somehow it pushes my artistic limits!
I will be following the list this year!
For the most part! I may change a word here or there ahaha
(I dont think i have truly followed the list since yr 1
I've changed words, used other lists, made my own lists
Heck, this year i almost went off-list! but i changed my mind!)
Anyways, i'm getting a bit rambly
So I hope you will enjoy my inks!
And to everyone else who will be joining me in Inktober,
Happy Inking!!

okay on a serious note today has. lowkey made me glad im not super deep in the smp hole again bc like. fuckin accidentally ruining things sucks. especially if it permanently kills a character.
like. yeah the eggs aren’t gonna be permanent additions, they’re gonna go away at some point when the event ends but STILL it SUCKS to send them off w like. “yeah they accidentally died lol but rules are rules” THATS NOT SATISFYING!!! ITS JUST UPSETTING!!! esp when it’s a character we’re meant to be attached to and it’s a kid and ESP when it’s a character who JUST got sent back to life like. it just feels cheap and hollow for that all to be thrown away? immediately? and not even for a good reason (story-wise), but bc of an accident (gameplay-wise)??
like. im sure the streamers and for SURE fandom will roll w the punches and adapt and make do but like. idk man!! that’s not FUN for me!!! so I’m. a bit glad I’m not so in deep that it REALLY really badly affects me

It's with a heavy but hopeful heart that I watch Palestinian families fundraise on here, slowly accumulating the precious little money to go around that they need to survive. However, not everyone is so lucky. A lot of Palestinians that have not had that kind of luck, that did not get early verification, that did not get massive platforms behind them from large bloggers, have approached me in my inbox, asking me kindly to do what I can for them.
It kills me that I have so little to give myself, but I've seen this platform collectively raise enough to change someone's life. I've made a list of Palestinian fundraisers that are extremely low on funds, in the hope that drawing attention to people who have not been lucky at all can help turn that luck around.
I know most of us can't possibly give enough to get all of these families safe in one go. But please, reblog this list. Pick one or two fundraisers, give what you can, and then keep track of it. Slowly, collectively, we can make a difference in these people's lives.
Share and donate as much as you can.

welcome everybody
I am Muhammad Imad Abdel Latif Sharab
First, after an aggressive war on Gaza City and its revival, we were displaced from our 3-storey house in which I and my family of 3 members live.
My father's family consists of 8 members
My grandfather, may God have mercy on him, was martyred by occupation aircraft on 12/14/2023.
The one who was martyred while he was leaving the house to check on our house next to him, which could not be reached due to a brutal enemy who does not differentiate between anyone in death, went out to check on our house, which we were not in because of my displacement to Rafah, me, my father, and our families due to the intensity of the fighting in Khan Yunis, and after that A few days ago, our store in which my father and brothers work was bombed by occupation aircraft. He was working to gather his strength from it and meet the needs of our house, which no longer exists due to the bombing. We ask you to help and contribute, even if just a little, by donating to us so that we can compensate for a little of what we lost.
Many thanks to you 😢
🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
If you do not understand the words well, because I am not very good at English, but I ask you to help me with money so that I can compensate for even a little of what I lost, and I am very grateful to you, my dears😢🥺😢🥺😢🥺🥺😢

Hello, I am Amal, a mother of seven children ranging from 15 years to 7 months old. Due to escalated war conditions, I relocated to the south, leaving my husband in the north to care for his ailing father. I am eager to reunite with my husband and children as soon as possible. I have initiated a fundraising campaign to support our journey, and I look forward to your support and participation to collectively become a beacon of hope in achieving this dream🙏🙏.

An open letter to @staff
I already submitted this to Support under "Feedback," but I'm sharing it here too as I don't expect it to get a response, and I feel like putting in out in public may be more effective than sending it off into the void.
The recent post on the Staff blog about changing tumblr to an algorithmic feed features a large amount of misinformation that I feel staff needs to address, openly and honestly, with information on where this data was sourced at the very least.
Claim 1: Algorithms help small creators.
This is false, as algorithms are designed to push content that gets engagement in order to get it more engagement, thereby assuring that the popular remain popular and the small remain small except in instances of extreme luck.
This can already be seen on the tumblr radar, which is a combination of staff picks (usually the same half-dozen fandoms or niche special interests like Lego photography) which already have a ton of engagement, or posts that are getting enough engagement to hit the radar organically. Tumblr has an algorithm that runs like every other socmed algorithm on the planet, and it will decimate the reach of small creators just like every other platform before it.
Claim 2: Only a small portion of users utilize the chronological feed.
You can find a poll by user @darkwood-sleddog here that at the time of writing this, sits at over 40 THOUSAND responses showing that over 96 percent of them use the chronological feed*. Claiming otherwise isn't just a misstatement, it's a lie. You are lying to your core userbase and expecting them to accept it as fact. It's not just unethical, it's insulting to people who have been supporting your platform for over a decade.
Claim 3: Tumblr is not easy to use.
This is also 100% false and you ABSOLUTELY know it. Tumblr is EXTREMELY easy to use, the issue is that the documentation, the explanations of features, and often even the stability of the service is subpar. All of this would be very easy for staff to fix, if they would invest in the creation of walkthroughs and clear explanations of how various site features work, as well as finally fixing the search function. Your inability to explain how your service works should not result in completely ignoring the needs and wants of your core long-term userbase. The fact that you're more willing to invest in the very systems that have made every other form of social media so horrifically toxic than in trying to make it easier for people to use the service AS IT WORKS NOW and fixing the parts that don't work as well speaks volumes toward what tumblr staff actually cares about.
You will not get a paycheck if your platform becomes defunct, and the thing that makes it special right now is that it is the ONLY large-scale socmed platform on THE ENTIRE INTERNET with a true chronological feed and no aggressive algorithmic content serving. The recent post from staff indicates that you are going to kill that, and are insisting that it's what we want. It is not. I'd hazard to guess that most of the dev team knows it isn't what we want, but I assume the money people don't care. The user base isn't relevant, just how much money they can bring in.
The CEO stated he wanted this to remain as sort of the last bastion of the Old Internet, and yet here we are, watching you declare you intend to burn it to the ground.
You can do so much better than this.
Response to the Update
Under the cut for readability, because everything said above still applies.
I already said this in a reblog on the post itself, but I'm adding it to this one for easy access: people read it that way because that's what you said.
Staff considers the main feed as it exists to be "outdated," to the point that you literally used that word to describe it, and the main goals expressed in this announcement is to figure out what makes "high-quality content" and serve that to users moving forward.
People read it that way because that is what you said.
*The final results of the poll, after 24 hours:
136,635 votes breaks down thusly:
An algorithm based feed where I get "the best of tumblr." @ 1.3% (roughly 1,776 votes)
Chronological feed that only features blogs I follow. @ 95.2% (roughly 130,077 votes)
This doesn't affect me personally. @ 3.5% (roughly 4,782 votes)
