Eh, semi-recently! It was more like a few months ago but its one i remembered.

I never made an infection AU myself, but I made some fanart with old ocs involving some!

I did do some redesigns, that I never uploaded because forgor, but i did finish them!

I looooove doing redesigns, mostly for stuff I enjoy and wanna do my own spin on :] these are, again, a little old in terms of months but regardless i still really like them! I was a big horse girl when I was a kid so I loved adding some markings based on real horses into them. (dapple greys and paint horses my beloveds <33)

A few additional details I would love to talk about in one of those design-speedpaint-talkover videos but i probably wont make are:

Twilight's hair became wavy after becoming an alicorn, but when her hair gets in her way she'll take a pair of scissors and just cut them off out of frustration. this annoys rarity to no end

Rainbow Dash, compared to the others, is the second smallest. Very aerodynamic, but it drives her up the wall

Pinkie Pie is the smallest, Rainbow Dash doesn't let her forget that fact.

Fluttershy's antlers aren't natural / grown, its just a simple headdress or something similar to that!

Applejack would absolutely be a draft horse or something similar. My girl is a SHIRE BABEY!!

Other then that, I don't have much art to share I think. just some doodles from here and there!

As for uploading.... try to be aware of *why* you're uploading it. If you're uploading it to show this fanart of a character you like to the particular discord of that fanbase, etc, that can be a great way to just have fun showing the art you've done even as a beginner. because there's not that expectation to perform. It's just a fan showing their appreciation and love for the character among other fans. (if anyone flames you everyone will recognize that they're an asshat) Example, posting your lil sketches of the characters in Stardew valley on the stardew valley discord's art channel or owl house fanart in the discord etc.

But if you're trying to get a following, it can be quite difficult while you're honing your skills. Still, uploading your work to your page can be a very good thing just for the purposes of keeping track of your own progress, and the drawings you've done (because paper drawings get lost over time. but if you do wanna get a following, linking to your socials after you post your work is a good way to start.

I'm fine with that ^^ Anything that helps you is a good thing.

OKAY, It all starts with eddochan, a mexican youtuber who made videos of gameplays, geeky stuff, and mini storytime animations or fandoms like yandere simulator.

She had a somewhat small community but she always released weekly videos, when fnaf rose to fame she made videos like gameplays and speedpaints of her human versions that could easily be the beta designs for fnafhs.

one day eddochan uploaded a video of "what would happen if the fnaf animatronics were teenagers?"

this video received enough support for eddochan to upload animated shorts of the characters from now on (and yes, the comment that started this is lost media)

the series was made for fun, it was not serious at all and over time it gained more and more fans and the series began to be taken more seriously visually and with a story somewhat...

ok, it's 2016, AN ERA OF HORRORS FOR FANDOMS, it was no surprise that the fnafhs fandom was seen by others as toxic for childish reasons and because it was full of kids, and adding that the story was a hodgepodge of highschool musical stereotypes and with no fidelity to the game beyond the names of the characters, that made fnaf fans hate this webseries and it's fandom.

anyway, the years passed and the series went through 3 seasons and little relevant miniseries but the third was the point of greatest decline, when the writing went to hell and it became sailor moon and forgor ABOUT ALL THE FUCKING PLOT WITH THE BANDS AND THE HIGHSCHOOL LIFE

seeing that people began to get disappointed and the third season required more production, Eddo had to cancel the series and some time later she made a series that failed.

now we are in 2022, fnafhs was dead and suddenly eddo came out of her cave and announced a REMAKE !1!1!1!

but.

the stars aligned and that same week it came to light that many voice actors from the main cast were doing horrible things.

and yk, predators, transphobic, groomers, lolicons, ALL THE SHIT, that obviously resonated not only in the fandom and eddo had to postpone things and disassociate these people from the project and others voluntarily disassociated themselves, ex: golden's voice actor mysteriously left the project and this year it was discovered that he had been grooming an underage fan for years.

Well, after these things that not only stained the reputation of the series but also Eddo's (who also had a couple of conflicts with the fandom on twt because they called her out bc of the queerbait and she even went so far as to make a CLEARLY trans-coded character a cis boy when in the series their gender was confusing to the cast and ambiguous, yk it was 2016, people confused tomboys w transmascs.)

in the series they used she/her pronouns, when people called out to eddo bc of her misinformation about lgbtq topics (in a fandom full of queer people) she tried to change this canon and made puppet enby wirt any pronouns, FINALLY

Currently the series is paused, Eddo was going to make an animated series, then a manga, not much is known since it was supposed to come out last year, but well, the fandom is more active on twt, There is now a fanmade remake that is well done for being made by fans and a fanmade movie in production.

There are two halls, the one with official/fan stuff and the actual theme park-ish one This post covers the first because image limit

The tickets were sold on Bilibili so I got them myself, you also have to register your name and ID and I got a VIP ticket so I got to sleep in little later (i think it was like 298 vs 598 RMB... you get more merch and 1 hour earlier entrance/shorter entry queue, but apparently so many people lined up early on the first day they let the floodgates loose at 8 plus and merch sold out by 0930 lmao) Idk how unfair it'd be (not sure how many tickets they sold per tier) but I kind of wish the VIP let you fastpass the attractions too kuxiao

I went on the 4th which was the second…? day and before I went in I had to scan a qrcode to basically upload a selfie lol (surprisingly didn't have to do this for the concert they just looked at my passport punched in the funny numbers on a device and let me through a manned door)

You get a totally not infection monitor to tap at every location, and if you scan the qr code on the underside it brings you to a miniapp on wechat that shows you your progress and queue estimates (there was also some quest thing that i forgor to do i think you get doctor stickers for it)

I headed here first because I wanted to pass some stuff to an oomf at the doujin area (first pic is the queue...) they invited a bunch of fanartists (that post regularly on skland? not sure) to table there kinda cool with a showcase of fanart

january: okay i actuakly drew the piece/upload it on the VERY FIRST DAY OF 2024 aka 1/1, i..dont evne owed the ocs anymore </3 #regrettbh bakc then i stiluse one of my favourtie ibis defualt brush that i ALWAYS uses bc i didnt know alot abt other brushes back then, i honestly kinda proud of this one bc it was a scene art and i was ahving fun abck the, this piece was me trying to imitate the hfjone art style

february: i rlly like pink lols...i rlly love this oc heosntly lowkey kidna regreted not keeping him, i chose this because comapring to the january one it has more to it, this was me experimenting with stuff such as background, 2 lines on their limbs to indicate paws, i wasnt a pro persay bt i was trying and it was amazing! the effort and stuff :)

march: i got into oc trading and stuff bc my bf sprout introduced me to it, tand i always make sure i draw every oc i get form toehr ppl at least once like it was on top of my priorities, i rlly love this oc and sprout did too,i let him offer and it have been a while...shes been in my pending folder for 9 months what @moonsprout-sys KRKRKKRKR hurry your ass up/silly, anywya i picked this bc i started to draw more complex oc from the on it was like a trebuche that shoot me two complex ocs department

april: unlike the other three, this one is drew on a different brush (and unlike the other two, its GREEB), this was me experienmenting with brushes and other thing si could do with ym art! i rlly rlly love tht brush lol i use dit for almsot everyart, sorry fur da toyhouse watermakr btw oop, another thing u will notice abt is thai used the white line effect which is sooo cool yall

may: i picked this to show yall how abd but also different how i coloured back then, i didnt rlly have a direciton i just pick a colour and select random shade, like how most of the oc is in different shade of greeb wit some blue and purple, cuz my thought wa slike oooh greeeb ooohhh simialr to blue ooohh similar to ourple, like even the glove is jsut black blue lmaooo

welp for some ~lore~ this two are my xenoverse oc, bito (the saiyan) and maajin kija, or just kija (a majn)

Starting with kija, normaly kija is a nice majin who has fun with her friends and just likes to live her normal everyday life but as all majins they inhert the evil side of their power too, even if a little, in this other version of events her evil side due to a lack of interst on the world consume her, making her an incredible poten magician but without any clear goal other than destruction

However she would eventually would be found by the time breakers, there she would find a new meaning to her slaughter, she like people who fought for their lives, who never give up even in the worse circustances just so she could continue to break their spirts untill they break, so she join the time breakers with the promise of an infinite amount of "fun" for her

This eventually leads them to meet bito, normaly bito is a proud saiyan who belive themselfs to be the purest kind of saiyan untill she learns to be better due to her friends, however in this version she didnt meet those who could help her but insted meet zamasu, there she was sold on his view enough to go along with the plan of helping him to destroy mortals

What zamasu didnt expect however is that bito had lure him into a trap using him to abosorve his divine power behind his back, beliving him to be weak and not worthy of his powers, with this new powers she would slaughter everyone in the name of her saiyan heritage, truthly beliving no other mortal to could stand before her, untill of course she meet kija, who took an interest on her, eventually forcing her to join the time breakers

sorry for the long winded story, i do wanna do my other oc evil counter parts lol, specially since in my mind their story would have more to do with a this group of time patrolers stopping servants of mira and towa more than being the main characters
