you know anon. i said in a previous ask that i would be pulling for hofin and hoo gears but after looking at these recent beta changes to both battlesuits im reluctant to even roll for either of them (i know that hoo has the special supply but wow her performance is...ehhh, expected of a free valk but idk man its still disappointing seeing her nerfed to only be useful in the trio team. maybe v3 or on release itll change but im not holding my hopes up. shes only gonna be useful as an img dps for me but. thats it.)

and i was REALLY hoping for mobius to be on the cny expa select but. well. shes Not. so to say my plans have been kind of fumbled wouldnt be wrong. hope she still shows up at some point.

(i still want to get that hof card from the spending event shop, so i HAVE to pull on something. the question is: what exactly. ill have around 170-190 pulls by the end of the spending event (which excludes the cards from the hoo special suply) and looking at the expa rounds...i might just pull either sushang or hof gears. maybe ill even get hotr and her gears. not 100% sure yet.)

I feel like in an MH Amy Lives AU where like, if she actually managed to get away from being mercy killed in his eyes, Alex would probably keep putting off needing to finish the job because like, I feel like he would struggle after missing out on his first attempt. I feel like his arms would shake if he tried to pull a gun on her again because he blames himself for getting her involved when he tried so hard to do otherwise but wasn’t able to get away from the Operator in the end.

Because Alex would put all of his strength and resolve into trying to do it the first time and seeing Amy again after failing that and dooming her to a life of seeing that thing out of the corner of her eye and a constant feeling of drowning whenever you’re coughing, Alex would just feel worse. And despite his mission of trying to wipe out the sickness before it gets out of hand, I feel like Amy, the one person he tried to keep safe after he realized something was wrong and all his friends were already affected, would be his shattering point. Not in a ‘Snapped and did something rash’ kinda way because the Operator already covers that base but in a ‘Alex is now filled with so much despair and only despair’ kinda way.
