"Ray?" Henry's voice causes the man to jump and turn around.
He squares up to Henry before his brain computes who it is, and then he stands normally, "Henry, you can't do that!"
"Hmm?" He hums, staring at the man.
"Henry, you can't do that!" Ray repeats again in the same exasperated tone.
Henry makes a confused face, "I can't say your name anymore?"
Ray rolls his eyes before sitting down on the couch, "so what do you want?"
Henry takes a seat next to him, "you never talk about the sidekick you had before me, I'm just curious on who he was."
"Well first of all it was a she."
Ray dramatically looks off into the distance, his sidekick giving him a baffled look before shrugging and joining his gaze into the distance.
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
You and Ray were playing a very serious game of foosball when Schwoz started shouting for your attention.
"Guys! Guys! I found him!" He shouted, frantically flailing his arms in the direction of the many screens on the wall of the man cave, this immediately pulled you and Ray's interest from the game at hand to Schwoz.
"You found Doctor Rotten?" You sprinted over to the control panel.
Ray swiftly followed, "we've been trying to track him for months!"
Schwoz went on to tell you about his whereabouts while you and Ray mentally plotted your attack.
"Well let's blow some bubbles-" Ray began.
"-and give this doctor a taste of his medicine!" You finished his sentence.
Once you transformed you guys ran to the tubes, "I see what you did there." Was the last thing Ray said before you both disappeared up the tubes.
Once you guys got to the location that Doctor Rotten used to conjure up his evil experiments it wasn't an easy fight, well you wouldn't know, as you were immediately injected with some concoction Doctor Rotten had made.
"Y/N are you okay!" You heard Ray shout as you came back to consciousness.
You stirred before groggily speaking, "Ray? What happened?"
"That rotten son of a bitch grabbed you and injecte-" he began before he was cut off by you screaming and squirming around on the floor. He ran to your writhing body and held you down to the ground firmly.
"It feels like fire is running through my veins!" You screamed, whilst trying to catch your breath.
Ray scanned the room frantically trying to see if there was anything that even resembled an anecdote for the horrific condition you were in.
"Ray help me!" You yelled out in a pleading tone."
"I'm trying kid! I really am!" He shouted back, attempting to reassure you.
Then he spotted a large button, he hoped it would somehow stop the pain you were in. It was his last resort.
Ray jumped up and ran towards the big red button and smashed it down. He stood back, slightly confused at the button doing nothing. That was until...
An explosion.
Half of the building exploded, luckily not the side you were both on, although you still were severely impacted by the blast.
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
When you woke up you were lying on a bed in the middle of the man cave being towered over by Schwoz and Ray, both with very concerned faces.
"Guys... what happened," you tried to sit up before being quickly shoved back down by both men.
"You are not fully healed yet Y/N!" Schwoz frantically mumbled.
This made you instantly sit up, "Not fully healed yet!" You shrieked, "What do you mean not fully healed yet?"
Both men stood back whilst sharing almost scared looks, mentally deciding if they should tell you.
Then Ray spoke up, "well... we went to take down Doctor Rotten, you made a great pun by the way before we left," you jokingly winked as he said that. "Then we got there and he grabbed you and injected you with some liquid that made your blood red hot."
You nodded, "and then?"
Schwoz quickly spoke up, "Ray pushed a big red button and it made half the building explode!"
"What? Ray! A big red button really?" You shouted.
"C'mon! It didn't have any 'don't press' signs!" He attempted to defend himself.
You shook your head in disappointment, "Ray almost every red button... means an explosion!" Your voice got louder with every word until you were yelling once again.
"Well, you're still alive!" He shouted back.
You took a deep breath and spoke again, "did we at least catch him?" Your question made Ray look away in embarrassment, "we caught him..." you gritted your teeth, "right?"
"No..."
This caused you to yell again, "you didn't catch him!"
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
Ray's memory was cut off by Henry, "Hello? Can you tell me now? You've been staring at the ceiling saying nothing for 10 minutes."
"Oh right, yeah sorry! She moved to Brooklyn after a mission that went very wrong." He told him.
"Oh... did she have any powers?" Henry further inquired.
This made Ray smile as he reminisced, "yeah she could talk to people through her mind. Was pretty cool, except for when she would tap into your head and just scream as loud as she could."
The pair were cut off by Schwoz running through and yelling at them, "he's back!"
"Who's back?" Ray replied, jumping up off of the couch, Henry following his actions.
Schwoz sat down and started clicking random buttons on the control panel until the screens turned on showing footage of a tall man holding a vial of a bright purple liquid.
"Doctor Rotten..." Ray sneered, looking closely at the screens.
Henry followed him, a confused look on his face, "who now?"
"He's the one who nearly killed-" Schwoz spoke before Ray shouted.
"Don't say her name!" He yelled, "she doesn't get to be known as the one who Doctor Rotten nearly killed."
"Okay..." Schwoz grumbled, "he's at Swellview lab."
Henry and Ray quickly changed suits and went up the tube. They arrived on the roof and walked towards the mancopter, Ray started to flip the switches to turn on the helicopter before something caught the attention of the two guys.
"Fighting Doctor Rotten without me?"
They were both caught off guard by the girl who was walking towards them. Especially Henry, this unknown girl was his age and gorgeous.
It was you.
"Y/N what are you doing here?" Ray questioned, very confused yet concerned.
You smiled widely and walked over to him, "I've been trying to find this bastard for years, ever since we lost him, and now I want him gone for good."
Ray nodded in response before wrapping his arms around you, "I'm so glad you're okay."
You hugged him back, smiling widely at the fact you've been reunited with your old best friend, "I'm happy to be back."
"Right, guys! We don't have time for hugs and talking, we have a criminal to catch!" Henry spoke sternly, seemingly envious of the bond between Ray and his old sidekick.
"He's right! Let's go give this doctor a taste of his own medicine!" You exclaim, walking towards the mancopter.
"That line gives me bad memories Y/N!" Ray shouts after you while he runs up to the mancopter.
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
Sticking to the plan you walked into the lab first, "Well, well, well look who it is... Doctor Moldy." You snicker at your own joke as you walk.
"It is Doctor Rotten-" The villain shouts before realising who you are and smirking, "well hello little girl, here for another round of fire blood?"
You smile back and stop in front of him, "I think it's your blood that'll be on fire."
On cue both of the other heroes break into the lab, coming up behind the evil man, who was preoccupied talking down to you.
Little did he know that in approximately 30 seconds he would receive a punch to the back of the head from Captain Man. Unfortunately, he didn't go out like a light, he was much stronger than anticipated so he immediately turned around and started trying to attack Captain Man.
You and Henry both seem to migrate to the side of the lab, watching the fight go down, "he's surprisingly good," Henry assessed.
"Who knew some 60-something bald man could take the Captain Man," you nodded before looking over to his new sidekick. "You're not jealous of me and Ray are you?"
This caught Henry off guard, "not at all! I understand that you guys had a close bond," despite seeming fine, his tone of voice told a different story.
"Trust me as soon as Doctor Rotten is gone I'm out of here, you have nothing to worry about. Now I'm gonna make this guy regret he was even fucking born." You smile and pat Henry's chest before sneaking over to the table with syringes full of glowing liquid splayed out.
At this point, Doctor Rotten is having to take on both Kid Danger and Captain Man. However, you have just found what you assume is the same poison that you were attacked with all those years ago.
To distract Doctor Rotten you tap into his brain and start to scream which causes him to grasp the sides of his head and drop to his knees. You happily saunter over to his distraught body and lean down.
"Payback is a bitch," you whisper, pushing your face against his before stabbing the syringe into his neck and injecting the fiery liquid, causing him to instantly pass out.
"Well, jobs done! Let's get back to the man cave girl and boy." Ray says while clapping his hands.
"About that Ray... I'm not coming, I'm going back to Brooklyn." You smile bittersweetly, "it was amazing fighting crime with you again, but it's not my place anymore."
This caused Ray to frown, "c'mon Y/N just for old times sake."
Henry suddenly felt quite bad for you both, and for feeling jealous. "I would love for you to come hang with us until your flight." The blonde smiled at you.
This made you smile and roll your eyes, "I guess I can come down for a few hours."
───── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ─────
After hours of reminiscing, talking and many games of foosball Ray decided he was going to head to his bed.
"Shouldn't you head home?" You asked Henry as you stood up off of the couch.
He shrugged and stood up with you, "I told my mom I was staying at Jasper's tonight."
You laughed in response, "a rebel? I like it."
"Oh yeah?" He chuckled, scrunching his face at you.
"Yeah, you're cool Henry, I see why Ray likes you." You spoke softly and tilted your head.
This caused Henry to flush lightly, "you're really cool, Y/N."
"I think you should come to Brooklyn sometime," you walked closer to him, "come visit me sometime..."
He nodded, "sounds good, I'll be there," he mumbled, now realising the close proximity between you both.
"Sounds like a plan," you whisper whilst placing your hands on his shoulders.
As if on command his hands landed on your hips, "I think you're really pretty.
You grinned and leaned closer to his face, his breath fanning over yours, "and I think you're perfect."
He slowly lowered his head and let his lips meet yours.

Hi! Hope you’re having a good day/night 😊I saw your post about requests open again . I know the requests are closed right now, that you said that you’re busy at the moment and focusing on other things in your life which is very understandable. But I have a request I’m dying to send, like try your best to get to it when you can, but i know you can’t promise it will be anytime soon.
I want to ask if it’s their a chance that I want to request a Ray Manchester/Captain Man (Henry Danger) shy!reader please? His team except schwoz thinks Ray is making things up that he has a girlfriend or that shy!reader chose her hero best friend to be they godfather of their newborn son who’s a mama boy. Then Ray thought it’s a good idea bringing his team to the hospital to see his family and the team are surprised that shy!reader happens to be a powerful and legendary Sorceress (like Scarlet Witch) & popular superhero in the planet, also a stage magician. Even the villains adored her.

“What is so hard to believe about me having a girlfriend?”
     Captain Man put his hands on his hips in exasperation. He looked around the Man Cave, waiting for an answer.
     The others glanced at each other, seeming to be having a conversation with their eyes.
     “Nothing, man,” his sidekick finally said, having been silently delegated to answer, “It’s just, well, you’ve never really had a girlfriend before.”
     Oh what they didn’t know, you thought. You watched Ray, your boyfriend, talk to his friends through a crack in the door leading to the Man Cave.
     These people, with the exception of Ray, had no idea who you were—or, at least they thought they didn’t—yet you knew so much about them. Ray had told you so much since you’d begun dating that you felt like you already knew his friends, even if you’d never met them.
     Your boyfriend’s voice brought you back to reality.
     “I have too had a girlfriend—Tana Sommers, fourth grade.” Ray shot back.
     “Since we’ve known you,” the boy you knew to be Henry rubbed his temples.
     “Ok, well, Evelyn Hall!”
     “You never called her back, remember?” The girl—Charlotte—responded.
     “Lacey Lumbar!”
     “She tried to steal your inventions!” That was Jasper.
     “Gwen!”
     “She tried to kill you!” Charlotte added.
     “Oh, I know,” Ray clapped his hands together, “Henry’s mom.”
     “Dude, my mom is not your girlfriend,” Henry sounded disgusted.
     “Well, not anymore,” Ray whispered.
     You found yourself absentmindedly making a fist, and looked down, unclenching your fingers carefully.
     You’d heard about Ray’s relationship with his sidekick’s mother. According to him, they’d been very serious ever since he rescued her from the jaws of a shark, until he broke it off with her shortly before meeting you. Although, knowing Ray, some of this might have been an exaggeration.
     “If you had a girlfriend—”
     Ray looked like he was about to argue again and Henry held up a hand, continuing quickly.
     “—which I’m not saying you don’t, why wouldn’t you just introduce her to us?”
     You played with the hem of your blouse.
     “She just—well, I’m not ready to introduce her to you yet.”
     You silently thanked him for not revealing your secret. You weren’t sure anyone would actually believe Ray’s reason, seeing as you’d been together for nearly a year now, but you appreciated anyways.
     The truth was, you weren’t great with meeting people. You always got all flustered and your cheeks felt hot and you never knew what to say.
     Ray was the only exception to that rule, always making you feel comfortable and safe.
     You had always been shy and you just weren’t sure if you were ready to meet all of Ray’s friends, especially all at once.
     It was ironic that you could crush a man’s windpipe just by looking at him but you feared making a simple introduction.
     Which was the other truth Ray wasn’t telling his friends, which you knew was probably killing him.
     You were kind of a superhero. The Sorceress, to be precise. You’d become quite infamous in Swellview since you’d arrived there shortly before you met Ray. You’d known practically no one when you’d arrived.
     Well, that wasn’t quite true. You and your best friend Hal had moved across the country together. He was also blessed with superpowers, but preferred to work behind the scenes unless absolutely necessary. He was incredibly gifted with technology and you were thankful for all of the gadgets and weapons he designed for you. However, he didn’t want any credit even when you assured him he deserved it.
     However, when he wasn’t donning a cape and gloves, he was the most outgoing person you knew. Always taking you out for drinks and insisting you had a good time.
     It was funny, you thought, that the two of you were so opposite. Most everyone you knew had been introduced to you by Hal.
     Except for Ray.
     Ray told everyone he’d met you at the local coffee house. Which was partially true. If you changed coffee to clock and—well, house was more of a suggestion.
     You’d met in The Time Jerker’s lair.
     Captain Man had been there for an entirely different business—apparently he owed the villain money for some reason or another—but you also happened to be chained up to a chair in his basement.
     It wasn’t an ideal situation, but it wasn’t particularly terrifying either. This had happened many times before that. The villains of Swellview had an odd fascination with you and appreciation for you and seemed to always be persuading you to change sides. You supposed it was because your set of superpowers could do an equal amount of bad as they could good.
     That didn’t stop you from refusing every time. You’d rather lose your powers than become one of the criminals who tortured the city and its occupants.
     Captain Man had rescued you that day—if rescued is what you could call it—and you had instantly enjoyed his company. You didn’t meet many acquaintances as The Sorceress and you found it wildly easier to make conversation when you had a mask on and could hide under the guise of a confident, powerful superhero.
     So you and Captain Man began dating in secret and nobody was the wiser.
     You smiled to yourself at the absurdity of two of the most known figures in Swellview keeping a secret like this.
     You knew Ray was probably dying to reveal to his friends who his girlfriend really was, but you knew he wouldn’t. Not unless you gave him the green light.
     You supposed you two would have to tell people soon, you thought, placing a hand gently on your stomach. Everything would have to change when the baby was born.
     The elevator doors opened and it caught your attention, the present crashing back down around you like a wave.
     A short man—Schwoz—stepped into the Man Cave carrying a bag of bird feed.
     “Lunch?” He held it out to the present company.
     A symphony of disgusted declines filled your ears and you chuckled quietly.
     “I’ll eat that,” Jasper said, “When Ray has a girlfriend.”
     “Ray has a girlfriend,” Schwoz said earnestly.
     “Schwoz, what have we said about lying?” Charlotte chided.
     “No really,” Schwoz insisted, “She’s beautiful and smart and she likes a animals and she has these crazy superpowers—”
     “Too far, man,” Henry said, patting Schwoz on the shoulder and walking towards the elevator.
     You breathed a sigh of relief when Henry and his friends disappeared into the elevator, leaving the Man Cave for the day. You felt bad for giving Ray’s assistant the reputation of a liar, but you couldn’t deny you were glad no one believed him. It was easier that way.
     Schwoz had seen you and Ray…together once in the Man Cave and you were forced to tell him the truth. But he was the only one that knew besides you and Ray and Hal. So far, it seemed, except for almost moments ago, he’d kept his promise and hadn’t told anyone about his boss’s girlfriend’s identity.
     “Coast is clear, babe,” Ray called to you. You left your hiding spot and entered the room.
     You walked over to Ray, smiling as he pulled you into his arms. You kissed him on the cheek and he looked down at you.
     “Now, where were we,” he whispered and leaned down to kiss you.
     He stopped just before his lips touched yours as you both heard a loud crunching sound.
     You both looked up and saw Schwoz shamelessly watching your embrace as he dug into his bird food.
     “Beat it Schwoz!” Ray shouted and the small man grabbed the bag and left, mumbling.
     Ray gave you a look as if to say, Assistant’s, am I right?, before leaning down and kissing you. You placed your hands on his chest and kissed him back.
     Your boyfriend continued kissing you, moving from your lips down to your neck and finally landing in front of your stomach.
     He placed his hands around your sides, kneeling down in front of you and planting a kiss right where you imagined your baby was. You were pretty big now, your due date fastly approaching
     “And how’s my little baby girl?” Ray cooed.
     You placed a hand on his head and ran your fingers through his hair. “And how do you know it’s a girl?”
     “Call it superhero’s intuition.” Ray said, looking up at you before pointing at your stomach, “You know, one day this is going to be my new sidekick.”
     “How will you break the news to Henry?” You asked, getting lost in the daydream of you and Ray here ten, twenty years from now. You were in the process of moving in with Ray ever since you found out you were pregnant, but this place had already felt like home for so long. Even Hal spent almost an equal amount of time here as at your apartment-turned-lair. Much to Ray’s dismay.
     “Henry’ll get over it,” Ray waved the idea away, “Besides, hypermobility? That’s nothing compared to the genes this kid is going to have with two superhero parents.”
     “What about me?” You teased, “What if i wanted to be your sidekick?”
     “(Y/n), that would never work. I couldn’t constantly have my sidekick upstaging me. It’s bad for my image.”
     “That wouldn’t happen,” you smacked him lightly on the arm as he stood up.
      “Yeah you’re right, I am pretty awesome,” Ray said with smirk and you laughed.
     “How did I get so lucky?” You said sarcastically as you rolled your eyes playfully.
     Ray chuckled before falling silent and staring into your eyes.
     “(Y/n),” he said softly, running a hand along your arm, “We are going to have to tell everyone soon, you know that right?”
     You sighed, “I know.”
     “I mean, what’s the point of having a super-hot, badass girlfriend if I don’t even get to brag about it,” Ray pouted. “‘I’m dating The Sorceress and no one even knows how cool that makes me!”
     “But seriously,” he continued, “They’re going to find out eventually if you start living here full time. And Schwoz can’t keep a secret forever.”
     “Hey!” A muffled voice reached your ears, “I heard that!”
     “I said beat it Schwoz!” Ray yelled, spinning around to find the source of the voice. You laughed, grabbing his hand to bring him back to where he’d been standing before, inches from you.
     “Alright, alright I’m ’beating it’,” Schwoz said from somewhere and then it was quiet again.
     “I think we’re getting closer,” you said, bringing the hand that was intertwined with Ray’s to your stomach. Your due date wasn’t for a few weeks but you felt like it could be any time now. “Now we just wait.”
     “I can’t wait to be a father, (Y/n),” Ray said bringing his arms around you and kissing you again.
     You smiled, letting him embrace you. How did you get so lucky? You thought, echoing your earlier sarcastic statement. That meeting what could’ve just been a friend one day in a villain’s lair would’ve turned into all this.
     Friend. That reminded you. You pulled away. “Hal’s coming by later today,” you said, forgetting about it until just now.
     “Ugh, why?” Ray mumbled.
     “Because he’s my friend and I invited him,” you said.
     Ray had this crazy idea that you were going to run away with Hal any second. No matter how many times you assured him it was just that. Crazy.
     “Well then, fine—how about I invite Henry’s mom,” Ray pouted.
     “Did you and Henry’s mom even date?” You asked him, willing to settle it once and for all.
     “We totally did!” He pointed a finger at you. “It was the epic romance of the century.”
     “Oh yeah?” You crossed your arms, smirking, “What’s her name?”
     Ray sputtered, and you laughed. He crossed his arms back at you and turned away.
     “You’re mean, you know that.” He was laying it on thick but you decided to oblige him.
     “Forgive me?” You said sweetly.
     “Only if you kiss me,” he said and you rolled your eyes but put your arms around him and placed a kiss on his lips.
     “Hey, c’mon, I don’t wanna see that!” You heard a familiar voice and turned towards the elevator, seeing Hal standing in the entryway, a look of mock outrage on his face. Where had the time gone? You’d thought it would be hours before he joined you.
     You walked over to him and gave him a hug. Ray sulked in the background and you pulled Hal towards him. Ray was impossible sometimes.
     “Say hi,” you whispered to Ray.
     “Hey Hal!” Ray said, overly enthusiastic.
     “Hey man,” Hal said, clapping Ray on the back.
     “Ow!” Ray exaggerated.
     “Right sorry,” Hal laughed, “electric currents running though my hands and all.”
     “You’re indestructible, Ray.” You rolled your eyes at him.
     “Doesn’t mean it doesn’t hurt,” Ray mumbled but you already turned your back to him, helping Hal get something out of the Auto Snacker.
      You were interrupted by an alarm sounding, loud and persistent.
      Ray jumped over to the computer and pressed a button, taking an incoming call from a very distraught looking woman in a jewelry store.
     Ray listened to the message and then shut the system off, moving to the center of the room and taking out his container of gum.
     “Guess this is a solo mission. See you  (Y/n), I’ll be back as soon as I can,” Ray said to you. He popped the gum in his mouth and transformed into Captain Man right before your eyes.
     “I’ll come with you,” you said, “Henry’s already gone home so I’ll go. It’s not like I don’t do this alone every day.”
     You pressed a button on the bracelet encircling your wrist and your Sorceress attire soon took over your everyday clothes.
     “I can’t let you do that, (Y/n),” Ray insisted, “Not in your condition.”
     You’d taken some time off for your pregnancy lately and Hal had been covering for you the past couple of weeks. But still, you could manage one mission.
     “I’ll be fine,” you said, “Trust—”
     You paused, feeling an odd sensation inside of you. You looked down.
     “Ray, my water broke.”
     “What?” Ray said, rushing over to you. You nodded.
      “What do—we need to—I can—we need to go to the hospital,” Ray finally said.
      “Like this?” You pointed to your superhero uniform.
     “There’s no time,” Ray said, wrapping an arm around you as if to pick you up.
     “I can take her,” Hal hurried over, throwing down his burrito. “If you need to go.”
     Ray looked over at him. “You think I can’t carry my girlfriend?”
     “Not the time, Ray,” you shot at him.
     “Right,” Ray said, picking you up and heading towards the door, “We’ll take the Mancopter, it’ll be the fastest.”
     “But what about the jewelry store!” You shouted.
     “I’ll go,” Hal said. “I want to be helpful. I’ll take care of it. Good luck, (Y/n).”
     Ray looked torn for a moment, before setting you down and quickly pulling Hal aside and saying something to him. You only caught the words ‘pick up’ and ‘under my name’.
     “Thanks so much, Hal,” you called to him, ignoring whatever Ray was saying to him as Ray rushed back towards you and direction of the helicopter.
     “Oh my god, I’m going to be a dad!” Ray shouted, as if it had just hit him, running towards you. As he ran you smiled at him, letting him lift you again as he finally placed you into the passenger seat.
     “You ok?” He asked, a worried expression on his face.
     “I’m fine,” you smiled up at him, “just fine.”
₊˚ ✧ ‿︵‿୨୧‿︵‿ ✧ ₊˚
     “So, superhero’s intuition, huh?” You said as you cradled your new baby boy in your arms.
     Ray sat next to you, stroking your arm and looking lovingly down at his son.
    “Hey, I had a 50/50 chance,” Ray shrugged, smiling. “And didn’t I say it was going to be a boy?”
     You let out a quiet laugh, looking up at Ray.
     “I love you so much,” he said, “You know that?”
     “Yeah,” you nudged him, “I do.”
     You were both silent for a moment as a nurse came in to check your vitals. Her glance landed for a moment on Ray’s clothing, no doubt surprised to see Captain Man siting on the side of your bed, before stepping out again. Your uniform lay discarded on a chair and you were grateful for the hospital gown you now wore which gave you some anonymity.
     You and Ray had gotten your fair share of odd looks and shocked glances and awed expressions as you entered the hospital. But you couldn’t seem to care now. Let them find out. You and Ray could deal with it later. Right now, this, your son, your loving boyfriend, was all that mattered.
      When the nurse left, you turned to Ray
     “You want to hold him?” You said to him.
     He nodded and you gently passed your son to his father’s arms.
      “Hey there little superhero,” he said quietly. You watched the two of them with a happiness you couldn’t begin to explain.
     After a few moments, Ray handed your son back to you.
     “Hey, you mind if I step out for a minute?” He said, “I just have something I need to do.”
     You nodded and he kissed you on the forehead before standing up and leaving your room.
     After what felt like 10 minutes, your boyfriend reentered the room.
     “(Y/n),” Ray started, walking over to you and taking your hand, “I was thinking. Since we have a family now—a family (Y/n)—which brings us so much happiness and joy, what if now we shared that joy with others? I think it’s time.”
      You nodded. “Yes, Ray. I think you’re right.”
     “Good, ‘cause they’re already all in the lobby.” Ray looked relieved.
     “Ray!”
     “I haven’t told them anything, just that I had something to share with all of them. But it is a hospital so they’re getting kind of worried.”
     You nodded again and Ray opened the door, “Hey guys, come in.”
     You braced yourself, gripping your child tighter as Ray’s friends walked in the door.
Their expressions ranged from confusion to shock to apprehension.
     Ray cleared his throat, “Ladies and gentleman, my girlfriend.”
     Every jaw in the room—with the exception of you and Ray—dropped open.
     “You’re real?” Henry said, slowly approaching your bed.
     “What he means,” said Charlotte, “is hello.”
     “Dang, she is pretty,” Jasper said.
     “Jasper!” Ray warned at the same time as Schwoz entered the room holding an ice cream cone saying, “Told you!”
     Ray gave him a look.
     “What?” Schwoz glanced at his ice cream, “I got hungry.”
     “Ray really does have a girlfriend,” Henry ran a hand through his hair, passing what looked suspiciously like a 10 dollar bill to Schwoz, before holding out his hand for you to shake. “I’m Henry.”
     “I—” You blushed and tried to find words as Ray came to stand by you, placing a comforting hand on your shoulder. You took a deep breath. “I’m (Y/n). It’s nice to meet you.” You shook his hand.
     “So,” Henry said, turning his attention to your son, “Ray’s baby.”
     “God I hope so,” Ray said and you hit him playfully on the arm.
     “Well, congrats guys,” Henry said and a chorus of congratulations filled the space.
     You looked around the room. Past Jasper and Henry and Schwoz as your gaze landed on Charlotte, who was inspecting your discarded clothing.
     “Holy churros!” She said, coming to a conclusion, “You’re The Sorceress!”
     “Yeah,” you said sheepishly, “I guess I kinda am.”
     “You’re dating The Sorceress?”
     All eyes turned to Ray. “Told you she was special,” he said.
     “And I told you she had superpowers!” Schwoz said.
     Ray opened his mouth.
     Schwoz beat him to it, “Yeah, I know, I’ll beat it.”
     He left the room and you held back a laugh.
     “Well, I’m very glad to finally meet all of you,” you said. “Ray talks about you all the time.”
     “Did he say I’m the handsome one?” Jasper asked, “Because I am the handsome one.”
     “Oh definitely,” you said, amusement in your eyes as you obliged him.
     At that moment, Hal rushed in, looking frantic.
     Upon seeing you, his eyes softened and he rushed over to greet you and your son.
     “This is Hal,” you introduced him to the group, “Fellow superhero who happens to be a friend of mine.”
     “Hello little guy,” Hal said, coming around to see your child. “You’re so handsome.”
     “Again, the handsome one,” Jasper gestured to his face and you laughed. Charlotte swatted his arm, dragging him and Henry out of the room and giving you a little wave.
     You waved back, letting your friend hold the baby as Ray took your hand.
     “What is he doing here?” He whispered.
     “He is the godfather of our child, Ray.”
     Hal’s eyes snapped up. “Really? You mean it.”
     “Of course,” you said, “We’d love you to.”
     Ray smiled, sighing, “Welcome to the family!”
     You grinned so big you thought your cheeks were going to fall off.
     “And speaking of which,” Hal said, lowering his voice, “I got what you asked for. At the jewelers store.”
     What? Had Hal brought a criminal here to the hospital?
     He handed the baby back to you and then walked towards the door, passing  something to Ray from his coat pocket before leaving the room.
     “I’ll see you later, (Y/n),” he said.
     “Ray?” You asked, confused, “What’s going on?”
     Ray blew out a breath. “Ok, (Y/n), I love you very much—so much that it hurts sometimes and—what I’m trying to say is—”
     “Honey, you’re scaring me,” you told him.
     “No, uh—that was stupid, let me start over. (Y/n), I couldn’t have found anybody as perfect as you. I can’t imagine my life without you and I want to spend every second of my life with you. Except for maybe when we’re saving the city separately. Like, if you’re on one side of town and I’m on the other—and I’m not saying you can’t have friends or anything because that would be—”
     “Ray,” you said gently.
     “Right,” he knelt down, pulling out a small box “What I’m trying to say is I love you (Y/n). So what do you say? Will you marry me?”
     Tears filled your eyes as you nodded over and over again and he put the ring on your finger.
     He leaned down to kiss you and you wished you could live in this moment forever. Just you, Ray, your son, and the promise of a beautiful future together.
     “Yes, Ray,” you managed though your joyful tears, “A million times yes.”

Rank dangerverse characters least to most likely and most likely to smoke weed
Mika is straightedge and the type to claim she doesn’t hang out with “people like that”
Kris won’t touch weed for the sake of keeping up appearances but she does some hard shit recreationally and is likely addicted to pills
Piper tried it once for the sake of saying she did and changes the subject whenever anyone asks about it. She doesn’t like to smoke because she’s worried about the effect it will have on her body but will swallow edibles like her life depends on it
Charlotte smokes socially but only if the least likely person to do it is also doing it. If she’s the least likely person she’ll just step away.
Chapa only smokes in groups of 2 or 3. Her parents are the type to know the neighborhood kids and ask questions
Ms Shapen walks through her front door after school and has a joint at the ready. She’s often seen in the school parking lot with a weed pen and only lets certain students get a hit off it.
Jake and Henry smoke together. Jake is the “if you’re gonna do it, do it in the house” dad, but he knows for a fact Henry does not adhere to that rule (one of the ongoings in Jasper’s bedroom)
Miles occasionally smokes with Chapa and Bose. Usually this will be during a sleepover so his sister can’t rat on him. He always has a change of clothes
Winnie does whatever is put in front of her
Ray and Schwoz smoke together pretty much every night and any time the kids aren’t around. They’re responsible with it if nothing else. Sometimes Bigfoot is there. This is why Ray is comfortable enough to call him for help in DF.
Jasper steals his from his mom while shes practically depression-comatose
Bose is a full stoner. He’s not dumb, just ripping bongs at home before school or on whatever island he’s grounded to.
Agree to disagree, these are just opinions, not really even hcs, I haven’t spent too much time thinking on this

I’ve lost hope on my other account (rip @italljustkindahappened🫡) but it’s okay I’ll just take the opportunity to reintroduce myself and repost my info here!
Hi, I’m Jay, I’m 20 (she/her) and I just recently got into Henry Danger after it blew up again. My favorite character is Henry bc I relate to him A LOT, and my fav ship is Chenry. I’m open to other ships (esp Hensper) unless they’re just straight up weird *cough cough henray*. I’ve also watched Danger Force, and my fav character is Bose (haha can you see a similarity in why I relate to those characters) and fav ship is Bomika, although again I’m open to other ships (just not Bapa tbh😅).
Here’s a list of my HD headcanons (updated when I think of something new):
1. Charlotte is the only one who bothered to learn Dystopian- the boys just guess and use translating apps
2. Henry and Charlotte go on little “dates” but they insist it’s as friends.. everyone knows that’s not true
2a. Jasper always insists on coming with them on these dates (oblivious to the fact that they are dates since they tell him it’s not a date) and sometimes they’re nice and let him come with them but they also sneak away when he’s not looking
3. Jasper and Henry share an apartment, Charlotte’s internship/scholarship paid for an apartment for her so she lives alone- piper stays with her when she’s visiting
3a. Both the boys are SHIT at cooking, so they invite Charlotte over every night to “hang out.” She knows that it’s because they want her to cook for them but she just does it so often it becomes routine.. until she moves away and their meals become.. interesting.. since they don’t get paid enough for their crime fighting to get take out often.
4. Sometimes Henry gets nightmares of when he was “dying”/ when his missions went wrong so he has a hard time sleeping
4a. When Jasper hears Henry screaming or waking up from his nightmares, he always rushes over to his room and comforts him until they both fall back asleep.. sometimes he gets in Henry’s bed and he just hugs/ cuddles him
4b. Henry has a harder time when Charlotte leaves for school bc she was MUCH better at calming him down from his anxiety and panic attacks than Jasper (although Jasper tries his best). They become more frequent and uncontrollable and he sometimes isolates himself, making Jasper worry.
4c. Ray also has nightmares, but it’s a recurring one of Henry dying on a mission when he was young. He wants to be seen as this “manly independent” man, so he doesn’t really entrust this information to anyone (unless you count credenza later but that’s technically DF). Schwoz sometimes comes in early to work on a project and hears it happening, sometimes comforting him back into a restful sleep without Ray waking up or figuring out it is Schwoz helping him.
5. Schwoz comes and visits in Dystopia when he’s not busy with DF but Ray doesn’t as much.. Schwoz goes on about DF and how cool they are- but you can tell he misses the ogs
6. For Halloween once, Ray dressed as Batman, Henry as Robin, Charlotte as Starfire, Jasper as beast boy, and Piper as Raven
7. When Jasper brought home his first boyfriend, Henry starting acting very jealous, trying to one up his actions and compliment himself- that was when he realized he was bi
8. Sometimes when Charlotte and Henry are alone on the couch, she runs her hand on his chest and back, pointing to each of the scars and asking him to tell the story of how he got it. She never gets tired of hearing the stories.
9. Their main types of love language:
Henry: acts of service and quality time
Charlotte: words of affirmation and acts of service
Jasper: gift giving and quality time
Ray: words of affirmation and acts of service
10. Henry and Charlotte def kissed each other after the “I dream of danger” events… they wanted to see what they really felt about each other but never really figured it out until after the last episode’s blimp incident/ them moving to Dystopia
11. When they were younger, Henry and Charlotte definitely did the “when we’re older I’m gonna marry you” fake proposal with a fake little ring (prob a ring pop)- they both pretend they forgot about it but they remember it very clearly
12. Henry is a Virgo. He is hardworking, sassy, committed to his job and his friends (he’s basically me)
—————————
Piper: Lesbian
Charlotte: Pan and/or Demi
Henry: Bi (don’t argue with me on this one)
Jasper: Gay
Schwoz: Trans and gay
Ray: Token straight BUT you can argue bi to me and I’ll listen

Henry Danger Reader Insert | Captain Man x Reader: SEASON 3
Episode 12: Gas or Fail (SMUT)
*warning, warning, warning, actual, genuine spiciness and filth ahead - look out for the in-chapter warnings (it's not my best but this was just the beginning, so let's get started.)*
smut includes: (y/n) is muy horny, p in v sex, outdoor(?) sex (idk it's in a cave), dom! ray, sub (y/n), light fingering (just a smidge cos le smut is short), creampie. think that's it.
~In the Man Cave~
So, Captain Man had many traditions, some were cute, some were weird and some were just plain necessary. The time had rolled around once again where Ray made Schwoz test his superpower to make sure it hadn't deteriorated or weakened since the last time they tried it. And for years, the genius only had one superhero to work on as Ray was alone with his uniqueness, but now, he also had (y/n) and Henry to work on. All they had to do was wait for the kid to get to work after college.
"I'm actually pretty excited about it." (y/n) told her boyfriend, walking out from the back room where she had been feeding Colin as Schwoz set up all his equipment. The bunny had settled in nicely and she had to say, he was really part of the family, even if she did have to watch Schwoz like a hawk, making sure he wasn't experimenting on him. Anyway, each test would be similar, but for each person, he was going to have different results so he had to be prepared for that. Probably because Ray threatened him with unimaginable violence if something went wrong and his precious sweet girl got hurt.
"I don't you getting hurt." He murmured back, pressing his lips to her forehead as they sat on a chair in the main room, her perched on his lap. All the waiting was making Ray antsy, especially since the "pain machine" was in his line of sight; he just wanted to keep her protected, even if this whole charade was necessary and an important safety test.
"I'm Miss Danger, I don't get hurt." She reassured him and cupped his jaw so she could capture his mouth with hers. It was weird, normally he was the needy one, but on that particular day, he looked so damn fine, she just wanted to have him all to herself. Ray was more than happy to let her indulge in his bubblegum-mint taste and his hands clenched on her waist when her hips started undulating on their own. Geez, she really was needy.
The elevator dinged and in walked Henry, who shrugged off his bag and grimaced at the sight of Ray eating (y/n)'s face. Ugh, why did they have to do it where everyone could see? Noticing that his sidekick had arrived, the superhero broke the kiss so they could get this shit over and done with, but (y/n) wasn't quite ready to let go.
"Sweet girl...he's here." He chuckled when she clenched her fists tightly around the material of his zip-up hoodie and tried to keep the smooch going. God, he looked so good in it, she just wanted him to love her and she had to clench her thighs together to stop the ache in between them.
"Fine, let's do this thing." She grumbled, pulling away from him reluctantly and folding her arms with a pout on her face. Looks like she'd have to wait until later to get some action.
"Aye-aye" Schwoz nodded and started powering up whatever he was going to use, but Henry needed to discuss something with them first and he'd say it was more important than the superpower thing.
"Uh, hey. Wait, guys, I didn't get any lunch at school, can we order some, like, Chinese food?" The boy asked the essential thing that had been praying on his mind all afternoon. If his stomach growling was anything to go by, he need some chow and he needed it soon. (y/n) hopped off her boyfriend's knee so he could change his shoes (why he needed to do that, she didn't know) and looked at Henry weirdly.
"What? Why Chinese food?" She asked, trying to shake off the fire pooling in her stomach and focus on what should've been a normal day. Stupid Ray and his stupid hot, sexy, handsome face and body.
"I want some of them, oh, whaddya call 'em? They're like Chinese dumplings?" Henry described, knowing exactly what he meant, but he couldn't quite get the name off the tip of his tongue. Luckily though, he was friends with Schwoz, he ordered Chinese way too often and knew the names of most things on every menu in town. Well, he did when it was described clearly.
"Oh, you mean wom-pons?" He asked, trying to think of the dish he was talking about. He knew what it was, but due to his thick accent, Schwoz mispronounced the name and like usual, Henry couldn't decipher it.
"Yeah...nooooo." He frowned, still not used to Schwoz and his weird way of speaking, despite him having worked as Kid Danger for over three years now. At least he had Ray, who had known the genius the longest and knew exactly what he was saying, well, most of the time.
"Won-tons, he means won-tons, not wom-pons." He stressed, quickly tying his shoelaces whilst (y/n) circled him so she could start rubbing his shoulders. He didn't know what her game was, but wow, her small hands felt like magic, even if they were feeling him up rather than massaging away his aches and pains.
"I did my best to say it right," Schwoz grumbled, kicking himself for screwing up his English again. He hated how complicated the language was and how he often made mistakes that he was teased for.
"Whatever, can we order some?" Henry asked his boss and put a supportive hand on Schwoz's shoulder. At least he tried his best.
"Not now, it's time for my bi-yearly quantitative physiological densitisation test." Ray put his hands on his hips, proud that he'd managed to say the complicated sentence with its multi-syllabic words all in one go. It made him feel so damn smart.
"I understood the word, test." Henry, on the other hand, wasn't so smart and picked up nothing apart from that Ray was doing something that sounded important.
"It's a test to make sure that he's totally indestructible and no one can hurt him." (y/n) explained it in much simpler terms, wrapping her arms around Ray's waist so she could snuggle into his side.
"Mmmmm, can we get some won-tons first? I'll order them, you two don't even have to stop being gross and all...huggy." Henry wrinkled his nose, gesturing to how the couple cuddled even when they were stood up. It was sickeningly cute and now a common occurrence in the Man Cave, not that it made it any easier to ignore.
"No, and we are not gross," Ray told him firmly, not seeing why he should let the kid order his food when he was mildly insulting him. He loved how snuggly and needy his girl was being today and he'd be damned if his sidekick got in the way of that.
"You'll understand when you're older and have a girlfriend." (y/n) bit her tongue as she smiled at Henry's overreaction. Yeah, he liked girls, but he didn't like them that much. Not yet, anyway.
"You see that machine over there?" Ray pointed to some weird launcher thing that Schwoz had primed and armed so it was now smoking from the back. Next to it was a smaller but still deadly laser cannon that was going to be used on (y/n), something she wasn't particularly looking forward to, but it was always cool to see how her body could heal itself.
"Yeah..." Henry nodded, wondering why there was so much machinery out for one superhero and his test. Little did he know...
"It's gonna shoot baseballs at ya." The young woman smirked, watching in amusement as the boy paled slightly. They wanted to do what to him?
"Bu--what? Why me?" He gasped, not realising that since he was now part of the superpower squad, he had to have all these regular checkups.
"Because! Because of your new superpower."Ray answered, making Henry throw his head back with a groan. He knew there had to be a catch, he just didn't know it would be so risky. "Yeah, you're hyper-mutilatiew..." Schwoz joined in, but his tongue just didn't want to work, so it came out all slurred and jumbled.
"Okay, it's hyper-motility." Henry enunciated, trying to give the small man an elocution lesson as Ray began stretching and warming up for his test. His muscles were flexing and tensing and when she got a small peek of the skin above his waistband, (y/n) nearly collapsed. If she could, she'd get on her knees in that very moment and show him how much she wanted to please him.
"Okay, okay, can we just move on?" She asked, needing to get her head in the game since she was about to be blasted with a powerful, skin-burning, hair-frying, utterly devasting beam that would kill a fully grown man. Not her though, of course.
"Schwoz, show him your bat," Ray ordered his handyman, also wanting to get on with the test since it was his chance to show off in front of his girlfriend. Yeah, she'd see how tough he was.
"His--his what?" Henry stuttered, praying that his boss wasn't euphemistically referring to something else.
"You see...when you see the balls a-comin', you use this a-base-a-ball bat to swing-schvat the balls." He explained in his little Schwoz way and brought over a steel baseball bat for Henry. Thank god, it was a bat and not something awful like the boy had been fearing.
"Yep and then Schwoz is gonna measure the speed of the base-a-balls and then, after I get hit, I tell him when my pain stops and I feel okay." Ray finished, making sure to not pass up the opportunity of mocking the small guy.
"And then, I will use my big brain and a mathematical equation to determine how indestructible Ray is." (y/n) smiled up at her boyfriend, fluttering her eyelashes like it would entice him to postpone the test for half an hour, just to quench her desires. Fat chance.
"...I just want, like, five won-tons," Henry whined, feeling like faint from low blood sugar or something. Food, that's all he wanted and after that, they could do whatever tests they liked.
"You can have some won-tons after we do this!" Ray snapped in an agitated tone. It would take like five minutes to do this; Henry could wait. "Right..."
"I'm gonna go stand here by the elevator. That's what I'm gonna do." The superhero said and swaggered over to the spot where he would be hit by the baseballs. Not wanting to be beaten up prematurely, (y/n) ducked behind the couch and awaited the beginning of the experiment with paper and pen. Schwoz was equally nervous; he put a large, clear cubic helmet onto his head and clipped it to his boiler suit.
"What's that for?" Henry asked, sharing a confused look with Ray. Neither of them could see why being hit in the face with a rogue, flying ball would be a bad thing, mainly because when it happened to them, they always came out with no cuts or bruises.
"To protect a-my face from stray balls." He answered, his voice sounded filtered and robotic from the protective headgear. Whatever, they had to get on.
"Henry, take this base-a-ball bat..." Schwoz twisted the handle of the bat and pressed a button, making it illuminate like some kind of lightsaber shit, which thoroughly impressed Henry.
"Whoa, what kinda baseball bat is this?" He asked, twirling it around and admiring how it blurred into a whiz of white light.
"It's thermal fusion bat I made myself." The genius said smugly, thinking he was oh so clever with his invention, but he was forgetting that he didn't work on it alone.
"Hey, I helped!" (y/n) called out from her hiding place, feeling irritated from his blatant dismissal of how she assisted in putting the damn thing together and from how Ray was blind to how much she wanted him. She should've dragged him back to bed when they woke that morning.
"You did the wiring." Schwoz scoffed, thinking that a little soldering and assembling was nothing compared to the science and schematics he studied. What a jumped-up, little asshole.
"All right, do it yourself next time, you dick." She muttered and flopped back onto her butt in a sulk.
"Can you make thermal fusion won-tons?" Henry asked, still having food on the brain. He couldn't swing on an empty stomach, but that was exactly what Ray planned on making him do.
"Come on, Henry, just get over there!" Ray instructed him and the kid sighed but did as he was told. He wheeled the chair from earlier out of the way and got into position.
"Yah, yah, yah, here we go!" Schwoz squealed and ran back up to his controls so they could begin. "Okay, let's test one." He clapped his hands together and Ray prepared himself, shaking his body loose and clearing his mind.
"Go for it." He growled, making (y/n) squirm as she peeped over the top of the sofa. That look in his eyes, the one he had when he was beyond determined, made her whimper.
"Ready, Henry?" Schwoz took one last chance to stop the machine, but the sidekick was also eager to do this thing. "Yeah, go."
Schwoz slammed his hand down on the release button and a baseball was fired from the cannon at a speed so fast, it could barely be seen by the naked eye. Henry's reflexes didn't care about that though, the boy whacked the ball as if it was going in slow motion and it pinged off his bat and hit the elevator so hard, it disintegrated the metal in a puff of smoke. Poor Ray, he didn't even get the chance to test out his superpower.
"Hahahaha! Missed me, missed me, now you gotta ki---" Ray jeered at the boy, but it soon died when he realised that in these circumstances, he rather eat his own foot than kiss the boy. Ew, ew, ew, there was only one person he wanted to kiss and she thought his sudden shy attitude was so darn cute.
"Now he gotta what?" She teased, loving how his cheeks were dusted pink and even Henry was amused by how he'd flustered himself.
"Nothin', forget it." He rubbed his neck and avoided her playful gaze, which allowed her to check him out. From his floppy, brown hair to his slim waist that she knew was chiselled with pure muscle, she could hardly breathe when she analysed every part of him that she loved, which was everything that made up Ray Manchester.
"No, no, no, now I gotta what?" It was Henry's turn to tease him, making his boss go all pouty and he scuffed his shoe against the tiles. "No, I changed my mind, okay? You don't gotta do anything." He squeaked quickly, his words jumbling together so fast that it was obvious that he was shy.
"Aw, you want to kissy, kissy, kissy." (y/n) pursed her lips together and giggled when he screwed his nose up at her silly voice. He did want to kissy, kissy, kissy, but with her only and it annoyed him when people mocked him otherwise.
"God, come on, Schwoz, if we're gonna do this, let's do it! God!" The sidekicks giggled and high-fived each other at how they made a grown man stamp his feet over something so silly. Okay, serious time, serious time.
"Okay, here we goes." Schwoz popped another ball into the machine and the young woman knelt behind the couch once again, ready to work out the math when Schwoz told her to.
"Oh, Ray, I gotta tell you somethin'." Henry suddenly remembered that he had something more critical than food to tell his boss, not that it was the best time to tell him.
"What?" Ray asked, just as Schwoz shouted for another ball being released. Even though he wasn't expecting it in the least, Henry reacted perfectly and whacked the ball like a pro. It ricocheted across the room and collided with Ray's jaw, sending him to the floor with a groan of pain. (y/n) winced at the velocity, but she needn't worry, the ever indestructible Captain Man sprung to his feet with a smirk.
"I'm okay!" He bragged, happily using his catchphrase since it made his girl breathe a sigh of relief. Aw, he liked it when she cared.
"Two-hundred and four miles per hour, (y/n)," Schwoz reported as he read from his scanner and once she heard the figure, the woman began doing the long division, multiplication, subtraction and whatever else the equation called for. She liked math, not as much as mechanics, but then again, a lot of that boiled down to numbers and fractions.
"What did want to tell me?" Ray questioned, not once looking away from his girl as her tongue poked out in concentration. The sight of her moist lips entranced him and it was hard to pay attention to what the kid was saying.
"I can't make it to work tomorrow," Henry revealed, which captured his focus. He played a vital role in the Man Cave team and Ray didn't like the sound of being one sidekick down.
"What do you mean you can't make it to work tomorrow?!" He exclaimed, but the conversation would have to be put on hold as Schwoz sent the second ball through the machine. They needed an average, not just a one-off figure, so they'd have to do this a few times.
Henry hit the ball dead-on again, this time sending it into Ray's arm, which on any normal person, would break their arm clean through, but not with him. He fell again but quickly recovered.
"Still okay." He smirked, making eye contact with his girl when he caught her staring. What was with her today? She kept blushing and looking at him, not that he minded. It actually made him feel very cocky.
"Two-hundred and seventeen miles per hour," Schwoz announced, allowing (y/n) to move onto her second equation; the same process but with the new figure.
"Tomorrow's Achievement Test Day at school," Henry told him, casually resting the bat on his shoulder, but unlike him, Ray was anything but calm at the news of this dumb school crap.
"Hey, you're my sidekick, that means tha--" Oh, poor Ray. The next ball came fast and furious, bouncing from Henry and landing square in his crotch, making everyone else wince at the sore impact. (y/n) was especially touched, since that was what she'd been after all day and their main chance of having children in the future.
"You guessed it; okay." He smirked, shaking off the excruciating agony to keep up his nonchalant manner. Yeah, (y/n) didn't have to worry, she'd get what she wanted, both promptly and distantly.
"Two-hundred and thirty-six miles per hour." The next result came in, each one increasing as Henry got into the swing of things. He should think about playing for Swellview High's baseball team if he could keep the game fair.
"Look, dude, it's not my fault, okay? If I leave school for any reason, I can get in huge trouble." Henry explained, not that Ray and his childishness could recognise how important this was to the boy.
"Okay, fine, you baby. Take the day off, but it's comin' out of your vacation time." Ray conceded, confusing (y/n) and Henry, who had never taken a vacation day in the entire duration of their employment.
"We get vacation time?" (y/n) frowned, still counting herself amongst the workers since she received a paycheck every month, not that she counted this as work anymore. She deemed it "living with the hot boyfriend and occasionally kicking ass with him".
"Uh, ah, eh--you...uh, you--you don't. I mean there's no state law that says you do, so y'know don't even check." Ray bit his lip, not wanting to admit that he lawfully owed his helpers time off, but he hated being without them since it made his life boring and/or dangerous. He liked having them around, not that he would ever be without his sweet girl.
"Wait, so are you saying that--" Henry was also confused, but Ray didn't want to talk about the awkward topic, so he yelled the release word and another ball was fired at the teen. He'd rather take another hit than admit his failings, but he wouldn't have to. Henry's aim was slightly off and this time, rather than hurting Ray, the ball smashed through Schwoz's useless helmet and smacked into his face.
The three watched as the small man's eyes rolled back and he collapsed down the steps, completely wiped out. Oops, maybe he should've hidden behind a solid object like (y/n).
"He's probably all right." She shrugged, wandering over to his body with Henry and Ray. He was breathing, so she assumed that he wasn't going to die.
"Yeah..." Henry nodded, feeling a little guilty that he'd knocked the guy out when he was trying to help him. It wasn't his fault, not really.
"Get some won-tons?" The boy suggested, suddenly wanting to be anywhere but near Schwoz when he woke up with the mother of all headaches and no doubt the opinion that he was to blame.
"Yeah, sure, let's go." Ray quickly agreed and grabbed (y/n)'s hand so he could lead her to the supercomputer, where they could order some Chinese food. They'd order something for Schwoz too, of course, and hopefully, it would be enough to tame his inevitable anger.
~The next day~
So, (y/n) felt like she was burning up inside or dying. Yeah, dying sounded accurate. She had tried all day yesterday to try and seduce Ray into fucking her through his mattress, but no luck.
When Schwoz had finished yelling at them and they'd eaten an entire Chinese buffet, including about a million won-tons, the superheroes had received call after call after call, forcing them to stay out until the early hours of the morning. Even when Henry had gone home early to sleep before his big test day thing, she still couldn't tempt him into her dark morality, nor could she when she wiggled her best assets or gazed at him with smouldering eyes. Ray was too tired by 2 AM, leaving her with no choice but to lay and listen to his heartbeat as he dozed off and she tried to keep the depths of her mind from stirring up all kinds of dreams that made her subtly grind up against him.
The morning was no better, just when (y/n) thought that she might be able to pounce on Ray before he could leave the bed, Swellview's stupid emergency alarm started ringing, indicating that a major sitch was going down. Ray immediately sat up and flicked on the TV that was mounted on the wall, listening intently as Trent Overrunder described how a gas pipe had burst underground and was now leaking toxic fumes into the city. The cry from Mary for Swellview's greatest heroes to help forced Captain Man into action since he and his sidekicks were the only ones who were brave enough to go down into the Earth.
And so, (y/n) was dragged from the comfort of her soft sheets, made to put on the costume that hugged her in all the right places and sent off with Ray to clog up the leak. No matter how many times she tried to take a kiss further or subtly slide her hand down his stomach, he just pulled away and ranted about how innocent people were in danger, meaning the poor girl had to swallow down her desires and do as she was told.
Now, getting to the burst pipe was quite tricky; they had to abseil down a narrow ravine, which was dug out in an old mine known for roof collapses and falling boulders. Yeah, it was pretty scary. It also didn't help that Schwoz had stupidly packed one rope, so Ray was currently descending the drop with his girl strapped to his chest and a song to pass the time.
"Captain Man, (y/n), beware! He's so attractive, you'll want to kiss his face...right on the mouth!" He sang pretty poorly, but she didn't care. Their noses were brushing against one another and his not-so-subtle way of asking her for a kiss reignited the fire that she had managed to contain on the drive to the old mineshaft.
"Oh, my captain." She joked with a giggle and connected their lips in a hot kiss that made her melt against him as they swung a few metres off the ground. She was desperate to take it further and feel those lips move elsewhere, but then Ray remembered that they were down there for a reason and they had yet to make contact with home base.
"Schwoz, you there?" Ray said into his satellite phone, disconnecting their passionate tangle in favouring of ringing up his trusty assistant back in the Man Cave, even if he did crave more of her honey-like taste.
"Yah, what?" Schwoz's voice crackled over the poor signal, but it was understandable and a miracle that the phone was still receiving and transmitting so deep underground.
"We're now two-hundred and fifty feet down in the nuclear gas shaft," Ray reported, but the small guy was taking advantage of the peace and quiet by watching one of his favourite TV shows, meaning he wasn't interested in what was happening to them. "Yeah, so?"
"Sooo, as soon as we can, we're gonna---ahhhh!" Oh, dear. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear. The superhero never got the chance to finish his sentence as a terrible combination of the old rope snapping and a shaft collapse coincided at exactly the wrong moment.
The couple fell a few feet to the murky floor, which wasn't a terrible drop considering that Ray's indestructible body took the brunt force of it so (y/n) would have a softer landing. He didn't want to see her hurt, even if she was nearly as powerful as him with her healing. The real problem came when rocks, planks of wood and other debris came dropping on top of them, forcing him to quickly roll her over so he could curl over her body and shelter her from whatever tumbled past their heads. The whimper from having the weight of him on top of her was mistaken by Ray as fear and he suddenly became hyperaware of what danger they were in.
"Ray? Ray, what was the noises I just heard?" They heard Schwoz's concerned voice over the battered radio and Ray flopped to his girlfriend's side as they coughed and spluttered at the gas and dust that filled the air. (y/n) was fairly sure that she was littered with bruises and cuts, but trusted in her ability to clean them up in seconds.
"Ah, our stupid support beam broke." Ray grimaced, helping his girl to her feet whilst he looked up at the ravine they had just descended. God, the rope was shredded and the walls were sheer, unstable clay and rock, leaving them stranded in the festering pit.
"Can you get out?" Schwoz asked, suddenly disregarding his TV show as a calamity emerged. This was really fucking serious.
"No, the top of the shaft is mostly blocked off and the walls look like they could cave in at any moment." (y/n) butted in, leaning in close to the receiver as Ray curled an arm around her waist. He felt like she needed support in the tense moment, but little did he know, the small action made her use all her resilience to stop herself from jumping him.
"Oooh, that reminds me. This afternoon, I have my colonoscopy." They could hear his smile over the airwaves, drawing groans from the couple. He'd have to cancel it for the third time, they needed rescuing.
"Schwoz! We don't wanna hear about your body problems, all right? There's a lady present and we're trapped down here." Ray scolded him, making (y/n) smile at his protectiveness. She didn't care about what medical problems Schwoz have, but it was nice to know that he wanted to save what little innocence she had left. She was throwing it out the window if it meant she'd get to stop the thrumming pulse between her legs.
"Okay, you want me and to come and get you and your girlfriend?" Schwoz groaned at the prospect of having to move his butt, but it wasn't so simple. The way Ray and (y/n) had entered was utterly sealed off.
"You can't, what part of blocked off don't you understand?" (y/n) questioned sarcastically, starting to get irritated when she realised that they'd be down here for at least two hours, leaving her to die from being overly-horny.
"Okay, bye-bye." The genius took that as a sign that they'd be fine on their own, after all, they had craved it for so long before they had finally revealed their true feelings.
"No, no, Schwoz! Now look, write this down..." Ray started, but Schwoz wasn't a fan of being patronised. He could remember this easily. "Okay...I need you to triple beep Henry. Get him out of the school. Tell him to pop a gumball...And then he's got to get the Tyson drill, come to the gas plant and then Henry needs to drop into the ventilator shaft, which is right next to us, drill through the wall and get us outta here." Ray gave his instructions clearly and succinctly with Schwoz repeating what he said every few seconds like he was paying attention. His show was much more entertaining.
"Got it," Schwoz confirmed, having written none of it down, but was confident that he had everything tucked away in his mind. Positively, his confidence was well-founded.
"Oh, and tell him to bring some of those won-tons." (y/n) added, guessing that if she was rather peckish now, she'd be ravenous by the time they were found. It was a small request, but a good one.
"Bring some wom-pons," Schwoz confirmed in his weird accent, playing on Ray's temper, which was irritated every time he said something incorrectly. It didn't help that he and his girl were trapped in a smelly hole either. "Won-tons!"
"Calm down, grumpy." (y/n) told him soothingly, wiping away the dust and grime that had settled on his jaw and cheeks. She overlooked the way his growling voice reverberated through her bones and settled in her core in favour of chasing away his anger.
"If you live in America, you should learn how to say won-tons." He huffed and pulled a laser from his pocket in an attempt to cut through the metal door of an old elevator. The orange beam illuminated the room and the two watched as it lightly scorched the metal, but stood no chance of melting it away. Whatever rust and gunk had solidified on it over the years was pretty tough and even if they did get through, there was always the chance that the elevator shaft was collapsed too.
"Well, we could fix the gas leak." (y/n) suggested when that plan failed. If they died down here, at least they'd know that they'd done their duties and saved the good citizens of Swellview.
"Yeah, you're right, sweet girl. Come help me block it up with all these boulders." He mumbled and they started to shift the rocks around the room so they'd form a protective bubble around the crack. They had to improvise with the old wooden planks lying around, which they used as prop shafts to keep the whole thing in place and it was a damn laborious task. Hauling the rubble around was nothing for Ray and his bulging biceps, but (y/n) was daintier than him and lacked his super strength. She lugged the final boulder into place with a heaving, panting groan, which prompted Ray to wrap himself around her so his hands could help to manoeuvre the boulder too.
*MATURE - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED*
"Last one, sweet girl, and this leak is plugged." He whispered into her ear, making her very aware of how he was curled over her with his lips centimetres away from the sweet spot under her ear. Was he doing this on purpose?
"Ray..." She couldn't help but moan out when his hips slotted against hers, making her grind backwards so her scorching heat would find some relief against the rough material of his pants.
"What's the matter with you?" He asked, taken aback by her whiny tone, but that didn't mean he wasn't going to do anything about it. Far from it.
"Been needing you since yesterday. Won't let me have you." She whispered, screwing her eyes shut when the hand that wasn't preoccupied with keeping her tight against his chest slid from the boulder to her knee and then under her red, satin skirt. His fingertips stopped short of where she desperately needed them and he cruelly stroked the flesh of her thigh until she told him what he wanted to hear.
"Use your words, sweet girl." He growled, nipping at her earlobe, which tore a sharp gasp from her throat and she wasn't sure that she would be able to speak when the tip of his thumb brushed ever so slightly against her throbbing clit through her matching, red, satin safety-shorts and her panties. She jumped under the minuscule touch and whined when she felt the smirk against her neck.
"Tell me or I'll assume you don't want anything and I'll leave you alone." He threatened her darkly, feeling his own need growing by the second, but he lived for seeing her like this since he'd dreamt of it for so long.
"No...no....please, fuck me." She squeaked when his teeth sank into the tender skin of her neck and he relented on his teasing. Expert fingers stroked through her dripping folds, making her cry out when they glided from her clit so he could slip a finger inside her.
"Fuck, so tight...so wet, you needy little thing." He growled into her ear and she was eternally grateful for the arm holding her tightly to his chest as she was sure that without it, his touch would make her knees give out.
"Shit, Ray...please, need you." (y/n) whined again when another finger joined the other, both of them working against her drenched walls as he angled his thumb to rub circles on her clit. He watched every facial expression, every moan that fell from her lips and decided that he wanted to hear and see more.
"Fuck, stand up." He panted, feeling her needily roll her hips against his straining cock to stop him from moving away. The iron grip that yanked her upwards told her that he didn't like her disobedience, but she couldn't help but desperately clench around nothing when he left her core to throb.
"No, no, no. Fuckin' need you." She panted, clawing at his chest when he spun her around and picked her up by the thighs so her legs would wrap around his waist. She wanted the damn suit off but since they were technically still on a mission, it was too dangerous. Perhaps that was what she liked, the thrill of the adventure that shot straight to her pussy.
"Shit--why'd you have to do this to me now? Couldn't fucking wait, could you?" He nearly spat when her head falls to the crook of his neck and her tongue dashes out to run a stripe down the side of it. His hands squeezed her thighs hard enough to leave a mark that would fade instantly as he felt her blazing heat press against his throbbing length and a war waged in his mind; take what he wanted in this godforsaken mineshaft or be cruel and leave her and himself to wait for rescue, whenever that came. Seeing his internal battle, (y/n) decided that she'd help nudge his mind to the immoral side she was craving and tangled her fingers in his hair so she whisper into his ear.
"I'm sorry, captain. I've just been thinking about you and your fucking huge cock since yesterday, wanted you to fuck me so hard last night, but you wouldn't." She smirked when he released a tortured, strangled moan and he decided that even if he could convince her to wait for another two hours, he'd couldn't, not when he knew of the slickness between her thighs.
"Shit--you need to shut up. You need to be quiet, right now." He stressed, craning his head down so he could bite and suck at the flesh through the material at the top of her breasts. He wouldn't be able to release them from her bodice and it was another small form of torture that drove him wild.
"Could've touched me in the Man Van or anything." She whispered, throwing her head back and saying whatever came to mind as his lips roamed her collarbone and smooth skin. Feeling him bite at whatever he could reach gave her the biggest confidence boost; here was this all-powerful superhero that resisted even the wickedest of torture from his enemies, but with a kiss and a soft touch from her and he melted. Strong steel that bent for only her touch. "I would've let you, you can do anything to me and I won't mind."
"Shit," A snarl tore from his lips and his hips jerked upwards unintentionally at the idea. She knew what she was doing and loved to see his reaction. It was the truth, she'd take anything he'd give her and love it, mostly because it was exactly what she needed to stop burning. "Shit--I...shut up or I won't last, sweet girl." He grumbled, hands now squeezing her thighs so tightly, it was starting to hurt.
"Then fuck me and it won't matter. Want you to spill in me, so fucking deep." She purred into his ear, causing him to stride over to a particularly large rock that would do for her to bend over. Getting the hint, she wiggled out of his hold and wobbly stood on two legs before her hips were seized and she was folded over the rock so her elbows were holding up her body and he could flick her skirt over her ass.
"If you're so desperate, then keep those hands there and let me give you what I think you deserve." He grumbled and pulled her shorts and underwear over the smooth curve of her ass so he could see her glistening slit. She heard the sound of his zipper being pulled down and shivered when he bent over her so his back was flush against hers.
"Come on, you want it. Beg." Ray ordered, curling an arm under her body so two fingers could rest on her throbbing clit, but he wouldn't move, not even when his cock twitched as it brushed through her folds.
"Please, I've been good, I waited. Please, just fuck me...Captain." She whimpered, feeling how he was deliberately running the bulbous head against her folds to drive her insane. It was sneaky and his way of drawing those sounds from her lips, but the way she said his damn title, it was too much for him.
"F-fucking perfect little g-girl." He groaned and slowly sunk into her dripping entrance, making her fingers grasp the edge of the boulder as her insides tightened around him like a vice. Fucking finally, she had him and it seemed like he was just as desperate to move. His teeth sank into her shoulder, just as he pulled his hips back, only to slam them back against her ass with a harsh thrust. Even if he was reluctant to fuck down in the shaft at first, she could tell he loved it now. He loved the way her back was arching into him, he loved the way her pussy gushed when he breathed into her neck, he loved how the skin was stretched so tightly across her knuckles, it was turning white.
"Fuck, f-fuck, is this what you n-needed, sweet girl? Just a little attention and my cock deep in your f-fucking soaked pussy? Hmm? Come on, you dirty little thing, tell me." He growled, creating a rhythm that was soul-shattering. It really shouldn't have felt that good, not when they were two-hundred and fifty feet under the Earth and possibly on the brink of death. His cock pushed against that spot inside her that made her see stars and a wildfire spread through her belly and down her thighs. Fuck, he knew how to ruin her, so when the fingers waiting on her clit started to jerk wildly, it came as no surprise.
"Ray---Ray, shit, I'm almost there." (y/n) cried, feeling the heat sear through her muscles and her hips began to rock backwards to meet his wild thrusts. So nearly there, just a little more...
"Fuck, come on, sweet girl, give it to me." He panted and choked when she gripped his entire length so fucking tight that he had to still his movements to catch his breath. Her body went limp as he carried her through the waves of pleasure, the pressure on her clit never stopping, even when she was left jelly-like and sensitive.
"Ray..." She moaned, trying to jutter her hips away from him, but a strong arm was crossed against her chest and she was pulled back and up to her feet, where he could trap her in his hold and make her take anything he wanted to do to her.
"One more, I want to see you cum one more time." He ordered, resuming the snap of his pelvis against her ass and he had access to her throat when her head fell back against his shoulder. He jackhammered into her, drawing his name from her like a prayer, one hand fondling her satin-covered breast and keeping her tightly against him as the other kept circling her clit. It was so damn debilitating, all of her sanity was wrung out of her body as she hurtled towards another release,  him hard and throbbing deep inside her as he chased his end too.
"If you want me to fuck you wherever the fuck I like, then I will. Show all those fuckers that want to flirt with you that you're mine." God, she could barely hear him over her endless moans, wails, and whimpers, but she did and it stole her breath away. She could listen to him all day, how he didn't want anyone else to fuck her the way he did, to know her the way he did, to love her the way he did.
"Fuck---'M yours, always. No one else's, just want you." She promised, clutching at the hand on her chest so he could feel the thundering of her heart.
"Yeah, that's right, no one else will never know how you taste or feel, all fucking mine, my sweet fucking girl." His eyes squeezed shut as his heart swelled at the sentiment. The words he'd waited years to hear, the feeling he'd only dreamed of ever experiencing, the girl he could never have imagined would let him do such terrible things to her in the dark, she was his.
"God, gonna cum again, Ray...shit." (y/n) whispered, her voice high-pitched and breathless as she felt the knot in her stomach tighten, making her claw at the arm on her chest. Ray felt her quivering walls around him and knew that her release was seconds away, causing him to speed up his thrusts until they were sloppy and without rhythm, but also brutally fast. He crushed her to his chest as he felt his own end approaching, but he wanted to feel her collapse first.
"Yes, fuck--yes, wanna feel it. Let me feel this fucking wet pussy cum around me again, little girl, Fuck, so sweet for me." He goes on, chasing her towards and over the cliff with his filthy words and suddenly, the cavern went fuzzy and dark as the blood rushed through her ears, her walls gripping around him for him to follow her.
His hips don't stop, even when she's left boneless and he's the only thing keeping her up straight. All that left her lips was garbled "Iloveyou-Iloveyou-Ilove--", but it spurred him on, knowing that he was the only one who got to see how fucking beautiful and perfect she was in a post-orgasmic haze.
"Shit, I'm gonna cum, sweet girl." Ray moaned and gasped as the feeling crept up his spine and he daren't stop, not for anything. (y/n) could feel him hot and swollen, moving faster and faster and she knew that there was nothing she wanted more.
"Please, give it to me, fucking want your cum inside me." She moaned, feeling her walls flutter again at the impropriety of it, but she didn't care. She wanted to feel him leaking out of her all day, leaving her ready for later tonight when they'd inevitably go again because they couldn't get enough of each other.
"My girl, so fucking pretty, letting me fuck her so good, shit--I--I love you...so much." He choked, hoarse and deep as his hips faltered and he spilt deep inside her, drying up his words and leaving nothing but pure love for her on his mind. He pants in ragged breaths and his tight hold on her relents, allowing them to drop to the boulder to rest.
"I love you too...always." She giggled, turning in his arms so they could stand properly and she could give him a sweet, gentle kiss, nothing like the intense, wild sex they just experienced. His hands dropped down to pull her panties and shorts up over her ass again, making her blush when he squeezed her asscheek with a large palm. He'd be fucking half-hard all evening knowing his cum was slowly dripping through her folds, but it just left him all the more eager for when they returned home.
~Thirty minutes later~
*NOT MATURE (sorry for the filth)*
Well, after their heart rates had settled down and they giggled from the absurdity of it all, Ray plonked down on a small boulder and invited his cute girl onto his thigh. It was then that she realised how truly filthy they both were and made a mental note that it would have to be shower sex first and then whatever else later once they returned to the Man Cave.
To fight off the boredom, Ray had whipped out his little tablet and entertained them by playing one of the latest mobile games from the PearStore. His arms encompassed her waist and she laughed at his excitable enthusiasm for winning the game. He was such a child deep down.
"My God, this game's entertaining." He commented, pressing a kiss into her hair as he flicked his thumb over the control. She adjusted her position and leaned back into his chest, content to just lie back and rest after being drained of all her energy. Still, even if she was happy, he was getting antsy again; sure, he loved having the time to plough into her savagely, but he couldn't help but wonder when help was arriving. They'd been sitting doing nothing for half an hour, plus another half for when they were preoccupied, seriously, where was Henry?
"Hey, Schwoz?" He picked up the radio and tried to call the lazy guy, who had managed to track down Henry at his school, sneak him out of class and send him to the mineshaft all with Miss Shapen noticing or his help. He much preferred to kick back and relax in an empty hideout.
"Go for Schwoz." He replied, mainly focused on what was happening on the screen in front of him since it was a lot funnier than Ray when he was looking for a round two.
"What's going on man? We sealed the gas leak, we've been stuck down here for over an hour now." Ray complained, (y/n) slipping off his knee so he could pace around the cave in frustration. She had to admit that being trapped was annoying, if slightly perilous, but she was feeling so much better than when she first entered, that she didn't really want to complain.
"Henry didn't get there yet?" Schwoz questioned, sitting up in his seat as he heard the troubling news. Huh, he would've thought that the kid would have been tunnelling them out of the mineshaft around about now, so it was worrying to hear that he hadn't even reached them.
"No, he didn't get here yet. Why would I be calling you if he didn't get here---ahhh!" Ray's harsh tone was interrupted as he was shoved forward by a giant drill bit smashing through the stone wall that he was resting on. He fell to the ground, making (y/n) dash over to him to help him up, even though Captain Man was always okay. So, that was where Henry got to.
"Ray? (y/n)? You in here?" The boy poked his head through the hole he made and peered through the darkness. Shit, he couldn't see anything, especially since his boss and his girlfriend were crouched down.
"Schwoz, we'll call you back." (y/n) said into the phone as she plucked it from the floor, snapping it shut before he could respond. She offered a dainty hand for Ray to take and he accepted it greatly so she could help him stand. Kind, sweet girl...
"Oh, hey. How you doin'?" Henry greeted them warmly, not seeing how irritated his boss was from being stuck in a hole with no feather mattresses in sight. He had a king-size one at home, the place he was desperate to return to after such a long day.
"Pretty good for a guy who just had a Tyson drill shoved in his back." The large man grumbled, rubbing at the spot where he was jabbed, not that it hurt anymore. He just wanted some fawning from his favourite girl.
"Aw, my poor baby." She cooed and cupped his face so she could caress his lips with hers. He was so brave, protecting her from the fall, helping her out in a way that only he knew, loving her always.
"Oh, god, stop. He's indestructible!" Henry groaned at their mushiness, screwing up his face in disgust. Honestly, they were the worst, always kissing, always snuggling, always doing things that he'd rather not have to look at. Geez, they'd had an hour to themselves, wasn't that enough?
"I'm still a person, with feelings," Ray replied curtly, briefly pulling away from the kiss so he could send Henry a scathing look. He ran his hands absentmindedly up and down (y/n)'s waist, loving it when his touch made her press against him even more.
"You can say that again." She purred, smirking and biting her lip when his ears and cheeks burned red and Henry audibly gagged and pretended to barf. Gross, gross, gross, gross, gross...
"Ugh, can we get going?! 'Cause I don't want to hear or see this and I really need to get back to school." He grumbled, making the young step back from her boyfriend since she knew that there was a better place and time. Namely, their shower and in about twenty minutes if all went to plan.
"All right, cranky-pants, we're coming. Pull me through." She told the boy, poking out her tongue at him after he mocked how much she loved her boyfriend and all the things he did to her. She offered the boy her hands and Ray lifted her waist so she was able to slide through the hole and into the digger, but not before Ray subtly pinched her ass and caught sight of her sticky thighs. Jesus, get him home, now.
"Me next." He said and gave Henry his hands just like (y/n) did and his sidekicks yanked him as hard as they could. Trouble was, it was incredibly difficult for a young boy and a small woman to take the weight of six-foot of pure, rock-hard, super-dense muscle. That, and his utility belt kept catching on the lip of the rock, making him whine as they struggled to get him moving.
"Whoa! Whoa! Ray, have you gained some weight?" Henry asked, swearing that his boss never felt this heavy when they trained together and he had to flip Ray over his back. He had to lay off the won-tons.
"Hey, are you calling my boyfriend fat? Pull harder on your side!" (y/n) scolded the boy indignantly, feeling extremely protective over Ray and how he looked. He was goofy, silly, loveable and sexy and she was certain that if he had gained weight, it was muscle mass, not that it would make her love him even less.
"I think you gained weight." Henry disparaged, sneakily using Ray's famous temper to get him to wriggle through the gap even further. Ray would surely try to strangle him once he was in the digger, but at least they would have gotten him there.
"You take that back! I eat less than two thousand calories a day!" The superhero snapped, kicking his legs out like he was swimming in hopes of making it through. Being stuck so foolishly did make him feel a little chubby and Henry's goading wasn't helping. "Just suck it in!"
"Piss off, Henry!" (y/n) snapped, grabbing Ray's elbow and putting her heeled boot on the wall so she could it as leverage.
"God, this is so embarrassing," Ray grumbled, trying to his hips past the halfway mark, but they wouldn't budge. He just needed some encouragement, not putting down.
"Make it through and I'll give you a kiss, captain." (y/n) lowered her lips to his ear and instantly, he was forcibly jumping forward like a worm and with another harsh pull, he slid forward, landing in a heap in the ventilator shaft, on top of Henry as it were.
"Oh, that hurt so bad." He grumbled, feeling his arms hurt as Ray pressed on them to get up. Why was he always the one took the bruises and pain?
"Karma's a bitch." (y/n) deadpanned, pulling her boyfriend to her body to give him what he'd promised her.
~Swellview High~
So, they'd made it to Henry's school and things were all set for him to sneak back into class, disable this weird hologram of him that Schwoz had used to dupe the teacher and hand in his test like nothing had happened. There was a. catch though, of course, there was.
Sharona Shapen, the weirdest teacher in the school and the most desperate for the large cash bonus the good grades were gonna get her, was still prowling around the classroom and had caught onto fake Henry sitting and scribbling on his paper without listening. Time was up and every other kid had handed in their test paper (fully copied from Charlotte since she was a genius and Miss Shapen was turning a blind eye), meaning that hologram Henry sitting there blankly was starting to look real weird.
"You guys! You need to do something about Henry and Miss Shapen!" Charlotte hissed to Ray and (y/n), both of whom were still in uniform, plus Henry who was casually strolling through the halls like nothing was wrong. Thank god most of the kids had gone home by now or were still stuck in a late class, otherwise, their stealthiness would be in vain.
"How? We need to get in there and distract her so I can turn off the hologram." Henry panicked, peering through the glass panel in the door and seeing how close his teacher was to sticking her fingers through his face and revealing the secret.
"It has to be big! And something that will completely ruin her mind!" Jasper noted, trying to come up with everything Sharona Shapen liked, which stretched to cats and her freakishly large toe.
"Chicken?" Ray suggested, recalling that poor bird she'd annihilated on Valentine's Day when he'd been forced onto a date with her. Maybe he could dangle a chicken wing in front of her face and lure her away just enough for them to pull it off.
"Dude, where are we gonna get a chicken from?" Henry asked rhetorically, making Ray pipe down. Okay, chicken and any other food was a no-go, so what else did Miss Shapen dream of at night?
"Kiss her." (y/n) suddenly said in a grim voice, her eyes closed as she accepted that it was what they were gonna have to do. She idolised her boyfriend and fancied just as much as all the other women in Swellview did, meaning that a smooch from him would probably make her pass out long enough for them to swipe the hologram and test.
"What?" Ray, Henry, Charlotte and Jasper gasped and looked at her like she was crazy. First of all, that was their teacher, second of all, it wasn't just any teacher, it was Miss Shapen, third of all, Ray would never betray her like that, fourth of all, he repulsed the woman and so on and so on. There were a million reasons why that was crazy talk, but (y/n) just calmly breathed in and out.
"Look, a kiss from Captain Man will wipe her mind blank, meaning Henry can hand in his test with no problems." She explained, resting her hands on Ray's chest as his eyes bore into hers. Kiss someone else? He'd rather die, no one else would compare, especially not that old hag.
"Sweet girl, I can't kiss another woman, we'll think of something else. I love you and only you." He murmured, wrapping his hands around her wrists so he could bring one to his lips and kiss her gently thrumming pulse point. There had to be another way, one that didn't involve him breaking his endless faith and fidelity to her. He wasn't that guy anymore, he'd found his one and he didn't need nor want a bit of something on the side, she was everything he had ever dreamed of having.
"I know you do, but..." She started, sighing when she didn't know how to word it. She hated the idea of him kissing someone else, she loathed it even if it wasn't real and with Sharona, but she could overlook it just once if it was for an exceptionally good reason. "Look, I'm giving you permission this one time to march in there, look at her like you look at me and kiss her like you you mean it, so we can save Henry's butt." She said, giving him her sincerest gaze.
"How am I supposed to kiss her like she's you when she's not you? It's Miss Shapen, for god's sake." He groaned, pouting slightly at the idea of having to put his mouth on hers and pretend he was tasting honey.
"Just imagine it. And when we get home..." She gestured for the kids to plug their ears and she leaned up to whisper against his neck. "You can fuck me again and again until I can't walk."
"Fine." He agreed through gritted teeth and kissed his cheek in thanks. He fucking loved the sound of that and if he had to kiss that in the classroom to earn it, he would.
"Kid, get ready to sneak in. I've got a Miss Shapen to kiss." He growled dramatically, tensing up his body like a true superhero. Henry nodded in understanding and stood next to the door so he could hear and look out for his cue.
"Henry!!!" They could hear the teacher scream at the hologram inside and they knew that they had to act quickly.
Taking a deep breath and giving (y/n) one final peck, Ray yanked open the classroom door and boldly stood in the gap so she could admire his sudden entrance with awe. 'Just pretend she's (y/n), just pretend she's (y/n)' was all that was running through his mind.
"You." He greeted her in a tone that left his girl weak at the knees and if he squinted very hard and used the best of his imagination, she almost looked like (y/n). Almost.
"Captain Man!" She gasped at his sudden appearance. Oh my, he looked so handsome, better than she could ever have imagined and she was certain that this was a dream. The hero stormed over to her with a "hungry" look in his eyes, making her go breathless and weak at the knee. Sweet cheese, this wasn't happening; Captain Man seized Miss Shapen and dipped her in his embrace, leaning over her with a nauseous expression that he masked well. He just had to think of tonight and how his real love would be screaming his name.
"Do you consent to this kiss?" He asked in a tight, reluctant voice and cursed inwardly when her smile grew ten-fold. Well, that was a stupid question, of course, she wanted to snog Swellview's greatest hero.
"Sure, you want it in writing?" She joked, her eyes widening when he took the plunge and pressed his lips against hers. Dear, sweet lord, this was genuinely going to make him vomit. He'd kissed many people in his life and none of them but one truly gave him butterflies. Sharona Shapen was not that one; she killed the butterflies, burnt them, stamped on them, tore them apart. Her hands were roaming his back wildly and (y/n) looked in to see the abhorrent sight.
"Go before I puke." She told Henry and the boy quietly tiptoed into the room. He too was disgusted by the sight of Ray kissing his teacher, mainly because she was a terrible kisser and not the one he'd fought so hard to set him up with. Ray kissing anyone but (y/n) would always look wrong, those two were made for each other.
He disabled the hologram, chucked it into his backpack and slid onto his chair, resuming the same position that it had been portraying; a pencil in his hand and a calm look on his face. Dear god, Miss Shapen giggling into the kiss was going to haunt his nightmares for weeks to come.
Okay, good. Henry was here, he was in the right place and just in the nick of time, which meant that for Ray, his work was over.
"Wait. Wrong woman." He said, suddenly pulling back and dropping Miss Shapen on the floor. His mouth tasted revolting and he made a quick exit for the door before she could claw him back for more.
"Let's get out of here." He mumbled, grabbing (y/n)'s wrist and pulling her through the halls rapidly. Charlotte and Jasper had already left and Henry could sort himself out, he just needed to leave and get home.
"You're so brushing your teeth before you can kiss me again. I don't want to taste Sharona too." She chuckled, waggling her finger at him as his eyes darkened at the thought of kissing her. The right person.
"And then I get to fuck you?" He asked with hopeful eyes, glancing across to see her smirk and run her fingers through her hair like the seductive vixen she was.
"Until I can't walk." She promised, giggling when his legs started to work faster until they were practically running through the empty school corridors. Well, all's well that ends well, Henry had handed his test in without a hitch, Miss Shapen got to experience what a real relationship looked like and boy, Ray couldn't wait to get home.

Hold me tight, I’ll be alright…
Whump Read The Tags 🏷️
Kid danger and captain man were quickly out numbered after they responded to an emergency call at an abandoned factory. Once they’d arrived it was clear it was a trap but before they could get away they were swamped with punches. They had no choice but to stay and fight there way out. Captain man had taken to trying to get the bigger criminals away from Henry doing his best to lore them further down the corridor, while Henry dealt with the slightly less muscular criminals or so ray thought. In reality kid danger had taken down the minor criminals in a matter of minutes however one criminal had stood waiting for his trun alone with kid danger.
Henry was breathing hard after taking down the smaller criminals, as he spun around to follow after Ray he was met with a large muscular man staring down at him. He braced himself as best he could but suddenly the guy had a weapon Henry hadn’t seen before. Quickly deciding the criminal was far to large not only in muscle but also his choice of weapon, it was a large blade with jagged edges. Kid danger took a few steps back before he could process much of anything the guy had backed them into a corner. At this point Henry didn’t really have much choice but to call out for captain man, but his shouts went unheard since captain man had managed to get what he had assumed to be all the larger criminals onto the next floor up.
Henry struggled against the larger man to no avail. The criminal was too big for Henry to shove off or fight alone but he kept kicking and punching, it did nothing but exhaust him. Eventually the large man grew bored of twanting kid danger and drove his long jagged blade detectly into Henry’s shoulder. Henry let out a gut wrenching scream that he’s sure Ray heard. The criminal simply laughed and pulled the jagged blade out painfully slow causing Henry to let out more screams of pain. The criminal took two fingers and roughly shoved them into the large cut going down Henry’s shoulder to his chest causing one final guttural scream to erupt from Henry before the criminal smirked and jogged out of the building.
Once the criminal had released his hold on kid danger he slumped down the wall until he was sitting on the floor. Henry hadn’t gotten a look at the damge yet so he braced himself to look down. Once he’d looked down to see the huge gash across his right shoulder all the way down to the middle of his chest a sense of panic filled him. The panic quickly spread until he was left hyperventilating against the wall. Henry’s head was spinning, his breathing was erratic and that’s weird his hands were shaking. He tried to take deep breaths but the shooting pain in his chest and shoulder when he did only caused the panic to spread again.
He hadn’t realised he was screaming until he heard footsteps running towards him. Ray had heard the screams from all the way on the next floor he made quick work of the remaining two bad guys before sprinting down the stairs to find Henry. When he approached where the two had split off he could hear Henry calling out for him, a sense of fear filled him as he pushed forward to find kid danger and asses the situation. Nothing could have prepared him for what he saw when he crouched down in front of Henry who was still breathing erratically and had his knees pulled up to his chest. Ray ran a soothing hand down Henry’s uninjured arm before pulling the kid into his arms, once Henry felt Rays presence he felt the cold sheen of panic that was covering his body disappear, he felt his heart beating in time with Rays.
Once Ray was satisfied Henry had calmed down enough to slow the bleeding from his injury captain man pulled them both from the floor and started them back towards the man cave where Schwoz could bandage kid danger up.
Once they made it back to the man cave admittedly a lot slower than Ray would have liked, Ray sat on the sofa in the main area of the man cave with Henry’s head resting on his lap, he was running his fingers gently through Henry’s hair. “You scared me out there kid, u know that?” Ray said cautiously. “I’m sorry Ray, I .. I don’t know what happened I just I guess I kinda panicked and …” Ray shushed him causing Henry’s apology to fall off his tongue “I’m not angry kid, you don’t have to apologise.” Ray said in his most sincere voice he could muster. Henry didn’t say anything opting to simply hum in understanding.

Another request from the weird adults watching Henry Danger discord:
an eyes wide shut treatment
So here’s eyes wide schwoz:
We open on the bathroom scene to establish that Ray is Tom cruise and schwoz is Nicole Kidman- the dialogue is changed to be about Henry or whatever
They’re going to some kind of honors gala for hero and villain engineers.
At the gala Captain man is called away to save someone secretly because they need someone indestructible
Schwoz is greeted by a villain that’s impressed by his work and it becomes clear that he’s extremely valued within this professional sphere
Schwoz and the villain are work flirting and the villain asks if he would consider becoming evil
Back to Ray —he’s pulling frankini out of like a jagged broken glass filled hole in the wall or something he was shoved in there by a baseball hitting him in the chest from amateur engineer building a weapon out of a pitching machine (knocked out by a speed ball, get it?) frankini faints when he sees who saves him
Ray leaves and before he finds schwoz again he’s swarmed by engineers who would love the notoriety of working for Captain man he charms them but it’s clear he doesn’t know how to communicate about engineering
He finds schwoz again and sees him talking to the villain— ray pulls schwoz away, acutely jealous
Back at the man cave schwoz reveals to Ray this isn’t the first time he’s been asked to engineer for a villain
Ray gets mad and shoots him with a tranquilizer dart
While schwoz is out Ray leaves to walk off his jealousy and looking for a distraction
He thinks he sees frankini walking in Swellview but he can’t get his attention and then realizes he doesn’t have his gum and can’t be Captain man
He ends up at club soda he see’s Henry’s dad and is like ‘well… he does know how to party’ so he talks to him and Jake tells him about a the hottest club in town and an after hours event — at the beatin’ dungeon (duh) Ray’s like I gotta find this party
We find out: It’s a book club with the entire rogués gallery— unmasked. Ray realizes he’s safe because he’s there as Ray Manchester, not Captain Man and tries to play the part. He does not do this well. He sneaks away to try and find out more about the villains but he’s stopped. Someone who might be frankini, makeup free and in sunglasses and a covid mask, convinces Ray to leave, that he doesn’t belong there…. As Ray gives in another baseball hits frankini into another hole in the wall— but he can’t help now because he’s not Captain Man. he leaves, conflicted.
He goes back to schwoz — who’s been watching his escapades on the cctv the entire time

Loki S2 Ep3 spoilers
So I was anyone else a little concerned with what was going on with Ms Minutes?
Not only is she a floating sentient AI, but she is crushing on her creator.
Not only that, but to cope with her (I’m assuming) original creator’s death, she starts flirting with his variant who seems very uncomfortable with it.
AND, she proceeds to starts talking about getting back at him for not making her a body so they can be in a romantic relationship.
At least she says what she wants her relationship with him to be like, unlike some other ships I have seen, but this is also screaming NO RUN THIS IS WRONG.
It’s also giving that one episode from Henry Danger and Schwoz made that AI and got married to it but the AI tried to kill Ray and the others.
Anyway, I can’t the only one who is slightly disturbed by this right?
Recap:
We have AI x creator AND (depending on how you look at it) selfcest with Loki x Sylvie.
So who’s excited for the next ep?

what do u think chapa would be doing when df ended? something with bose idk
i wasn't sure if you meant this as in after the show ended or after the team came to an end, so i just went with both lol
post show finale:
well ofc it's heavily implied at the end that Danger Force continue crime fighting, taking over as the primary heroes of Swellview.
and they should still have at least another year of high school left! i'm not sure if they were finishing middle school when DF started or starting high school when DF started... but either way they should have at least a year left. if they were in their last year of middle school, they'd still have two years of high school. if they were starting high school, they'd have one year left.
it's kinda hard for me to think about what their lives might look like now though. i mean, they no longer have Ray or Schwoz. there's a new level of responsibility on them.
honestly i feel like Chapa probably struggles handling it all, prioritizes Danger Force, and ends up not doing well in school. i don't think it's a Henry situation or anything though. she'll graduate, Mika will make sure of that.
you mentioned Bose, so thinking about her friendship with Bose... hm. in season 3, Bose starts talking about his birth dad a lot more. he also seems a less like the cheery boy we met in season 5 of Henry Danger, yknow? he seems a bit more down. i feel like those two correlate: the uptick in his mentions of his birth dad and his less cheery demeanor. it seems like he started thinking about his family life a lot more than he used to and that's affecting him. i could definitely see Chapa being someone he talks to about all of that. i feel like she would listen to him well and be able make sense of things he says. she's kind of a shoulder to lean on, someone who helps him to not bottle it up in his own mind. gotta love their friendship. (he does what she does lol)
post danger force retirement:
we saw what happened when she wasn't being pushed to the good side. she went to the bad side. between seasons 2 and 3, she became a criminal.
that honestly surprises me. bc idk how some of the other DF kids let that slide. i know everyone is scared of her, but when it comes to something serious, they will confront her and stand their ground. and i feel like Chapa turning to a life of crime is something they'd be trying to keep her from??
so i think that's where she naturally goes to after DF calls it quits, but i don't think her friends would just sit by and let it happen this time. they would at least try to keep her from it. try to keep her occupied, try full-on confrontation, whatever method.
she definitely kept any gum balls she had left in her container lol. she even tried to keep them when Ray made them all turn in their gum in Power Problems, so no doubt in my mind that she brought home all the red gum she had this time. she probably tries to save it, but she might pop a bubble every once in a while. for the memories, yknow?
i can't think of much Bose-centric to add, really. they're still friends. they're still Chapa and Bose. they miss seeing each other as often as they used to. but of course that applies to Mika and Miles with Chapa and Bose just as much and vice versa. at this point, they're all out of school and not meeting up at the Man's Nest every day anymore. life takes over and they just can't see each other as often. i definitely think there would be some planned DF meetup days where they all plan a time to hang out for a while, but i could also see Chapa and Bose spending time together on their own. it's great to be with all your friends, but sometimes there's one friend you end up spending a little extra time with cause you just have that extra-time kind of connection, and i think they definitely have that kind of friendship.
also, i feel like DF had some almost-breakup moments before they actually ended it. times when tension got too high and people said things they shouldn't have and conflict got too much and whatever evil they were battling was too much stress on them and suddenly they're on the verge of ending DF. it never actually happened though. not entirely, at least. maybe they got really close and maybe even they all separated for a day, but it never lasted.

Gas Or Fail (season 3: episode 11, part 2)
Tumblr media
Juniper was busy taking the test when she felt her phone buzz in her pocket. She sneakily checked her phone, seeing that Schwoz had texted her, Charlotte, and Jasper in a group chat. Henry hadn't come back yet. That must've meant he managed to escape, probably with Schwoz's help so he can go help Ray. Juniper wondered if they would need her help with this gas leak, but she doubted it. They probably had everything under control.
Charlotte turns her mask off and takes it off before she looks at the teacher, raising her hand. "Uh, Miss Shapen?"
"Yeah, what?" Miss Shapen questioned, looking up from her book with an annoyed look before looking back at her book.
"It's time for our three minute break." Charlotte answered.
This got Miss Shapen's attention. "Huh?" Confusion etched on her face as she sat up straighter, closing her book. Charlotte glanced at Juniper and Jasper, silently telling them to go along with it.
"Uh, yeah, it's a state law." Jasper lies. "Uh, whenever kids take an achievement test, you have to give 'em a three minute break every two hours."
"Oh? And what if I don't?" Miss Shapen sassily asked.
Juniper quickly thought of something that would get her worried and make them take a break. "Oh, you didn't know you could get fined if you don't do that? It would cost you a lot of money. I mean, just think of your precious cats, you prbably won't be able to spoil them as much as you do if you get fined for breaking a law like that. It would put a huge dent in your budget." She delivered the last part with a hint of urgency, hoping to strike a chord with Miss Shapen.
It seemed to work, as the teacher was now looking worried. She stands up. "Three minute break!" She announces and everyone immeidiately had gotten up to leave. "But ya better be back here in three minutes!" She calls out. She then reaches a hand back under her shirt, grimacing as she turns to leave the room. "I gotta go pop something…."
Juniper exchanges a look with Charlotte, the two weirded out by their teacher as they walk over to the window with Jasper. Once they were sure everyone was gone, Charlotte opened the window and helped Juniper bring Schwoz inside.
"Okay, what is goin' on?" Charlotte inquired.
"Does Ray and Henry need my help?" Juniper chimed in.
"I don't think so, it should be an easy fix-"
"Even though Henry had gone to help Ray." Juniper interrupted him, furrowing her eyebrows as concern filled her gaze.
"What?" Jasper gasped, eyes widening.
"Henry can't leave!" Charlotte worriedly said.
"I know this. Where was Henry sitting?" Schwoz asked. After Jasper pointed out where, Schwoz sat some odd device on the chair, pulling out another one from his pocket and aiming it at the chair. Juniper gasped when a hologram of Henry siting and taking his test is shown.
"Wow." Juniper murmurs, her eyes wide with disbelief and shock. "That's incredible! It's clearly a hologram, but it looks so lifeless."
"That's insane!" Charlotte commented, staring at the hologram in awe.
Jasper nods in agreement. "Schwoz, you're a genius."
When the door suddenly opened, that made the four worried. "Ooh, they're coming back!" Charlotte warned and Schwoz was quick to run over to the window.
"Mahalo!" He called out quietly before he climbed out the window, groaning at the rough impact he had when he landed. Juniper cringed, feeling bad for him. But the door was closing and she knew Schwoz had no choice but to go out the window. Though he didn't really need to jump out it the way he did. It would've saved him some pain. Jasper closed the window while the girls sat back down along with everyone else. No one suspected a thing wiht Henry not being there. Until Miss Shapen got back and ordered Henry to go lock the door after the break was over.
Juniper tried not to show her nerves as she glanced at Charlotte and Jasper, who also looked worried. Jasper quickly stood and offered to lock the door, sitting back down immediately when Miss Shapen told him 'no'.
"I asked Henry to do it." Miss Shapen was getting frustrated with not getting a response despite raising her voice. "Now, Henry Hart, I asked you-"
"I think that Henry's just really focused on doing a great job on his test." Charlotte quickly interrupts with a nervous chuckle. She stands, walking over to the hologram. "Right, Henry?" She acts like Henry had whispered something to her and nods, sitting back down and smiling at Miss Shapen. "He says right." She sat back down, putting the mask back on while Miss Shapen stared back at Henry skeptically. Charlotte shares a worried look with Juniper, the two girls worried that their teacher would find out Henry wasn't there. "Ah, geez…"
"That's right, test booklets right here. Hurry up, I gotta get home and powder my cat." Miss Shapen instructed later that day when everyone was done with their tests. Finally. Juniper was so relieved she was done so she could go home and relax. She wanted to go check on Henry and see how the gas leak problem was handled. But, first, she had to finish things up here.
But as she realized what her teacher said, confusion filled her and she shared a look with her friends. "Powder your cat?" Jasper repeated, furrowing his eyebrows at her. They were all equally confused by Miss Shapen's odd remark. It was such a strange way to put it, and it only added to the series of bizarre events of the day.
"Get out of here! All a'you go!" Miss Shapen ignored their confusion, shooing them toward the door. Juniper couldn't help but feel a little relieved to be free of the testing room, even if it meant she still had to figure out what was going on with Henry and Ray. Henry still hadn't got back yet and she hadn't heard anything from him. She assumed things were okay, but she had that little voice in the back of her head telling her something could have gone wrong. She was trying to push her worries down, though, because she knew that Henry and Ray were more than capable of handling themselves.
"Hey," Jasper whispers to the girls. "What are we gonna do with Henry?"
"I don't know." Charlotte replied quietly.
"We can't just leave him here!" Jasper argued.
"He's a hologram. What are we gonna do?" Charlotte shot back. After a few moments of thinking, they came up with nothing and left quickly. But Juniper didn't leave. She lingered in the hall, texting Henry and Ray on what was going on and that Henry needed to hurry back. She sighed in relief when she noticed Henry rushing over to her.
"Finally, what happened? Are you okay?" Juniper asked in concern.
"Yeah, I'm good, don't worry. Everything's fine, just had a bit of trouble getting Ray out since he got trapped but we're both good. He's gonna help me get out of here." Henry replied as Ray walked over to them in his Captain Man suit. Juniper raised her eyebrows. Part of her was curious as to what the plan was, but part of her didn't really want to know. So she left, saying her goodbyes, and headed home, ready to get into comfy clothes and relax for the night before bed.
That night Juniper was curled up in bed, watching one of her favorite shows, Drake and Josh, when suddenly there was a knock on her window, followed by her phone buzzing. She picked her phone up, smiling at the notification from Henry. It was a text letting her know he was at her window and asking if he could come in. She texted him back it was fine and put her phone on the nightstand before she got up and went over to unlock and open her window to let him in.
"Hey, Hen. What's up?" She asked curiously, closing her window after he was in and taking his shoes off.
"Just wanted to come over and hang out." Henry answered, plopping down on her bed with a smile. Juniper smiled back at him, sitting back on her bed by him where she was before, leaning against the headboard against some pillows.
"Okay, cool." She murmured, chuckling when he scooted closer and moved so he laid his head on her lap. He reached over to grab the remote to play the paused show, his lips curving upwards when he felt her hand begin to run through his blonde hair. Often when they hung out while watching shows or movies, they both liked it when one of them would run their fingers through the other's hair. It was relaxing for the both of them and it was a habit the two had gotten used to and didn't mind at all.
As they watched the show, the two occasionally shared some laughter at the funny parts. They enjoyed this time spent together and it was the perfect way to end the day after the stressful, nerve-wracking events that took place earlier. Comfortable silence filled the room despite the noise from the tv and the ocassional laughter or comment from the two teenagers. The atmosphere was relaxed and the two felt at ease as they laid there. Juniper loved running her hand through Henry's hair. His blonde hair was soft and light, and she loved the way it felt as her fingers glided through it. It was moments like these that made her forget about the worries of the day. Just being with Henry made everything feel a little brighter.
As the episode transitioned to a commercial break, Henry shifted slightly, looking up at her with a playful grin. "You know, if I had a nickel for every time you ran your fingers through my hair, I'd be rich by now."
Juniper laughs softly. "Well, can you blame me? It's like petting a really cute puppy. You're just so…Adorable." She teased, giggling when Henry rolled his eyes.
"Please, I am not adorable. I am very manly." Henry stated dramatically.
Juniper giggles, her laughter echoing softly in the room. "Right, very manly," She replies, raising an eyebrow with a teasing smile. "The epitome of masculinity, lying here with your head in my lap while watching a sitcom."
Henry smirks, looking up at her with a mock serious expression. "Well, the epitome of masculinity needs some TLC too." He quipped, earning a small laugh from Juniper.
"Of course, how could I forget?" She chuckled, leaning down to place a gentle kiss on his forehead, her smile growing when he grinned.
"You could never." Henry replied.
"Mm, so, are you okay? I was worried earlier when the gas leak happened and I didn't hear from you or Ray for awhile." Juniper admitted, continuing to run her hand through his hair.
"Yeah, sorry about that. I would've texted, but I had trouble getting Ray out. He had it all fixed by the time I was there. Though he had gotten trapped and I had to drill a hole to pull him out and he's heavy." Henry explained, one of his arms bended under his chin while his other was on her legs, fidgeting with the bottom hem of her shorts.
Juniper chuckles. "No kidding. I'm impressed you got him out on your own. You really are as manly as you say." She teasingly remarked, laughing when Henry playfully pinched her leg.
"You're lucky I love you." Henry retorted, pretending to be annoyed but the small smile on his face said otherwise.
She chuckles and gently pokes his nose. "I love you too, Hen."
He smiled fondly at her and the two teens settled down as the show resumed, their gazes focused on the screen. Despite being beat friends, the two teens always said the l word to each other. Of course it was platonic. But if they were honest, both of them had felt some kind of romantic feelings towards each other and have for awhile now. However, neither of them were brave enough to admit how they felt, and they both were unsure of what the other would think if they did. It was a scary thought, knowing there was a possibility the other would not share those same feelings. So the two decided to stay quiet, not wanting to risk their friendship. They figured their platonic love for each other was good enough. At least for now.
Henry smiled as Juniper ran her hand through his hair once again. His hand that had been messing with the bottom hem of her shorts moved slightly and was now resting on her leg. His fingers rubbed soothing circles on her skin and he glanced up at her, noticing she was now asleep. A small, warm smile formed on his lips as he turned his head and placed a gentle kiss on her leg.
"Goodnight, June. Sweet dreams." He murmured. After carefully moving and getting up without waking her, he pulled back the covers and helped hee get under them. He tucked her in and then moved to leave when suddenly he heard a soft, sleepy voice calling his name.
"Hen? Are you leaving?" She whispered, her tired, half lidded gaze on him with a pout.
"Yeah, but I'll see you tomorrow." Henry replied, placing a hand on her head and running his fingers through her hair.
Juniper hums softly and closed her eyes. "Can't you stay, please? I don't want you to go. Can't you spend the night?" She requested quietly, her eyelids heavy and fighting the urge to close them and sleep.
Henry pauses for a moment, a thoughtful expression on his face before he gave her a smile. "Sure. Why not?" He shrugged.
He moved to lock the window and turn the TV off. He grabbed some pjs he had left here before the last time he stayed over and went to go change in the bathroom attached to her room before he climbed into bed with her, pulling the covers over himself. He turned to lay on his side, facing her, and reaching over to pull her closer. She snuggled into him without hesitation, resting her head against his chest. Henry wrapped his arm around her, giving her a gentle squeeze. It was moments like these that made all the crazy, chaotic parts of his life feel worth it. Here, he didn't have to be Kid Danger; he could just be Henry, a teenager enjoying the comfort of having his best friend (and secretly the love of his life) in his arms.
"Thanks for staying, Hen." She murmurs, barely awake. She could feel the warmth of his body next to her, along with his steady heartbeat. She felt safe and warm, and his touch was so comforting. "G'night." She sleepily mumbled, her voice trailing off as sleep overtook her.
"No problem. Goodnight, June." Henry whispered softly, his voice barely above a breath as he brushed a gentle kiss against the top of her head. He felt his heart swell, his own eyelids growing heavy as he relaxed, surrounded by the warmth and calm that only Juniper's presence could give him. As he drifted off to sleep, he couldn't help but think that he would give up all the adventures, the superpowers, and the glory of being Kid Danger in an instant if it meant he could spend every night like this, by her side.
In the quiet, dim light of Juniper's room, everything else faded away. The responsibilities, the secrets, the battles—none of it mattered here. Being with her, feeling her breath softly rise and fall against him, he felt more at peace than he ever did fighting villains or saving the day. Here, with her tucked securely in his arms, he could let his guard down. He was just himself. A tired, contented smile played on Henry's lips as his eyelids finally fluttered shut. For tonight, everything was perfect.
A/N juniper & henry ugh they're so precious

I've had that headcanon for years, lol.
Especially since he doesn't have a middle name, he'd use a Dunlop there.
Anyway, this is my opportunity to share my Hensper Marriage headcanons ✨️ Lets gooooooo.
Firstly, I get the vibe, Jasper fell first, and Henry fell harder. So, I think Henry was the one to purpose.
I like to imagine a dandelion field, or he'd take Jasper to space or some beautiful dimension. lmao, maybe in the love shuttle???
Anyray, Henry would get down on one knee, pull out the ring, and Jasper would instantly lose his shit. He'd squeel and bombard Henry with kisses before he actually gets a chance to say anything.
And Henry's like, "I haven't asked yet."
And Jaspers like,' omg ur right' and stands back up, takes a few deep breaths and is like, 'I'm ready now, ask me.'
And as Henry starts his speech, Jasper would just start squealing again, getting progressively louder until he can't hold still any longer, and starts jumping up and down screaming 'YESSSSSS!'
Secondly, despite Henry proposing wasn't the first one to have started picturing the idea of their marriage. Jasper had been planning their wedding before they were even together.
He's determined and delulu. He's been cultivating a wedding pinterest board since he was in middle school, and we love that for him.
Despite all this planning, He forgot that being Henry's groom meant he wouldn't get to be his best man. Jasper tried to convince him for days he could do both, and Henry remained unconvinced.
Charlotte would end up being Henry's best man instead, Piper would be Jasper's. Ray, since he's canonically an ordain, would ordain the ceremony (and cried the whole time), and Schwoz would be the flower girl.
It was Henry's idea for Jasper to wear a cropped top suit, but it was Jasper's idea to have a white one. Henry probably wore a form of tight fitting black suit.
They each had their own bouquet, which Henry- I went to flower camp- Hart arranged himself, picking flowers he thought would represent both of them well.
When these bouquets are thrown at the reception, it's Oliver and Sidney catch them.
The gang paid for their honeymoon as a wedding gift, where they'd go, idk.
The only one who didn't contribute to the honeymoon fund is Schwoz. Who claimed he had the best gift for them.
They're both very confused when Schwoz shows up at their door a few months after their wedding with a baby.
Like an actual human child.
Schwoz confused the song lyric, "First comes love, then comes marriage, then comes baby on a baby carriage" as an important american culture custom and was very concerned as to how two men would manage that naturally.
So, with his stealth scientific skills, he broke into their room one night and stole their DNA to create a perfect genetic hybrid and grew one in a test tube to help them out.
Jasper's thrilled. He 100% accepts this child. He spends the whole time playing with the baby while Henry is panicking over the concept he's suddenly a parent.
After a long- ass ripping lecture, Schwoz learns not to make children without consent. Though, Henry is eventually thankful for the creation of his kid.
Mostly bc he knows that Jasper has always wanted kids, he never really had an opinion either way until now. But the first time he holds that baby, he already can tell he'd be willing to die for her.
It's a girl.
They named her Page after Charlotte and are already better parents than anyone else in Swellview.
Ray and Piper get competitive over who is the better aunt/uncle and constantly fight over who her favorite is.
Her favorite is Charlotte.
Idk which one of yall did this, but I love you.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~°~❦~°~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You clutched your portfolio tighter as you stepped off of the bus and into the warm, spring air. You still hadn’t gotten used to the weather here in Swellview. Compared to your hometown of Storybrooke and the cold Maine temperatures this was practically a sauna.
     Pulling at your skirt, you turned your gaze upwards toward the towering building in front of you. John Hancock Center, read the giant block letters on the building’s front, Quality Fashion Since 1909.
     You breathed in a sigh. This was your chance. And you weren’t going to become a famous fashion designer by standing outside on the sidewalk for hours. Walking into the establishment, you tried to give yourself a quick pep talk
     Ok, you told yourself, this is what I’m here for. I will get this job. I’m going to walk in there and show them my designs and what’s the worst that could happen? I don’t get the job, have to move back to Maine, tell my parents they were right all along, and go back to waiting tables at Granny’s Diner…
     Ok, so the pep talk wasn’t working. You looked down again at the paper in your hand. Floor 14, Suite B: 11:30am. You still had plenty of time—you were almost an hour early—but you just wanted to make sure you didn’t blow this. You couldn’t help but chuckle to yourself at your over-preparedness. You figured you could probably just sit in the lobby while you waited and go over your designs and play out the interview in your head.
    Seeing no seats available in the packed building filled with well-dressed employees, you decided to try your luck upstairs—there had to be a waiting area or at least a chair on the 14th floor, right?
    Tucking a strand of hair behind your ear, you headed towards the elevator. Seeing a mirror, you studied yourself in it for a moment.
    I look like a fashion designer, don’t I? You asked yourself. You looked from your (y/e/c) eyes and your (y/h/c) hair to the outfit you had spent hours last night stying in various shades of your favorite blues and realized you did. You’d worked like heck to get here and whatever happened in this interview wouldn’t change that.
    Feeling significantly more calm than you had mere minutes ago, you stepped on to the elevator. You were just beginning to open the bag clutched beneath your arm when you paused as you realized alarms were going off in what sounded like the distance. It was hard to tell from the muffled elevator. Suddenly the elevator stopped—on the 6th floor according to the lit-up buttons near the doors.
    Without warning the doors burst open, shoved apart with inhuman strength, and someone stepped into the small elevator.
    Captain Man.
     You recognized him instantly. Who wouldn’t? Apart from his infamous red-and-blue superhero suit, it also had something to do with the fact that he was one of the biggest celebrities in Swellview, rivaled only by his sidekick Kid Danger. Something you had to get used to when you moved here not even 4 months ago.
    Personally you didn’t quite understand the idolization people had for them. I mean sure, they’d saved a lot of people over the years, or so you’d heard. But other cities survived without superheroes, didn’t they?
    However, as Captain Man stepped into the elevator, you couldn’t argue that the man was an imposing figure—and attractive.
     “You go around the back, Kid. I’m getting on the elevator” he shouted into his wristwatch.
     “Why can’t I take the elevator and you climb 18 flights of stairs?” you heard what must have been Kid Danger’s reply over the communication device.
     “Just do it!” the superhero argued back.
      He stepped all the way into the elevator, not seeming to notice that another person was in it, and began pushing the button for the top floor repeatedly.
     You took a step backwards.
    “I don’t think that’s going to make it go any faster,” you commented.
    “Look lady, I think I know what I’m d—” he turned around finally looking at you and stopped abruptly. “Hello there, I’m Captain Man, maybe you’ve heard of me?” He smirked as he sauntered over to you, “And you are?”
     “(Y/n)”
     “Well (Y/n), what’s a beautiful woman like yourself doing at the John Hancock Center?”
     You couldn’t help but smile at the superhero. You’d heard he was a flirt. Guess the rumors were true. “I’m here for a job interview. I’m a fashion designer. Or, I will be, if this interview goes well.”
      “No way! I’m somewhat of a fashion designer myself. I did design this,” he gestured to his Captain Man suit with pride. You chuckled as he began posing, showing different elements of his superhero suit.
     “Stay focused, man!” Kid Danger’s voice startled you again.
     “Don’t you have stairs to climb?” Captain Man yelled into his watch as he scowled and headed back towards the front of the elevator.
     “What exactly is going on?” You asked as you tried to understand what was happening.
     Captain Man turned to look at you. “Just your average burglary, nothing I can’t handle, beautiful.” He winked at you, and you found yourself blushing. You shook it off.
     “And you’re pushing the button to every floor, because? I do have a job interview to get to.”
     He paused as if to consider this when a rumbling sound and the building shaking as if victim to an earthquake interrupted his train of thought. You clutched your portfolio tighter.
     “What was that?”
     “I’m sure it was nothing,” he waved his hand in the air “Don’t worry, I have everything under contr—”
     The place shook harder and this time even Captain Man himself seemed vaguely worried.
     “Kid? Situation?”  He asked his watch.
     “I think Minyak is on the roof and he’s somehow weakening the structure of the building,” came his reply, “I’m going to—” His voice was cut off by a loud bang and then nothing happened.
     Silence filled the elevator.
     “Kid? KID?” When no response came, Captain Man rushed to push the button for the top floor again.
     “Dr. Minyak?! You said this was a ‘simple burglary’!” You shouted over the noise of—whatever was going on up on the roof—as you watched the lights on the buttons move along the wall while the elevator went up and up. From what you had heard, Dr. Minyak was one of Swellview’s most notorious criminals. You sighed and glanced at your watch. Luckily you were early to your interview.
     “It was a simple burglary! Dr. Minyak came here to steal all the designs for the Swellview Fashion Show this weekend so he could win once and for all—or something like that.” He shrugged.
     You tilted your head to the side, “Minyak? Fashion show?”
     “I don’t know, something about a childhood dream and a lost career in fashion…” He rolled his eyes. “But that doesn’t explain why he’s on the roof and why—”
     A loud bang filled your ears followed by a sound like metal scraping metal and the elevator stopped moving abruptly. Captain Man tried opening the doors, but they wouldn’t budge.
     “Aw sweet beans and rice! Minyak jammed the elevator!” Captain man slammed his fist into the elevator wall. “I should’ve just taken the stairs!”
     You gulped
     “Stuck?”
     You had never exactly been a fan of elevators, I mean sure they saved you having to walk multiple flights of stairs. But you didn’t exactly love the idea of being in a small metal box suspended between floors of a tall building. And being extremely claustrophobic didn’t exactly help.
     The superhero began pushing the emergency call button over and over until with a snap! it popped off.
     “Oops,” he muttered sheepishly. “Great, now I’ll have to call Schwoz, if I can get a signal, and meanwhile Minyak is getting away again and Kid Danger could be in trouble—”
     He kept talking but you weren’t paying attention.
     Stuck. Trapped.
     You sucked in a long, deep breath. The air in the elevator suddenly seemed warmer and you pulled at the collar of your shirt. Was the elevator getting smaller or was it just you?
     “Alright Schwoz, just get here as soon as you can.” Captain Man hung up the phone and turned to you, “Help is on the way, so we should be outta here in about—(Y/n)?”
     He took in your panicked expression and your arms clutching the railing as your knuckles turned white, your back now firmly pressed to the wall.
     “(Y/n), are you ok?”
     “Oh I’m great. No, other than being suspended who-knows-how-many feet in the air with no escape, I’m doing just fine,” you snapped.
     “Hey, it’s ok, I have someone coming who’s going to get us out of here. Shouldn’t be more than,” he hesitated, “an hour?”
     “An hour?” You were definitely going to be late to this job interview.
     “Look, I’m doing the best I can, alright? And for now, how are you with small spaces?”
     “We don’t exactly get along,” you said, “We are going to get out of here, aren’t we?”
     “Trust me,” he put a hand on your arm gently, “nothing bad’s going to happen to you.” As if you punctuate this remark, the elevator shook, sending chills down your spine.
     “Do you mind!” Captain Man yelled up at the roof of the elevator. “Anyways, don’t worry, I promise we’ll be rescued in plenty of time for you to get to your interview.”
     You certainly hoped so. You couldn’t miss this opportunity. Captain man leaned on the wall across from you and sighed. He was silent for a moment, and then—
     “So, fashion designer, huh? I mean, what’s your story? How’d you decide that’s what you wanted to do?” He said
     “What’s my story?” You raised an eyebrow at him.
     “Well I figure if we’re going to be trapped in here, might as well get to know each other,” he shrugged, “And it’ll take your mind off the whole walls-closing-in thing.”
     You rolled your eyes at him but you couldn’t help but smile.
     “Alright,” you started, taking a deep breath. It couldn’t hurt to pass the time talking to the superhero in front of you. “Well, I’ve always wanted to design fashion, ever since I was a little girl. I grew up in Storybrooke, Maine and, well, there weren’t exactly a lot of opportunities presenting themselves in the fashion industry, so I came to Swellview.”
     “Of course, my parents don’t exactly approve of me throwing away my schooling and ‘stable career’ to take a chance at fashion. But they gave me 6 months to come out here and pursue my dream before I’m cut off completely. Or I’ll have to go back to Maine, back to college, and beg my boss at Granny’s Diner to let me back on, which won’t exactly be easy given the way I left, proclaiming my success before it even happened.”
     “I’ve been to exactly 9 interviews, so,” you gestured around you, “here I am. Tenth times the charm!”
     You instinctively clutched your portfolio closer as you thought back to the day you left your hometown and decided to take a risk for a future you wanted to have. You remembered the nervous feeling mixed with excitement and adrenaline as you got on the plane headed for Swellview. You didn’t regret it, not in the slightest. It only made you remember how important this interview was, a determined look setting on your face.
     Captain Man watched you intently as you told him your life story. You couldn’t believe how easy it was to just tell him everything. Everything that had been worrying you for the past few months. The knot in your chest began to loosen. He looked like he wanted to say something, but he didn’t, leaving the elevator silent save for the distant sirens you assumed had something to do with Dr. Minyak.
   You crossed your arms, “Well, what about you? Why’d you decide you wanted the superhero gig? I assume you weren’t born in a mask and spandex.”
    He chuckled, “Well, first of all there’s the fact I get stuck in elevators with gorgeous women during my job…”
     You smiled and tried to ignore the blush once again heating your cheeks.
     “And also, I get to save people. I mean, Kid Danger and I have kept this city safe from a lot of dangerous people. I guess I just really care about the citizens of Swellview and protecting them. Honestly, I don’t know what all of you would do without me,” he smiled haughtily, laughter in his eyes.
     You rolled your eyes, smiling back at him, “Oh I don’t know, I think we’d be all right.”
     “Not a fan of superheroes?” He feigned offense.
     “I just think people can handle themselves, without superheroes saving them all the time,” you answered truthfully.
     “Maybe you just haven’t been saved by the right superhero,” he challenged with a smirk.
     “You call this saving me?”’ You asked playfully.
    “In due time,” he said, “Right now, I’m entertaining you aren’t I? Bet you aren’t thinking about being trapped in a tiny elevator anymore.”
     “I wasn’t.”
     You couldn’t deny it though, you were enjoying his company. You had forgotten about your current situation. Or if not forgotten, at least became more calm. You took a deep breath and shifted your designs to the other side of your body. Captain Man followed the movement with his eyes.
     “Hey, what’s in the bag?” He asked, indicating the pack containing all of your designs.
     You instinctively put your arm over it, “Oh, this? iIt’s nothing, just some of my designs,” you shrugged.
     “Mind if I take a look?” He reached out an arm and reluctantly you handed it over to him. What did you have to lose?
     Captain Man took the bag from you and slid to the ground to examine your sketches and drawings. You sat down with him chewing your thumbnail nervously. You’d never really shown anyone your ideas before, other than possible employers and that hadn’t exactly worked out too well.
    You glanced up at Captain Man self-consciously. He had now taken out multiple of your designs and was flipping through them, his eyebrows raised. You chastised yourself for being this anxious to hear his opinion. Your confidence didn’t depend on what he thought of your designs…did it?
     “Wow, (Y/n), these are…” He looked up at you, awe on his face, “If these people don’t give you a job they’re out of their minds!”
    You gave him an embarrassed smile, your face warm. It meant a lot to you to hear him—anyone—say that. He handed you your deigns back, his gloved hand brushing yours as he did so.
     You looked up at him and he met your eyes, but you couldn’t quite read his expression as his eyes bore into yours.
    Bang! Bang! Bang!
    You were both startled by a pounding on the elevator door. Your heart in your chest, you sprung up and Captain Man man jumped in front of you, his arm across your body as he shielded you from whatever was on the other side of the door.
     “Hello?” Captain Man called
     “Yes?” The voice called back
     Captain Man’s expression broke into relief as he shook his head smiling, “Schwoz!” He lifted the arm that had been across your body and rested his hand on his hip.
     So this must be the man who the superhero was calling before! You almost laughed; you were saved! Even as you rejoiced, you couldn’t help but feel…not disappointed, but you weren’t quite as relieved as you thought you’d be. You’d been enjoying your time with Captain Man.
     “So can you get us out of here?” He asked.
     “Hmm…hopefully. The system’s really jammed,” Schwoz said, “I’m going to need to go and get some equipment. Is anyone in there with you?”
     Captain Man looked over at you. “Just one smokin’ hot fashion designer,” he winked and you crossed your arms teasingly.
     “Ooh can I see?” Came Schwoz’s reply.
     “Kinda trapped in here, remember?” Captain Man rolled his eyes.
    “Oh, right,” he said sheepishly with a nervous chuckle, “well, I’m going to go now. I’ll be right back.”
   “Schwoz no, don’t leave!” Captain Man banged on the door. No reply came back. “Dang it Schwoz!”
     You sighed. So close, you thought. You only hoped the strange man was, in fact, coming right back. You glanced at your watch. You still had almost half-an-hour before you’d be officially late to your interview. There was still time. However, you found yourself caring less and less about your appointment. You scolded yourself for thinking it, but you were almost glad to have a little more time with Captain Man before you’d go your separate ways. You couldn’t deny you enjoyed his company—and even his flirting.
    You glanced at him and found him watching you intently. He stepped towards you.
     “So, we’re almost out of here,” you said to break the silence.
     He nodded. “You say that like it’s a good thing,” he said playfully.
     “I bet you say that to all the girls you’re trapped with,” you shot back.
     Captain Man laughed, “Not all of them, just the ones I really like.”
     He took another step towards you.
     “You get trapped in elevators with a lot of women, do you?”
     “Just the one,” he admitted, “but I’m thinking about doing it more often.”
     You were close to him now. Really close. You studied his features; the teasing smile on his face, the way his mask fit around his cheekbones, his eyes—they really were a beautiful blue, you thought—and finally his lips.
     “Why?” You breathed.
     “So I can do this.” He leaned towards you and suddenly his lips were on yours. Captain Man was kissing you.
     And you were kissing him back. One of his hands went to your hair, the other pressed firmly against your back. You wrapped your arms around his neck tightly, his chest pressed against you. You couldn’t believe this was happening. You couldn't believe how little you cared about your interview. And then you couldn't think of anything else but the man in front of you.
     Vaguely you registered hearing a loud noise, but you ignored it. Neither of you noticed as the elevator doors were pushed open and two figures rushed in.
     “Captain man you’re ok, I—My eyes, oh, my eyes are burning!” A voice exclaimed.
      “Woah, I see what you mean, she is hot,” another voice said
     Upon hearing the voices, you broke apart quickly. A short man with a tool belt and a teenager who could only be Kid Danger, his clothes covered in scorch marks and dust, stood in front of you. The latter was running his hands over his face, pretending to clean his eyes.
     You glanced at them sheepishly. Captain Man ran a hand through his hair.
     “Go on,” said the man who must have been Schwoz with a mischievous grin, “pretend we’re not even here.”
     “Well, guess we didn’t need to get the elevator running, looks like you were having a great time!” Kid Danger scowled at Captain Man but you could tell he was relieved see his friend safe.
     Captain Man turned towards his sidekick and Schwoz. “Anyways,” he said, “I’m glad you’re ok, Kid. And thanks to both of you for getting us out of here.”
     “It was easy work really,” Schwoz joked.
     A short silence filled the room. As if remembering you were there, the superhero quickly introduced you. “Oh guys, this is (Y/n). (Y/n), this is my assistant Schwoz—”
     “Assistant?”
     “—my coworker Schwoz, and you probably know my sidekick, Kid Danger.”
     You guys greeted each other awkwardly until Kid Danger checked his watch and said, “Alright, we better get out of here. Minyak’s still on the run and he’s not going to capture himself. We wouldn’t really be superheroes if we just let him go.”
     Captain Man turned to you. “Speaking of which, you still feel the same way about superheroes?” He smirked
     “I might be revising my opinion,” you smiled
      “Well, good luck with your interview (Y/n). And, hey, if you’re ever need some more design inspiration, you know, for when you’re world famous, I hear Junk N’ Stuff might be a good place to look,” he winked at you and you were still contemplating what exactly he meant by that when he leaned down and kissed you gently.
     “Bye (Y/n).”
     And with that the superhero and his friends were gone, rushing down the hallway to look for a super villain and bring justice to this city. You smiled to yourself scarcely believing the events of the day.
     “Bye Captain Man.”
     You stepped off the elevator and onto the floor, checking your watch and slinging your bag over your shoulder as you started to head towards your interview. Except this time, you thought to yourself, you’d take the stairs.
If you really wanna piss off Reddit, tell them that every iteration of Henry we’ve seen since the finale was a ghost and he made up the force field as a coping mechanism and Dystopia is symbolic of Heaven (weird right).
Ray, riddled with guilt over the way it ended, spoke to his spirit at the funeral to try and give them both some closure. Which he can obviously do because he talked to the vacuum ghost that one time. Obviously.
The first episode of DF Henry was in was a whole delusion. He kept sending the kids away so he could sit trapped in his own head for a while and the kids interacting with Henry was a series of maladaptive daydreaming. Then he got in trouble and called them for help, he had to pretend it was Henry because he doesn’t like to ask for help. The end of that episode was the end of Ray’s episode.
When Ray tried calling Henry for help when Twitler and Drex were working together, he chose to believe his calls were being ignored and when Henry picked up Bose’s phone call, it wasn’t Henry, it was someone else who was reassigned his number when his phone shut off. Miles teleported away and spent some time twiddling his thumbs while he “went to get Henry” and when he returned the kids played right into his delusion because it was the only way they could get him to Nakatomi tower to help the girls.
While they were setting up Twitler’s plot, Drex (unlicensed therapist ass Drex) gave Twitler insight on these hallucinations and used it to manipulate Ray into thinking Henry was in danger and luring the rest of danger force to him so they’d be powerless to stop his internet takeover once he got them all under his control. Ray, who was falling for most of the fight, failed to witness the kids take down the villains and told himself it was Henry.
Henry sticking around to go after Drex made him a conveniently available hallucination to cling on to for a while.
Henry babysitting in the Supies was Ray realizing that Henry had never been nominated for one of those awards and feeling bad about it, seeking out punishment and validation when he wasn’t nominated for any category himself, and getting in trouble. Schwoz calls to tell them he lost Ray, they save his ass, and then Ray realizes he can’t nominate Henry on his own for the award because he’s dead and also shows his gratitude for danger force in the same breath. Having Henry in his sight to crack a joke was his way of properly letting go.
Then we see Henry in Guardians of the Ponytail because Ray was commissioned for a job and he was like “mmm, sure wish I had my partner in crime who literally robbed a bank with me and framed a high schooler here right now.” While taking a drive on his own. And I’m pretty sure that’s what they resolved to do at the end anyway so it tracks.
(SPOILERS FOR NEXT PART)
The movie was Ray’s mind filling in the blanks some years later of what Henry has been doing this whole time.
Ray showing up at the end of the movie all disheveled and grimy (🤤) was Ray dying, probably got blasted in the face with jolly beetle tears and shot down by a drone or smth idk.
Anyway, there’s your rage bait. Pull pieces, post the whole damn thing, whatever. Have fun :) not in that sub anymore anyway
Henry Danger The Movie Reader Insert | Chapter 2. Luchar
pairing: Ray Manchester/f!reader + Platonic!Henry Hart/f!reader
summary: Blackout attacks for the plutonium fuel rods, and Dystopia looks to Jasper and Henry to save the day, with Piper and Schwoz cheering from the sidelines. It's a simple enough fight, but why is Henry acting like he's going solo?
rating: F - minor violence, slapstick sort of fighting, scary monster guy, writer's terrible spanish interpretation skills, punny jokes
word count: 3k
a/n: ¡hola a todos! my big disclaimer for this chapter is that my spanish skills aren't what they used to be. I tried to get whatever jasper says verbatim, but honestly, he slurs his words sometimes, and i may have misheard them. please let me know if the spanish text is wrong!
Thank you for reading! I (respectfully) yearn for likes, comments, and reblogs. Click for vibes
Speak of the devil, and he will appear.
Not a moment after Schwoz uttered that cursed name, the streetlights dimmed one by one. The trio on the roadside looked around as each shop and building became dark, leaving Dystopia even creepier than usual. And that was a lot.
People began to panic, shouting out for their friends and mommies, creating chaos in the already crowded and trashed streets because they knew what was coming. Unlike Piper and Schwoz, they lived here and were all too aware of what demon haunted their home.
"The power's out..." muttered the girl, glancing around with Jasper, who clenched his fists and set his jaw in a sharp line.
With still no sign of Henry, it fell to him to protect those shifty but innocent civilians, although he was also painfully aware of the friends by his side. They were directly in the line of fire, not that the danger dissuaded them. If anything, Schwoz was ready for it, so used to being a superhero's handyman that the terror felt like second nature, and he snapped into work mode.
"Schwoz can fix it!" He answered enthusiastically, sounding a little shaky, yet he shuffled out of the way. Science and tech were his specialities, even if he had only a few odds and ends, a burrito, some hope, and a prayer to jump the power grid.
If only that were the problem.
"It's not a power problem..." said Jasper ominously, his steely gaze scouring his surroundings for the first glimpse of devilry.
As he kept lookout, the little genius waddled off to rip a camera off the nearest building, smiling at the three-sixty lens because it was precisely what he needed. What he'd do with it – Piper didn't know, but she watched him tinker, taking some extra wiring out of a J-box on a lamp.
And, for all his help and ingenuity, she couldn't help but sigh. "You promised not to work on vacation!"
"Mmm..." Schwoz hummed, barely paying attention to whatever petty complaints she had in their dire situation. "Fish gotta swim. Schwozie gotta tinker!"
Whatever they were up to, Jasper didn't care, too experienced in Blackout's work to believe some doohickey – no matter how clever it was – would work.
Turning his back on his friends, he pulled an even cooler thingamajig from his coat pocket—a black disk that glowed when he pressed a button in the centre. He held it against the back of his head, drawing confused yet awed looks from the girl and genius as it latched onto his skull.
"Night-night..." he muttered, and a thick band of black material wrapped around his head, hiding his pale eyes from view.
The minute he couldn't see, the boy's body slumped, leaving his chin pressed against his chest with little snores escaping his lips, but he didn't fall. Jasper might have been asleep, momentarily ignorant of the approaching fuel roads and police convoy, but he only needed a second to fall into his deadly, subconscious state.
Schwoz peered through his makeshift invention – a shrewd mix of the security camera wired into his touristy camera to create a powerful zoom. He could see the plutonium, even through the truck's canvas, as it approached, flanked by a small army of cops, not that they'd be any use.
"There's the city's fuel roads that Blackout wants to steal!"
He didn't need to tell Jasper that, even if he was now his snoozing, superhero self, who just happened to speak Spanish.
"¡Bienvenido a Dystopia, amigos!" He said in a remarkably deep, throaty tone before walking off – intent on facing Blackout alone.
"Hey, don't you want to call Henry first?" The handyman called after him, keenly aware that the lankier boy had a more... substantial superpower.
All Jasper had was his fists and brawn, but he didn't let that stop him. He stood calmly, ready and waiting as his enemy appeared, bringing the plutonium parade to a screeching halt. A plume of shadowy smoke trailed along the edge of a building, heading directly for the truck as it darted toward the nuclear fuel, and there was nothing the poor driver could do to stop such evil.
The shadow ravaged the cab, dealing blows and sucking the life out of the guy before it forced him through the passenger window – no more than a bloodied and beaten shell on the sidewalk.
As Detective Jones raced to help the man, the headlights sparked and extinguished under the monster's power, stealing more precious light from the street.
"What's wrong?" Hissed Blackout as it manifested in its usual hooded form, cutting a terrifying figure that made any rationally thinking citizen run for their life. "Afraid of the dark?"
Jasper didn't need to hear any more.
He threw the first punch, having snuck up behind the villain when he was playing with tea lights. It was strong, with his whole weight behind it, yet Blackout still caught his fist as though the punch was nothing, chuckling darkly at the pathetic excuse for a crimefighter.
So, he tried another punch and another and another, missing every time as the shadow demon effortlessly danced out of the way, even dodging a few kicks and slaps here and there. Ignorant of the half-petrified, half-thrilled crowd, the brawling pair rolled into an alley, still exchanging hits as Jasper retained his relentless pace.
"Where's your boss?" Blackout sneered, his black cape flaring as he attempted a roundhouse kick.
Jasper – or Jaspe? – tucked and dodged, not so easily taunted as he was in his younger days. In his sleep-mode, he was a skilled fighter, easily holding his own as he waited his friend's arrival – and he knew he would come.
"¡No tengo uno! ¡Toma!"
Still, the curly-haired boy had to be careful despite his audiobook training. Blackout's claws were his greatest weapon – besides his electricity-zapping smokiness – and he didn't hesitate to swipe them at the young man's face, which would've easily taken an eye or two if he didn't limbo out of the way.
"¡Come mis pies!"
As he drove his feet into the monster's ribs, an emerald glow overcame Dystopia's streets. Its citizens looked to the sky, gasping in delight at what looked like a green, gleaming comet shooting across the darkness, but they knew better.
Piper knew better.
Schwoz knew better.
That was no comet—its heading set straight for the downtown brawl after the BizWatch meeting, where it learned of the fracas when the tower block powered down.
"Ya buena hora!" Jasper smiled at the sight, knowing better, too. Sure, his momentary loss of focus meant he got tackled to the ground by Blackout, but at least he wasn't alone now, glad to hear the shocked, excited gasps echoing from the nearby crowd.
"Is that...?"
"I think it is..." Schwoz nodded at Piper, matching her marvelled expression when the greenish light landed in the middle of the street.
The concrete crushed under its weight, with heat and tangible energy radiating from the person at its centre, but even as the boulders fell, he wasn't hurt. No, their saviour was untouchable, standing there with a cocksure grin and air of authority when his beloved Dystopians burst into applause.
That was music to Henry Hart's ears, and he looked goooood. It was a proper standoff with Blackout at one junction and him at another, but Henry wasn't worried. He was the ex-sidekick of Swellview, now the protector of this city, and an all-around cool guy with his signature, impenetrable forcefield.
He ate soul-sucking, light-eating, smoky monster demons for breakfast.
"Buckle up for a beatdown, you claw-handed freak!" Schwoz muttered, practically snarling at the villain since he was no longer afraid. Jasper was good and had done beautifully on his own, but this was Henry. He knew who he would put his money on.
"So good to see you..." said Blackout, a low rumbling erupting from its chest as the endless abyss for its face stared the young hero down. "...For the last time!"
Shifting into its shadow form, the demon raced across the street, using all its diversionary tactics to confound Henry. It nipped behind the police on the street and went up the side of a building like a rat up a drainpipe before leaping back down to take him by surprise.
In the blink of an eye, Henry found the monster's cold, harsh hands reaching for his throat and swiftly slapped them away. The difference between him and Jasper was stark; whilst the latter learned his skills from a book, Captain Man taught Henry, and together, they kicked the ass of every bad guy they met.
Blackout was no different.
Whenever he went for the boy, he easily blocked his arm or leg, returning a blow with double the force, even whacking the demon in the face. His frustration was palpable. He grunted every time his attacks failed until he became more violent and rash, circling the road as others watched on.
His anger made him clumsy—and Henry could work with clumsy. As the next fist came down to bash his head in, the young man caught the villain's wrist and used his weight against him. He lifted Blackout over his shoulder and launched him through a shop window, hoping to God that each shard of glass ravaged his body.
He deserved every bit of it.
The crowd erupted into cheers and praise, gathering around their hero as Henry bashfully lapped up their attention. He loved it but couldn't let them know that, gracefully walking away from Blackout's sorry carcass and through the crowd.
"I appreciate it—I appreciate it!" He chuckled, feeling a dozen hands patting him on the back as he worked his way to two familiar faces. "Thank you!"
He almost didn't believe it when he saw them on the sidelines, thinking it was mid-battle adrenaline tricking his mind into seeing his friends, who shouldn't have been in Dystopia. But there they were – grinning, laughing, welcoming him with open arms.
"Henry!" Schwoz exclaimed, running toward the boy – and he was still a boy in his eyes – and pulling him into a bear hug.
The genius brought Piper into it, glad to know that, unlike Jasper, he was happy to see them. They bickered for a little while, as dysfunctional and loving as ever, as they scolded him for being late, argumentative, and brazen during the fight. Still, they couldn't keep the smiles off their faces...until Henry pulled away.
"It's good to see you. Now...if you'll excuse me—" The boy pulled his hand up to his face, flashing a chunky, stupid-looking watch in his friends' faces. "—It's time for me to take care of Bizness."
All Schwoz and Piper could do was stare at him in confusion and disgust, repulsed by his cheesy, sleazy smile. For whatever reason, Henry looked off into the distance, minding that the ugly watch stayed next to his boyish countenance as they tried to see who the hell he was talking to.
"Wha—What are you doing?"
"Okay, that's weird..."
"It's part of the deal I just signed..." He explained, although all Piper heard was that her brother had sold his soul for a piece of crap.
That's why he was late; the execs at BizWatch didn't want him to leave, ensuring their latest rep stayed for a mini press conference until the lights went out. Only then did Henry realise how late he was, and he was the guy wearing the watch.
"Is there a camera somewhere?" The girl asked, glancing around to spot whoever he was marketing to, but the hero didn't stick around to chat.
"It felt cool to me, okay?" He said, circling them to move down the road before they could ask any more questions.
No matter Schwoz's ridicule, it was merely a passing comment as Henry ran away – them behind. "Felt cool? Did not look cool..."
He had an image to uphold, smiling brighter for the flashing cameras than what was natural as he met another group of his adoring fans. They chanted his name and clamoured for his attention, yet his eyes were only on one person as he stepped into an alley, holding his hand out for Jasper, still winded on the dirty ground.
"How you doing?"
"Firme, güey," replied his friend, who firmly shook his hand as he caught his breath.
All Henry did was give him a slight frown, still getting used to that thick accent, even after four years of hearing it. "Dude, watch your language. There's  kids around."
"Güey no es mala palabra," answered Jasper, looking strangely at his friend since he was the Spanish expert, but they didn't have time to debate it.
No sooner than he'd beat him to a pulp, they heard the roar of Blackout – ready for round two – and the ensuing screams from the idiots who didn't run. There was no rest for the wicked, not that Henry or Jasper were satisfied yet.
"Well..." said the former, sounding a little too loud to be considered normal, and then he flashed that dumb watch again. "I guess it's Bizness time!"
His hard stare made Jasper search for whatever or whoever he was talking to despite his blindfold. He'd never heard something so ridiculous, and even in his sleepy state, he knew a product placement when it was shoved in his face.
"¿Cómo?"
"Part of our deal with BizWatch is I gotta say Bizness every forty-five seconds while fighting crime..." Henry explained in a hushed voice as he was nervous about whoever was listening. They couldn't lose the contract, not if he was going to...move on to better things in life.
"I think they're listening to everything I say."
"¡Qué bien porque mis manos están en el negocio de la muerte!" Jasper nodded and brought his clenched fists to his face, signalling that he thirsted for blood...or a fight. His teammate was nowhere near as intense as him.
Henry patted him on the shoulder – loving the enthusiasm – before they sprinted down the alleyway, returning to the open street. "I think we gotta say it in English, but we'll figure that out later!"
The crowd cheered again as the crimefighting duo reemerged, with the leader dragging Jasper through the swathes of people. They grinned for photos, exchanged high-fives, and flashed royal smiles, ready to finish what they'd started upon reaching the spot where Blackout had its smoky ass handed to him.
The shop was a mess – all smashed up and reduced to rubble after having the monster launched through it. Henry felt a bit bad, but the shattered pane was the last of his worries, standing elbow-to-elbow with Jasper as their foe got back on its feet.
"Oh, going to pay for this window..." Blackout growled, seeming a little unsteady, but its gaze remained fixed on the blond hero. "...With your life!"
And it lunged for them, focusing solely on Henry for his wrongdoing. All the air was knocked out of him, but his friend quickly gave him a helping hand, hauling the ex-sidekick onto his feet as the villain circled them like prey.
"¿Estás bien?"
Henry just nodded, knowing his momentarily aching muscles were nothing compared to what Blackout had planned. A low growl rumbled from its chest, and as it leered from underneath that pointed hood, the hero took the chance to strip himself of his thick leather jacket; his movements were much more unrestricted without it, and it came with the bonus of a few wolf whistles at the baring of his lithe, toned chest.
"Your fame has made you weak..." Blackout chuckled, ignoring how Jasper backed away to the sidelines as he knew what the discarded jacket meant.
He was surprised the demon didn't.
"Try that again!" Henry challenged, his body tensed and prepared for another strike, which Blackout was happy to dish out.
Whipping his cape-robe-thing around his hand, he grunted as he jabbed at the boy, aiming for his ribs, only to be met with a swirl of burning green energy that drained his strength and pushed it back into his body.
His fingers stretched to touch him, using all his might to get a single claw on his enemy's chest. No matter how hard he tried, he couldn't penetrate the forcefield, repelled by the emerald shield that Henry produced without breaking a sweat. Standing there, looking all cool for his audience, he almost appeared amused as Blackout raged, slamming his clocked body into the energy – as if that would work.
After toying with him for a few more moments, the hero had enough. With a swing of his torso, he manipulated his forcefield to blast the monster into the night sky in what could only be called a home run. He landed far off in the distance – coincidentally the same skyscraper where Henry had been not twenty minutes ago.
He only hoped the schmoozes at BizWatch didn't mind having a rampaging demon of dark matter in their office.
It didn't matter; the second Blackout disappeared, the power returned, and the people knew they were safe. Their joyful cheers snapped Jasper out of his Spanish-fighting trance, and he removed the device from his occipital, blinking blearily as if the whole thing had been a bad dream. If only.
Post-battle, all Henry knew was that the crowd loved him—the fans, the camera crews, and the police thanking him for doing their job. He loved that sound, blocking everything out for a moment just so it could fill him up, regardless of the friends by his side.
"Henry! Henry! Henry!"
Wasn't it the best part of being a superhero? Sure, he saved the day, which was fantastic, but seeing his face on posters, hearing his name on everyone's lips, feeling that adrenaline rush...
What was better than that? And to think, he did it all by himself...
Love Muffin
Warnings: fluff, confessions, thats basically it
Summary: A tainted muffin causes your friendship between Henry to falter, but could something else grow?
guys this is a long one + it's been sitting in my drafts for like 3 months
♡♡♡♡♡♡
You were standing in the middle of Junk n' Stuff, crawling your fingers into the mouth of your bestfriend, Henry. Let me explain.
A few hours earlier, Ray met a woman named Gwen who he claims "immediately fell in love with her". Which was weird, because Ray hasn't ever had a girlfriend who he ever fell in love with.
The thing is they are already getting married on the same day they met.
But you and the gang, consisting of Henry, Charlotte, Jasper, and Schwoz, couldn't figure out how he "fell in love" with her so quickly.
She had to have done something to him.
So, Schwoz hooked up a machine to his head to see how they met. As you saw on the machine, Gwen gave him a muffin for him to eat and kissed him.
Charlotte, being the intelligent queen she is, figured out that she gave him a tainted muffin which made him fall in love with her.
Jasper came down a few minutes later listening to music, when he was supposed to be upstairs with Henry and Gwen in Junk 'N Stuff.
Henry and Gwen.
She must have been giving him muffins too.
You, Charlotte, and Jasper all ran up to the store to stop her from giving the muffins to him.
And that brings us to the present.
"Henry, stop!" "You can't eat that muffin!" We all cried out.
"Why can't I eat the muffin?!"
"Let him eat the muffin!"
Apparently, Gwen and I were pulling on his arms too hard, causing him to fall back and soon enough a vase bonked him on the head.
"Henry!" We all screamed, worried about our bestfriend.
"Y/N, you know mouth to mouth resuscitation! Help him!"
"Wait, what?!" You quickly got pushed down to his level to give him mouth to mouth.
"I need to kiss him!" Gwen tried to pull you away.
"Get away from me! I'm his bestfriend!"
The thing is, you didn't want to do it because you have a crush on Henry. You had a MAJOR crush on him, and you have since you both got this job.
Obviously you know that you'll never date him, but sometimes he gives you mixed signals. Like winking at you, complimenting you often, etc. It's the little things that keep you going.
As you looked at his face, you inhaled a deep breath and connected your lips together. You gave him mouth to mouth and pulled your faces away from eachother.
He woke up and you sighed in relief. Thank god that worked, you wouldn't know what to do if he hadn't woken up.
"Hey, Hen." You waved at him. "You doing okay?"
"I-I...I think I'm in love with you."
"What's up?" You pushed your neck out farther and raised your eyebrows in confusion.
Oh, God.
How could you have been so stupid?
The muffin.
Gwen kissed Ray after he ate the muffin, and it made him fall in love with her.
Henry is in love with you.
You stood up and put your hands on your head in despair, what are you going to do?
Henry followed you everywhere you went in the room, and even tried to hug you. You tried to push him off but his hugs felt nice. You felt comfortable in his arms. But you quickly realized this is just the muffin talking, he doesn't actually love you.
You frowned at the thought. God, why does love have to be so complicated?
Ray walked in the store, a dopey smile on his face.
"I was just dreaming about the first time we met." You rolled your eyes at him.
"Could you please make all of these people leave so we can be alone?" She gave him doe eyes, making him cave in and push us out of the store. Unfortunately, Henry was still all over me. Which, honestly, I couldn't complain about. I've never gotten this much affection from Henry.
♡♡♡♡♡♡
You walked up to Henry's front porch, trying to open the door when Henry pushed you against the door while hugging you.
"Jesus, Henry! Get off of me for a second." You untie your sweatshirt from around your waist and throw it to him so he can smell it. He has a smile on his face while watching your actions. It's like everything you do is angelic to him.
You open the door to be greeted by Henry's living room, the scent of vanilla filling your nose.
You sit on the couch, Henry following right after you like a lost puppy. He stands there, giving you a tiny signal saying that he wants to lie next to you.
You sighed and lifted your arm up, Henry gasping on how you let him cuddle up next to you.
As Charlotte walked into the room after a tiny conversation with Schwoz on how he can't come in, she asks, "What is going on here?"
"Just tryna give the boy what he wants." You replied, trying to hide the fact you wanted him to sit near you.
"Tell me why Gwen would use tainted muffins to make Ray fall in love with her."
"Cuz, think about it, if Captain Man and Kid Danger are so in love that they can't fight crime, they can't stop Gwen from doing whatever evil things she wants to do!"
"Well, thank goodness Girl Danger is here to help. And I'm not eating any muffins anytime soon, or any from Gwen..." You trail off, feeling the sensation of Henry's hands on your shoulders.
"Oh that feels...really good." You throw your head back in pleasure while Charlotte gives you "the look".
You clear your throat and say, "I'm gonna head to the bathroom, be right back." Obviously, Henry follows after you. "Alone." His smile drops but after a few seconds, he still follows.
You're right next to the door when he pins you against the wall. "Henry, what are you doing?!" You gasp.
"Oh c'mon, Y/N/N, I know you like me." Henry replies. Your jaw drops and you pretend like you've never ever had a crush on him. "What?" You scoff. "I do not have a crush on you."
"Y/N, Charlotte told me a few months ago. I'm surprised I never saw the signs."
You look down to the floor, scared for him to reject you. He uses his hand to lift up your head by your jaw and kisses you.
You pull away from his sweet, sweet lips. You pushed him away from your body which felt amazing next to his.
"Henry, this is just the muffin talking, you don't actually like me."
"I know it may seem like this is the muffin saying stuff, but it's true. I do like you."
"Let me think about it, Hen." You stuttered. "Now can I go to the bathroom?"
"Yes, oh, yes, sorry." He exclaims. You walk in and see him still following you.
"Henry!"
"Sorry!"
♡♡♡♡♡♡
*Time skip*
A little recap. Piper came downstairs, in need of her "Girly Curly" that apparently you broke.
She grabbed a pair of scissors and snipped off a little bit of your hair. You felt hurt by her actions, which Henry could see by the look on your face.
"Don't touch my Y/N." He said in a stern voice, but Piper didn't listen. She started to fight you, but as you were fighting her, you caught a glimpse of Henry on the floor. He was spazzing, jerking, everything a person with a seizure would do.
We all came to the conclusion that when Piper hurt you, it made Henry angry, which drove out his feelings of love.
You and the gang were currently in the Man Cave, planning to get Henry to fight Ray. You realized at Henry's house, if we could get Ray angry, it would drive out his feelings of love too.
♡♡♡♡♡♡
When we saw Ray, Henry went on this rant about how Gwen was going to see this man more attractive than Ray named Rob Banks. Eventually, Ray got angry enough to throw Henry across the room. Me, Jasper, and Charlotte rushed over to ask if he was okay. Clearly he wasn't, but we wanted to be supportive friends.
Ray's feelings were soon gone after he started spazzing in the middle of the room. We talked with Ray to see if he was okay, and he was, so we came up with a plan to catch Gwen.
Long story short, he pulled off Gwen's ponytail and she blackmailed us into letting her get away.
"So, we all learned a lesson here, didn't we?" Schwoz said. We all looked at him in confusion as to what he was saying.
"Anger is stronger than love." Jasper claimed out of the blue, and we all nodded and agreed with him.
