My work-in-progress Anubis..inspired by the mummy exhibit that I work in. ✍🏼 . Anubis is the ancient Egyptian god of soul judgment and was also associated with mummification & protection over graves. The Egyptians believed he would weigh the heart on a balancing scale after death to determine the fate of the soul. My goal lately has been to make as many garden paintings in as little time as possible. I’m finding that the most efficient way to do this is to separate each step of the creative process and do all of the pieces at the same time. Custom art is guaranteed to be unique no matter where you get it, but it doesn’t have to be big or expensive. My favorite commissions are usually tattoo designs, which I generally offer for $5-$25. I’ve also created children’s birthday invitations, D&D character creations, cover art for albums and books, logo designs, chalkboard lettering, and even a series of hand-drawn vegetables suitable for framing and hanging in a kitchen. . . I love making anything and everything...and the most fun part of the process is getting to know the people who want to work with me. It brings me great happiness to finish projects for my supporters.
