Congratulations to our winners!

Thank you to everyone who submitted characters, wrote propaganda, and voted in these polls! The past four months have been loads of fun for me, and I hope they have been for you as well.

I have one more two-round bracket planned, which will start tomorrow, and after that I have a couple of bonus polls to post, and other than that the blog will be pretty quiet until next September. Welcome to the Eurovision Song Bracket!

This will be a fairly large bracket, consisting of two "teams" of 68 songs for a total of 136 competitors!

The first team has been preselected, and will consist of all previous winners or popular vote winners if applicable.

This means that if your favorite song won, you do not need to submit them (a couple of exceptions apply, see list at the bottom/read more for details)

Submissions are closed!

Rules!

- Entries must have been a part of the main competition of Eurovision of any year (I might do a MGP mini bracket if the people want that)

- Once again, you do not need to submit winners, they are (mostly) automatically in. Again, see bottom for details and explanations.

- You may submit multiple songs, but please don't send the same song over and over.

- Propaganda is highly encouraged! There is a spot for it in the submission form, and adding it on to the poll itself or sending an ask is also allowed. You may send a DM, but I'll probably be slow to respond that way.

How it Works!

- There will be multiple brackets of 34 songs

- Each of the preselected winners will be randomly against one of the submitted songs. Pairings will be decided through number assignment and a random number generator.

- Vote for your favorite! I will include links to the songs in the poll so you can listen to both before voting. The winner will move onto the next round until we find the winner of that bracket.

- Once all brackets are complete, the winners of their individual brackets will go onto the finals to determine the (unofficial) Ultimate Eurovision Song Winner!

- There will be a preliminary around, as 1969 (hehe nice) had a four way tie, so we will need to determine which of those four will represent that year!

Summary : The heir to the throne of the realm finds himself at a tournament at Ashford Meadow not only to set things right and fulfill his duty, but also to reunite with a certain innkeeper and puppeteer whose paths had crossed on a few occasions for reasons of devotion and duty.

The year two hundred and nine after Aeon's conquest, a year in which the empire once seemed peaceful. Peaceful for King Daeron the Second and his heir to the throne, his first son Baelor, named after his great grandfather's cousin.

Even if he had nothing in common with him, except perhaps the name and his goodness, they were all the more different in appearance. The blood of the dragon mingled with the sun and the strong spear of Dorne. A sun dragon.

A prince with the blood of two strong houses, former enemies and yet there were always whispers of enemies. A Targaryen without Targaryen appearances could ever be an heir to the throne.

There were always whispers but the realm loved its heir a man of middle age handsome to the ladies of the realm, a man of honor to the lords, kind to those who needed help and the common people and with duties and honors he took seriously.

Like the dragon himself, he was dangerous to those who threatened his family but gentle to his friends and his people. But in this year after the conquest a tournament of the house Ashford took place a tournament to celebrate not only the birthday the thirteenth name day of the daughter of Lord Ashford and also to crown the queen of love and beauty.

The tournament was attended by candidates from other high and lesser houses as well as the princes of the realm. In black armor, dragons resembled mementos of their house symbol and the creatures they had once mounted to make the skies theirs. But the highborn princes Targaryen came riding into the tournament on horseback.

The dark eyes of the Targaryen, only a few years older, lay with joy on the people as they arrived, raising his hand to wave to his friends, the Houses and the people. ,,Everyone seems to be looking forward to the games," he said to his companions.

His lord and house heir friends who rode behind him agreed, friends from childhood and tournament participants with whom he had shared wine and bread.

,,Wretched only here for the bread," he heard the murmur of his nephew, his brother's son, and unfortunately also the bad one of this Targaryen whose coin seemed to choose madness.

The madness was slowly spreading and he had already tried several times to show him the right way but his nephew well he was a different dragon he was a Targaryen with light hair and deep violet eyes a being not of this world.

He rode a little closer to his relative and said in a calm voice, ,,Surely the high-born ladies are looking at you in awe of your stately armor, nephew," and looked a little surprised at first before seeing the satisfied grin and the prince rode ahead a little faster with his hand raised in greeting.

Another simple problem solved, however much the coin fell Baelor could make it spin a little further. But even though he enjoyed taking part in tournaments, enjoying the festivities and drinking and eating with his new and old friends, there was one thing in particular that he would visit during the tournament.

Of course after he had taken care of Lord Ashford and presented his daughter with a jewel of the crown, ,,Such bright eyes need a stone to match them my lady" said the heir to the throne and knelt down around the smaller girl who had red cheeks and a grin on her lips.

Everyone wished to be her, each of the women and maybe even a few other noble men. Baelor gently took the girl's hand and slowly put the necklace on her before he gave a consolation to the king in the name of his father and everyone joined in, even the two pairs of eyes standing far behind…the prince would come to them sooner or later.

,,Forgive me my lord and lady, I would like to take care of the people, they also have plans that I am happy to follow" the prince apologized and left the table of the elder, his dark eyes already fixed on the two stands on his way across the large grassy and sandy earthy square.

He watched the tall woman with the black hair as she skillfully made the little wooden knight move with her fingers while her partner steered the flying red kite above the doll. Still so talented he thought and a smirk came to his lips as he saw her brief reciprocating look of love and then her nod towards the tent next to the puppet theater.

Thanking her with a coin that landed lightly in the bowl, he went into the larger tent next to it, an open tavern with fresh bread, roast meat, soup and some fish from the river.

As he sat down at one of the tables, the greetings from those around him were not yet too warm, most of them were already waiting in the stands, but some wanted something to eat. ,,Have a wonderful day, my Prince Baelor… I hope the roast tasted good?" he heard a voice and from behind a flap she emerged, the traveling companion and friend of Tanselle, a woman as young as the puppeteer, her eyes captivating him, a body he had often loved and her lovely fingers playing with the light strands in his hair.

,,You too my hostess I will pay you again and again for such a good piece of meat you must make more…you could come to the royal kitchen?" he suggested with a grin when he saw her feigned excitement and joy, ,,Oh indeed my lord!" she exclaimed happily before she came closer to him and sat down at the table and they exchanged glances.

She could lose herself in his handsome eyes over and over again. Even if he didn't look like a Targaryen, he was the best dragon there ever was. Before they got closer there was a brief hesitation to see if anyone was there but the rest was gone, his rough big hands on her neck pulling her closer to him and her delicate hands holding onto him before they lost themselves in a kiss.

The smell of leather, sword and fire always surrounded the prince while he found the exotic spices and various ingredients on her, a sign of their travels.

Journeys on which she had sailed and ridden across Westeros and Essos with her partner. She always came back with new recipes and little things to share and Baelor loved to listen, finding it engaging and completely enchanting how devoted she was to her cause.

The little emotions in her eyes always watching her hands telling the stories and her sweet voice trying to echo the sounds and voices was absolutely incredible to him. ,,My heart belongs to you for this," he murmured as he detached himself and stroked the small book on her belt in which she recorded new ideas and thoughts - thoughts that had already made the prince blush like a virgin several times.

Words of the heir to the throne that made her blush and let her fingers wander absently through his dark hair with the overlooked white strands here and there. ,,For your good heart I am yours Baelor…besides, Tanselle senses when someone is as good as you and she stands up for that too," she replied and continued to play with the prince's crisp dark hair while his deep eyes lay on her, his heart beating calmly in tune with her breathing.

Despite the world out there beyond the tent, the tournament, the brutality, fighting and death, whenever they were together he seemed to be not only dutiful but also completely devoted to someone other than the throne and his father.

But as much as she loved him, she had always loved him after he had saved her from Aerion, who had disagreed with the food and the dolls' entertainment, his blow had knocked her to the ground, the armor had made her cheek bleed, and Tanselle had found one of her dolls broken.

Baelor had slapped his nephew back and stood up for her, replacing the doll for Tanselle and paying for it. But his kindness was for the woman in front of him, his fingers running over the small scar on her cheek, her head in his hand and the contented sound.

He was always gentle with her, even when he had brought her to his tent, cleaned her cheek with a damp cloth and personally applied the healing tincture. Her stammering words had ended with a kiss and it was no different now. It was a bittersweet reunion of a sun dragon and a traveling lady who always found each other with their hearts in their hands.

,,If only it could always be tournaments like this and you here without injury," she murmured as the noise outside increased and Lord Ashford's speech of thanks was probably delivered.

A sentence that made him laugh sadly and yet he slowly rose with a sigh, his arms wrapped around her soft body and he held her close in an intimate embrace as he kissed the top of her head, ,,Don't worry my love I haven't lost a tournament I won't lose anything today I'll be back with you soon" he said his hand caressing her cheek one last time and the look of uselessness disappeared from her eyes with a slow nod.

,,And I will wait as always my Prince Baelor" she curtsied and waved to him as he walked out of the tent not knowing that in this year two hundred and nine after Aegon's conquest their love would be put to a test greater and harder than any tournament they had ever been to.

As for her design, I wanted the outfit to combine both of Ingo’s “homes” so to speak, his original home of Unova and his new home of Hisui. If you were thinking that this was basically just the Grimmchild (even without reading that image description up there), you’d be right! I figured if anyone was gonna make one of these based on Grimm, that’d be the best direction to go in since he already has a kid of sorts. The fandom generally refers to the Grimmchild as they/them or it/its, right? Someone please, correct me if I’m wrong, I haven’t been able to access the meat of the Grimm Troupe dlc yet in my own playthrough due to not having knowing I didn’t have to have the dream nail powered up enough quite yet. I mean, I might, but I haven’t gone back to the Resting Grounds since I got more essence in order to check. (see if you can guess why I named them “Nikki”, you guys are smart so you’ve got a real good shot at piecing my punnage together ;3 )

Soooo...yeah, that’s my offering to this nonsense, idk if it’s even still a Thing but whatever, sometimes an idea grabs you and you take forever to share the results. Bloodsport (1988)

I’ve been trying to give Jean-Claude Van Damme a chance but other than 1994's Street Fighter I've found none of his films entertaining. Even then, the video game-based movie is fun for all the wrong reasons. Only fans of the Belgian martial artist might enjoy 1988’s Bloodsport. They'll be able to convince themselves that this poorly acted, not particularly well choreographed and ambition-free martial arts film riddled with clichés provides any form of entertainment.

U.S. Army Captain Frank Dux (pronounced “Dukes”, played by Van Damme) decides to honor his mentor by participating in an illegal, underground martial arts tournament called “Kumite”. While avoiding American police officers (played by Forest Whitaker and Norman Burton) who want to return him to the States for a court-martial, he befriends fellow American competitor Ray Jackson (Donald Gibb) and a sexy reporter named Janice Kent (Leah Ayres). Things get serious when he meets the current Kumite champion, Chong Li (Bolo Yeung).

For the first 30 minutes, Bloodsport is one of the most unintentionally funny action films I’ve ever seen. Do you think Jean-Claude Van Damme is wooden? You haven’t seen anything yet. Everyone in this film is terrible. I'm saying laugh-out-loud awful. Then we get a flashback to Dux as a child and it blows your mind. I know the actor playing this part is young but he emotes like a wooden puppet who received his lines five minutes ago. All in a thick accent so bad you can’t believe director Newt Arnold isn't expecting you to laugh. This first half-hour also has a built-in drinking game. Take a drink every time you hear "Kumite", take two every time JCVD mispronounces it. You'll have a great time.

Copious amount of alcohol is what you'll need to get through the rest of the first. After the half-hour mark, Bloodsport becomes horrible, dreadful, dismal, apocalyptic. Boring! None of the characters have any personality. You can tell the bad guy is evil because he gives his vicious beatings with a smile. You know Frank Dux and Janice Kent are falling for each other because whenever she’s on-screen, so is he. The fighters are given quirks to make them distinct from each other but it’s only their physical appearance that makes them stand out. Once the Kumite begins, it’s mindless action as pairs clobber each other again and again. You don’t know who anyone is, and unless it’s Donald Gibb, Bolo Yeung, or Jean-Claude Van Damme on-screen, you don’t care either. Even in Gibb’s case, you know he stands no chance of winning. He’s just going to end up dramatically broken to “amp up” the stakes.

There’s no chemistry between the leads. The bad guy isn’t even fun to hate. The matches are slightly varied but they end up less enjoyable than the training montages. The romance is so atrocious you wish they would cut it out to give us anything else. How about some background on the big bad guy, or even the words “Kumite” repeated over and over to give us some laughs?

If you think the shortcoming are due to Bloodsport being "based on a true story", do a bit of research. Seems that Frank Dux’s exploits may be a little bit completely fabricated. The fights aren’t even that well choreographed, making Dux's veracity seem even more dubious. If you’re a fan of martial arts tournament films you won’t see anything new here. Unless you have a fetish for seeing JCVD do the splits, avoid Bloodsport at all costs. I was begging for the film to end so I could get off the couch and go to sleep. (On VHS, April 12, 2016)

My Femdom Harem in “Shinomas”

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm sure someone (maybe? no?) has been curious what my life is like when I'm not here to blog about 2D femdom.

Well, wonder no more. It's time for me to discuss my secret relationship with a number of sexy and powerful teenage ninjas...

Sunshaded, Living the Dream

I currently live in a steel cage within a luxurious mansion with my wife-and-mistress Haruka-sama, two other mistresses Souji-sama and Ryoubi-sama, and their two maid-slaves Bashou and Ikaruga. Here's a photo I took of us when we went out for a stroll a few months back:

Out-Of-Character Note: This is a blog entry where I roleplay for fun based on the femdom fanservice in the mobile game "Shinobi Master: Senran Kagura: New Link" AKA "Shinomas". Click the jump for the rest of the entry and more pictures.

Haruka-sama and I started off as student and teacher. You see, young shinobi were recruited from a variety of factions to participate in a mysterious "Shinobi Master" tournament, and I was called in to instruct them (who knew I had this talent?? certainly not me). (OOC Note: This is the premise of Shinomas. The player is a self-insert with no face or lines, who the characters all call "sensei".)

Haruka-sama is actually totally fixated on another student called Hibari, so I never expected her to develop an interest in me. But hmm, maybe it's because she's a natural sadist and I'm inexplicably the only male in the whole school? She said "Won't everyone's lives go more smoothly if I capture you, sensei?" and used her chemical weapons to control my body, and quickly broke my will and treated me like her experimental subject and toy. Eventually, she mentioned that it'd be fun if I served her forever, and before I knew it, we were married. (OOC Note: That line I quoted is from the actual game.) Here's a photo she allowed me to take of her on the day she collared me:

If you look closely, you'll notice that she has the same outfit on in the previous picture, too. What happened is that she liked this white bridal outfit so much that she ordered another more sturdy black version, which she wears often. Oh, and she altered her hair style.

Now let me talk about Haruka-sama's fellow dominatrixes Ryoubi-sama and Souji-sama. Unlike Haruka-sama who adopts a friendly demeanor but treats me as a human lab rat in the development of her chemical concoctions and puppets, those two have a more merciless and disciple-oriented style of domination. After they heard that I’d become Haruka-sama’s live-in slave/husband, they developed an interest in me too, and now the three of us all live in the same mansion. Souji-sama is a true artisan with her whip, and has a naturally authoritarian personality. Ryoubi-sama, on the other hand, is less skilled but more scary, since she has a real vicious streak that seems to stem from the frustration she has with her twin sister Ryouna. Every day is wonderfully exciting.

Here’s two more photos I took of Souji-sama and Ryoubi-sama respectively, which show off their majestically sexy auras:

Bashou and Ikaruga were kidnapped by Souji-sama and Haruka-sama to work as constantly sexually harassed maids, but from the way they blush and moan, I'm actually pretty sure they enjoy the way they're treated... You may have noticed that in the earlier group photo with them, their maid uniforms were a bit torn up from a close encounter with Souji-sama's chain whip. Here's what they look like normally:

Unlike the more timid Bashou who's accepted her place as a submissive maid-slave, Ikaruga still acts fairly defiant, with periodic escape attempts. Ikaruga is a zennin (a shinobi in the "good faction" that works under the government) while the other four are akunin (lawless shinobi) so she may feel a bit nervous around them?

Conclusion/Explanation

All of the pictures I’ve shown you (besides the first piece of Haruka femdom fan art) are screenshots I personally took of “Shinomas”. It’s an Android gacha game that's in Japanese (untranslated), which features characters from the famous Senran Kagura franchise. Personally, I played it with the aid of Nox emulator and QooApp (and my knowledge of Japanese).

As you can see, Shinomas features not only beautiful 2D art, but also animated 3D models for every character (and every outfit--which can be transferred to any other character, and repainted with 5 choices of colors). It also has voiced dialogue. The fanservice elements cover a variety of kinks, and femdom is just one of them.

As I actively collected cards in the game that featured femdom fanservice, and decorated my home screen with up to 5 of my designed favorite heroines, and dressed them freely, I found myself fantasizing a little about their relationship dynamic. And so, here you have this entry.

In any case, I wanted to show off how much femdom fanservice there is in Shinomas. There are even more dominatrix-themed cards (bakunyuusai Haruka, bakunyuusai Rin) that I didn't obtain. And of course, the Senran Kagura franchise itself has frequent femdom fanservice (check out this yuri BDSM scene between Haruka and Hibari). Haruka, Souji, and Ryoubi are all canonically sadists/dominant (although Ryoubi doesn’t feel quite like it, because she’s a tsundere who acts defensive about her small breasts) so my fantasies here aren’t as much of a reach as you’d imagine. There’s also an older Senran Kagura mobile game called “New Wave” that doesn’t have 3D models, but has kinky fanservice outfits that are even more revealing than what you’ll find in Shinomas, albeit not drawn as beautifully.

I had a lot more fun with Shinomas than I expected when I started, but I've mostly quit. Well, I do log in occasionally for “free roll” events, and I'm waiting for the next femdom fanservice card to appear, so I can use the "gacha rolls” I've accumulated to obtain it. That said, there are two points I'll mention before I recommend Shinomas to anyone. First, it lacks a lot of strategic depth to its combat, and no meaningful endgame (just "maximize your damage" and "collect more outfits that steadily come out") so it’s easy to run out of goals for yourself. Second, it's a gacha game, so it's founded upon microtransactions and gambling: consider yourself warned. If it still interests you, you can check out the QooApp page for more info.

Oh, and this post is informally dedicated to Harukaposter, a regular in the Senran Kagura General thread on 4chan’s /vg/ board who roleplays their devotion to "Mistress Haruka". Well, it's unlikely they'll ever see it! (And if they did, would they think I'm trying to NTR Haruka from them? You never know just how seriously a person like that takes their roleplay...)

Like I noticed in my last post, Tumblr has started forcing 500px width for all images, which is sad, because I’d like to be able to show this art in its best possible resolution.

Summer Comiket normally happens this time of year, but it was shifted backward to May because of the Tokyo Olympics, and then completely canceled because of the epidemic. It’s entirely likely winter Comiket will be canceled too. (I hope everyone has a vaccine before next summer’s postponed Tokyo Olympics...) Perhaps in part because of these shifts in society, it feels to me like femdom artists and creators are more active on the internet than ever.

I’ve been a bit disorganized lately. I haven’t taken the time to update my mainstream manga list, for example... or my links (I think I may add a Discord server section). doskoinpo just started a new Twitter account, and Escalation! just came out earlier today too.

While her character is essentially powerless to change things and turns to an outsider for aid, I could never think of her as weak or useless. Because really it's only because she's a woman that she doesn't get to be the hero of the piece (not for lack of trying, as it were).

Paramount worked with director Randal Kleiser to restore Grease to its original vibrancy with the highest quality sound, picture resolution and color. The original negative was scanned and received extensive clean up and color correction using previously unavailable digital restoration tools such as high dynamic range technology. In addition, the audio was enhanced from a six-track mix created for an original 70mm release, giving the music more clarity. The resulting picture and sound create an exceptional home viewing experience.

The Grease 40th Anniversary Edition 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Combo Packs include the fully restored version of the film plus an all-new, in-depth exploration of the little-known origins of what would become a Broadway play and then a feature film and worldwide phenomenon. “Grease: A Chicago Story” features new interviews with writer Jim Jacobs and original cast members of the Chicago show. In addition, the discs include the original song the title sequence was animated to and an alternate ending salvaged from the original black & white 16mm work print discovered by director Randal Kleiser.
