"Promise not to think it's weird." Jaune pressed her fingertips together.

"I promise nothing." Weiss crossed her arms.

"It's because you remind me of my mom." Jaune said.

"What?"

"My mom is a world famous musician, and I really miss her, and I thought, maybe, if I ask you out, she won't approve and will try to scare you off."

"I... What?"

"I miss my mom, Weiss." Jaune sniffed. "I miss her so much."

"This... is absolutely insane." Weiss rubbed her eyes. "I refuse to even remotely associate myself with you, you pathetic creep. Jump up your own ass and die, you sad, sad, pathetic, little man."

"Yeah, that's about the reaction I expected." Jaune sighed.

"Also, your onesie is stupid."

"Oh..." Jaune sniffled.

The ground rumbled, and the walls quaked as a thunderous roar echoed throughout the school. The two ran to a nearby window, where a woman atop a motorized pipe organ on tank treads, sat before a set of keys, glaring at the two.

"ART THOU THE FOUL WENCH THAT DOTH INSULTETH MINE KIN?!" The woman shouted.

"WHAT?!" Weiss shouted back. "I CAN'T HEAR YOU! YOUR ENGINE IS TOO LOUD!"

"WHAT?!" The woman shouted back. "COULD YOU SPEAK UP?! THE ENGINE IS TOO LOUD!"

"HI, MOM!" Jaune shouted as he waved.

"HI, SWEETIE!" Jaune's mother waved back. "I'M SORRY I LEFT SO SOON! THEY NEEDED ME FOR A WAR ORCHESTRA!"

"WHAT?!" Jaune shouted. "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!"

"WHAT?! HANG ON! I'LL TURN THE ENGINE OFF!" Mama Arc pressed a key, and launched a missile at the two.

"Time to die, Huntresses!" Roman Torchwick shouted his last words as the missiles flew past Jaune and Weiss and obliterated him.

"Talk about Beethoven's 5th." Neo stated with a sign overhead.

"WHAT?!" Jaune and Weiss shouted at Neo, cupping their ears.
