i really wish the people programming actually important robocalls would just like. make the first words of it state exactly what it is. like when theres a recall notice at work they sometimes also put out a robocall and its like "ATTENTION THIS IS A MESSAGE INFORMING YOU THA-" and im like this close to hanging up because yeah sure important notice about my cars extended warranty blah blah blah but then it finally says "recall notice" and im like. ohhh gotcha this ones actually important. not spam.

literally if ur programming these the very first words as soon as i say "hello" should be "RECALL NOTICE". there now i know this isnt yet another Free Cruise spam call!! or "SILVER ALERT", "WATER BOIL NOTICE", go into details after but Open With That Please. "ATTENTION DO NOT HANG UP THIS IS AN IMPORTANT NOTIC-" yeah so is every call i get from the """"irs""""!!!

“Wish you’d stay forever,” you mumble into his chest, pliant in his arms. Johnny laughs at the state of you, completely boneless as you squeeze at the soft fat of his belly.

“Yer only sayin’ that cause I make a good pillow.”

A nod. “Yeah, you do.”

You feel his laughter move through him in waves, hugging you tighter.

MV Realty Scam

MV Realty is being sued by Attorneys General in Florida, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts for deceptive and unfair business practices. The company is also under investigation in Georgia and North Carolina.

MV Realty pitches 40-year exclusive listing deals, paying customers for the right to sell their homes over the next four decades.  

MV Realty, under the 40-year contracts, would receive money if the company sold the property, the homeowner canceled the agreement or if the property was transferred in some other way, including foreclosure or a transfer when the owner dies, the Inquirer reported.  Source

“A non-agent facilitator is a type of transaction broker that owes no duty of loyalty to the seller, has no obligation to seek the highest price the market will bear, and owes no duty of confidentiality to the seller,” the complaint reads.

Allegedly, the contract also allows MV Realty to obtain mortgages on the homes - without the homeowner’s knowledge.

so how many people have their voice mail set up?

Cause my argument against having is Robo Calls. I mean at least if you don't have a voice mail the robo callers will just think it's a defunct number and leave it alone...

...though there was that instance where I got several Robo Calls in one day in the same hour when it was just one in the morning and that was it for mayeb the week...that was a bit...much
