I feel like as a fandom we don't talk enough abt the aurinkos having the cure for radiation sickness and the implications

the ruby replicated the cure mother imperfectly so it only had one use, sure. but presumably the ruby KNOWS it can't perfectly replicate things so it's probably able to choose which parts to copy.

it chose radiation sickness. we NEVER see the ruby and vespa have any meaningful interaction, we never see them caring for one another. it could have chosen to attempt to cure addiction for jet, generic physical healing for juno but instead it looked at its FAMILY and saw that vespa needed the cure mother the most despite how minimal their interactions are and I love this just because that's what family is it's helping those amongst you who need it simply because you love them
