As Biff was the very first character created, it felt right that he is drawn meeting his first iteration.

FUN FACT. Very first Biff was a red merl Aussie, made expressions, and was 100% Waller. Not a drop of Wilder blood in him. He also wasn't.... Mmmm special like he is now. ;D
