#stottlemonk #stottlemeyer x monk #monk season 6 ep 16 #mnk06 #i wish they went a bit more in depth about people being suspicious of how stottlemeyer was barely phased about killing monk #or more scenes with stottlemeyer trying to act devastated #the last time he thought monk died he had a total breakdown and threatened to quit his job if monk didn't get a full service funeral #and anytime monk is in danger he goes batshit #and now in this case not only did monk die.. he died by stottlemeyer's own hands #so by all accounts stottlemeyer should be acting way more broken up #but he barely grieves and is even still able to work normally #i feel like people would have thought that was very strange #randy and natalie especially have seen first hand how deeply monk and stottlemeyer care for each other #so i feel like they'd be asking way more questions or wouldnt have been fooled so easily or idk.. something like that #i know natalie says “this must be harder on you than anybody” but i need MORE depth #just rambling

I’m finally biting the bullet and contacting a therapist today after being ambivalent ab it for so long… this hellsite has its many disadvantages but one thing I can say is it has truly helped me be less scared of pursuing therapy. Silver lining etc etc

#And to be clear I have nothing against therapy. I’ve seen it do wonders for other people #I think the reason it’s a point of defeat (just a little) for me to be like ok. I need a therapist. Is bc I’m admitting to myself that I #need one to begin w. And I get it’s not healthy but I always liked to think I could handle anything by myself #That was even the whole point of this blog. It was supposed to serve as a conduit for these feelings #And I’m not saying I don’t have a support system. I do. I have many wonderful friends #But I struggle to be vulnerable at all tbh and whenever I am I’m guilty ab it bc #I understand so many people have busy lives & I feel like an emotional burden on them by venting #Despite them telling me that it’s totally fine. Obvi a therapist is literally paid to listen so no guilt there #And I think that’s what I need #I’m not like on the brink of a psychotic break or anything but it’s just little things. I think it’d be nice to sit in someone’s office for #One hour a week and just go. That did bother me actually. I am tired actually. I do feel that way actually.#Rather than just burying my feelings w school and a busy schedule #I don’t think therapy will make me any less of a workaholic anytime soon but it’ll at least allow me to slow down one hour a week #And also not bottle shit up so fuckin much #But ya all of this is to say I’m drafting the email to her RIGHT now .#Starting the day off strong by oversharing on tumblr dot com

#said this before i mean on my blog that was deactivated and i remember getting vv happy anytime someone rbed it bc i always like #having this .. sort of thought i guess associated with me in a way does that make sense ajgxjg like i just loved that people connected with #something i believe in so so so deeply and feel the need to utter almost ever couple weeks #i remember playing uke for a friend once before and she was wincing as i played the chords and just that memory is so funny to me!!#messing about with an instrument is so silly and fun i didn't really care yo learn it that well at the time but i can play a good few thirty #songs now so !!!! and even so like again im not talking about being bad bc you're a beginner i just mean #being shit at stuff is fucking fun!! its a blast!!! wtvr one time i was playing tiny table air hockey with my friends and on the first try #i threw the pusher clean off the table and it flew across the room and it was the funniest shit ever moral of the story is BE BAD!!#AT THINGS!!!!!!! i promise you i promise you WILL get a kick out of fucking up !

#spy x family #i dont really... understand when people complain about that? obviously it's going to be a very long manga and plot doesnt grow on trees #also i doubt this thing is supposed to 'take turns' with whoever is the focus of arcs lmao its not that neat and orderly #whether you like it or not end-sensei decides who's going to get the major role in the next arc and if it's not yor then #that's that. she is not becoming the side character/ignored lol #operation strix is the main focus of the story and had more to do with twilight and anya #UNTIL melinda desmond showed up. plans a b c now put together include the entire family #however plan c will require more of melinda's presence which idt will happen anytime soon? so we wait #i do get that waiting every 2 weeks for a chapter and the occasional break feels like everything's going slooooowly #but i would also prefer endo-sensei to take time to write the manga so that it progresses well and isnt rushed ^^

tagged by @wispstalk and @jiubilant... thank you kindly! now that summerfest is over I'm finding myself in a bit of a slump, but here's an excerpt from a project I've been picking at every now and again for a couple months (looking at what happens after the oblivion crisis, on both a societal and personal scale, from martin's sad little aspect-of-a-sleeping-god-and-personification-of-a-magical-barrier perspective. partly an exercise in worldbuilding, partly an exercise in misery. this scene is the latter. sorry)

i feel a little bad remembering how in my mother days there was this rly common perception of thinking 'well lucas would be so pessimistic after what happened and he would hate flint cuz he sucks and he would hate everything!!' and i would believe it just cuz i was still relearning a lot of things i didnt know if that was what i was supposed to think but it always felt like people who saw things this way wanted to force others to do too

But can Albuterol please fucking not with the shakes. I am trying to figure out whether the whole mystery breathing issue is getting worse thank you and the anxiety-adjacent side effects are not helping knock it off.

#personal #this has already happened once #and the doc was all “okay your lungs sound better now; no crackling - you can stop the inhaler if you want”#a month later and moderate exercise still makes me need to sit down when previously I could run circles around “fit” people #time for my primary care doc; this shit ain't normal!#does he have any sort of in-person appointment anytime soon? course not but I'll take what I can get #“ok back to Albuterol and let's add a steroid cuz it sounds like you have inflammation as well”#note: there has been no x-ray and nobody has listened to my lungs in at least a month so I'm trying not to hear “this is a wild guess”#been on THOSE for a few weeks and I swear I'm getting worse and y'know what fuck it I'm taking a sick day tomorrow #for all I know I have Long COVID now fucking thank you society #venting #venting to the void #whatever #but UGH CAN SOMEONE PLEASE MAKE MY LUNGS DO THE OXYGEN THING. whenever im sad i think about jihoon and how in 2017 he noticed my whipped ass carrying a vobo sign and waved to me but i was confused if he was just waving in my general direction or at me specifically so i was tilting my head in confusion and he literally copied me and tilted his head in the same direction while looking at me 😔
