(Resending bc idk if it sent the first time)
*Echo's face lit up, blue eyes bright as a grin spread across her face.*
"Are you kidding? Free tickets to THE Elesa's event? I'd be a fool to say no!"
*A quick whistle, and then Echo was pulling herself onto Titan's shoulder, one large stone hand used as a foothold.*
*She leaned over Titan's shoulder, grinning at Ingo.*
"Need a ride, train man? Bet we could pick up Emmet on the way and reach the gym in record time. Titan is fast."
*She shrugs, still grinning.*
"Wouldn't want you guys to be late."
Ingo, with piqued interest, was quick to accept the offer. "Thank you, my dear!"
He needed little help getting onto Titan's back to peer over its shoulder. He never rode a Golurk before, but always wanted to, so he was excited, even if his familiar frown might imply otherwise. He pointed out ahead of them, shouting "FULL SPEED AHEAD!"
It didn't take long to catch up to Emmet, even if the enby was incredibly fast on their feet. There was only so much one could do to outrun a flying Golurk.

*Echo laughed as Titan moved again, flying quick for newbies, but rather slower than Echo herself was used to.*
"I've never needed a helmet. After a while, a Golurk just. Learns to accommodate you. Here look-"
*She points to the spot she is hanging onto, obviously comfortable with her grip. There are little grooves and jutting pieces of rock coming out of Titan's back exactly where her feet and hands rest.*
"I don't remember the explanation for it." *She says, shrugging,* "But my ma always said a Golurk fits their person."
*She pats Titan softly, tracing a section of dark rock.*
"We're both shinies too. I was the first kid in like, ten generations to have the green hair of our town's founder. Some crazy rare recessive gene. Made the elders weary, till Titan hatched and came out glowing the same shade."
*She grins, moving her gaze from the twins to look around at the city instead.*
"It's why I don't have any other pokemon, sides Titan. When you have a bond like that...it can't be replaced. I knew I'd never be able to connect with another pokemon like I did Titan. It's me and him till the end of the line."
*She blushes, looking at the twins sheepishly.* "Sorry! Didn't mean to ramble. He's just real special, y'know?"
(OC lore to bridge the travel time hehe)
The twins listened breathlessly and with curiosity. Their eyes shone with unbridled interest, and they stared intently with incredible focus. When Echo apologized for rambling, Ingo was the first to act by putting a finger to her lips.
"No need to apologize, my friend!" Ingo exclaimed, though a bit too loudly. He removed his finger from Echo's lips and gave his best smile, albeit strained, and didn't look much like a smile. The thought is what counts. "We very much enjoy learning about the world. Thank you for sharing."
"I am Emmet. I enjoy learning. Your history is interesting," they declared. "Titan is beautiful, as are you. Shiny Pokemon, shiny human. Fitting. If you get criticism, send them my way. I'll shut them up!"
"Emmet, no."
"Emmet yes."
Ingo shook his head playfully, but both he and Emmet knew that Emmet was serious. He'd have to keep an eye on his brother. "Regardless... both Emmet and I have a trait that is very unusual! Our eyes glow in the dark."
"Only reason they're not doing it now," Emmet began, "is because the station is lit up. Not enough darkness."
