It was a normal day when Lisbeth decided to drink a coffe in local "Kafe". As she wanted to order her Cafe Latte she noticed that the woman infront of her had some problems with ordering. She didn't seem to be from Sweden and didn't speak swedish. Lisbeth, who found the woman very attractive, asked her: "Hej, can I help you?".

Finished my first ever half-marathon this weekend! 13.1 miles, 2200 ft of vertical in 45°F and pouring rain. Vulcan's Fury was treacherous and unforgiving, and I wouldn't have had it any other way 💪😁

First Snow Run of the Year❄😍

Got in a quick 4 and change before the snow changed to rain and the wind got gnarly in the noreaster that hit on Saturday.

This is going to be my first winter running outside instead of running for the gym and the treadmill. Going to take a lot of emotional flexibility and strength to keep myself out on the trails this winter. 🤞

My greatest realization as a runner was learning that you dont need to run the whole time for it to be a "good run."

Sometimes the best runs are the ones where you stop to take it all in 😊🍁🍂🍃

Sometimes I get so distracted taking it all in that I forget to watch where I'm putting my feet. But falling doesnt scare me anymore and while it never feels good when you knee a rock, I know I can get up and keep running. 🏃🏼‍♀️⛰❤

A short run is better than no run!

Had to sneak in a quick 3.5 miler in between chores tonight. It was a tad bit muddy and with 90% humidity I looked like I'd been pushed in a pool by the time I got back to my car 😂

This time last year was the first time I ran this loop at Mt. Pisgah, Northboro, Massachusetts and I couldn't do it without stopping. Today I PRd time and it's another checkpoint to add to my list to remind me that I'm getting stronger every day. It's little victories like that that keep me moving forward.💪🏃🏼‍♀️⛰❤
