🖤Religion Matsu Aki🖤
God's angel of death, known as Azrael, they are one of the four archangels. Their duty to separate souls of the deceased from their bodies, and transferring them to heaven. Or hell.
These days, she prefers to go by Aki.
Sometimes she does her job, other days she procrastinated and leaves her work for later. She lounges in Karamatsu's Chappel on her days off. Even heavenly beings need breaks, omnipotence is a myth.
Tumblr media
"What? Oh... Right... Sure. I'll be right on it."
There's this... 'Nun', he is kind of just... There. Doesn't do much to help out around the church. He's barely ever present for mass or choir practive. Something about his feels... Off. The way he sometimes blankly stares at Aki, it freaks her out.
Is he even human? Why is he wearing the uniform of a woman of God?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
"Are you having a stroke?"
No matter what universe, their connection knows no bounds, it seems. It transcends the fabric of time and space.

I think I just had a galaxy brain moment. You guys know these perfumes that smell like the sea? Sea salt and stuff like that? That's what Megami Choromatsu would smell like.
Yes, I know he's more commonly associated with ponds or lakes (is he actually or is that just my headcanon?), but… Please, humor me for a second:
Choromatsu envelops you in a tight, affectionate hug. A gasp escapes you as you feel the chill of his robes against your skin, forever cold and damp from the embrace of seawater.
His scent is unmistakably salty, with hints of sulphur and fishiness. It's oddly musky and undeniably masculine, yet strangely refreshing and familiar, almost salutiferous in its essence. It evokes memories of sunny days at the beach, where the smell of the sea would cling to your skin, much like his hands do now.
Choromatsu is as a higher being, capable of both good and evil. He is utterly unforgiving to those who cross him… But, in this moment, he holds you delicately, as though you were a fragile porcelain doll in his grasp. You are cherished and protected.
Doesn't that sound amazing? Haaaau... I really want a hug from him.

:? what makes some of the charas goddesses instead of gods?
that's just kind of how osomatsu religion AU has always been i think, we always see choromatsu called a goddess specifically so we're just continuing what we see . i thought it'd be funny to make nya a god to help establish that she's separate from the matsus

WIP Changes
Tagged by @tales-of-cerano
Um, anyone who wants to can? No presh
My WIP is still primarily a mental draft, collecting research, a fistful of bullet points, etc., But!
For Liminal Fortuna, a dreams/magic/found family story:
My main characters have changed names several times, from Johanna and Carmine to their current names of Kuri (sweet chestnut) and Matsu (pine)
Early iterations had textile production as a sort of background plot element. Now its more of a central feature with a fictionalized riff on the history of the Jacquard punch card machine as an early computing device, plus textiles themselves as a method of storing information
Originally there was going to be a special herbal drink that increased Kuri's powers, now it is a special herbal drink used to suppress them
Kuri and Matsu were originally going to live in more of a generic European abbey or something (I was vibing with Redwall tbh), but I don't want to write a pseudo abrahamic fantasy religion, so I am researching how people across cultures interact with forces of nature and such and am in the middle of reworking this rn

kurutta: lol yeah that matsu blog was such an idiot and fail for letting herself get traumatized by others, it was funny when my friends would bash her to me too, HER FAULT! how could she LET things be ruined? can't believe i had to tolerate such dumbasses like her just because my religion says i can never hate anyone ever. if you let something be ruined for you, it's your fault and you're a weak person that deserves it because TRUE love is strong! kurutta: that show and fandom and everything about it are RUINED for me forever because of those stupid robots and that dumb bitch ex-friend!!! kurutta: (still follows whatever karamatsu kissers enable her or give her the minimal time of day)

Busting the Top Matsu Homeschool Myths
As a parent who is thinking about Matsu homeschool, myths can be goal killers. You may think twice before moving forth with your decision to homeschool the child. The reason could be the fact that people are sharing myths or raising false alarms that is making you wary.
Here, we will take you through the myths and bust them. This would help you plan your homeschooling in a better way.
1. The first myth that we aim to bust is that your child will not be able to build a social world with homeschooling. As they study alone and away from the other kids, they may not be good at socializing. That’s not true. It is all about the exposure you give to your child. Despite being homeschooled, you can offer to drop them at activities and in group things that require other kids. They are bound to meet and have a host of friends from there. Homeschooling can be tended to in a number of ways; isolation isn’t the only way to go about homeschooling.
2. The second most important part of the homeschooling myth is that parents aren’t qualified to be teachers. That’s another wrong myth. Parents understand their children better and know how to impart the requisite knowledge. They have an understanding of how to home school Anchorage and can help their kids learn in the best possible way. You will notice that parents can customize the homeschool curriculum to give their children the best learning solutions.
3. There is another myth that only those who are religious can homeschool. However, that is not true. Homeschooling goes beyond religion. You will notice that severalpeople who are secular or may not be religious also prefer homeschooling. It is more to do with the goals of your child and what you prefer to offer them.
4. One of the key things associated with homeschooling is the wealth. Many believe only if you are rich can you homeschool. However, that is not the case. People with minimal income also homeschool. Homeschooling has a lot to do with the mindset and not wealth. You can create homeschooling material from waste. You don’t need a lot of money to start Matsu homeschool.
5. The most popular myth is that homeschooling is mostly done at home. If you are a homeschooler it is all about being in the home. However, that is also not true. Homeschooling can occur from anywhere. It is all about teaching the right concepts and explaining them to the kids in the best possible way. Depending on the curriculum, you can homeschool on the beach, take them on vacations or go to the particular place.
6. Only those with large families are likely to homeschool. Again a myth that’s not true. You can homeschool if you have a single child. That’s the power of homeschooling. You must have enough understanding and the right curriculum to support your child’s homeschooling needs.
7. Lastly, it is believed that homeschoolers miss out on a lot. However, that is also not true. Homeschoolers gain the maximum from exposure and the best curriculum. Its time to bust thse myths about home school Anchorage.
