Vince was consumed by an obsession that bordered on madness. His roommate, Charlie, was the unwitting object of his fixation—his feet. But Charlie, ever the straightforward and unassuming guy, had no interest in Vince's peculiar desires.
In a moment of reckless desperation, Vince decided to take a highly experimental drug he'd heard about, one that promised to turn him into any inanimate object he wished. With his heart pounding and his mind racing with the implications, Vince muttered his intent and felt the world around him warp. His body contorted, shrank, and reshaped into a pair of black slides. He lay there, now just a pair of slides in Charlie's room, waiting for to be worn.
Tumblr media
Charlie returned from his outing, in need of a quick change of shoes. His eyes glanced over the slides, and without suspicion, he stepped into Vince. The moment his feet made contact, Vince's new reality was nothing short of a living hell. The smell was overpowering, a potent mix of sweat and the day's grime. Then came the sweat, relentless and soaking, turning Vince's new form into a swamp of discomfort. But the pain was the most excruciating—every step Charlie took was like being crushed underfoot, a constant, grinding agony that made Vince's previous life seem like a distant dream.
Tumblr media
Charlie, oblivious to the torment beneath his feet, walked around, getting ready for his evening. He paced, he lounged, he even danced a little to the music playing in the background, each action amplifying Vince's suffering. Hours passed like this, with Vince enduring each moment, wishing he could scream, but only able to exist in silent agony.
Late into the night, when Charlie finally decided it was time to sleep, he removed Vince, put him in his footwear cupboard. With no room for Vince to revert back to human form, tthe drug's effects should have worn off, Vince realized with growing horror that the transformation was now permanent.
The drug, within the confines of the cupboard, had solidified his fate. Vince was now, and would forever be, Charlie's slides. Each day brought the same routine—Charlie would wear him, the weight, the odor, the sweat all part of Vince's eternal torment. He was no longer Vince, the person, but an object of utility, his existence reduced to suffering beneath Charlie's feet.
Vince's new life was one of endless pain, his desires turned into a cruel, unending reality. Every step Charlie took, Vince felt the weight of his choices, a reminder of the folly of his obsession, now his permanent, torturous existence.
Tumblr media
Five months had passed since Vince's life had been irrevocably altered. The slides, once a simple, black pair, were now a testament to the wear and tear of constant use. The material had frayed, the soles were worn down to nearly nothing, and the smell was a diabolical pungent reminder of their daily journey through Charlie's life. Vince, trapped in this decaying form, had endured every moment of it, his consciousness a prisoner to the relentless cycle of pain and degradation.
Tumblr media
Charlie, finally noticing the sorry state of his slides, decided it was time for a change. He was unaware of the living nightmare he had been walking on for months. To him, they were just another pair of shoes that had reached the end of their lifespan. One evening, after a long day, Charlie decided to clean up his space. He gathered the old, ruined slides along with other trash and carried them down to the basement where the trash compactor was located. With no sentimentality or hesitation, he tossed Vince into the compactor, thinking only about clearing out clutter.
As the compactor hummed to life, Vince felt the crushing weight descend upon him. The initial pressure was like nothing he had felt before—far worse than any step or the confines of the shoebox. The machine began its work, compressing everything within, including Vince. The pain was beyond what he had known, a sensation of being squeezed out of existence, his very being compressed into nothingness. In those final moments, Vince's consciousness, already stretched thin by months of suffering, began to fade. The slides, his prison and his identity, disintegrated under the relentless force of the compactor. With each mechanical grind, Vince's awareness dimmed until there was nothing left—no pain, no scent, no Vince.
Tumblr media
Charlie, upstairs, was already forgetting about the slides, moving on to other tasks. The trash was taken away, compacted, and disposed of, ending Vince's existence without fanfare or recognition. The experiment that had once promised transformation had instead delivered an eternal sentence, concluded by the mundane act of throwing away trash.
And so, Vince's story ended—not with a bang, but with the quiet, mechanical closure of a trash compactor, his essence lost forever in the detritus of everyday life.
Tumblr media
Charlie bought a new pair of slides the next morning, although he couldn't understand why these new slides were significantly less comfortable. He may discover the transformation drug one day, and realise what happened to his roommate and discover humsn material makes the best transformation material, although he forgot Vince's name ages ago.

I'd love to be transformed by my father-in-law.
"You don't deserve to have my son, but you'll do just nicely as an object".
Sounds so hot.

George was initially shocked when his son, Alvin, came out to him. He didn't want to accept it at first, but he wanted to support his son eventually. He did support his choice when he saw how happy Alvin was. It was some time later that it was his son's choice in partners that displeased him. Every last guy that his son introduced to him, he didn't find worthy of his son.
Alvin finally did settle on one guy that he liked a lot. Peter was the guy that Alvin liked the most. Tired of his father having fault in every last one, he decided to stick with the one he loved best, despite his father's disapproval.
One weekend, Alvin had invited Peter to the family lake house for some fun time. George didn't like the prospect of seeing Peter for the entire weekend, but he played it off like he was okay with it for the sake of his son.
The second morning at the lake house, George saw Peter downstairs looking out the patio door. Alvin was still asleep. "You are up early." He spoke trying to be cordial when he really didn't want to.
"Really, Sir? Alvin is asleep now. You don't have to fake liking me when he isn't around." Peter paused with a serious look on his face. "My man told me how you haven't approved a single guy he liked. It's a darn shame you aren't as supportive as you should be." Peter added.
George didn't like the way he spoke back to him, even though it was partially true. He just wanted the best for his son, and he thought Peter wasn't it. "You are right about one thing. I haven't been as supportive as I should be. But I promise the next guy he sees, I will support his choice." He spoke as he pulled out his cellphone and opened up the TF Ray Pro app. He put in the setting for a pair of slides, size 12.
"Next guy!? I am not leaving Alvin anytime soon, Sir. You will just have to deal with me being with him." Peter countered back, rather upset at George's words.
"I am afraid my son won't even know what happened to you. He will grieve your disappearance but will move on soon enough." George spoke as he added an additional setting of long-term durability. He didn't want his feet to destroy his new slides completely. He wanted many years of use out of his son's former lover.
Peter wanted to question what George meant but didn't get the chance. There was a flash from his phone, and he instantly felt different. He tried to scream but had no ability to speak anything. It was just only his mental thoughts. He tried to move but found himself completely immobile. He didn't know what happened to him until he felt tremendous pressure crushing him. The pain was intense as something was stepping on him. He realized what it was when he felt toes scratching at his face. He was footwear.
George loved the way his new slides supported his feet. They were quite comfortable. In fact, they were more comfortable than normal slides. Each step felt good under his feet. He definitely would be keeping this pair for a long time, he thought to himself as he walked around the house, not giving a single care to what his feet was doing to Peter. He was nothing but his footwear now and should get used to his new menial existence under his feet. "You don't deserve my son. But you are very nice slides. I am definitely going to wear you so much on my feet." He spoke and laughed at the same time.
Alvin woke up later that morning and noticed Peter wasn't there. He looked around the house and couldn't find him anywhere. He went to see his dad in the dock. "Hey dad, have you seen Peter? I can't find him anywhere." He asked.
"No, son. The last time I saw him was when you two went to bed last night." George paused. "I don't know where he could be." He added, knowing full well his slides could hear this conversation, but helpless to do anything about it.
Alvin looked at his phone and saw a missed text from Peter. It read: "I am breaking up with you. I called for an Uber and left. I already have your number blocked so you can't reach me, good bye." He called the number, but it went straight to voice-mail. He was upset at seeing what the text said was true. "I don't know why he would do this to me, dad. I really liked him a lot." Alvin spoke, feeling down and depressed.
George hugged his son. "I know it hurts, but this is only temporary. You will find love again. The next guy you date, I promise to be more supportive of your choice. I will be a better father. The next one will be more worthy of your time." He spoke consoling his son over his grief.
"Thanks, dad. I will appreciate that. I think going out on the lake will help me get over the breakup." He spoke as he noticed his dad was prepping the boat. "Good, son. Let's go then." George spoke, making sure to scratch his toes on his new slides.
Peter was mentally screaming for help and cursing out George at the same time. He was helpless as he saw Alvin thought he broke up with him. There was no way to let his lover know what really happened to him. He could only watch in horror as his fate was to be under George's feet forever. His only view was of the soles of his feet. His only companion would be his owner's feet and the odor of ownership over him. He didn't look forward to smelling like foul foot odor.
ONE YEAR LATER.....
George received an invitation to Alvin and Greg's wedding. He was actually proud of the new guy he chose. Greg was definitely worthy of his son. He relaxed in his chair wearing his favorite slides he got a year ago. He honestly forgot the guy's name. But that didn't matter anyway. He had decided to keep him as his footwear.

Given that Carmilla almost certainly gets a little tipsy herself to deal with the Vees, she's more concerned with the quantity then the drinking itself.
Rosie has tried to get Alastor to get some kind of talk therapy to see if that would pry the suggestion loose, but he just drunkenly mumbled about there already being too many people living rent free in his head to risk another.
Carmilla when the Vee's interrupt the meeting for the dozenth time to pitch a mockumentary of the Overlord's: Pass it over.
Alastor, face down on the table, so drunk he can't see straight: (pulls another completely full bottle of vodka out of his jacket and throws it across the table)

Yesterday I watched Transformers One and I come with a message to all sentient beings: Go watch it, it's good! (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
The trailer really didn't do it justice with the tone. It's NOT a slap-stick comedy joke feast. In fact, most of their jokes were used in the trailer, which gave a grossly disproportionate impression of its jokey tone. It's about adventure, friendship and the end of that friendship. A fun, heartbreaking peek into who Orion Pax and D-16 were pre Great War.
If you're a fan of transformers, it's FILLED with lore. Definitely told by someone who knows Transformers. It you don't know much, it's VERY entry level friendly. It's an origin story, so everything is explained.
Now, of course there were some plot points me and my bro nitpicked but overall I liked it very much and hope they do more in this verse. (the VISUALS are breathtaking!) It's not doing so well in the box office which is a shame because this film felt like a good Transformers story being told.

Does D16 consider Orion to be a leader?
In my Megatron analysis rant (which still isn't done, lmao), I keep coming back to this line:
"I will never trust a so-called leader ever again. There’s only one bot I know I can trust…"
What I find interesting about this line is that by this point, it has already been proven that D16 doesn't trust Orion anymore (or at least a lot). One of the first things he did during his personality shift from the D16 we know to the Megatron at the end of the movie was to take the evidence from Orion. This could very easily just be lumped in with the fact that D16 has seemingly lost trust in everybody but himself (As evidenced by that last cutoff sentence), but I find it very interesting that he mentions a loss of trust in leadership right next to saying there's only one bot he trusts while Orion is right behind him.*
On one hand , it makes sense that D16 says he doesn't trust anybody else because he is on one of the lowest rungs of the totem pole, therefore making nearly everyone else higher than him and therefore a potential "leader." But then, what about Orion? They're equals, aren't they?
Before D16 starts down his dark path, he has been following Orion very trustingly. In most of their interactions, Orion is the leader and D16 is the follower. Orion initiates their friendship, their deal to always have each other's backs, and all the messes they get into. I initially thought this was the usual Introvert/extrovert or thrill seeker/cautious person relationship, but does D16 actually see himself as equal to Orion?
He doesn't actually get all that mad at Orion about all the shit he pulls, and when he does get mad, he forgives pretty fast. This could be because Orion is a friend D16 wants to keep, but it could also be because D16 doesn't think his boundaries are worth enforcing
In Sublevel 50, I keep coming back to how quickly D16 flipped from "No, I'm not going up there!" to "Yes, you've convinced me!" Upon closer inspection, when D16 says he's going to stay and wait for Sentinel, Orion uses B127 to emphasize "hey, this place sucks, are you sure you want to stay here?" without actually saying the words and sweetens the pot by offering D16 a chance to impress Sentinel, but when watching, the pacing makes it look like it doesn't take much for Orion to convince D16 to change is mind, just a very small, farfetched possibility as bait
Idk, I just keep thinking about it

Ok so the TFP Cybertonians have no noses, right? So does that mean they literally have no sense of smell?
And beyond this, is this similar for the other iterations as well, including the ones (like TF One) that have visible noses but no nostrils?
Do these guys all just not smell things??
