Both use the color red in all their imagery.

My family vs my SCM obsession

My SCM obsession has gotten so deep I wish I recorded this. My mom and my sister just had an argument about who was on the tv and my mom was like "That's Leon." And my sister was like "No Leon has long hair" and so I was like "Leon has short and long hair" (editting BC I meant long) and so my sister was like "I guess we both know a different Leon" and it was funny to me because they actually were arguing over who Leon was even though they don't even really know him. My mom pulling out his lore though "He has long hair when in his god form" I kinda love when my family take interest in my interests.

HAPPYSHIFT AU RETCONS

(IMPORRTANT)

So, The Autism Juices are Autisming again, allowing me to brainstorm something new. After more research on mental health and disorders in general I have decided to retcon some aspects of the Au. Please Read! This will affect and alter every lore nugget I've said. These retcons will tweak my own statements to make them more realistic and still loosely aligned with psychology.

Joy is no longer referred to as mania.

I am honestly quite disappointed with myself on this one for the fact that I managed to fall for a classic stereotype. As a person who values proper representation of mental health I can not be more embarrassed about my representation. Don’t worry, none of us are immune to slip-ups such as these and it's something that we should look over fondly for as we learn and grow :,)) . 

I’m keeping the design though cuz it's cool, I imagine she started to change after inside out 1 ,her ass did not learn jack shit. Along with this I am going to theme her actions around toxic positivity. An idea from many commenters such as scm-thedog and other folks :)

P.S If you want to get a good grasp and learn greatly about other disorders and such on a personal level i Highly recommend you check out their respective subreddits. By lurking around r/bipolar i’ve gained more of an understanding of what a manic episode can be like. Also if you're curious about others experiences and struggles such as Autism and Adhd don’t be afraid to poke around their respective subreddits as well.

I also want to give another mention to Transformersfan123on ao3 for their terrific representation of these what if scenarios, I consider his works canon-ish to each scenario. 

Riley doesn't have a disorder. 

With this retcon therefore Riley no longer has a mental illness, it's just her mental health that went down the shitter 👍(although nothing stops you, regardless of disorder or not, for resonating with a work, you do you!) . This means I’ll have to do some rewriting (in my brain I guess I don’t have anything down) of plot points and other fun things. Toxic Positivity, which was mentioned by some of the commenters,  i will try to incorporate into joy’s character and how it in itself creates it's own anxiety :) 

I’m sorry for yet another ramble but I really had to get this off my chest. The Human Psyche is fascinating to me and although I’m ain’t no professional (literally just got into highschool) I find that inside out could be a fantastic aid to these subjects. 

And always Remember, Don’t be afraid to add your own ideas and changes to the pot, it's what makes Aus fun!

Im glad i haven't posted any chapters for the twst x scm au yet cause im only on chapter 4 (might split this chapter) and im already adding significant canon divergence and i keep having to go back to earlier chapter to add my own lore and take out elements and lines that don't really make sense in the original story.

I have so many thoughts about other characters in this universe that i won't get to properly cover cause again im only writing Lilia's story. I truly dont have the brain capacity to go beyond that. Ive already nearly broken my brain trying to remake the og game's fragmented lore into something that makes plausible sense

I like to imagine there has to be a societal class division between the gods bcuz some of them lived far away/in villages like:

granted partheno stole a kids identity but he still thought for a while he lived in a cabin with his fake folks. Depending on the interpretation of the lore (whether the heavens and earth were one at one point, the gods leaving earth for the heavens etc etc)

Some of the 12 seemed to grow up around/in the palace around like krioff, tauxolouve, leon, teo, etc

Dui said he "imagines" this is what Ichthys was like as a kid and then Ichthys corrects him too.

So I assume they were not childhood friends and most likely met in the department of punishments.

Also, Teorus, despite being a very close friend with Ichthys seems to consider Dui's words and he doesn't correct him either.

So Teorus is probably not his childhood friend either.

I'm assuming none of the guys are Ichthys' childhood friends, because no one came forth to like- say "I knew Ichthys, he was indeed like that/he wasn't like that."

So they probably all met Ichthys inside the department of punishment. Or idk.... During high school???

I see that you're a fan of SCM and Obey me! I have a head cannon that Zyglavis is th creator of angels and he's the dad of the obey me boys and that's why Lucifer is so similar to Zyg and that's why Zyg took Scorpio under his wing so much because he looked similar to Lucifer and he regrets it every day and full of angst lom. Thought id share my fun little story line of my head.

Zyglavis is the GOD, god?! I can see it. Zyglavis is an old man who had many many temples in reverence to him back in the day(and possibly still now... if he's that god who made Lucifer and the gang!)

But... You gave me such angst! I love it!

Like, Scorpio is an angry and vengeful human, just like how Lucifer was angry and vengeful regarding his sister. And Zyg just feels like he could have done better to make them less angry and vengeful. But still, I love comparing Lucifer to Zyglavis. Zyglavis: "The anal retentive kitchen scale." Lucifer: "The anal retentive peacock."

Head canon that Lucifer was high-key obsessed with Zyglavis and wanted to be just like him, and all his brothers still make fun of him for having been a Zyglavis fanatic. (But Lucifer still high key respects Zyglavis). That's probably where Lucifer learned to punish his brothers like that...

I haven't played Obey Me since the chapter where MC leaves the Devildom to go home, but I still like my demon bros! 💕

But since you shared your fun little story line, I'll share my idea of MC's connection to both the gods and the brothers!

I had a whole half of a fic going on a few years ago(and I sort of forgot my own lore, but I'll try to summarize it). It had something where MC was the reincarnation of both the brothers' sister and Clotho.

But right now I'm just going: What if Clotho was their sister, a fellow angel, but during the whole 'war' thing, the gods didn't want to kill Clotho for loving a human, but the brothers misunderstood the entire thing and raised insurrection to save their sister, only to end up falling from grace for threatening the gods.

And in that moment when Beel thinks he let his sister die while he was protecting Belphie, that was actually the gods taking her memory, not her life; the arrow wasn't going to kill her. But again, they don't know that the gods didn't want to kill her. So, the inevitable happened where they fell from Heaven.

Clotho, without her memories or her brothers, ended up serving the gods until they granted her godhood(because I feel like angels should be able to ascend to godhood with the permission of certain gods, and I feel like the zodiac gods would feel bad for her and just want to give her a better life.)

And then we have the whole story with Huedhaut(who was probably the one to suggest she be granted godhood, which might be why she's such a young and clumsy, oddball goddess).

And then she gets reincarnated as a human, thus she's a reincarnated goddess/angel.

I love when I can connect the fandoms I love back to the zodiac gods. It's one of my favorite things to do. 😙 Thanks for your angsty head canon!

to be frank i dont remember much of mcs personality because its been so long since i played it lol so this comparison might not be very accurate but idrc because this has been my brainrot for weeks and i love these characters a lot so lets begin

theyre both incredibly compassionate, caring and wonderful in their own way — mc as the former goddess of fate and nahida (lesser lord kusanali) as the god of wisdom. funnily enough the aranara that are considered to be nahidas friends and the children of the forest can be considered as the zodiac gods bc theyre all very silly silly😍

to start with, the goddess of fate chose to sacrifice herself by offering the stars in her eyes to save the earth(even this information is a bit fuzzy im sorry💀 scm fans will know) and became a mortal in her next life. greator lord rukkhadevata chose to sacrifice her power in helping the scarlet king eradicate forbidden knowledge, causing her to exhaust her powers and her form to turn into that of a child's.

by being there for irminsul as the cataclysm happened in khaenriah, she knew irminsul was plagued by the forbidden knowledge because she too, was infected by it. being connected to irminsul meant that unless she herself was removed from it, forbidden knowledge would continuously flow into the world in forms of eleazar and the withering. so - she chose the healthiest branch on irminsul and broke it off, creating a new form of life with it — now known as nahida. the message and clue she left all the way back, amidst khaenriah's destruction, explained how she full heartedly knew that she would have to disappear from this world and from irminsul to save it.

mc's selflessness i feel would lead her to do this exact thing before choosing to disappear, "let the world completely forget me". though she knew it would be heartbreaking for everyone who knew and loved the goddess of fate - especially for the new form of herself that she would've created, she would stay until the very last moment, comforting the new goddess and reassuring her, (rukkhadevata telling nahida that nobody can know what kind of archon she would grow up to be, telling her that she might just become even greater than she was because nahida looked up to the greater lord so much...it just screams goddess of fate for me) telling her that she's found her own answer and can lead her nation with great power and kindness ("I'm the one who posed this question, yet also the one who sought a solution...saving the world with the dreams of the people used to be my answer, and now, you've also found your own answer, and I shall return all the dreams to the people"), it's all so...mc to me. both as lesser lord kusanali and greater lord rukkhadevata.

You know I've just realised something (major spoilers for Tauxolouve and Partheno's routes)

In Lou's sequel story's bonus story, he's basically gushing to Partheno about MC.

Yes Partheno was the one who asked the question in the first place, but here's what's just suddenly twigged:

Tauxolouve is talking about how much MC means to him to the son of the Dark King.

The Dark King who killed his parents and tried to destroy MC, and tricked him into turning on the King.

Now considering in Partheno's route he's the one who sets in motion the resurrection of the Dark King in the first place, him asking about MC here now seems more suspicious.

I know the Gods are unaware of what Partheno is due to his demonic powers (The King knows of course) but... maybe Tauxolouve should be more wary around him like Aigonorus tends to be?

It does make that scene feel somewhat different when you bear this in mind!

Mind you, there's something that's always bugged me with that bonus story: Tauxolouve and Partheno are in the heavens but the're in the same reflecting pool room! Maybe Partheno has already finished and went to check on what Lou was doing?

He died in a car accident, leaving the girl without a parent. This story more encompasses her daily life with the other Kings doting on her and their relationship.

IkeRev Fae AU: An entire world of Fae/mythical creatures, including Pixies, Faires, Incubus, Sirens, etc. Soon I’ll be releasing some of the lore for the world that is being built! 

The Legend: Deep within the Forbidden Forest is the entrance to “The Land That Lies Beyond” ruled by the Fairy Queen. Any who wander too deeply in the forest and fall into the Fae’s grasp will gain immortality and spend that eternity in servitude to the Queen.

Some Less developed works I have in the process are:

SCM stories including Aigo becoming lost on earth and spending time with a human woman who takes him in and the god’s eldest children being sent to earth in order learn more about the humans before joining their respective departments. Oh, and of course, I’ve become quite attached to Partheno’s youngest daughter who is obsessed with goats and rams and possesses some of her father’s dark powers.

Of course, I do have plenty of Ikerev Ocs and Ikevamp Ocs that I haven’t released at this time either that will be coming soon!
