An independent Courier would actually hate being in charge or enforcing standards in New Vegas. At least in my mind.

They made Vegas independent but I feel like that playthrough/style so clearly makes it apparent it isn't for them. They are making Vegas a place where people can live freely, like how House genuinely didn't care what people did but without the behind-the-scenes Big Brother surveillance he did. Having every family, faction, and other influence group or person comes to them about alliances or rules would be draining, and boring, one note.

In an independent Vegas, The Courier is also Independent. They like getting rid of lines and borders that impede freedom, they like to help give people the tool but I don't believe they want to be the one to shape it.

Since we're on the subject, it's incredibly easy to tell that, despite saying they were inspired by it, ShawLuna did absolutely zero research into the Black Panther Party. If they had, then there would be food programs, schools, hospitals, and political campaigns led by White Fang chapters

The BPP was never a terrorist group, they were revolutionaries whose methods of activism did not exclude violence. For fuck's sake, the reason they chose that name is because panthers only attack when provoked

History paints them as violent extremists because they wanted to change the status quo, and were steadily gaining the power to do so. That's why the government cracked down so hard, often lethally

In RWBY, wouldn't it be far more interesting to have an activist group that has a variety of ways of fighting against an oppressive system? Reclaiming health and education, learning how to protect themselves, or going out to protest the system itself: you could challenge the status quo with whatever niche of helping the community fit you best

Hell, this is what Mistral could have been about. Instead of sitting in a house all damn day, the kids could've gone exploring the city and stumbled across a White Fang daycare center in the lower levels. Or a soup kitchen. Or been given a flyer asking them to join a strike of a local Schnee mine. The possibilities really are endless

Rey could have ended that war by taking his hand tbh. If she had taken his hand she absolutely could have convinced him to do anything in that moment. He just killed his master, the man who had been in his head for 30 years, manipulating and destroying him from the inside out. He had no sense of personal identity, just a loose sense of morals and ideals and his obsession with her. She fully controlled him.

Obviously she did what she thought she had to do but I'm only observing. She wanted the death and fighting to stop. I do think if she had taken his hand she could have convinced him. He wanted to bring about peace and balance like his grandfather, he just didn't have all the right tools, like, rey's goodness and a different perspective.

I know Im biased because its the only things I liked from the DCEU but my take on people saying Gunn should reboot TSS/Peacemaker for the sake of Fairness is why should he get rid of the only DC movies that performed well with audiences. After the hype of rolling her has died down a bit, I am rather Disappointed that Ruler Skadi is a straight upgrade to Caster Skadi in a lot of situations due to how similar their kits are.

I would like to see Caster get some manner of skill buff that give her more of a distinct role to her brand new counterpart.

i honestly dont know who id choose, both because im so picky about who should voice him and also because i just dont know that many big famous actors to begin with.. sorry i know that wasnt really the answer you were looking for lmao. but i am hoping that its going to be another idris elba knuckles type thing where it was someone nobody expecting but still gave a good performance and clearly cared a lot about getting the character right. because at the end of the day thats mostly what i want, even if the voice doesnt sound exactly like i wanted if the va clearly cares about the role and puts actual effort into it then ill be fine.
