I saw you've written quite a few fics for the OTP, which makes me both super happy and grateful! 🥹 My TBR list keeps getting longer, and it's the best problem one could have.

For someone who's discovering your works, what pieces would you recommend I read first? Which are your favorites, your pet projects, etc.?

I will say that Your dance set my heart ablaze (and I don't want to put it out) (Royai, Havolina, Modern AU, 55k words, T), my longest fic, written for the FMA Big Bang 2021 and illustrated by @cyborgartalchemist, and a river returning each month (Royai, 5+1 things, 11k words, T) are both among my favorite fics, for the themes, for the dedication I put in writing them, for the warm reception I received as well

Another fic I like is back in time (28k words, T), inspired by the many French fics I read since I fell for Royai where one or both of them are the victim of an alchemical accident

I'm still proud of my first Royai (first ever) smut, It's a moment in between the others (pre Promised Day, 2k words)

Regina looks amazing! I am absolutely in love with this dress.

First, I just love the unexpected neckline. I love the cutout one shoulder. I just love when dresses have cool necklines and this one is SO COOL.

I also love the addition of the silver in the front. This is such a flattering feature! Regina always looks great but this really helps to create a “perfect” figure. I think it helps make the dress more interesting too. Just an overall beautiful look from Regina King!

well hey hi, happy new year 💫

i don’t really buy into the idea that a new year will really bring that much change. seems like a tough standard to hold yourself to. and if the last couple of years have taught me anything, it’s that life does not abide by our arbitrary calendars - but jesus i am glad to see this year end. 

2021 was easily the worst year of my life. a lot of you were here for that - sorry for the realtime mental collapse, by the way. no hospital blogging in 2022? 🤞🏻🕯✨ i spent a lot of this year feeling lost and aimless and angry. but as we tend to do, i found ways to stay invested in this little life - i read a lot of books, took a lot of walks, wrote some words, clicked some buttons, made some stuff, cooked some meals. i took my time thinking and existing and being myself. there was suddenly so much time to be me - terrifying, sometimes boring... but the time was mine. 

and you know what else i did? i came here and i talked. i talked a lot. and - holy shit, you all talked back. 

and i don’t - i don’t have words for what that meant. what it means. all of you, all of our chats, from the inane to the serious to the absolutely unhinged... they kept me thinking, they kept me laughing, they kept me hopeful. this space became such an important facet in my recovery this year and i can’t begin to thank you enough. 

staying interactive here - anon asks or DMs or tag games or holy shit it’s gallavich time or prompts or headcanons and random thoughts - 

ficlets and speedwrites and bedtime stories and gallavich week and big bang and kinktober and freaking the fuck out over the deleted scenes and picking apart BTS pics and yeah yeah yeah and rain on me and, fuck, even the way we get by.... recovering from the finale -

AU. Ian is a poet. Mickey is his recently-corporal muse. They eat an absurd amount of stupidly named ice cream, try to find beauty in things, and fall hopelessly in love.

Title: Love after lockup-South Side Edition

Ian Gallagher, fresh out of a year prison sentence for arson after a manic episode, finds himself in the middle of menial warehouse job assigned to him by his PO and a worldwide pandemic. Searching for something to make him feel less lonely, something to make him feel like he’s making someone’s life better, he signs up for the pen pal program for prisoners. Remembering what it was like for him in there, alone and scared, he wants to give back to someone. He finds Mickey Milkovich; someone he remembers from the neighborhood and his youth; and decides if anyone needs a friend, it's him.

What starts with one single letter turns into a snowball effect of emotions and incidents that changes both Ian and Mickey’s life. Forever

1. We know the feed was dominated by @gallavichy And @goodkwuestion but which fic won out, in your opinion? Why

okay so i got hooked on shameless just earlier this year. the first gallavich fic i read this year was Like Real People Do, and i've read it twice and it's just one of my favorites because... fluff. i enjoy reading tooth-rotting, sickly sweet fluff and this is that. it's just a fic that makes me feel warm and fuzzy and happy when i go back and read it.

2. Lesser know favorites? The fic you loved that didn’t seem to get the attention it deserved?

Here and There by NotAWriterButITry was great. again, fluff and one that i will probably go back to again.

3. Favorite piece of fan art of this year?
