OKAY to be honest I didn't truly redesign them except Chica...... They aren't too different from the originals because for the most part I thought they looked fine, it was just the art style that was bothering me. Like. IT WAS BOTHERING ME LMAO 😭😭😭😭

So what I did instead was work on fixing that. I leaned on an 80s anime vibe, diversified their body types a bit, and cranked their hair up to 11 because i friggin love the giant glam hair of the era :3

-gave Roxy pants instead of shorts, and worked on amplifying her hair and face

-added gloves and eyeshadow to Monty, and t scars because why the hell not it's a fun headcanon

-got rid of Freddy's weird little ponytail and overall just gave him a LOT more chonk. like c'mon he would not have zero body fat he's a bear after all!!!!!

-Chica was bothering me the most because she didn't... feel like herself to me?? I put her in a bright jazzercise outfit to fix this and gave her longer hair!

-also designed Bonnie with a simple red outfit with navy accents, and jewelry! also fun hair YAYYYY

Weird but I think a big reason the Afton family/William Afton is so damn interesting to me is because I’m somebody who has always been intrigued by psychology and what makes people do the things that they do, right? And it is suuuuper fun to explore that with a work of fiction that’s so open-ended. I personally like to think about William loving his kids, or at least once upon a time- but at the same time, he goes on to be this horrific serial killer. Just…fuckin fascinating STUFF, dude. Thinkin about this fictional guy who, I like to think seemed very charming- a natural born performer- charismatic/calm (at least that’s totally what I get from his like. Two lines in sister location LOL), but he just becomes this fuckin monster. And keeps up that charismatic facade after he’s committed several murders. UGHH it’s fascinating! Idk, I’ve always been intrigued by this stuff. Purple pixel guy goes crazy to me for some reason lmfao

a couple things that don't make sense to me regarding gregory being the one to make the elevator fall:

- if he knew exactly where cassie was to lead her to the elevator, it's likely because he could see her somehow. and if he could, wouldn't he know it really WAS her in the elevator and that it was safe to let her escape? wouldn't he be able to see that the mimic didn't get in?

- if he did know it was her in the elevator, what was the point of making her fall? how was that supposed to keep the mimic trapped? if he did it because he didn't want the mimic using the elevator, he could've waited until after cassie got out to break it.

- how is the mimic supposed to "follow" gregory and his friend(s)? there isn't a way, at least that we know of, that would allow the mimic to know their location and track them down (other than maybe the fazwatch, but that feels like a bit of a stretch).

- if gregory is in the building, where is he hiding that he can 1) see where cassie is, 2) access her walkie talkie, and 3) only do so starting at the scene before the mimic chase?

- if he was able to access cassie's walkie talkie, why couldn't he do so until the mimic chase? why didn't he say anything earlier and tell her to leave?

- how the hell did he even cut the elevator's wires? whether he was inside the building or not, he would likely have to do it from a distance, but how? is there, like, a button or something that just breaks the fuckin wires??? was he somehow hiding close enough that he was able to just snip them himself???? (i'm not an engineer so maybe there's a very easy way he could've done it and i just don't realize)

- if he had access to the camera inside the elevator and could talk to cassie through it, wouldn't it make sense for him to have access to other cameras? and if he did have access to them, why would he not talk to cassie that way? every time we've ever been able to view security cams— in both the base game and ruin— there have been multiple in one area, and i don't understand why that would suddenly change for only one ending scene. maybe that's somehow the only functioning camera, but if that one survived, it's likely that other ones did as well.

- what was the point of leading cassie to the elevator if he was only going to let her die? he already knew the mimic was after her, and she was going to die anyway, so why lead her all the way to the elevator instead of just letting the mimic get to her?

idk, things just seem pretty fishy to me. there are probably some other things i forgot, once i think of more i'll reblog this :)
