The box art for Resorting to Danger, with the 2009 yellow cover below and my attempt at a photoshopped "original" cover. It is only visible via a thumbnail on the bottom cover of the 2008 Lights Cameras Curses box art. (Click below to see it). This cover was never published, so I tried to use existing images to make up one.
If you would like to print this for a shelf display, this is my attempt at editing. The original files were not available on the HER website, so I edited these images. (note, I have no idea if these will print well, I apologize if there are issues with how I edited them!)

The ResortingToDanger.com website is now back up and fully functional at https://red.girldetective.org. The only thing that seems to be missing is the VirtualTour.swf. I cannot find that but if anyone has it and would like to contribute it; I'd be very grateful! Instead I replaced the tour with a video of me playing the RED demo. Not exactly the same, but better than an empty space.

just finished playing resorting to danger w my boyfriend who has never played nancy drew before me and he was so stoked that he got the culprit right should I tell him how it works or just let him be happy lol

Kingdom Hearts 3 - Rage Form
#kingdom hearts 3#kh3#sora#rage form#arendelle#formchange#my gif#rage form is so intriguing#sora still behaves in a wild animalistic fashion similar to his anti form but it's different#anti form felt as if he relinquished all self control and acted strictly on instinct just like a heartless#he used to run around hunched over on all fours and fight tooth and claw with reckless abandon#but here you can at least see SOME semblance of who he is. he's able to wield his keyblade while in this form which is pretty major#he still fights in an absolutely chaotic and primal manner but it feels evolved#the big difference is you call upon rage form at will. he channels his rage and darkness in a desperate last resort to stay alive#which is very significant but he still loses some control like the ability to use of magic; items; shotlocks; etc#it's cool to see darkness used in this way but i really want sora to able to explore themes of darkness within himself in future games#i want these to be more than cool forms with fun gameplay. i want them to have implications that something dark is brewing and needs to be-#brought to the surface and tackled head on because we've never seen anyone capable of cloaking themselves in darkness in such a way#take riku's dark form for example. he's in control and he's very much still himself. it's entirely different#on another note i'm now thinking about how hp is fully restored when activating rage form but you have the choice to give it up again-#when using risk charge. it'll increase attack damage but you're still walking a dangerous line in the pursuit of power

I think people make Ford a creep more often because if you even hint that Ford Doesn't reciprocate Stan's feelings the entire show becomes Ford the Molestation Magnet who Cannot Catch A Break Ever
#stancest#Ford is just bouncing between toxic boyfriends like a full time job#Seriously imagine the guy that was creepy to you in highschool is your last resort the only phone number you know you call him for help#He gets mad because u're not dropping ur whole life to be with him u just need a tiny favor (and he owes u for trying to trap u in jersey)#So he pushes you into hell where your significantly more dangerous creepy ex lives and you've gotta save the universe now#Then 30 years later you go through a portal and SURPRISE!!! it's the highschool creep again he's stolen your entire identity and your house#And now he thinks you owe him and he's put his greasy paws all over your stuff and he's the only one in your dimension you know anymore#And he's still just as creepy as highschool but now he's also Angry Constantly and people have let him around Children and also#He might have given Satan your ex a pilot hole into your dimension and you can't deal with both exes at the same time you just can't so you#Spend all ur time in the basement trying to keep Creepy Ex 2 out while creepy ex 1 stalks around your house muttering about how You Owe Him#Then creepy ex 2 gets out and kidnaps you and creepy ex 1 won't Just Work With You For Three Seconds to banish him#Then creepy ex 1 saves the world and now you kinda owe him because he's almost cute when he doesn't remember how to be weird around you#So you throw him a bone and realized too late maybe it was a bad idea to be out in the middle of the ocean with this guy. With no witnesses.
