bianca iverson:

pseudo leader of the friend group turned detective agency, bianca is kind and confident, yet impulsive and a little too nonchalant. she’s dramatic, but only in a theater kid kind of way, and most of it is a joke. emphasis on most. she’s got a strong sense of justice and is deeply empathetic. surely this won’t come back to bite her. surely this will not conse the quences. also she doesn’t believe in ghosts. yes her boyfriend is sort of a ghost. what about it.

lillian cheng:

witty, spunky, and deeply passionate, lillian views herself as the sidekick to bianca’s main character, but she’s anything but. she’s the one who drags the group into investigating the boiler room murder rumors, because she’s the president of the dwindling newspaper club, hardcore ghost believer, and also a huge lesbian whose crush got dared to go down to the room in the first place. she isn’t very good at showing her emotions, preferring to smother them in layers of snark, but she truly does love her friends. if you ignore the way she’s about to murder taylor on a regular basis.

taylor kennedy:

i don’t know why he looks so angry. truly he’s just tired of his friends’ bullshit. taylor is incredibly loyal to his friends and those he deems important, sometimes to the point of trouble. stares pointedly at the original spirit week draft. he’s a little emotional, usually as a result of embarrassment due to his friends’ teasing (gay ass mf), often leading to arguments with lillian. actually pretty energetic and excitable, especially once you get to know him, but usually hides that aspect. also believes in ghosts but is fucking terrified of them.

elijah beaumont:

often underestimated due to his optimism and upbeat nature, elijah is rocky mountain high’s star soccer player and popular boy who hangs out with the losers. or, well, that’s what the rest of the school would have you believe. he’s the one who practically forged their friend group with his bare hands, all the way back in middle school, and he’ll be damned if anything is going to take them away — even underground child murdering rings. i mean what. he can be quite cunning. he’s also a moron. he contains multitudes <3 he doesn’t really believe in ghosts, but he pretends he does to piss people (bianca) off. even more of a theater kid than bianca, somehow.
