In case I'm a sucker at visual storytelling:

This is an au where Hotshot resigned himself to become a Cube star player after leaving the team in year one! Six years later (aprox I have no idea) he's living the high life along with Scorch's team! Or so it seems until he starts to realize Cube champion is not that satisfying of a career path, and thinks back to his time at the Rescue Bot Academy, to where it's too late to go back to! (Fun fact: there's a replacement for Hotshot back on earth too, so they moved on, yeah--) (also the part where Wedge appears is meant to be a tiny vision of the picture talking to him, that's why Hotshot is so freaked out)

TFRB/TFRBA Headcanons

These are my AU, so don’t take them seriously. And these are my Headcanons!

Blades loves Anime, specifically MHA(My Hero Academia)

Hotshot is good with dates, physics,geometry,and also BODMAS.

Hoist is an animal and nature lover.

Boulder is the tallest in human form.

Whirl loves doing gymnastics.

Blades is the shortest in human form.

The Bots and Recruits have special necklaces and earrings with Energon crystals so they can turn human.

Heatwave and Quickshadow are together(married)sparkmates.

Wedge loves to tease Hotshot.

Chase is the fastest, and loves writing poems and stories.

Bumblebee is Blades’ best friend, and sees him as a brother.

Medix and Ratchet are related. Medix is Ratchet’s nephew.

Heatwave and Hotshot see each other as father and son. In fact, Heatwave adopted Hotshot. 

Blurr is now a mentor at the academy, and his student is Snowflake(MY TFRBA oc)

Salvage makes new inventions with Frankie,Hoist and Doc Greene.

Medix is more mature and tries to go with the flow. But he does have autism and OCD. But he’s even funnier.

Hoist and Grimlock are buddies now.

Boulder is good with haircuts,he actually cut Blades’ hair for the first time.

Wedge tries to be tough,but he’s a big softie.

Chase is more funny, and he would sometimes let the recruits take breaks.

Blades adopts a human girl named Meg after he and the team had saved her from bad foster care. He also adopted a young female baby Autobot named Arix.

The Rescue Bots and Recruits love playing games like Roblox, Minecraft and Gartic Phone.

Hotshot and Whirl both have ADHD.

Medix may have developed love interest for Snowflake.

Blades is married to his soulmate and teammate,Windblade!

Blades has agrophobia and is timid most of the time.

Blurr goes through depression and sometimes isn’t sure if he was meant to be a Rescue Bot.

Whirl sees Chase as not only her idol, but as her dad and protector.

Cody would sometimes tell stories to the rescue bots.

Dani and Taylor started dating. 

Chase is autistic.

Salvage is the second tallest in human form.

Quickshadow is the second shortest in human form.

Quickshadow loves spy movies and mystery films.

Blurr sings and writes his own songs and Salvage has known for a long time.

Heatwave enjoys watching rom-coms with Quickshadow.

In the future, Cody and Frankie get married.

Whirl and Hoist have feelings for each other.

There are tales about the Griffin Rock mermaid, and it’s real.

Sirena is the mermaid of Griffin Rock.

Dr Morocco once mind controlled Blades with a micro-chip to kill all the Rescue Bots and Recruits at the academy.

Heatwave and Blades are the only Rescue Bots married so far.

Hoist can be clumsy at times with inventions.

Medix not only likes bats and dogs, but he’s a big softie for cats.

Heatwave can have a big soft spot for babies.

Boulder likes watching earth romance movies.

The Burns family have necklaces with a bit of Energon crystals to have connections with the bots.

Blades once got near some sort of flower, it was actually a bush daisy, and he had an allergic reaction to them.

Hoist is allergic to pollen and peanuts.

Whirl loves watching Brooklyn Nine-Nine with Chase.(has to do with cops)

Chief Burns was Doc Greene’s best man in his wedding with Professor Ana Baranova.

Hotshot isn’t good at trying to not to laugh challenges.

Cody wants to be like his dad(Chief Burns), a police officer like him.

Snowflake(my RBA OC) is the shortest of the group, yet tries to be agile. But she’s more on the gentle and sweet caring side of her.

Hotshot hugged Heatwave hard when there was an alligator or a crocodile near the academy. Hotshot is scared of big reptiles.

Wedge is still afraid of heights. He developed acrophobia(fear of heights), just like Blades.

Bumblebee knows sign language.

Hotshot is going through a bit of depression, and also tries to not feel sad when he thinks about his real parents and what happened to them.

Graham finally shared his feelings with Amy, and now they’re dating.

After reading @poisonflowercorvidae Transformers Rescue Bots Academy Fanfic My Other Half, I couldn’t resist, I just had to draw Bitty Hot Shot & of course Kade holding him after was born.

Also I added Kade with his longer hair, because it was mentioned in the Fanfic he’s not had a haircut in years due to Cybertron not having any barber shops there & I drew a second Bitty Hot Shot just cause he’s absolutely Adorable🥰

Just finished a Sketch that I did inspired by @asmoteeth Rescue Recruits Grown Up AU (Sorry I can’t remember the official name)

I love the designs they’ve done of Hot Shot & Wedge, so I wanted to have a go at drawing them,

Also I love the idea of Hot Shot & Wedge dating, oh who am I kidding, I’m so shipping team “Wedgeshot”!

I had them together, whether they are just hugging or kissing, I’ll leave that to your imagination.

Rescue Bots Academy headcanons (with a touch of angst)

Hotshot has a (rather poorly) hidden inferiority complex

Heatwave unintentionally adopted Hotshot

Neither has any idea how it happened, Hotshot just became Heatwave's son one day

Blurr has visited the Academy at some point, and he was both glad and upset at how Heatwave has changed

On the one hand, he's happy the recruits and especially Hotshot are getting a good mentor,

But on the other, he's upset that he never got that version of Heatwave, and sometimes he wonders if it's his own fault

Grimlock treats Dinomode Hoist like a dog treats its puppy

Hoist has been scruffed on several occasions

Medix loves bats

Even before the incident with Mr. Flappy, he collected books about bats and loved watching documentaries about them

Autistic Medix, Wedge, and Hoist

ADHD Whirl and Hotshot

None of the recruits have any idea their teachers (except Heatwave) have more than one alt mode

Whirl is a scraplet colony, specifically the one Whirl Sr. Adopted in MTMTE

Whirl Jr. aroace

Colonies of metal-eating pests don't have much interest in romance, as it turns out

Ratchet changed for the better when he found out about Medix

While he is no longer afraid of dinobots, Hoist still finds actual dinosaurs a bit unnerving

This probably has to do with them being organic

While training to use a hose, Hotshot nearly passed out. Several times.

While bats are his favorite, Medix loves most types of animals

The only exception to this is deep-sea creatures

He does not understand them and he does not want to understand them

Wedge has had a brother

The way Medix's family found out he could magnetize was by finding him on the ceiling

Whirl Jr, in her most basic state, looks like a bot-shaped scraplet, with a silver body, solid blue optics, and thin limbs

A lot of bots find this appearance unnerving

Behold, the chunkiest monkeys on Cybertron!

Realistically, this didn't happen. Hotshot and Whirl did meet once at this size, but they don't remember that.

The hat isn't part of Medix's helm, Ratchet found a human ball-cap from Raf and plopped it onto his nephew's head, unknowingly predicting the little guy's eventual helm design in the process.
