Apartment Mods

Any somewhat more logical alternatives to apthack or kestrellyn's reduced apt deposit and rent mods?

I don't want it to just be halved, or zero. I don't want apt hack because then it's crazy expensive.

I only ask because I just had to restart Sims 2 30 times to try and get the right apartment price. I made a really glitzy suite-style apartment building and sure enough, it was INSANELY expensive.

Even reducing it by half using Kestrellyn's mods ... it was still uber expensive. I tweaked it even farther and finally got to a good level, but i just divided more times. Lol.

There has to be a way that just makes sense. Like possibly a count of the number of luxury items (but half off maybe) in the apartment.

If there are "luxury items", such as a hot tub, or if the apartment is super big, then price obviously increases.

I just feel like there's more logic here that could be added but the math is super hard in these Bill bhavs *cries*

I’ve looked.. a lot, and I am usually pretty good at finding random cc, but I am at a loss, does anyone know wcif this hair? It’s a retexture of a Simpliciaty hair. I made this sim in May 2023, I probably got rid of the hair because it and the mesh were too big, but I want it back. 🤣 a silly thing, but if you just know off the top of your head, any help would be appreciated. I cannot for the life of me seem to find which of @leosims4cc's sets this is from exactly. It is labelled "Pet Cookie Can Big" in-game, but all of the pet sets I can find don't have this tin pictured.

Hopefully the community can crowd source on this one, or someone happened to recently see the set it came from because Google Lens can't find it either!
