Good news. Great news. Fantastic news. Slight spoiler for Rosetta Headstone. Big confession.

So FE3H has several different possible plots. The first plot was made into Weekenders, which is a very direct scaffold off that plot and is pretty inaccessible without knowing the Blue Lions plot. You are more than free to check that one out, but it may be difficult.

As for the new fic Rosetta Headstone, which is based off the second plotline Golden Deer. Spoilers for Rosetta Headstone.

It has nothing to do with the Golden Deer route at all. Truthfully, I had barely made it into the route before I started writing. There's certainly a lot of lore referenced, mentioned, and puzzled out - but nothing that happens in RH happens in the GD plotline. Around halfway through the story we will go off the rails completely.

The games still have a shitton of characters and lore, and RH still deals with that lore, but the POV character is in the constant process of discovering that lore, so I think it should be accessible. I think it'll be interesting to explore Yuri especially without already knowing his deal. And I don't...know the lore...so I...kind of made the lore up......I think its one of those things where, if YOU'RE confused, so are the people who played the game.

But on a more serious note, do V1 and V2 have differing opinions on anything? And if so, when interacting with someone, would they express both opinions equally?

They do have different opinions on some things yes! As long as they agree on how to act they are fine.

If you were to interact with W1 it’d be a terribly confusing experience. Which I love so much. They do not really care or try to make the way they work accessable to anyone outside their own head.

Inside of which VV1 constantly talks to itself. So you’d be met with mostly silence as it discussed you in detail in there. It’s very aloof and expresses contradicting opinions sometimes.

That’s because they are both quite lenient with what the other can do or say. So if V1 wants to say that rodents are fucking awesome. It will.

But then 10 minutes later you asked it what it’s favorite animal is, V2 could say that they don’t particularly care for any of them. Like at all.

And that’s fine. Both are correct.

If V1 wanted them to watch a rodent run around for 2 hours we’ll do that anyway.

VV1 can say it hates sitting still, but then you could observe it scanning books for a while.

If you had no idea it has 2 brain, W1 makes very little sense.

And W1 doesn’t care about making sense to anyone, because it’s simply happy to be itself.

I don't think people realize how inaccessible having information in text on the screen during videos without also reading it aloud is. Like, as someone with a lot of vision issues that vary day to day, it gets so exhausting trying to watch/listen to things and realizing you're missing part of it because you can't see/very well.

I remember growing up on Scooby-Doo and I was always so relieved that every time text was on the screen, they read it aloud to make sure everyone could follow along with what was happening. Especially since blindness/vision issues run in my family. But as I grew up, I realized so little shows and videos do that and as much as I'm sure it seems like a little thing to other people, it's actually really alienating to deal with. And so simple to fix! If only people remembered people like me exist.

Being brought up on a farm and only ever going back indoors to head right back out again for my whole life, the decreasing amount of insects has been extremely noticeable and it's been going on for years. Of course it's been worrying with the climate catastrophe, and once I became a beekeeper and learned more about my village's local flora it became even more glaring.

So imagine my surprise this year when there are more insects than I can count. Sitting on my porch (practically my room during summers) I'm noticing species I haven't seen since I was at least a young teenager, and there are more butterflies of different varieties than I even remember from my childhood!

There are so many bees flying around too, probably from the hives down by the old homestead buildings by the church and school, owned by the woman I know from the local beekeeper's association.

What's more is that this year there has been no drought OR flooding, so there are a lot more flowers blooming for longer, and everyone in my village as well as the surrounding villages are reporting a burst of activity in their hives... as well as higher activity from the wild bees and pollinators. For the first time in years it's starting to resemble the way it was when I was younger.

All that is to say, the climate catastrophe is real, and in my area it's causing a lot more violent thunderstorms... but oh my god all this reminds me why I persist despite the despair that tries to dig its claws in.

I may not be able to do major change on a global scale, but you can bet me and everyone here will at least try and support this little place. We can keep going in the fight against the municipality that wants to urbanize at the cost of our precious biodiversity, and we can continue to fight to keep out the cities that tries to enroach on us and get closer.

It is rare for villages in Götaland to remain this free from urbanization despite being nestled right in the middle of multiple major cities, and there's no excuse to destroy what little there is left of it down here in the south.

no no this is an actual cult lol - there's a whole plot in my mind of them going after Home and successfully separating them from Wally. they're a big problem! i guess they're not connected except in the fact that they want to have a demon at their command, and demons in this universe are very rare / hard to find. Home seemed like easy pickings! and it kinda was! the cult's plan would have gone off without a hitch, except for two things

one, this particular demon is unusually attached to its host. two, there is a group of ragtag maniacs hellbent on hunting them down and reversing what they've done <3

Making friends can be quite a tricky situation... My suggestion is to leave yourself open to opportunities. You don't have to force yourself to talk to people, but if you seem kind and you just make yourself mentally available then more outgoing people may approach you. Some humans seem to have a sense of 'good person' radar.

It's similar to being a flame in the blackest of nights. The little light may be lonely at first, but eventually it'll attract life! Bugs may use the light as navigation, or little critters may use the light as warmth. You can be that light. You don't need to thrust yourself into social situations, that will only make you uncomfortable!

Of course, the easiest companions are the ones who share the same hobbies. So I suggest finding something in common with your target before attempting to talk to them.

For example: if you like to tinker then maybe have a few toys on you. If you happen to hear that someone else likes to tinker then that is a similarity that you can take advantage of! Or, if you like plants then keep in mind a few unique facts to bring up in conversation.

Attempting to be friends with everyone will only leave you scrambling, so it's good to start simple.
