I don't know where this idea came from. when I was drawing my brain just like "hey, let's draw VH Charles and R Henry blowing bubbles with absolutely no reason!"

VH Charles: "So that's how me and my Henry became best friends!"

R Henry: "That sounds nice."

VH Charles: "I know, right!"

VH Charles: "Ah, good memories...you know, once there was a bullet stuck in my torso."

Day 25 of (Twitter) Stickmintober: Angst

Having timeline powers is both a blessing and a curse. Henry becomes so many things at once. Enemies into friends and friends into enemies. And he can’t really talk about it because no one could understand.

On a side note why do I do these hard challenges to myself under such a short timer?

I don't know if anybody actually brought it up, but in Revenged, if Henry wouldn't be an idiot, he could survive.

We all remember that he stampled Reginald to the wall of the airship, to kill him when the airship would crash and just fly away. But there was an option "airship", and Henry took Reginald and just, well, i don't know how to day it so have a "presentation"

And Henry could just "stample" Reginald to the rocket and fly away, and he could survive!

I understand that PuffBalls wanted to make a sad ending, but i'm just showing a logical side of it.

New and interesting headcanon: RHM was about to propose (to Reginald) when Henry interrupted them in R

Think about it. They thought Henry was dead, and probably believed it would be the two of them running things from then on. Added bonus: following this timeline, they are already fiancées or possibly married in most other paths. I love the idea of a space wedding for them. I just thought of this, but I think it is really cute.

Thoughts? I’m really happy with it, and I might make art to go along with it if people like the idea

Day 7. Favourite Ending with OTP: Revenged!Henry x Charles heres some angst to even out the cuteness so far >:D

Both Valiant Hero and Revenged are similar in how they handle both sides of friendship.

VH is sad because of Charles' sacrifice for Henry, with the later clearly upset over his friend's loss even at the end screen when Henry is wiping away the tears at Charles' grave site.

The ending probably wouldn't be as sad if Henry and Charles were just two dudes on a mission and Charles saving Henry because of duty, but because the two were implied in this route to be chaotic friends, those events hit hard.

Revenged is sad because of Reginald's betrayal of Henry and leaving the later angry with it all eventually leading to the destruction of the Toppats thanks to emotions getting the best of everyone.

Which is where the other side of the friendship comes in, the betrayal of trust.

We know despite the awkwardness to the beginning of Toppat Kings (looks at Ellie and her observation skills) that Reginald does call Henry his friend and trusts him to save him, which could imply they could of been friends before Betrayed.

But we know the pringles possum wants his leadership back and would do anything to get it back while finding an excuse to do so. (looks at TCW)

Henry trusted Reginald enough to save him at the Wall, and Reginald betrayed that trust, destroying whatever friendship they might of had and dooming the clan from that broken trust.

If that friendship wasn't there, I don't think Henry would of been as pissed off and Revenged might not even had happened or at least not as large and ragey as canon Revenged.

On a small Revenged note, consider Reginald's last words "Was it worth it?" not just being aimed at Henry, but himself as well, asking himself if the whole betrayal just for leadership back was worth the death of Right and many more Toppats.
