The sun streamed through the window, casting a warm glow over the room as Seijuro found you reading on the couch. You were on your back, head against the side of the couch with your book on your chest. He approached quietly, his presence commanding yet calming, and settled beside you, a faint smile playing on his lips.
"May I?" he asked softly, gesturing to the spot in your lap.
You nodded, a small smile gracing your lips as you lifted the book up a bit and allowed him to lay his head in your lap. "Of course Sei." You grinned down at him, his pretty pink eyes glinting from the reflection of the sun that spewed through the curtains.
Seijuro grabbed his book off the coffee table and then leaned closer to you. You could feel the warmth radiating from him, his proximity comforting in its own way. You both sat in silence, lost in your respective books, yet sharing the space effortlessly, your hand in his hair, softly scratching his scalp only occasionally pulling away to turn the page.
He had one hand holding his book and the other on your thigh, tracing small patters, occasionally turning his head to place a chaste kiss to your stomach, "love you pretty."
"Love you too Sei," you smiled fondly but then laughed softly, "Sei baby, you gotta hop up, I need to use that restroom."
"Im not moving, your lap is too comfortable," Akashi says, putting his book down and rolling onto your stomach, moving up a little so he was now lying on your chest, burying his head into your neck.
It was moments like these, the simple act of being together in the same space, that made you feel truly comfortable around him. There was a sense of ease in your presence with each other, even in your pajamas, engrossed in your own activities.
Seijuro's hand brushed against yours unexpectedly, his fingers interlacing with yours. It was a subtle gesture, yet it spoke volumes about his feelings, his touch conveying a sense of connection and intimacy.
As the day progressed, you found yourself preparing lunch in the kitchen, the savory aroma wafting through the air. Seijuro entered quietly, his steps graceful yet purposeful, and wrapped his arms around your waist from behind, resting his chin on your shoulder.
"Need any help?" he inquired softly, his voice velvety smooth against your ear.
You smiled at his offer, feeling a surge of affection. "I'm fine, thank you," you replied, leaning back into his embrace, savoring the warmth of his touch.
His protectiveness often shone through, even in the simplest of actions. Walking down a crowded street, Seijuro would instinctively switch positions with you, guiding you to the safer side, his actions a silent vow to protect you.
Some mornings, when Seijuro had a rare day off and you had to rush to work, he'd be playfully clingy, stealing a few extra moments to hold you closer and press a gentle kiss against your forehead.
"Remember you mentioned this," Seijuro said, presenting you with a small package, a thoughtful gesture after recalling a passing comment you made about a particular item.
His attention to detail was astounding, remembering the little things about you — your preferences, your favorite treats, and the nuances of your personality.
During his trips, Seijuro would send pictures of every place he visited, each one a silent testament to his thoughts of you. A short text would accompany each picture, a simple 'wish you could be here to see it with me.'
He loved surprising you, occasionally bringing home a small gift just to see you smile, his way of expressing affection without needing a reason.
LATE NIGHT CONVERSATIONS!!!
In the quiet moments before bedtime, you and Seijuro found yourselves engaged in deep conversations, discussing dreams, aspirations, and the little things that made your hearts flutter. His undivided attention and genuine interest in your thoughts and feelings made you feel truly understood and cherished.
Also great at looking after you when you are sick
You woke up feeling awful, the world around you spinning as you groaned, trying to sit up. The room was dimly lit, and you felt your head throbbing painfully. Despite the discomfort, you managed to reach for your phone, sending a quick text to Seijuro, informing him of your condition.
Within minutes, you heard the door open quietly, and Seijuro entered, concern etched on his face. He approached you swiftly, his steps graceful yet purposeful, his presence commanding yet comforting.
"Are you alright?" he asked softly, his voice a calming melody in the hazy fog of your mind.
You shook your head weakly, unable to form words. Seijuro's hand felt cool against your forehead as he checked your temperature, his brows furrowing in concern.
"You have a fever," he stated calmly, his voice holding a hint of worry. "I'll take care of you."
Seijuro vanished briefly, returning with a damp cloth and a glass of water. He helped you sit up, propping pillows behind you for support, and placed the cloth on your forehead, the coolness providing some relief. The water he offered was a welcome respite, soothing your dry throat.
For the rest of the day, Seijuro tended to your needs diligently. He brought you medicine, prepared a simple meal that he insisted you eat despite your diminished appetite, and made sure you stayed hydrated. His presence alone provided a sense of comfort, his unwavering care evident in every action.
He sat by your side, reading to you softly, his soothing voice lulling you into a peaceful slumber. Throughout the day, Seijuro checked on you regularly, adjusting the blankets, offering encouraging words, and providing comfort in the form of his reassuring presence.
In between naps and bouts of weakness, you'd find Seijuro sitting at the edge of the bed, a concerned expression on his face, occasionally brushing a strand of hair from your forehead with a gentle touch.
As the evening descended, he prepared a warm bath for you, easing some of the discomfort. Seijuro made sure you were settled back in bed, placing a hand on your forehead once more, feeling your temperature slowly subside.
"Rest now," he murmured, his tone soothing and comforting. "I'll be here."
Seijuro stayed by your side throughout the night, occasionally waking you to ensure you were hydrated or taking your temperature. His unwavering care and attentive demeanor made you feel cherished and protected, despite the illness.
The next morning, as the first rays of sunlight filtered through the curtains, you woke feeling considerably better. Seijuro was already up, preparing breakfast with the same composed demeanor, yet the glint of relief in his eyes was unmistakable.
"Feeling better?" he asked, turning to face you with a small smile.
You nodded, managing a weak smile in return. "Thanks to you."
Seijuro's care during your illness had been a testament to his unwavering dedication and affection, his quiet acts of kindness leaving a lasting impression on your heart.
Hope you liked it :)

It's a love letter penned with the ink of the soul, expressing emotions that words alone can't convey. Between buzzer beaters and love letters, our hearts dance to the rhythm of affection, reminding us that love is a game worth playing and a story worth writing.
A/N: believe me when i say that i daydream about this back in college lol so many reactors on youtube are watching knb, so my sparks for the show returned at full power. enjoy!

In the aftermath of Seirin's victory at the Winter Cup finals, the basketball court buzzed with electric energy. The crowd erupted into cheers, players embraced in jubilation, and the air was thick with the sweet scent of success. Amidst the celebration, you, the team manager, found yourself caught up in the euphoria, standing at the center of it all.
Kuroko and Kagami, the dynamic duo who had spearheaded Seirin's triumph, were beaming with pride and exhilaration. Their radiant smiles mirrored the joyous atmosphere, infectious and impossible to resist. You couldn't help but join in, a surge of elation filling your heart as you hugged them tightly.
"We did it! We actually did it!" you exclaimed, unable to contain your excitement. "All our hard work paid off!"
Kuroko, ever composed, nodded with a small smile. "Yes, we gave it our all, and it paid off in the end."
Kagami, his adrenaline still coursing through his veins, laughed boisterously. "Hell yeah! We're the champions!"
Amidst the cheers and laughter, the bond between the three of you grew stronger. As the victory sank in, you realized just how much this team meant to you. They were more than just teammates; they were your friends and family. Together, you had overcome countless challenges and now stood at the pinnacle of high school basketball.
The court became a stage for shared stories, memories, and dreams. The euphoria of the moment seeped into every word, every smile, and every embrace. This was a time to savor the taste of victory and to revel in the camaraderie that had brought you all together.
Little did you know, this was only the beginning of a new chapter. The Winter Cup victory had opened doors to new challenges, new adventures, and perhaps even unexpected feelings.
As the celebration roared on, your eyes were drawn to Akashi Seijuro, standing alone in the midst of the jubilant chaos. His usually confident demeanor was replaced with an unfamiliar expression of shock and disbelief. It was evident that losing was a foreign concept to him, and the weight of defeat hung heavily on his shoulders.
Excusing yourself from the group, you made your way towards Akashi, curiosity burning in your chest. Kagami and Kuroko exchanged puzzled glances, unable to comprehend your sudden interest in someone you had previously shown distaste for. Kuroko, however, sensing the hidden emotions within you, offered a nod of encouragement, silently conveying his support.
Approaching Akashi, you could see the surprise flicker in his eyes as he noticed your presence. He seemed taken aback by your approach, not expecting anyone to reach out to him in this vulnerable moment.
"Congratulations on a well-fought match, Akashi," you said, offering a gentle smile.
Akashi's eyes met yours, searching for any hint of mockery or ill intent. Instead, he found sincerity and understanding, something he didn't anticipate. "Thank you," he replied, his voice carrying a mix of disbelief and resignation.
"I know this might be hard for you," you continued, your voice filled with empathy. "You've always been accustomed to winning. But it's in these moments of defeat that we grow the most."
Akashi's guard slowly lowered, realizing that you were not there to belittle him but rather to offer solace. "It's a bitter pill to swallow," he admitted, his voice tinged with a hint of vulnerability.
You nodded in understanding. "Sometimes, the greatest lessons come from our losses. It's an opportunity to reflect, to reassess our strengths and weaknesses, and to come back even stronger."
A moment of silence enveloped the two of you as the weight of the conversation sank in. It was a rare connection, borne out of unexpected circumstances, where walls were momentarily lowered, allowing for a genuine exchange.
Akashi's voice broke the silence. "You're right. This loss... it will serve as a reminder to keep pushing forward and to strive for greatness."
A soft smile played on your lips as you gazed at him. "After watching you play today and even during this whole tournament, I have no doubt you can bounce back."
Akashi's eyes met yours, a glimmer of gratitude shining through. "Thank you," he whispered, his voice barely audible.
As your conversation neared its end, you couldn't help but notice Akashi's captivating presence. The way his eyes held a depth that drew you in and the subtle curve of his lips that seemed to carry untold stories. In that moment, a realization washed over you, causing a soft blush to creep onto your cheeks.
The conversation concluded with an awkward silence settling between you. On the sidelines, Kagami and Kuroko discreetly observed, their curiosity piqued by the unexpected interaction. They exchanged glances, silently speculating on the nature of your conversation with Akashi.
The rest of the Seirin basketball team watched in awe; a mixture of surprise and curiosity danced in their eyes. They had witnessed the birth of an unlikely bond between their team manager and the enigmatic captain of the Generation of Miracles, unaware of the journey that awaited them both.
As the awkward silence lingered, you mustered up the courage to look at Akashi, your heart pounding in your chest. Biting your lip nervously, you felt a mix of nervousness and eagerness. Just as Akashi was about to excuse himself, you couldn't resist but call out to him again, your voice laced with a coy and flirty tone.
"Hey, Akashi," you said, your eyes locked with his. "I don't know when you're going to visit Tokyo again, but if you happen to drop by, maybe you should let me know. We could hang out or something. If you're free, of course."
Akashi's eyes widened in surprise, caught off guard by your boldness. However, his shock gradually dissipated, and a charming aura replaced his initial bashfulness. A dashing smile adorned his face as he gladly accepted your offer.
"I would be delighted," he replied, his voice carrying a hint of amusement. "Perhaps you could share your number, and we can make the necessary arrangements."
Your heart skipped a beat as Akashi asked for your number. With a shy smile, you exchanged contact information, the anticipation growing between you.
"I must admit," Akashi began, a playful glint in his eyes, "losing the game was a disappointment. However, stumbling upon someone as captivating as you, y/n, can certainly be counted as a delightful victory in its own right."
His words were laced with a charming jest, acknowledging the irony of the situation. A smile tugged at the corners of his lips, a subtle invitation to partake in the playful banter.
The comment caught you off guard, and a hint of blush painted your cheeks. His flirtatious demeanor was as unexpected as it was enchanting. Unable to resist the opportunity for a quick retort, you playfully responded, "Remember to thank your gods then."
With a gentle smile, Akashi's gaze met yours, a twinkle of amusement in his eyes. The unspoken understanding between you deepened, as if hinting at a future where the boundaries of competition and camaraderie blurred. The unexpected turn of events had created a unique connection, and the prospect of getting to know Akashi on a deeper level thrilled you.
After a few more exchanges of words, the conversation began to naturally wind down. Akashi excused himself, his attention being required by his coach. With a polite smile, he bids you farewell, leaving you momentarily stunned by the encounter.
As he walked away, his back straight and confident, you couldn't help but watch him with a mix of fascination and curiosity. The brief exchange had left an indelible mark, and you couldn't help but wonder what the future held for the two of you.
With a lingering smile on your face, you rejoined your friends, who were eagerly awaiting your return. Their eyes were wide with surprise, and their expressions were a mixture of shock, amusement, and curiosity. The moment they had witnessed between you and Akashi Seijuro had left quite an impression.
Kuroko, ever the calm and observant one, simply offered a small smile, his eyes twinkling with silent approval. "I didn't expect that, but it seems like you two had an interesting conversation," he commented softly.
Kagami, on the other hand, couldn't hide his astonishment. His jaw dropped, and he stared at you with a mix of disbelief and a touch of jealousy. "What the... Really, y/n? Akashi? When did this happen?" he blurted out, unable to contain his reaction.
Hyuga, the captain of the team, chuckled heartily, clapping you on the back. "Well, I'll be damned, y/n. I didn't know you had it in you to approach Akashi like that. I almost feel guilty for defeating your boyfriend."
Izuki, always one for wordplay, grinned mischievously. "Looks like you're taking 'shoot your shot' quite literally, y/n. I can't help but be impressed."
Kyoshi, the team's supportive and gentle player, chimed in with a warm smile. "That was brave of you, y/n."
As you were engrossed in the lively conversation with your teammates, you felt a gaze fixed on you. Instinctively, you turned your head, locking eyes with Akashi. His intense gaze met yours, and a small smile tugged at the corners of his lips.
Sensing the shift in the atmosphere, the Seirin team exploded in a chorus of exaggerated reactions. Some whistled playfully, while others nudged each other with raised eyebrows and knowing grins. Kagami, in particular, seemed ready to explode with a mix of disbelief and astonishment. You can even hear him mumble things like, "I didn't know you had a thing for psychopaths."
Riko finally chimed in amidst the commotion. "Alright, alright, settle down! Stop teasing y/n! We have to prepare for the award ceremony."
Amidst the playful banter and cheers from your teammates, you couldn't help but feel a surge of exhilaration. It was as if a new chapter had unfolded before your eyes, filled with possibilities and unspoken promises.
With a final glance back at your boisterous friends, you turned your attention fully to Akashi. And as you exchanged smiles, a mix of excitement and anticipation coursed through your veins.
The story between you and Akashi Seijuro was only just beginning, and with each passing moment, you were ready to discover what the future held.

from the many medals he's gained from different tournaments, he'd love to decorate your walls with them
akashi is the definition of cold to everyone but sweet to you—expect for the little one-on-ones you'd play with him
whenever your practice lasts longer than it is usual, akashi would bring your favorite snacks to you
akashi would treasure the gifts you'd buy or make for him—that includes a pair of keychains for both of you to put on your bags

late night drives after practice with akashi as you rest your head on his lap and he strokes, brushes, and untangles your hair without any noise

KnB General Hcs - Part 2
I love them so much the entire knb cast so skrunkly...

Kasamatsu is famously (canonically) TERRIBLE at talking to women, so I think that one time at a job interview, he was composing himself in the lobby, prepared to make the best impression of allt ime, but when he was called over by an attractive lady around the same age as him, he disintegrated.
(While we're talking about him, I think he'd be super SUPER respectful to the elderly, just because he feels a sense of responsibility for his elders)
Akashi, personally, I think wouldn't photograph well. (I know he was one or two pictures of him in the show and looks normal but HEAR ME OUT) I just think he gets in his head about how he should appear, and he ends up looking a little too stern, like his eyebrows are just always furrowed.
Kobori, Reo, Kiyoshi, and Kimura probably all take the big sibling/brother roles in their respective teams. (i don't imagine tōō or yōsen having anybody like that) Like, they'd go out of their way to buy everybody drinks after practice or a match, no matter their mood.
Miyaji, our resident Miyu-Miyu stan, once attended a concert, ran into his female classmates, and while i don't think he's the kind of guy to be incredibly 'i wanna die' embarrassed type, he definitely didn't want to admit that he was there for his own enjoyment. So when the girls eventually notice their literal 6'3 (anybody else surprised by his height btw?? he gives short energy LMAO) giant of a classmate, he psh'ed and just said "I'm waiting for somebody." No, he has not been able to avoid the girlfriend allegations since.
Kagami sleeps with so many pillows, and it's because of his muscle pains, but holy shit his bed is just a clump of fluff.
Izuki, for whatever reason, always has crap falling about of his locker. Whether it's his piles of joke books, the rare sheet of schoolwork, or an old coffee can, you can never EVER trust him to keep his locker clean for more than 4 days.
-----
Kasamatsu deserves the world I don't care what you think (i care ily <3)

Summary- Akashi Seijuro, the man with a split personality, meets a person who has no personality. Basically, Dissociative Identity Disorder vs Depersonalization-derealization disorder.
----------
Trauma.
No matter how big or small, it's the one main thing that can lead to personality disorders.
And no matter how dull your eyes looked when he forced you to look up, he knew that there was something behind your irises that resembled what he sees in his own reflection in the mirror.
Akashi Seijuro, the first year student council president, captain of the Rakuzan basketball team, the man feared by everyone in the school including his seniors. It was near impossible to surprise him, he seemed unfazed by everything.
And yet, his heterochromatic eyes were dilated. He stared into your own eyes, which showed no signs of any emotion whatsoever- no fear, no respect, not even surprise when he suddenly shoved your shoulder and forced you to look towards him.
He was tired of how you only responded to his words with a simple "mhm" as you did whatever reasonable job was asked of you. He was annoyed that you didn't show him the same level of respect as everyone else did in your class. And he was frustrated with how you just seemed to not care about his presence.
He needed answers.
And he did get answers, without you having to say anything.
"Tch," he walked away.
He had an urge to talk to you, be around you and find out exactly what lead you to be like this, just so he could feel like there's at least someone out there who would understand him. But he suppressed his urges.
He'd hear Oreshi's voice every once in a while, suggesting Bokushi to open up a bit, but as long as it was Bokushi in control, Akashi Seijurou would never let his pride fall.
"Maybe if I lose, if that ever happens." he'd scoff in reply, as he looked at himself when he washed his face before heading to bed. "If that ever happens..."
The Winter Cup was just around the corner. And as expected, Rakuzan made it to the finals without breaking a sweat. People from their school were there in the stadium, cheering them on throughout the matches, but Akashi noticed that there were also some who stopped showing up after a couple matches.
And he wouldn't have been bothered by it if you weren't one of them. All he wants was acknowledgement from someone like him, and yet here he is, facing off against his former teammates, knowing they wouldn't understand everything that runs through his mind.
Bokushi and Oreshi truly were like two sides of a coin, opposite but cannot live without each other. They were half of a whole of what made Akashi. But that also caused him to be confused about his own feelings. While both seeked attention, Oreshi wanted it to be out of understanding, while Bokushi wanted respect. Prideful was Bokushi but with a considerate Oreshi in the way, Akashi couldn't help but get swayed away often.
In the end, Rakuzan lost to Seirin in the Winter Cup. Bokushi accepted his loss as Oreshi was free to be in control again.
"What happened to your hair?"
Akashi found himself in front of you. He hadn't given it much thought, letting his instincts, his need, drive him this once.
He seemed to have changed a lot. But you on the other hand, seemed the same as ever as you sat there, alone, in the school courtyard, your lunch on your lap. That same, expressionless expression...
"Listen, I just want to talk."
"Oh, is this you letting go of your pride?" you took a bite of your food. "Wow, what happened?"
"Just thought of changing some things up. I hardly doubt that's abnormal."
You just hummed in response and continued staring into the distance. Akashi was feeling nervous. This is the one time he's willing to let go of his pride, so he better utilize it to the fullest. "Do you mind if I join you?"
"Sure, this spots empty anyway."
"What about your friends?"
"They're probably eating together, somewhere. I don't know, and I don't really care. All I want is to look at that bird nest over there."
Akashi followed your finger to the bird nest, where two baby birds sat, cuddling up to a much bigger bird. Then he looked back at you and the way your eyes were glimmering at the sight.
Huh, maybe you do show some emotions. And, if he were being completely honest, then even his eyes were probably glimmering at the sight. It was pretty peaceful after all.
"Say, Akashi-san, do you have an interest in the concept of 'still life'? It may seem boring to some, but it can bring a lot of peace to some others."
"I haven't heard too much about it, but would love to know more. Please do continue, yn."
Most of Akashi's conversations included work. To be able to talk about something so casual was a bit foreign to him, but he certainly didn't mind it. He hadn't realized how easy it was for him to get along with you. Was it because he'd grown used to your unfazed nature towards him and and his position? Was it because he realized that being seen as just another person isn't so bad after all? That he doesn't always need to assert his superiority as he was told to by Bokushi and his father?
Healing is conditional. It takes time and the right people. And maybe, choosing to be here with you might be his first step.
He's not sure whether this is Oreshi's consideration or Bokushi's pride, but he doesn't even want think about it, because right now, he's sure of one thing.
He wants to help you both get through whatever together.

Akashi Seijūrō, Hanamiya Makoto, Nash Gold Jr, and Nijimura Shūzō with S/O Visiting Them and The Team Didn't Know About It.
This is the second part of the KnB Captains with S/O who are visiting them and The Team didn't know about it until they are coming to give them a visit. I hope you like it @pillow-anime-infos!
Gender: Neutral
Warning: Profanities and misogynistic/misandry slurs.

In my opinion, Rakuzan players and basketball players know that Akashi probably already have a girlfriend/boyfriend as Reo would get jealous of whoever it is since he has a crush on him.
Afterall, Akaashi is charming, charismatic, smart, good looking and gentleman so many people have a crush on him either they are female or male students.
The team are surprised that is you who are dating Akashi, especially Reo who would get jealous of you (but I believe he is respectful so he wouldn't try to steal him away from you and he doesn't want to treat you badly).
Mayuzumi might respect your space, not trying to come up to you and harass you with many questions because I believe he knows what it feels like and how uncomfortable it gets when you get surrounded or he just doesn't care about you.
He secretly feels a little bit scared and worried about you, he knows the 'Boku-shi' of Akashi aren't only intimidating and smart, Boku-shi Akashi can destroy whoever stands in his way and are very tyrannical.
But Hayama and Nebuya would not think twice before coming up to you and surrounding you before they introduced themselves and questioned your relationship with Akashi.
Unlike Moriyama, the two of them are just genuinely curious and want to be your friend. They want to know how Akashi treats you, especially Hayama.
Akashi might let you interact with them but he would be a little bit overprotective when you start feeling a little bit uncomfortable once Hayama and Nebuya getting too friendly and notices Reo's jealous glare at you.
Ⰶ║ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ║Ⰶ
The regimen of Rakuzan's basketball training isn't only hard but also brutal but those are the reason why Rakuzan has won three winter cups, making the school one of the strongest kings. All of the Rakuzan basketball players in the gym were training hard for the upcoming next winter cup.
From far away, the captain of Rakuzan players could be seen as he was watching all of the team members playing styles, especially the uncrowned kings. Hayama Kotarō the small forward, Nebuya Eikichi the center, and Reo Mibuchi the shooting guard even though there is one more player with Kuroko's play style, Chihiro Mayuzumi.
After a long observation among the Rakuzan players, Akashi had an idea for the basketball training to increase all of the team member's skills so they wouldn't lose later in the tournament. Upon observing, his ears picking up sounds of footsteps getting closer and the door opening.
A tall man with black swept-back hair with a gray stripe on each side and wrinkle on the sides of his lips came up with some file papers in his arms before pulling out a whistle and blowing it out as all of the Rakuzan team members stops their practice and glancing up to pay attention to their coach.
"Everyone, I would like to have all of your attention. I have quick news for everyone to hear," Coach Shirogane spoke.
"What is it Sensei?" Akashi trudges to the old man slowly, wondering what kind of news.
"Since we are getting more players, we have more than just one manager other than Higuchi-san. The new manager has not come yet but she/he/they will come soon after their/her/his club activity. Akashi-san, I would also like you to show the new manager around" Coach Shirogane asked a favor.
"Very well, I would show the new manager around," Akashi takes the responsibility from coach Shirogane.
‿︵‿︵\ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ/︵‿︵‿Timeskip
Sooner or later, another doorstep and a knock on the door could be heard and the coach of Rakuzan gently pulls the door open before moving aside to let the person gets inside. All eyes were on you, including Akashi who are quite surprised by your sudden appearance. The coach didn't tell him that the new manager he was talking about is you.
A pair of (E/C) eye colors takes a glance at everybody inside the gym before your eyes meet with Akashi's heterochromatic eyes and put a little smile as a greeting but in a subtle way, so it wouldn't catch the other player's attention and starts questioning the two of you. You prefer not getting swarmed by the Rakuzan players.
The sound of a whistle can be heard before it catches everyone's attention and you can feel yourself slightly shrinking in fear because everyone's attention is on you.
"Attention everyone. This is your new manager, their/her/his name is (Y/N) (L/N). She/he/they are going to handle the upcoming trains along with Higuchi-san as well as preparing drinks for everyone and other necessities. (L/N)-san, I would like you to introduce yourself to everyone," Coach Shirogane explained.
"Hello everyone. my name is (Y/N) (L/N) and I will be the upcoming manager of this team. I am also the first year and I'm looking to spend my time with everyone in here, please take care of me," You bow down, showing respect to everyone and being polite.
"Everyone is dismissed."
One by one all of the Rakuzan players left you alone but they stopped as you came up to Akashi with a plastic bag in your hand and gave it to your boyfriend," I made a bento for you. Don't forget to eat when you have a break," you smiled.
"Thank you for making these, (Y/N)-chan/kun," Akashi gently pat the crown of your head, surprising everyone in the team.
A chorus of 'EEEHH?!' and 'WHAT?!?!' could be heard from Hayama and Nebuya's mouths along with Reo Mibuchi and Mayuzumi's widened eyes as the two of them stared at you and Akashi with surprise.

Hanamiya Makoto
Tumblr media
I am going to ask you. How to be brave and daring like you? seriously. Dating Hanamiya is one thing but getting inside of SPIDER ENCLOSURE?!?! You are asking for death.
Either you can handle everyone even those who are as bad as Hanamiya or you don't know what you just got into and are surprised as hell when you see the way how the team plays against the rival.
Even though his teammates are not as bad as Hanamiya but they still can be dangerous since almost all of them aren't afraid to injure their opponent so you have to be careful.
As you visit your boyfriend Hanamiya, most of the teammates don't really react but it was either because they don't really care that you just came to visit Hanamiya.
Expect Hara, the player who had a fringe that covered his whole eyes and often chewed bubblegum. Once his eyes laid on you, he was curious about your identity and your relationship with Hanamiya.
He doesn't speak too much but he would in fact act a little bit creepily but not in a perverted way. He would just come up to your face and inspect you from up to down before he teases you (either teasing about your hair, height, eye color, etc.)
Seto wouldn't come up to you and acting creepy like Hara did but when he opens his eyes (done with his slumber) and looks at you, he doesn't hesitate to look up at you up and down but unlike Hara, he's doing it in a perverted way.
As the rest of the team such as Yamazaki, Furushiro and Matsumoto wouldn't really care but they do get a little bit curious because they knew no one has the ability to handle Hanamiya's sadism and mean treatment.
Ⰶ║ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ║Ⰶ
It was in the afternoon and almost all the students either went home or joined the club activity and you were preparing lots of boxes as well before inserting some foods. You didn't really want to be the manager of the basketball team but you remember clearly the words that 'he' said to you, more like a threat since he kind of an asshole and often annoys you on purpose just for shit and giggles.
Each lunch box contained Rice with Japchae on the sides but it was not only those two, there were braised beef short ribs, cut fruits, and a small bar of chocolate. It wasn't really fancy food but it was better than nothing as well as adding more chocolate for your boyfriend since he is a dark chocolate lover.
After trying the plastic bag with the drink, you look at the clock on the wall and your eyes widened before grabbing all of the tied plastic bags, backpack, and a note before rushing out from your house and going back to school by a bicycle since it's faster rather than walking by feet where it takes twenty minutes whereas cycling only needs ten minutes.
‿︵‿︵\ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ/︵‿︵‿Timeskip
You finally arrive in front of the building before parking out your bicycle and taking all of the plastic bags carefully from the basket without dropping all of them, 'You better not get pissed off and get all cranky or I will throw these lunches at your face' (Y/N) silently cursing at their/her/his boyfriend.
Since both of your hands were occupied by the plastic bags and the backpack, the door of the gym was slammed open by the force of your feet by kicking it open. The sound of the door slamming open catches the attention of all players in Kirisaki Daiichi, including your jerk boyfriend.
He has a pale ivory skintone, shoulder-length dead black hair that was parted with some locks, and greyish brown eyes and he is the captain of Kirisaki Daiichi. His eyes laid on you and his frown was replaced with a smile but it wasn't a genuine smile but rather his teasing and arrogant grin that he shows around his rival.
"Hey baby, why are you here~" he innocently asks, acting as if he didn't pull the yesterday stunt.
"DON'T HEY BABE ME, CATERPILLAR EYEBROWS! YOU LITERALLY FORCED ME TO BE THE BASKETBALL TEAM MANAGER AND TOLD ME TO MAKE BENTO FOR EVERYONE!" You shouted.
"I did? Oh, I didn't know that? What proof do you have that I forced you to be the team's manager?" He continues teasing you and acting coy.
Snarling at his stupid and annoying antics, you finally use the last enforcement to shut Hanamiya up "Continue teasing me and I will remove the chocolate bar in your lunch box. Also, I won't give you the drink that you forgot at your home and I will throw the towel away," you threatened the captain of Kirisaki Daiichi.
The threat not only made Hanamiya smirk replaced with an annoyed frown but also made everyone freeze in fear except the player who keeps popping the bubblegum and chewing it before he spits it out on a piece of paper and threw it to the nearest bin. "Fine, but you would regret it after threatening me. Now I need you to introduce yourself to everyone in here or else," he said.
"...The name's (Y/N) (L/N) and I will be your manager. I am also Hanamiya's girlfriend/boyfriend," Your eyes met with the rest players, not really scared of them even though they are notorious players for harming their rivals.

Nash Gold Jr.
Tumblr media
If Kirisaki Daiichi is a Spider enclosure, JABBERWOCKY IN FACT A WOLF DEN. I'M ASKING HOW ARE YOU NOT SCARED OF THE PLAYERS OF JABBERWOCKY.
Don't take them lightly, ever. Even though Nash Gold is your boyfriend and he could protect you from the other players, the team can be very brutal.
If you have read the Manga (or seen the Jabberwocky episode page) or seen the scene Nash kicked Kuroko, almost all of the Jabberwocky players are not afraid to harass women (sexually) and men (physically).
Even though Nash is an asshole, you need to be always around him when you are with the team and don't go alone (If you are a woman because in the manga Silver was forcing himself on the woman) or just stay away from them (if you are a male because they won't interact with you).
The team might be all curious when they saw you for the first time and they may act like all buddies to each other but I believe they don't enjoy is someone tries to get inside of their circle and befriend all of them so please stay away from them.
Let Nash introduce you and makes you get closer to the team because I believe all of his teammates only listen to him and no one else.
Silver might be trying to get close to you if you are a woman or good looking but believe me. He is only trying to get inside your pants and screw you so make some space.
The team might too but it's not as obvious as Silver because The team is scared of Nash more than Silver. Yes, Silver is scared of Nash but I believe Silver is Closer to Nash so there are lots of times Jason Silver did act like an Asshole to Nash Gold and Nash let him be since they both are close.
Ⰶ║ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ║Ⰶ
A pair of (E/C) eye color staring back at you with a frown etched on their face instead of a beautiful smile. The person in the reflection of the mirror is wearing a nice golden sequin mini dress or a red leather zipper jacket with a white t-shirt underneath it and a pair of ripped jeans.
Even though the clothes that they wore were really nice, (Y/N) (L/N) wasn't happy at all. Instead, they/he/she was scared to meet his boyfriend's teammates. You watched their play with the team of Strsky in Japan and the way they teased the rival of the team wasn't only mean but it was just so disgusting and low.
"(Y/N)!! HURRY UP! ARE YOU DONE CHANGING?!" The golden blonde basketball player yells from outside of the house.
"COMING!!!" You called back, quickly taking the small handbag on the table and getting outside of the house before going inside his car and going to the club together. Nash wanted you to meet everyone on his team while you don't want to meet them all. Their play reminded you that all of them aren't really nice people to hang around with.
You know you're not suppose judging people from the cover and you have done bad things in your life but you never go as far as hurting other people out of arrogance and just for fun. You could be violent at times but it's just to defend yourself from some assholes that try to harm you and your friends.
The car arrives near the club and there is loud music from inside the building. There are sounds of people laughing from inside and chatting, 'Okay...this might be not really bad...I hope' you silently pray and open the car door before stepping outside of the car and slamming the door of the car close. Preparing your mentality by taking a deep breath and walking beside Nash.
Nash pushes the door away, letting you get inside first and this sweet yet small action from him makes you couldn't help but smile a little bit, "Thanks babe" you gently peck his cheeks.
"No problem babe. Now let's sit on the seat that I already booked," he gently places his hands around your waist before he drags you to the VIP lounge of the club on the rooftop. You were surprised that Nash can book a VIP seat since it's usually expensive.
Once you were dragged to the VIP lounge of the club, the glass door was pushed away and showed all of the Jabberwocky players and you recognize all of them. They were laughing with each other and it seems like they were just bunch of teenagers but you knew better that these guys can be dangerous.
The tallest player in Jabberwocky with piercings on his ears and lower lip, silver hair, and dark skin notices you standing next to Nash Gold and the corner of his lips tugged upwards in a condescending grin just like the way when he was making fun of Vorpal Sword team and your gut feeling telling you that he is going to make fun of you.
"YO NASH! WHO'S NEXT TO YOU? IS THAT YOUR WHORE/GIGOLO!?!?" Silver shouted, earning laughter from the team but it immediately stopped when they see the cold glare from Nash's eyes.
"Don't call my girlfriend/boyfriend by those disgusting names, Silver...remember what happened that night...." Even though Nash spoke it in a calm tone, you knew Nash is pissed off and he never bluffs when he makes a threat. When those words are spoken out, Silver immediately shut his mouth.

Nijimura Shūzō
Tumblr media
Nijimura is the Captain of Teiko School and Generation miracles too where they were still in the first years. Because of this, many people respect him a lot.
As Nijimura's S/O, you catch lots of eyes looking and staring at you with curiosity and awe. Girls are jealous of you and Guys jealous because their captain had someone dating him whereas they are still single.
Even though many team members respect you and Nijimura. There is one person who harasses you sometimes and stops when Nijimura is around since Nijimura can kick his ass.
If you guess it was Haizaki, you are one million percent correct about that one. If you are female or nonbinary but with feminine traits, Haizaki would nonstop touching you and flirt with you.
If you are he/him or nonbinary with masculine traits. He would force you to give him your lunch money and if you didn't give it to him, he would most likely beat you up.
Of course, Nijimura would protect you away from Haizaki and sometimes he even would ask GOM or his friends to look out for you and immediately tell him if Haizaki trying to approach you.
Everyone on the team except Haizaki is surprisingly friendly around you, especially Momoi who would be happy to be your friend and tries to drag you out to hang out with you along with Aomine too.
Don't forget Kuroko too. He might be shy the first time when he was interacting with you but he was really nice because I can see he would also love to hang out with you (and yes Nijimura would trust you more with Kuroko and Momoi).
Ⰶ║ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ ⵈ║Ⰶ
The school was hectic, especially club activity where lots of first strings of Basketball players are training for the upcoming basketball tournament. Everyone was sweating, including the captain of First Strings, he has short black hair with his bangs parted to the left and a pair of light grey eyes, Nijimura Shūzō.
"SCREEN YOUR OPPONENTS AND DON'T LET THE RIVAL GET AWAY!" He commanded the team members, teaching some players how to do the screening along with the Generation of Miracles as his hands takes one of the balls and passed it to the other players.
The team follows their captain instruction where the seniors are trying to do the screening their junior although they had a difficulty since the Generation of Miracles are far stronger than the others and it causes the other team getting tired easily, including Nijimura who also gotten tired from all of the practice that they held for along time ago.
Seeing this, Momoi had an idea before she rushes outside of the gym to search for a certain someone with (H/C) Hair color, (E/C) eye color, and (S/C) skin color to help her with taking care of all the basketball teams. The girl saw (Y/N) from far away and she runs up to her (Y/N)-chan/-kun!! I need your help with something!!" She said.
"Oh hey, Momoi-san. What do you need help with?" You ask the pink-haired basketball manager.
"It's the team member. Could you help me go to the cafeteria and bring all of the water bottles?"
"..Sure, I'll help you" You walked alongside the pink-haired manager.
As the two of you arrive inside the cafeteria, the old lady kindly gave all of the team drinking water before she carefully hands the plastic bags to you and Momoi "Don't push yourself too hard Momoi-san and (L/N)-san. Also, please leave a message for the coach and the captain that I say Hi." The old woman smiles kindly.
"We will! Thank you so much Mrs. Yuiga-san," Momoi bowed down to the elderly woman as well as you too.
The two of you quickly hurried together to the gym together with you running along on her sides as long as you carefully held the plastic without dropping any drinks inside of it. Arriving at the gym, Momoi pushes the door open and many eyes immediately catch a new figure that they have never seen before.
Nijimura saw you from far away and his frown was gone. Instead, it was replaced with a little smile and his hands waved at you, making the other team members look at him with confusion as if he knows the stranger.
You couldn't help and smile before you place the plastic away before you walked up to him and wrapped your arms around him and feeling the warm sensation around your waist. Nijimura hugs you back affectionately and forgets that there are lots of people inside the gym," Hey babe, Me and Momoi brought everyone a drink. You're on your break, right? Everyone can take one bottle."
Heating the word 'Babe' escape from your mouth, everyone's eyes widened and some of the team members were looking at you and Nijimura with a gaze that clearly shows that they were surprised that their scary captain has a sweet nice S/O.

all a cat wants to be is a cat
SUMMARY: Aomine is a committed cat dad, and Akashi is a professional cat petter.
word count: 2,577
cw: none, but maybe 2 swear words
a/n: for @vespersposts and also for myself. what it says on the tin. also cross-posted on ao3 HERE, in case you want to give me kudos and comments.
Tumblr media
Every life is subject to its own subliminal shifts. Invisible loves, invisible aches and invisible opportunities that chart a course through destiny. It is normal for the ordinary to not realise their destination until they’re already there, wherever it may be. Aomine could consider himself ordinary in this regard. He does not believe in the invisible. That is why he wagers his life on this sport, why his world starts and ends with the court. That is why almost nothing is of any real concern to him. Almost.
(He’s only come close to believing in fate just once but he may just have been grateful to exist at the same time as the rest of his friends. Nothing more, nothing less.)
Tumblr media
Once upon a time – because this is how every palatable, easy-to-tell story starts – he’d been walking home in the evening after the match with Seirin. His eyes stinging from the tears he’d shed in secret on his way back, his heart smarting from the loss but his soul raging like every hungry thing does when it’s found something that can finally satiate its ages-old appetite.
He was being followed that night and he knew it.
He stopped and turned around, directing a half-hearted glare down at Meteor, who also stopped in her tracks and stared up at him, tilting her head curiously.
She was a perfectly black Ocicat, with beautiful comet-green eyes that were always wide and searching, and paws she was more than willing to put on anything within her reach. He’d never heard her meow or purr or make a single sound, even when he’d found her with other cats. She was quiet as a shadow, but as real as life.
Aomine recognised her from the patch of white fur over her nose, shaped distinctly like a flame. She also recognised him, evidently, from the smell.
He had never been able to shake her off since the first time he’d found her draped over his basketball in the front yard, sleepily swaying back and forth in the sun. He hadn’t shooed her away then either. He’d sat on the ground and watched her. She hadn’t moved for a long time and neither had he.
“Leave me alone,” He told her, not as decisively as he would have hoped. When she held his gaze like that, unerring and determined, he found it difficult to harden himself against her charming, curious gaze.
He continued walking. She followed after him.
He turned around and threw out his empty hands to show her. “I don’t have any treats for you.” He lifted his arm. “Also, I stink.” He blinked down at her and she blinked back. “What the hell is wrong with you?”
She moved forward and flopped, belly-first, across his right shoe. He sighed but he obliged, picking her up in his arms and sitting down on the sidewalk, back against a fence. She stayed in his arms through the next tears that leaked out of his eyes, watching him and then pawing at the small smile that hadn’t left his face since he’d walked off the court.
She’d left, dissolving into the shadows, but only after his tears had dried. But she always managed to find him again.
Tumblr media
Buzz was another lucky find but the moments leading up to that weren’t so lucky.
Aomine had just suffered another lecture from his mother about the state of his room. They’d had a fervent back and forth upstairs while in the living room, his father was sinking lower and lower into the sofa with his face obscured behind the upside-down newspaper he clearly wasn’t reading.
“It was exam season!” Aomine protested as she started hurling all the dirty clothes off the bed out of his room and into his arms. She was tearing up the place. He was so thankful he’d snuck all his magazines into Sakurai’s gym locker already. He couldn’t risk her finding those.
She laughed. “You? Studying? You’re still on the same pen from 6 months ago. Don’t make me laugh.”
“I’m a teenager and…I need to…uh…handle my own space to deal with…things,” He managed.
His mother slid her slipper off and whacked him across the back of his head. “Those Western TV shows are filling your head with individualist propaganda.”
She loomed over him (which was a feat in itself, because he was a foot taller than her), murder written across her face. “You clean your room by lunchtime, or I’ll cut the TV cables and internet.”
This was no time to be fucking around. She meant business.
He was already halfway down the corridor with his dirty clothes. The last thing to come hurtling out of his room were his favourite Jordans, catching him square in between his shoulders and making him stumble.
“And clean those too! They smell like shit!”
Shoe care was serious for Aomine. He loved every pair of his shoes like his own limbs. When he had to wash them, he did it all by hand.
They deserved better than a no-spin cold water cycle in a washing machine. He brushed, soaked and scrubbed his Jordans, pulling out the laces, tugging back the shoe tongue. He left them out to dry.
The next day, when he went to retrieve them, Buzz was there. Though he hadn’t gotten that name yet. (Akashi identified him later as a domestic shorthair. Buzz seemed to have no known owner in the neighbourhood though.)
Maybe Aomine’s feet were just that huge, or Buzz was just that small, but he’d fit himself snugly into Aomine’s left shoe, curled up with his face tucked neatly under his small paws, his tiny ribs rising and falling peacefully.
Aomine gently picked up the shoe, holding it steady with both hands and watched for a while. How these cats kept managing to find him was still a mystery to him.
Meteor had invited some of her own friends just the other day and now, intermittently, his garden would be a lounging spot for strays. His mother enjoyed it though, now that she had someone to feed the fish bones to.
(She’d smiled happily each time, glowing as she watched the crowd of stray cats jostle each other around to get a bite. “At least someone in the world appreciates my food,” She’d sighed wistfully. Behind her, Aomine and his father had shared a glance and winced in unison.)
“Ma,” Aomine whispered. Why was he whispering?
No response. She must have been drying clothes in the backyard. Clutching the shoe to his chest, he walked through the house to the back, careful not to jerk around too much.
“Ma,” He said when he found her.
She hummed as he walked up to her and held out the shoe for her. As expected, her face lit up. “Aw, one more mouth to feed!”
Aomine ignored the comment. “I don’t know how they keep finding me.”
“You smell the strongest in this neighbourhood, clearly,” She responded, pointedly clipping up his damp jersey while she held his gaze.
Aomine’s cheeks flared with embarrassment as he groaned. “Ma!”
A mewl brought his attention down to the shoe in his hand. Buzz had woken up and was staring out over the rim of the shoes. He flinched as Aomine’s mother cooed and Aomine reflexively brought his hand up to cradle the tiny head to his chest and glare at his mother.
He didn’t realise he’d done so until a moment later but he was already stroking Buzz’s head as the cat blinked sleepily and curled back into himself.
“We’re keeping him,” His mother declared.
They tried multiple times over the months, but whenever they were sure Buzz had gotten comfortable, they’d turn around and he would have disappeared. By the time Aomine grew certain he’d never see him again, Buzz would return, curled up asleep on their doormat.
Some things weren’t meant to stay. Some things were meant to return, against all odds.
Tumblr media
Out of the three, Ankle knew best how to make an impression. She was also the fussiest and neediest of them all.
He was introduced to her on the tail end of those sweaty weeknights characteristic of thick, unrelenting summers. He’d been shooting baskets all by himself in their neighbourhood court when he’d been joined by some middle schoolers who lived in the nearby houses and he’d played with them for a while, forfeiting victories to them until he’d gotten bored and thrashed them all in a game with his one-man team. They’d gone back home bitching and crying.
He’d hear about this tomorrow while his father answered the door to a hoard of angry mothers, complaining about it. Again. He’d gone three months without stirring up this kind of trouble. New record. Whatever.
He was lying on the bench after cooling down, towel thrown over his face as the sun was setting, slipping in and out of that lethargic fog that always clung to him.
He’d been asleep for all of 3 minutes before he was woken up by a weight landing heavily on his chest. He jerked, almost fell off the bench but steadied himself enough to glare at the intruder.
Ankle (though her name wasn’t Ankle yet) stared down haughtily at him, and with pride reserved for large wild cats who ran the jungles, she lowered herself onto his stomach, tucking her paws under her body as she got comfortable.
Not again. Whatever. This had become a habit by then. He reached out with his hand to scratch her chin but she turned away, glaring at him from the side of her eyes.
“What?” He asked, irritably, propping himself up on one elbow to look at her. He reached out again, this time scratching his fingers down from the top of her head to her neck. She turned to look at him, winking lazily.
He laughed. “You flirt.”
When he went to stroke her back, she rose to her feet, trembling but before he could delight in her receptiveness, it all went wrong.
She vomited all over the front of his t-shirt.
“ARGH! FUCK!”
While Aomine scrambled to take off his t-shirt, she settled down comfortably in his lap again. Even in his haste, he kept his legs steady for her, and she draped herself comfortably over his knees, heedless to his swearing and whining.
She was probably a longhair. Aomine could hazard a guess now after Akashi had drilled him in identifying cat breeds through a detailed 80-slide PowerPoint presentation.
(He managed to take her to the vet eventually, at his mom’s willing expense, but nothing had been wrong. Thankfully. After informally being elected by all the cats as their caretaker, Aomine had given up resisting their presence in his life. On the way back from the vet, he’d lifted Ankle, looked her in the eye, fighting a smile as he said, “Don’t ever break anyone else’s heart like that again. I’m letting it slide this once.”)
Ankle lingered. That set her apart from the other two.
She didn’t stay, exactly, but she made her presence known even when she wasn’t there.
She’d scratched up his basketball once when he’d forgotten to bring it back in after dribbling practice. He’d never been able to scrub out the vomit smell from his t-shirt but when he left it out to dry, he’d find it on the ground wrapped neatly around her as she lounged in the sun. She’d leave her cat hairs all over his bicycle seat.
She also kept bringing back dead, chewed-up mice. He’d found a hairball in his shoe once. His mother wasn’t so pleased but Aomine found didn’t mind cleaning up after Ankle. (He still somehow never managed to harness this same spirit for his own room.)
Ankle lingered.
She made a mess. She screamed to get his attention. She seemed to know he was near before he’d even made himself visible to her. She’d gotten really chatty over the months he knew her. If she didn’t like the food he left out for her, she’d flip the plate and scream. If he turned away from her even for a moment while he was petting her, she’d scream.
Then, she’d randomly disappear for a week without warning.
Aomine was well-practiced by now. He knew she’d return. She always did.
Tumblr media
There were 4 cats in his yard that day.
Meteor, Buzz and Ankle had all convened in the yard on the fateful day that Aomine had invited Akashi over for lunch and promptly after the meal, Akashi had joined in lounging with the cats.
He’d had to change into Aomine’s clothes because the cats had spent a large part of the afternoon avoiding him, and he’d noted this with such a dejected look in his eyes that Aomine had offered.
“It’s that expensive cologne you always use. Their noses are really sensitive so even if you haven’t reapplied, they’ll smell it,” Aomine had said, “You can grab a change of clothes from my room. Hopefully, they’ll feel a little better.”
He’d been right, though it had taken another hour of waiting and pspsps-ing from Akashi before Ankle crawled into his lap and got comfortable.
She didn’t complain. She didn’t scream. She even let Akashi scratch her chin, which she’d never let Aomine do. Aomine tried not to feel jealous.
Meteor had draped herself around Aomine’s neck like a neck pillow and he’d been careful to keep her steady on his shoulders. She purred, fierce as an engine, right next to his ear.
He scratched her behind the ear. Well, it was okay. He had her. Besides, both of Akashi’s hands were occupied trying to scratch Ankle’s chin and rub Buzz’s belly. Aomine could give Meteor all his attention.
“They’re lovely,” Akashi whispered, reverently, lowering himself onto his belly and burying his face in Ankle’s furry ribs, his other hand still scratching the top of Buzz’s head. His free hand extended in Aomine’s direction as he said in a muffled voice, “Come. I freed up this hand for her.”
Aomine had never seen his friend this happy. Akashi was a picture of bliss. Even in all the years Aomine had known him, he’d always had to search for Akashi’s intentions within his unwavering, incisive gaze. Even then, he was afraid he’d brush up gently against his friend and accidentally cut himself. He’d been so wrong.
Steel façade or not, Akashi was easy to melt.
Meteor, as if understanding his request, jumped down from Aomine’s shoulder and crawled up against Akashi’s waiting hand. Akashi’s whole body sagged with a delighted sigh. It struck Aomine that he should take a picture but he relented.
This moment felt private, it felt sacred, and Aomine wanted to be the only to ever have seen it like this. His 3 favourite kids and his best friend existing at the same time, within the same space. Nothing could be more beautiful.
He could almost believe in fate after all.
“What are their names?” Akashi asked, looking up from Ankle, cat hairs snagged on his fringe and eyebrows.
Aomine nodded in Buzz’s direction. “That one’s Buzz.”
Akashi smiled knowingly. “Like Buzz Lightyear?”
Aomine scoffed. “No, I’m not a nerd. Like Buzzer Beater. That one there –”
Akashi’s smile twitched, his brow furrowed. “I beg your pardon?”
Aomine scratched his ear self-consciously. “That one there is Buzzer Beater. That one – Ankle Breaker. And Meteor Jam. Buzz, Ankle and Meteor, for short.”
Silence.
“Oh, absolutely not.”

Akashi Seijuro
Tumblr media
Word count: 1500
Taglist: @rgtgt @staymoarmy @thisbicc @black0pirate0cat @reiners-milkbiddies
Akashi Seijuro was one of those students that everybody feared and all the girls adored. He didn’t care if someone liked or disliked him because it never bothered him. But if he was honest with himself, there was an exception. You. He cared if you liked him or not. The reason being is he had a huge crush on you. He never confessed because he knew that you were busy with (favorite sport) while he was busy with basketball.
With that being the case, he never got to talk to you privately either. That was until the teacher decided to pair you and Akashi together. He watched as you grabbed all of your belongings and moved into the empty chair beside him. You took your notebook out not saying anything to him, but he knew you were quiet unless you were around your friends.
The teacher handed out the packets just as the end of the day bell rang.
“Remember, these are due next week, so you will have to work on them over the weekend,” she announced. You gathered your stuff and looked over at Akashi who was also gathering his stuff.
“So after practice did you want to go to the library? Assuming it’s still open?” You asked and he met your eyes.
“Yeah, if not we can either go to your place or mine. I don’t mind either way (L/N).”
“Okay, I will meet you at the gym.”
With that, you left Akashi behind to get to the gym you needed.
Akashi watched you leave before shaking his head. He had a soft smile on his face as he made his way to basketball practice.
“Great work everyone, don’t forget to work on your individual weaknesses,” you announced and clapped your hands.
Your best friend tossed a towel to you and you caught it with ease. You wiped your sweat before grabbing your book bag.
“So you and Akashi are partners aye?” She nudged you and you looked over at her.
“Unfortunately, I felt every girl glare at me. It was gross.”
She laughed and you cracked a smile.
“Well, who knows maybe he likes it.”
“Eww, gross. Not interested in dating right now.”
“Really? Because I remember you used to have a huge crush on him.”
“Yeah, before his superiority complex. No thank you, the attraction was lost almost instantly.”
“That’s fair, I think we may be the only ones with our heads on our shoulders right.”
“I wouldn’t doubt it, now I have to go… see ya, text me when you get home.”
You waved and made your way to the boy's basketball team. You walked in silently, making sure not to interrupt practice. You took out the packet and started on it while waiting for Akashi to get done.
The coach saw you come in, but since you weren’t distracting the team, he decided to let you stay. Especially since Akashi explained the situation to him ahead of time.
After about thirty minutes, practice ended but you were busy working on the packet.
“Started without me?” You tilted your head up to meet Akashi’s soft gaze and you put everything away.
“Yeah, I figured I would get started and then waste time.”
“Alright, well the library is closed. Your place or mine?” He asked and you shrugged.
“Doesn’t matter to me.”
“Okay, we can go to mine then. I don’t have siblings so no one really distracts us.”
You nodded and followed him out of the gym.
Once you both were outside of the school gates you saw his ride and you blinked surprised. The driver opened the door for you, and Akashi allowed you to go in first. You slid in and he got in right after you.
“I can take you home too, so don’t worry about walking or having your parents pick you up.”
“Thank you, I appreciate it Akashi~”
“Seijuro or Sei, he said.
You looked at him confused and he was looking out the window.
“I don’t think we are close enough to be on a first-name basis.”
“It’s fine really, I don’t mind. I want you to call me by my first name.”
“Why?” You asked and he cleared his throat.
He decided he would wait until the both of you were alone. The ride back to his house was silent, and you were trying to figure out why he wanted you to call him by his first name. You knew he wasn’t the type to let just anyone call him by it, in fact, you never heard anyone call him by his first name.
You leaned against your fist until the car parked in front of a giant mansion. Your mouth dropped open, at how huge it was. You were more than a little intimidated, but you quickly shut your mouth and decided to not show how shocked you were.
Akashi held out his hand to help you out of the car, which you took. He smiled charmingly at you, but you only gave a small thank you. He led you inside, and you stuck by his side, looking around.
“You have a beautiful home.”
“Thank you (L/N)~San.”
He opened a large door, which you assumed was his room. He let you in first, before closing the door behind himself. You weren’t sure where to sit, as you looked around.
Akashi placed a hand on your lower back, gently moving you to the bed. You sat down and he sat in front of you and you both took out the packets that were due.
“So, I already completed the first page, it was pretty much what we took notes over at the beginning of the week.”
You showed him, and he nodded his head after reading over your work.
“I see, that’s good to know. Thank you.” He quickly filled out the first page, not bothering to look at his notes, since he had them memorized. You waited for him to catch up as you looked around his room.
“Back to your question,” he started.
You looked at him confused and he met his eyes.
“When you asked why I wanted you to call me by my first name. The reason is simple, I want us to become closer. I seem to have caught some feelings for you, and allowing you to call me by my first name is a great way to get acquainted better.”
“I am sorry, what now?” You asked shocked, and he placed his homework down. He cupped your cheek with his left hand before brushing his lips against yours.
Your cheeks heated up slightly as he quickly pulled away leaving the lingering ghost feelings on his lips.
“It’s true, I have been attracted to you for a while. But we both have been so busy with our clubs, I could never really get the chance to talk with you. Let alone confess my attraction. I would really like it if you became my empress.”
“Akashi, this is a bit much.”
“I told you to call me Seijuro or Sei…”
“S-Sorry, I just don't know what to say.”
“Just say yes, if you still don’t like me for a reasonable amount of time, we can break up.”
You quickly looked down at your homework. You weren’t able to meet his eyes anymore especially now that he was making your heart race. You didn’t even have an interest in dating, so why was it hard to tell him no? Could it be you unconsciously had a crush on him this entire time?
You felt the warmth of his hand on top of yours and you looked up tilting your head to the side. He had that charming smile again, that made butterflies go crazy in your stomach.
“I guess I can give you a chance. Though, I never had any intentions of dating.”
“That’s okay, that’s more than enough for me. I will make sure you don’t regret giving me a chance. May I kiss you?”
You blinked and smiled softly before nodding your head.
He cupped both of your cheeks before leaning over and pressing his lips fully against you. You sighed against his lips and placed your hands on top of his.
You took his hands into yours and he laced his fingers with yours. He pulled you closer to his chest, homework being completely forgotten.
The two of you only parted enough, when he pulled you on top of his lick. He had a smirk on his face and you tried to get off but he moved his arms around your waist and held you tightly.
He buried his face into your shoulder and you relaxed completely against him.
“My Empress, allow me to take you on a date tomorrow.”
“Okay Sei~”
Akashi felt his heart flutter at the nickname, finally leaving your lips. At that moment, he knew he was in love with you. His eyes softened, and he placed a kiss on your forehead.
“We should get back to homework now.”
You nodded and moved off of his lap smiling to yourself.

Akashi Seijuro x Fem!Reader
Pairing: Akashi Seijuro x Fem!Reader Warnings: my writing, tooth-rotting fluff Word count: 548 a/n: OOC Akashi I think. I am just writing this for myself but I'm just sharing it here for those who are willing to read stupid fics too. U can also request for something if you have anything on ur mind. just check the rules in my blog before requesting something. The ending is also very stupid cause i didn't know what to write. P.S.- I overdid it with the tags. ignore them... if u want to.
You were sitting on Akashi’s lap. One of his arms was wrapped around your waist, holding you tightly whilst the other handheld the book you were reading together, open. As he reached out to turn the page, your quiet voice called out.
“No, don’t turn it yet, I’m not done.”
“Well, how can I ignore your requests, fair maiden?”, your boyfriend said, before putting his hand back in its original place, around your waist.
“So cheesy, Sei. We should read something else other than medieval romance, then.”, you teased.
A warm, deep, velvety chuckle filled the room. Akashi’s hand slithers up your shirt and rests on your stomach.
“You’re right, darling. As much as I love reading, some books influence me. Nevertheless, I’m not taking back what I said before.
You giggled and turned to look at him. He set the book on the side table before turning his attention back to you.
He looks beautiful wearing his reading glasses. It was rectangular and was perched on his nose delicately. Akashi was looking at you from above his glasses. You reached your hand up, and took it off, setting it on the side table, above the book, carefully. Then, brought your face closer to his and lightly brushed your lips on his cheeks.
“You’re so pretty, you know that?”, you asked before proceeding to kiss his nose.
“Shouldn’t I say that to you, my love? You’re beautiful.” Akashi teased, pushing a strand of your hair that escaped its hair tie prison, behind your ear.
“Gorgeous” Kiss on the crown of you head.
“Attractive” Kiss on the top of your head.
“Appealing” Kiss on your forehead.
“Alluring” Kiss on the bridge of your nose.
“Bewitching” Kiss on your nose.
“irresistible” Kiss on one of your cheeks.
“heavenly” Kiss on your other cheek.
“pulchritudinous”
Akashi pressed his lips onto your, your cheeks dusted with red from what he said you were. You could feel Akashi smirking against your lips. He won the teasing game, fair and square. Just as he was pulling away, you pecked his lips slightly before pulling back yourself.
“I don’t know how you know all those words, especially the last one. I thought you were telling me that I’m like fruit punch or something. Or fruit pulp. Or studious. Does studious make sense, though? Maybe fruit juice who studies well. A smart fruit juice. A smart fruit! What’s a smart fruit, though? Maybe apples, cause they’re better than doctors.”
You boyfriend let a laugh he has been trying to hold back for so long. His beautiful laugh broke you out of your own thoughts.
“Huh? What happened, babe?”
“Nothing, darling. You were rambling.”
“Well,”, you said, smiling a little, “If it is annoying, I’ll just go.”
“No, no, love! I meant to say that its adorable.”
You laughed before wrapping your arms around his body and snuggling your face into the crook of Akashi’s neck.
“I love you.”
“I know,”, Akashi said softly, “I love you too.”
No matter what you do or where you go, Akashi Seijuro will be there with you. Like partners in crime, a prince and princess, a king and queen. You will always be the stars for his sky, the words in his story, and the music to his song.
He will be there for you, and you for him.
“Always.”
A soft whisper in your ear.

Hihii! I love your content!! 😍 I was wondering if maybe you could do a scene where Aomine is at high-school practice and his s/o comes to watch him play and he tries (but fails miserably) to act all tough around his teammates because he can't control how soft he is ffor them? Please🙈
Damn it's actually been years since i wrote anything- I used to be so active on Wattpad and such lmfao
But well, I've been rping in my absence and I hope that makes up for the writing I've lost-
And i do miss writing, so I'll do my best to satisfy and thank you for requesting!
Edit: SORRY IT IT FELT WEIRD- IDK AOMINE SEEMS OOC TO ME HERE BUT I TRIED MY BEST
Acting Tough! Aomine x S/O
You had a bit of time after school today since you had already finished all your homework in class. You and Aomine hadn't planned to do much these days, so you decided to take a peek at the gym to see how he was doing. The moment you stepped into the gym, you immediately lay eyes on the navy blue-haired teen. He just shot a 2 pointer, wiping off the sweat from his forehead with a towel as he headed back for the benches. You smirked and went behind the benches as discreetly as you could. Aomine was too immersed in nothing in particular that he had no idea that you were behind him.
Just as he took a sip of water, you grabbed his shoulders and let out a loud "Boo!" from behind.
"AAH WHAT THE FUCK?!" he suddenly screamed and coughed out the water, falling to the floor in front of the benches. You burst out in laughter, holding your stomach as you bent over.
"That wasn't funny at all!" he hissed at you, coughing a bit more from choking on the water. The rest of the team had caught Aomine's attention from his loud yell, chuckling quietly as Sakurai just hid behind another teammate.
"That was priceless! You should have seen your face Aho!" you laugh, but hold out a hand for him to take. He reluctantly put his hand in yours, but he smirked inwardly as he suddenly pulled you towards him, making you fall directly on top of him.
"Hey-! Daiki...!" you whined in annoyance, but your voice was quickly cut off by him wrapping his arms around your waist and a small kiss on the back of your neck. You felt the blush creep up on your cheeks, feeling the team's eyes bore down at the two of you.
"Oi, Aomine! Stop flirting with your girlfriend and practice with us!" he shouted, Aomine groaning in annoyance. You chuckled and just pat his leg, getting up as he followed suit.
"Go practice Daiki, I'll be here," you smile cheerily at him, the boy sighing and pouting.
"Fine..." he grumbled, going over to the court hesitantly as you smiled softly. After all, he couldn't resist you, especially since he knew that you were trying to prevent him from getting into any more trouble and that you cared for him.
"Oi, Sakurai."
"Y-Yes?? I'm sorry-!" the apologetic mushroom immediately bowed at him, but Aomine leaned into his ear and whispered something. Sakurai nodded as he pulled away, messing up his hair. Of course, you were watching with curiosity as a small smile curved y our lips, and your eyebrow slightly raised. But Aomine suddenly shot up and shoved Sakurai to the side, realizing that you were watching him. The poor boy was confused, just apologizing to Aomine a million times.
He had always shown a mean facade to his teammates, but deep down he cared about each and every one of them. Now that his s/o was watching him, he tried to toughen himself up even more but it was clear that he was failing miserably. As one of the first years accidentally got hit in the face with the basketball he immediately rushed over to him, checking to see if he was okay. Only to pull away and scoff, the tips of his ears tinting red as he insulted the boy under his breath. You observed how he was acting, and having dated Aomine for so long, knew exactly what he was doing.
Soon practice ended and he went to the benches to rest for a bit. You approached him with some water and a towel, the navy-haired teen smiled softly and drank the water.
"Don't try putting that tough act on me Daiki..." you pout, sitting next to him. He turned his face away from you ever so slightly, not wanting to embarrass himself.
"What are you talking about?" he said, intending to hiss at her but really it just came out in a slightly panicked tone. You chuckle and wrap your arms around him from behind, putting your chin on his shoulder.
"I know how much you care about your teammates. I think it's really sweet.." you smile, whispering so that no one else could hear. He only hummed softly in response, leaning against you a little. But knowing him, you didn't want to make him feel awkward any longer.
"Go take a bath, you smell." you suddenly sneer, shoving him away and putting your shirt over your nose to tease him.
"And who was just hugging me huh? Admit it, you love the smell."
"EW! You're disgusting!" you exclaim, just to have him laugh at your remark. He suddenly grabbed your head and pulled you toward his chest, making you gasp with the scent of his sweat going into your nose.
"AHOMINE GET OFF!!"

Hello hello!! 💕 New stalker here to enjoy your KNB content! 😘
If you’re taking requests... may I have Akashi who falls for someone who is the opposite of him? Canon Akashi desires elegant classy refined… What if he falls for someone who is brash, sassy, comfort > fashion… The heart wants what is wants, we don’t always choose who we fall in love with.
heeeey 💕 omg sorry this took so long, I was going through a drought but I'm good now so I finally got to work on your request <3 I love the idea of opposite attracts so I hope you like it! I really focused on the falling part, so Akashi and ready are not yet in love but it's hinted, I hope this is ok with you 🥺
Tumblr media
Curious Thing // Akashi Seijurō x gn! Reader
Tumblr media
Context: when Akashi finds himself paired with someone that is his complete opposite, he's far from predicting that he'll eventually fall for them.
Warnings: fluff, college! au, slightly ooc Akashi (he gets flustered easily here), reader likes to tease him 🤭, reader refers to him as “rich boy” twice, mentions of eating and food, kinda proof-read but it’s late and my brain is dead so sorry for the mistakes :(
Tumblr media
You still vividly remember your first encounter with Akashi Seijurō. You’ve had classes in common with him for three semesters, basically half of your degree, and it took a group assignment for him to take notice of you, raised eyebrows as he glared at you from up and down. You were too tired that day from pulling another all-nighter to react, but if you were in your usual state, you’d probably spit a nonchalant “what you looking at?”. But instead, you kept your sharp tongue for yourself, simply shooting him an unapologetically judgemental glare.
He had some balls, you thought on the moment, to look at you that way, as if you were an outrageous sight. It wasn’t like he was any better… Well, he was objectively attractive if you looked solely at his physiognomy; delicate traits, perfect skin, nice svelte built that made him look like these princes in the story your parents would read to you as a kid. But he also looked uptight, and you imagined that he had to be one of these rich kids whose entire lives were controlled by outdated norms of conduct. Maybe that’s why he’d never shown up in a t-shirt, let alone jeans, and for some reason his shoes were always squeaky clean. The whole of it was somewhat pitiful – so much perfection drew away all humanity. He was a product, the manufacture of someone else’s hands, and you couldn’t admire such thing.
The perfect cliché of a rich kid, you thought again later that day, when he showed up to your place in a fancy car for your first work session. You welcomed him in your comfiest home clothes, while he walked in carrying his jacket that probably costed more than your rent on his arm like the idea of hanging it on your coat rack would defile the piece of clothing. That was when you first gave him a taste of your legendary frankness.
“If you didn’t want to work here, you could have told me earlier, would have saved you from… this” you pointed at his frown.
“Excuse me?”
“I said what I said. I get that everything about me is far from what you’re used to but get a grip, rich boy, my polyester clothes won’t kill you.”
He stared at you in silent, visibly too stunned to utter a reply. Some part of you was intrigued – he’s known to be a great speaker, one that didn’t easily get shut down, let alone by someone like you. Yet, here he was, standing in the middle of your apartment, looking like a fish out of the water.
“You have quite a wit, don’t you?” he finally said.
To which you replied, in a smirk,
“Nice to meet ya’, Seijurō.”
*
And here you are, couple more work sessions down the way, still being somewhat of an intrigue to the young man. As he keeps working with you on the assignment, he keeps gathering every little piece of information you give out about yourself, his sharp mind working to put the pieces together in hopes of forming the complete profile of an individual. But to his surprise, you are way more complex than he’s anticipated. Every minute spent with you makes him uneasy as he’s unable to put you in a box. He sits back, furrowed brows as he watches you just be. The way you carry yourself, nonchalant and careless, not bothering to cover the way you feel as your bored eyes meet his. Some part of him tightens up upon meeting your gaze – it may be cold, but it is genuine, and as far as Akashi can recall, he’s never been looked at that way. He is used to people looking at him with stars in their eyes, desperately needing to please him and gain his approval.
But you? Oh, you. You clearly aren’t a people pleaser, and maybe that is what is so off-putting to him. You are nothing that he’s ever encountered before. Yet, he grows to admire you in some ways. Yeah, you may be cranky and reckless, but at least you are honest about who you are, and as unsettling as it is to him, he progressively finds himself wanting to see more of you. And more importantly, the few times you’ve been friendly to him seem to be moments that come from the heart, which doesn’t help but make him even more confused.
What the hell are you?
“You’re gonna keep staring rich boy, or you’ll finally share your part with me?”
The sounds of your voice, with this slight slur in it, takes him out of contemplation. He cleans his throat, straightening his back as you observed, amused.
“I’m sorry, I was lost in my thoughts” he replies.
You puff, hand hanging on the back of the nearby chair.
“I wouldn’t peg you as the kind to get distracted, and by me, at that?”
Your words have him blushing furiously. He hasn’t figured for a second that you might be as observant as he is; yet, here you are, knowing way too easily that you’ve been haunting his thoughts.
“I make you curious, don’t I?” you sigh.
He doesn’t reply, for he doesn’t know what to say. You keep startling him, revealing the unexpected every single time as he remains speechless. You lean towards him, your pen twirling in your fingers expertly. From the way he moves back the slightest, you understand that your proximity might intimidate him, and you raise an eyebrow in his direction.
“Shouldn’t we… shouldn’t we work?” he stammers.
You smirk, seeing that rosy tint paint his cheeks. In truth, you don’t expect him to answer your questions, they are rhetorical – but messing with him, seeing that expression on his face when he realizes that you’ve caught him in action, it is frankly entertaining. You sit back on your chair, pen still twirling while you watch him trying to focus on his work.
You’ve come to know by now that you make him uneasy. At first, you logically thought it was because you were his complete opposite and he’d never met someone like you before, so naturally, he was scared of the unknown. But as you’ve kept working together, you’ve come to realize that he isn’t so shallow. He might have been put of at first by the fact that you’ve showed up to your work sessions in hoodies and sweatpants, clearly not bothered by the looks you get – you’ll admit to that. But there is clearly something else that makes him so shy in your presence. Progressively, you’ve discovered the actual reason behind his behaviour; it was so obvious now that you think of it. You have simply subverted all his expectations. Behind your appearance of slacker, you happen to be a much more interesting character. It has to be the fact that you’ve never kept yourself from being truthful with him, and you can’t tell for sure if he’s ever known someone so honest before. It must be new to him, to encounter someone that doesn’t wear any mask in front of him, in desperate need for his validation.
So, naturally, upon this discovery, you can’t help but have your fair share of fun with it. At every given occasion, you don’t hesitate to poke the bear, hoping that he’ll eventually fold and say out loud what he thinks. It’s become a fun game to you, trying to break the barriers surrounding Akashi Seijurō. While he may be wrong about you, you turn out to be absolutely right about him. A young man meant to be perfect, always in control of his words and actions, not slouching once, like a sort of robot configurated to be flawless. In some ways, you pity him. It must be incredibly uncomfortable to live like that, forced to smile politely through everything, while sitting in front of someone like you, so unapologetic. And while it might entertain you to get him flustered, maybe deep down, you want to see him break a little, just enough so you get to see his real self shine through.
You lay your pen down, eyes still fixated on him. Akashi is truly flawless, unlike you. You wonder how long it’ll take till you get to reveal his humanity. Right now, he seems absorbed by his work, doing his part while you’ve given up on working a long time ago. Not a single thing seems to be able to waver him, except maybe you.
“I’m gonna take a pause” you say as you stretch your arms, “my brain’s fried.”
He looks up at you, and you smile. You always do, when he looks at you like that, with this crease between his eyebrows. You’ve come to understand that your language is sometimes unfamiliar to him. It has become evident, when you’ve realized that he’s never spoken in any other way than a formal one and since then, you can’t help but smile when he seems to hear something new when you speak.
“Are you alright?” He asks, further proving to you that he has never heard the phrase “my brain is fried” before.
You laugh, sending him an exaggeratedly cocky look.
“Why, Sei-chan, you’re worried about me?”
The nickname sends the young man in a second state, furiously blushing while you try your best not to laugh at him. These little moments where he loses a bit of his composure never fail to make you feel somewhat closer to him. You aren’t friends, as far as your concerned, but you wonder if he’s got anyone with whom he can display these totally human reactions.
“You should take a pause too” you say as you lay on your couch. “We’ve been at it for more than two hours.”
“Oh, I’m fine I sw-“
“God, Seijurō, you don’t have to pretend. I’ve seen you repressing a yawn ten minutes ago.”
And it isn’t just that, that you’ve noticed. From all the time you’ve spent working together, you’ve learned the little things indicating that he is tired. His fingers get twitchy, his eyelids heavier and eyes drier, and his lips always close tight. And every time, he refuses to stop until he figures that he’s overstayed his welcome at your work sessions. And every time, you watch him leave with a polite smile, while you know that he’s overworked but refuses to acknowledge it in front of you. As your gaze gets lost on your ceiling, you wonder if you should leave him be this time again, or if you should do what you truly want – forcing him to stop working, even if it goes against his will. You ponder for while before sighing dramatically as you get up.
“Let’s go Sei” you say as you grab your keys.
“Where?” He says, utterly confused.
“I’m starving, so we’re going to eat. You comin’?”
He stares a while longer, as if he’s gathering the information, before he finally gets up, grabbing his coat and somehow following you to your door though he isn’t quite sure why he follows you.
“You’re going out like that?”
You turn around, raising your eyebrows at him.
“What? It’s comfy and it’s not like we’re going to some fancy ass place, it’s literally the restaurant down the street.”
You roll your eyes as you see him looking at you up and down, as he does every time. He never seems to get used to the way you’re dressed, not that you’ll ever bother to change to please him. It has always been your personal philosophy that fashion shouldn’t be prioritized over comfort, and as far as your concern, it doesn’t matter if you’re going out there in your pj’s, as long as you feel good.
“Don’t worry, rich boy, you won’t meet anyone you know there so it won’t be an embarrassment to be seen with me” you scoff as you close your door.
“God no, this isn’t what I mean! I was just thinking…”
“If I were you, I’d stop talking before it’s too late” you interrupt him.
He gulps and you smile to yourself – the knowledge that you intimidate him will never cease to enjoy you. And so, he follows you in silence as you leave your building and get on your way to the restaurant. You rub your eyes when a cold wind blows in your direction, stinging your face. The street is calm, as it usually is at this time. It isn’t like you live in a lively neighbourhood either, somewhat finding solace in what can be seen as a boring place to be. You’d argue, for your part, that the ordinary aspects of your surroundings make the charm of it; the people that walk their dogs, the houses lighting up every time at the sunset and the silence of the nights. It’s all you need really, that warmth that resides in the ordinary things.
“Thanks for taking me out for diner” You hear at your side.
“Huh? It’s nothing.”
You see the young man shake his head, the familiar pink on his cheek. Although, this time you aren’t quite sure if it’s the cold of if once again, you make him blush.
“It’s really not.”
His voice is soft, almost like a murmur. You don’t respond, but you wonder if he’s really never been taken out for a meal before. You haven’t sweat the thought, earlier when you’ve just gotten up and told him to follow you. It is what you usually do, with your friends and family, so the act is practically meaningless to you. But to him…
You greet the restaurant staff as you both enter the place, sitting down at your usual table. You don’t bother looking at the menu, ordering your usual meal while you see Akashi attentively reading the paper. You smile to yourself at the sight – he seems awfully out of his element, sticking out like a sore thumb with his natural elegance, and the way he addresses the waiter with almost too much politeness. You ponder, what people would think, if they came to know that you’ve got him to come in a place like this. From all the classes you’ve had in common, you’ve taken notice of the way everyone seems to lay out the red carpet for him, handling him with such delicacy as if he were made of crystal. It’s offensive, you think, to treat someone like that. For all you know of him, he is as much of a person as you are, and you can’t understand why he should be treated any differently. But then again, maybe it’s just you; maybe you’re the only one who thinks that way, without any regard for things like social constructs. To you, anyways, Akashi Seijurō can only be the most valuable if he is his authentic self.
“Are you a regular of this place?” he asks when your plates arrive.
“Yeah, I get lazy sometimes, so I rather come here than cook.”
He laughs softly, which for once, takes you by surprise. You look at him, mouth slightly agape. It’s a smooth and warm sound, something that you had yet to hear from him but here you are. Despite your surprise, you rejoice knowing that this is what you’ve always wanted from him. A peak of light behind the mask.
“I enjoy cooking” he remarks, “it’s my own way of procrastinating.”
You raise an eyebrow, swallowing the mouthful you’ve just had.
“As if the perfect student Seijurō ever procrastinate” you scoff.
“Well… I’m not always motivated. I’ll still do the work, though. It’d be against my nature to slack off.”
“I’m truly not surprised. So, I guess you’ll cook for me next session, hm? Y’know, when I’ll get hungry.”
Your cheeky smile doesn’t fail to affect him. You watch him gulp down his drink. Something about this moment is unusual, altogether. Up till now, you’ve only manage to destabilize him a little bit, getting a few seconds of an Akashi that has lost his composure, before he quickly gains back control of the situation. But right now, or rather ever since you’ve gone out for diner, he seems to be struggling more and more, as you watch him reveal himself under a new light. And you’re pleased, deep in your heart, that he is genuinely someone sweet. It isn’t just a people pleasing front; he is, simply, a good person.
As the night unfolds, you get to confirm your thoughts, seeing Seijurō in a way you’ve always wanted to see him. The man in front of you is far from the overly polished shoes, the fancy cars, the formal language, and the absolute control on everything. Maybe it’s you, you figure, as you walk out of the restaurant. Maybe your spontaneous nature rubs off on him, and he can’t help but be a little more authentic with you. This said, you don’t want to give yourself too much credit – as far as you’re concerned, you can’t suddenly read his mind and know for sure why he’s being different with you right now. It’s your turn to be unsettled and curious about the person you’re with.
“Hey, uh…”
You look his way, intrigued by the point of hesitation in his voice. He’s always been in control of his speech, except in these few occasions where you’ve got him flustered, so it’s new to you, to hear him like that.
“Yeah?”
“Could we stay out a little longer?”
His demand is shy, making a part of you melt. It might be exactly what you’ve wanted from him – a blatant display of humanity – but you are stunned, heart beating faster for some reason that you ignore.
“Sure, Seijurō.”
And you do, you stay outside for as long as he wants; it’s not like you want to go back to your place, anyway. In silence, the both of you wander the streets of your neighbourhood, letting the cold winter breeze kiss every parcel of visible skin. Under the dim streetlights, you steal a couple of glances to Akashi. Despite the fatigue, he seems serene, and you smile to yourself. He is quite a guy when he’s not trying to be flawless. For once, you happen to see his usually perfectly combed hair slightly dishevelled by the wind, and his hands tucked in his pocket as his scarf hangs loosely around his neck.
After a while, you stop, sitting on a bench. You’re tired, but quite content of the turn your evening has taken. The thought of going back to your place to work far away, you let yourself close your eyes, appreciating the silence of the night. A couple of seconds later, you hear Akashi take a seat next to you. He’s never sat so close to you, you reflect. He doesn’t say a word, but something in his aura lets you know that he wants to speak. Opening one eye, you let out a sigh.
“Anything on your mind?” you ask.
He shuffles as your voice travels in the night.
“Nothing… don’t worry.”
You can’t help the little laugh escaping your lips as you sit up, turning in his direction.
“You don’t have to hide any truth from me, you know. We might not be best friends, but I guess that by now you’ve figured out that I’m not the one who’ll judge you. Hell, I’d actually pay for you to speak your mind for once. Just… your raw thoughts. It wouldn’t hurt, trust me.”
He takes his breath. The following seconds are marked by silence, but you see something different in his eyes, making you wish that you could read his mind. And if you did, you’d probably be utterly startled by his thoughts. Akashi himself can’t point out where they come from, and part of him feels like it doesn’t matter anyway, since something about tonight is seemingly dreamlike. As your words resonate in his skull, he leans towards you, the warmth emanating from him reaching you. For a moment there, you think that he’ll kiss you. That would surely come out of nowhere, but you wouldn’t push him away. In this moment, it would feel right. But he doesn’t do anything of such. He rather exhales, a long breath out that probably carries all the tension he has in him as it escapes his mouth.
“I’m glad I’ve got to known you” he says, “I truly am, from the bottom of my heart. I don’t think that I’ve ever felt so much comfort with someone. So, I think… I want to thank you for that.”
You stare at him, registering his words. They are so candid, and although you are tempted to respond in a gentle tease, it seems right to reply with as much sincerity.
“Well, I like you better when you are this human. I really like this Seijurō.”
You smile, the sight of your honest face making him grin as well. After a while, he gets up and you do the same. As you walk back to your building, you wonder if this moment will die when you’ll get back to your apartment. You wish it doesn’t; it’s been a while since you’ve last lived something like that. Seeing someone reveal themselves to you like that tugs the strings of your heart. Behind your nonchalance, you have a deep affection for instants like these, like the one you’ve just lived with Akashi. Is it so senseless, then, that you don’t want it to end?
Unconsciously, you find yourself walking closer to him, as to feel his presence a little longer. The same intent might have crossed his mind too because he slows his pace, so you stay next to each other as long as possible. He probably doesn’t want to go back to how things usually are as well, you wouldn’t know. And he isn’t sure himself. It’s just natural, he thinks, as he find himself smiling again.
“Say… about cooking for you” he lets out.
“What about it?”
He looks up, admiring the thick grey clouds obscuring the stars. As you pass under a streetlight, you see once again the pink on his cheek. At the end of the day, it’s hard not to like Akashi Seijurō, isn’t it?
“You should come to my place someday, for diner. We could procrastinate together.”
As a gust crosses between your bodies, you feel a little fire heat up your entire body.
“I’d like to, Sei-chan.”

(Listening to Welcome To New York by Taylor Swift)
Well, there are two ways actually. You could've gone first class or private jet. Either way, you're travelling in high class and he's gonna make sure you're comfortable all the way through.
Once landing in New York, you bet that the hotel you're staying at is one of the best in the city. You know like Five Star Hotel, Grandiose Halls all that.
So average flights from Tokyo to New York take 12 hours.. let's say your flight left at 12pm so you'll be arriving at midnight.
As soon as you arrived at the Hotel, of course, you slept because duh? Jet Lag.
So first day in NYC will probably start with morning cuddles.
You'll be waking up in a fluffy bed that's facing the window that shows you the New York skyline with your precious boyfriend sleeping peacefully beside you for once. Usually, Seijuro wakes up first whenever you two sleep together, so it's rare for you to see a peaceful and sleeping Akashi Seijuro.
...for a short while because he opens his eyes a few minutes after you opened yours. (you almost had a heart attack)
"Jesus Christ, Sei..." You laugh lightly after his eyes suddenly open, lightly pushing him away. (He slept facing you so)
Seijuro gives you a small laugh in return, pressing a kiss to your forehead in apology.
"Forgive me, love." He says, his arm still holding you close.
After that, you two eat breakfast at the restaurant downstairs before you head on out to see the sights.
He insisted on renting a car but you said New York would be much more fun to explore on foot.
Seijuro was amused when you suddenly whipped out a well-decorated (Like highlighters, calligraphy and stickers) bucket list and started to walk around.
You guys ate a LOT of street food. You know those super yummy appetizing food you see on Pinterest when you search "New York Street Food"? Yeah, you ate a LOT of those.
Aside from eating, you took lots of pictures in different places.
You even played with a few dogs in Central Park and found it really funny when you saw Seijuro struggling with a dog that refuses to sit. (It's canon. He dislikes disobedient dogs) so you can just imagine your usually proper lover arguing with a puppy.
Obviously, the trip won't be complete without stopping by Liberty Island. Seijuro took almost all your pictures with that soft, fond smile on his face but you managed to convince him to take a picture WITH you a few times.
"I feel awkward in that picture," you say as you swiped on your phone, reviewing all the pictures you've taken.
Seijuro chuckled, brushing your hair away from your face. "Nonsense. You look beautiful," he says as he presses a loving kiss to your cheek.
(so so GODDAMN IN LOVE WITH THIS MAN)
You guys probably visited lots of museums too. You even joked once saying that he's a beautiful piece of art.
"That art is so pretty, Let me take a picture of it." "Love, the painting is over there." "I wasn't talking about the painting silly."
You guys had multiple back-and-forths of those in multiple museums that you visited.
He took a candid of you while you guys were in time square and it's now his wallpaper.
You did the same thing to him except you guys were at the Empire State Building while he was admiring the view.
Overall, this is the best date and trip you've ever had. For now, because he'll probably think of a way to top this trip.
