No. They're all playersexual. Just because you "get the ick" whenever you see a woman romance Astarion or a man romance Shadowheart doesn't mean you have to make it everyone elses problem. You can have headcanons of course, but saying that no woman should romance Astarion is unproductive and rude. If larian wanted a character to be exclusively gay or exclusively lesbian, they would've made it so only characters with certain identities could romance certain characters. Stop ruining people's fun.
