I've been collecting clips of tes dialogue for future animation practice, and I've been very sad that there are no in-character readings (that I've been able to find) for Vivec's Morrowind dialogue, but I just realized that Skywind will probably have it. I just gotta wait like 10 years or something

Is that project where they’re making morrowind in the Skyrim engine going to be good in your opinion? (Skywind I think it’s called?)

Although I have no comment on the quality of the project, (i haven't been following it very closely at all), I think theres something to be said for the demand of such a thing. Many Morrowind fans defend its engine and mechanics as a product of its time, and a part of the experience. And many people who didn't play Morrowind for the same reason might not see the point in the recreation of a decades old game in a decade old engine. I don't think its going to draw in as much of a crowd as it needs to be, for lack of better phrase, successful. That being said, I do admire the project and do look forward to its release, regardless of reception. I see no reason for the game to be *inherently* worse from a different engine, I only see it as a project out of passion and not necessity.

fallout london looks insanely good tbh ill probably play it sometime soon. i saw one of my fav streamers start it and the quality care they put into the mod is super apparent. yeah loadtimes and crashes are annoying but like. they're on a bethesda engine what do you expect

I don't know if this is an ask, or just incoherent burbling, but Skywind! Morrowind, but with the quality it deserves? Skyrim, but with so much more to it?

I've heard about Skywind, mostly the soundtrack dropkicking my soul out of my body. I have no idea how progress is progressing, but I am so ready. I don't think I have any applicable skills to help, but I am happy to cheerlead?

BURBLE AWAY! The project is so awesome. I'm working on a quest with a great batch of writers right now and I also write item descriptions! I've been immensely enjoying the process, and have made a couple friends through it as well! Another writer for the team that I've just met is @tastesoftamriel / @thattalviel! Huge shoutout to her and her amazing work :D

tes 6, aka The Elder Scrolls VI, will be the next official installment in the elder scrolls series, if bethesda ever actually makes it

skyblivion is an in-progress skyrim mod that isn't really a mod but rather a full remake of oblivion using skyrim's engine and assets. it is set to be released sometime in 2025

skywind is basically skyblivion but for morrowind. a full remake of morrowind as a skyrim mod. it is being made by the same people who made morroblivion (a remake of morrowind as an oblivion mod.) it has no set release date
