How Bai He is in my au(?) is that she HATES Macaque and Not Mayor cause they helped Lady Bone Demon. So yeah, she doesn't like Macaque at all and wants him gone.

i ended up having a like. 30 minute conversation with some of those "freedom convoy" people. was at the bus stop. they were wearing trump hats. i ended up roped into the conversation because i was so taken aback at seeing one in public i was just. staring at it. ive never felt more depressed about someone elses life and beliefs than when i talked to them.

thank you! he is a Good Boy and I love him very much! He belonged to a neighbor I did not know who died (after a lengthy illness during which they made no attempt to make arrangements for him 🙃); another neighbor who I DID know was trying to home him, point being I got him in a very handshake no real info kind of way and I was told his name was Louie. Amazing, perfect, love it, I decided, no need to change it... all I knew about his history was that he had been adopted from the local shelter, but they wouldn't tell me anything about him because I was not the owner of record. Two years later I managed to sweet talk a worker there into giving me some actual info and I found out his name was LOUIS and always had been!!! I was just a cretin who just assumed it was Louie! But I decided to leave it for... Reasons. No need to make things confusing

#+ her bald husband just chilling beside her while she tries so fucking hard to scare me off #she is not fond of my entire shift. all because the crew leader was there one time when someone else caught her husband’s toes with a food #dish. so she now absolutely fucking hates everyone she associates with my manager lmao #her husband is bald bc she won’t stop plucking him. she’s been getting a lot better about it though #also btw their cage is wayy bigger than it looks here it just looks small bc i took this with 0.5 angle #and they get a huge tray of fresh cut vegetables and fruit for most of their food it’s just out of frame #they r very happy and well cared for. she just has a chronic plucking issue and the soul of a true hater #their cage is like the size of my bedroom lmao. and they have a whole other outdoor flight that’s like the same size as their indoor cage #there’s no room to fly bc they both have heart issues and she’s missing a part of her right wing so neither of them can fly #they get around fine by climbing on the perches and ceiling though 👍 sometimes i come around to check on them and her husband is just #hanging from the ceiling doing nothing. he’s weird i love him #rambles #birds

lol my student teaching supervisor sent me my feedback video because he observed me friday and it was twenty minutes long and he essentially said that he was disappointed in me and that i did a disservice to american poetry so i'm feeling pretty good about myself

#lol this week sucked #he also said that it looks like i put a Little bit of effort into learning about whitman before teaching him but i honestly think i did #more than that and now i just feel like crap lol like ik his masters was in american lit and content knowledge isn't my strong suit but i #have PAGES of notes about whitman and tried to learn SO MUCH about him and did SO MUCH studying of the poems we read #idk ik i need to work on my content knowledge but like some of my eng ed student teaching friends and i were talking friday and he's being #like really harsh with everyone like has made almost all of us cry? one of my friends is considering not even going into teaching anymore #because his feedback was so negative like dude you weren't like this last semester? idk it's just hard to feel good about yourself and your #progress when your supervisor says he was disappointed in what he saw idk maybe i'm being overdramatic... i like to think i'm really #receptive to feedback both positive and negative but this one hurt ngl ik the class discussions weren't the best but they all hated poetry #and i was dragging as much as i could out of them and they're all restless because we haven't had a day off since january and idk. well #hopefully dickinson goes better ig - God i'm so scared for my mentor teacher to watch the video because she always does and she's great and #i don't want her to be disappointed in me lol #sorry just had a mini breakdown👍🏻

how impractical! much too wieldy! he couldn't possibly carry around such big & clunky things; everyone & anyone would see it coming miles off! & a chainsaw certainly isn't as effective a weapon as you'd think, i mean- have you EVER tried picking up one & keeping a person down long enough to use it? & a CLEAVER... that is a butch with butching hands, but come on!

if he can't simply use his narrative powers to throw one into the garbage disposal, kick them into the vacuum of space, or otherwise obliterate them- which would BE his " weapon of choice, " there's ONE other tool he uses that's easy to conceal, even easier to use, & something that wouldn't even seem concerning to have on hand, given where he resides.

I’ve been rewatching a lot of rwby recently, so I can’t stop thinking about Cinder and Ruby’s dynamic while also thinking about Tomura and Izuku. I’m not comparing, I’m just on total brainrot with these two dynamics from separate shows

So now I’ve got double the hero and villain brainrot going on in my mind lmao

#i've watched so much rwby lately that i've actually been imagining what tomura and izuku would look like in rwby's animation nidufnisdkmfsd #like. v6 onwards animation #i love the double brainrots too because like. i like ruby and cinders dynamic as well as izuku and tomura's #difference is tho - as much as izuku and tomura fight each other they also have intentions towards the other. roles that we can SEE #in their actions #e.g. fighting each other but tomura wanting to be saved and izuku wanting to save him #like there's just A LOT to their relationship #meanwhile ruby and cinder... hate each other lol #to the point where they trigger each other #and currently its specifically cinder who has such a visceral reaction to ruby's presence #because she is both obsessed with her AND scared of her power #more accurately she is scared of losing and feeling helpless again #like it definitely can be argued that they are still in the beginnings stage of whatever crwby has cooked up for cinder #but i just find it funny that from what i've watched so far #im obsessed with these two pairs #and they couldn't have more different reactions to their hero-villain's presence lol #(well cinder and ruby are more like antagonist-protagonist but yeah)#mettys posts #metty posts
