In order to be an icon, a few times you need to be bold. How do I define boldness? Stepping outside of your comfort zone.

You should not remain in your comfort zone; if you want to make it big, you must challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and succeed in doing well outside of your comfort areas. In life, we should explore options outside our comfort zone.

Okay a little “r&r” well honestly just happened we were closing for vday ✨ and Gaby asked Miguel if Sergio is single and he said it’s complicated and honestly…. Now it could be the wine talking but why am I so invested inhim? Yh he’s cute but he’s also kinda a dick. I do understand his pov when it comes to me blocking him. But the same way I thought about it through his lenses he could’ve thought about it through mine and he didn’t ! I just think he’s a little too messy and it’s a little too much drama. Like he played in my face, we don’t really communicate well, I’m still a little too insecure to be in a long term relationship, it’s just a little to much and a lot going on. Idk if we are meant to be but right now I’m really enjoying focusing on myself! I have a lot of vacations lined up and I’m excited about that! Idk at this point I do not think we are meant to be. He doesn’t even give me the time of day and he’s rude. I don’t deserve to be treated like that! I’m all for being selfish and making sure ur good first but he’s too selfish and a little rude. I deserve the world and more ! I think I’m gonna call it quits but in a good way ! We’re done I want peace and he’s not bringing me that ! He’s just not doing it for me anymore and I deserve better. I’ve cried over him which I don’t feel like should’ve done in the first place if we were meant to be! Traveling truly is the key to ignorance and there’s soo much in the world for me ! I don’t think it’s smart to tie myself to one person now who doesn’t even take the time out of there day to talk to me or find out more about me !

On jobs and self-worth

A job is a job, and we are the ones who bring meaning into our jobs.

Is it about building something for the greater good?

Is it about getting an award and the respect of everyone?

Is it about the salary we'll get to purchase the things we want?

For the longest time, I thought the job was my contribution to the world. It is a part of me, so the mistakes and the KPIs reached were all ME. My worth was based on my salary, and how people perceived me was based on how flashy my job title was. Everything was about work. I was busy, burnout, and feeling oh-so-important.

And then...

I got kids who needed me and asked for me. Now I'm questioning everything above. If those are true, why am I feeling so lost and taken advantage of?

Was the award worth all the overtime?

Was being the head worth all the mind space where I got ticked off with my kids asking for attention?

Is the 2 weeks off enough to compensate for my missed weekends?

You really think you can do it all in a day?

Implement each and every step you’ve learnt in a post, course, workshop or even a mini training today?

If someone promises you that, I’m sorry you had to hear it from me but they’re lying!

You won’t build a brand in a day.

You won’t have a business set up in a day.

You can’t be rich in a day.

It won’t all just happen within 24 hours!

What can happen is you taking that first step to reach that goal.

Instant success is a myth.

If you’ve more than one talent. That’s awesome!

But don’t go jumping around saying you’ll do em all together.

Focus on one.

Improve on that.

And maybe the focus on the other.

If anyone tells you otherwise, tell them that they’re wrong.

You can be a the jack of all trades.

You can have more than one business running.

You definitely can provide multiple services.

But start with one and then expand your horizons.

Otherwise you’ll be all out of breath like Mini-Avatoon me there.

And if you’re already at a stage where you’re juggling with multiple things like me.

Take a break.

Catch your breath.

Take time to focus on one service at a time.

And then carry on.

I know, it seems difficult.

But that’s the hussle of being a Entrepreneur.

It may be tiring at times.

But it’s so worth it.
