A Small Change in Perspective: Turning ‘Impossible’ into ‘I AM POSSIBLE’
Today, while delivering lunch to my father, I got stuck in traffic. Two cars were jammed on a narrow road, slightly wider than one lane, with no space to pass each other. I thought it was impossible for them to cross without reversing. As I waited, hoping they would clear the road soon, I was convinced they had to move back to let one car pass.
However, an uncle on a motorcycle guided them to change the angle of their wheels. Amazingly, both cars managed to cross each other in that small space. This experience taught me two valuable lessons:
Nothing is impossible; every “impossible” has “I AM POSSIBLE.”
A small change in perspective or angle can clear the path in life.
I hope you enjoyed my story. Please share your similar experiences in the comments below!

Atomic Habits and a New Perspective on Life
Lately, my train rides to work have taken on a different vibe. I've started reading Atomic Habits by James Clear, a book recommended by my psychologist. And honestly, it couldn’t have come at a better time.
Recently, I’ve been feeling like the universe has been throwing endless roadblocks my way. Between running into issues with PayPal and Amazon while managing my business, Wizards Of AUS, it felt like everything was working against me. But then I cracked open the first chapter of Clear’s book, and something clicked.
The book reframed these roadblocks as "hurdles" rather than massive obstacles, making them seem more like minor annoyances or, dare I say it, first-world problems. It made me realize that maybe, just maybe, the world isn’t conspiring against me after all.
I’m only a few pages in, but already I've learned a powerful lesson: If I can get just 1% better each day, those small improvements will snowball into something remarkable. Clear’s math is simple yet profound—by the end of the year, a 1% daily improvement can make you 37 times better. Wild, right?
So, what’s my first step toward that 1%? Well, my psychologist has been encouraging me to write down one thing I’m grateful for every day. I’ve been avoiding it because, honestly, I didn’t believe it would make a difference. I tend to have a negative view of the world, often feeling like the bad far outweighs the good. It’s not that I think there’s no good out there—I just struggle to see it amid the chaos.
But Clear’s book gave me another wake-up call. He explains that when you focus on seeing people as selfish or negative, that’s all you’ll notice in the world around you. So maybe gratitude could be my first small change, something that could eventually shift my outlook from negative to positive.
And today, my first moment of gratitude is for my mum. She’s always been there for me, no matter what. She’ll drop everything to come to me when I need her. She fills my freezer with homemade meals so I can still have a taste of home, even when she’s not around.
Today, I am grateful for my mum.
Let’s see where this journey of small changes takes me.

Making Life Healthier and Lighter: Small Changes, Big Results
Welcome to LiffeBlend, where we seek the harmony between lifestyle and well-being. To kickstart this space, we want to share with you some simple yet powerful tips to make our days healthier, balanced, and lighter.
1. Start with a Nutritious Breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Begin your day with a nutrient-rich breakfast, such as oatmeal, fruits, and lean proteins. This will provide energy and vitality to tackle daily tasks.
2. Stay Hydrated: Drink water throughout the day to keep the body hydrated and refreshed. Keeping a water bottle in sight can serve as a constant reminder to hydrate.
3. Take Breathing Breaks: Take a few minutes each hour to breathe deeply and relax. Quick meditation or simply a stretch break can work wonders for your productivity and well-being.
4. Incorporate Physical Activity: It doesn't have to be an intense workout session. A walk, yoga, or even dancing to your favorite tunes can boost your mood and health.
5. Practice Mindful Eating: Pay attention to what you eat. Eat slowly and savor every bite. This not only aids digestion but also helps prevent overeating.
6. Find Time for Leisure: Set aside time to do things you love. Whether it's reading, listening to music, painting, or any other activity that relaxes you.
7. Daily Gratitude: Before bedtime, reflect on the things you're grateful for. This can help maintain a positive outlook.
Remember, the journey to a healthier and lighter life doesn't need to be complicated. Small daily changes can accumulate into significant results over time. We invite you to join us here at LiffeBlend as we explore more ways to live with balance, style, and well-being. Together, let's create a life that's a beautiful blend of all the things we love.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us! 💚
