hi so Yuuyu Laya is back??? i guess??? (he's gonna be neglected </3)

this is my previous post about him (a lot of the initial ideas are changed/scrapped now) and in a nutshell:

yuuyu (he/they) is my twst tinkerbell oc and who is one of the first batch of ramshackle members

he's not yuu/mc, he is just called “yuuyu” (which is just a nickname so not his real name)

the “real yuu” in question is in their second year and is officially the ramshackle prefect/housewarden

I haven't been quiet because I agree with what happened or because I don't stand with Palestine, I absolutely believe Palestine should be free. But yesterday was a lot, it was a heavy day and I needed to step away to get my thoughts in order, so here is my two cents.

I am a firm believer of giving people the benefit of the doubt, especially in cases like these when we do not know the full story. I truly believe that Jere, despite the stupidity of his actions, didn't actively intend any harm. And I do not believe that supporting him means you're supporting Isra*l. I think we, as a fandom, are very prone to jumping to very harsh conclusions in the name of "not putting our idol on a pedestal".

YES Jere should be held accountable when he does stupid shit like this. But I think his story reactions and him shouting "no war" after his performance yesterday show where he stands on the matter.

He did something stupid, he made a mistake. He knows it's a mistake and he apologised for it. Let people make mistakes and let them learn from them.

Unfollow him, step away from the fandom if it will help you feel better but I will not be doing so. I love this fandom, I love you all and I still love Käärijä. I'm not going anywhere 💚
