Vera was out doing the shopping and Victor had been in the cellar doing gods know what for the last hour; this was the best chance he was likely going to get.

Pushing the door closed behind Eddie let out a relieved sigh as he heard the quiet “snick” of the latch catching. Walking over to the nearest desk, Amber’s, he began opening drawers searching for anything spooky looking. Make up, feminine care products, an ungodly amount of hair tools… Opening the bottom drawer Eddie was shocked to find bottles of black ink, needles, random herbs, and a booklet titled “Tattooing for Dummies”. Well that explained the strange new Latin tattoo on his girlfriend’s ribs… How he knew about said tattoo was entirely his business and his business alone.

Finding nothing elixiry in the blonde’s desk he moved over to her wardrobe. Opening the wooden door, Eddie jumped in shock and was man enough admit that a yelp of surprise and fear escaped his mouth as he took in the dreadful thing inside. What the fuck was Amber doing with a snake? Shutting the door quickly, the American boy strode over to Nina’s wardrobe, hoping to find the elixir amongst his fellow American's things.

Elta’s social media hiatus is so perplexing to me. Jensen just posted some video of him at the beach. This would be the perfect opportunity for her to post something if she was with him. It’s just such a different vibe from only two years ago when she was posting about him. Nowadays we barely get any photos that’s just the two of them. Mostly they’re pics where they’re spending time with the kids. Even those pictures of the upfronts she posted didn’t have any pics of just them two, well except the one where she cropped some poor bastard out to make it seem like a couple’s photo lol. I really don’t think spn ending and them having to spend more time with each other helped their relationship.

shes come a long way from fighting twitter stannies and trying to prove gossip bloggers that jensen isn’t gay it seems imo. i think thats a good thing and good on her if she finally matured and realized that she doesn’t have anything to prove to ppl if everything is as rosey and running smoothly. but even having said that, it is still odd that she never posts any #goalz photo or wtvr anymore, i mean tbf she did say she would only post activism stuff mostly, but shes hardly done that. i mean even gen gives couplegoalz crumbs with jared and herself in between her thousands of ads - they’re kinda cute i must admit, and natural, unlike d&j. jenneel satnnies must be losing honestly lol.

Elements of "SMART GOALS"

Always ensure to develop goals demonstrating the elements of SMART that enables success in the implementation of our desired ideas.

Specific: Specify what do you want to achieve and quantify how much is your target. By doing this you will be more clear on your own expectations which drives you attain the goal. Pin point the target in numbers.

Ex:

I loose 4 kgs weight in 2 months (Date).

Measurable: Track the progress by producing data because if we cannot measure something it can never be achieved.

Ex:

I write 30 blog posts by end of 1 month.

To measure, maintain a daily tracker and mark your attendance for blog post every day. This approach can help you track on why you are able to do or unable to do the action item required. This clarity can be helpful to better time management and make this action item possible.

Attainable: Challenging targets are always appreciated but if the challenge is too big to achieve the entire goal can be collapsed. So, consider setting up a realistic target.

Ex:

Unattainable goal: I earn 40 lakhs in stock market by end of this month. However, your current portfolio is worth 4 lakhs.

Attainable goal: I earn 4 lakhs in stock market by end of this month. And your current portfolio is worth 3 lakhs.

Relevant: The smaller smart goals we create must always be aligned to our larger breakthrough goals.

Ex:

Breakthrough goal: I save 20 lakhs in next 5 years.

Small goal: I save 4 lakhs by the end of this year.

Time-bound: Timeline is a powerful tool we can use to see a goal to its achievement. Keeping timelines in mind keeps us reminded of the actions we must take in order to achieve this goal within the expected date.

Ex:

I complete reading 10 motivational books by 31st Dec, 2021.

Sometimes we may be able to achieve this goal well in advance or we may not be able to achieve this even after crossing the deadline. It's completely 'OK' to regularly visit your goals and re-align the timelines as per practical possibilities.

So, do set up SMART Goals in any area of your life to witness surprising improvements which benefits you focus to fly...❤️
