Tuesday Time for Me Day! So I have a chronic illness, an autoimmune disease or two, and I can’t do my normal day of crocheting! I have to take a “me” day! That was today! My hands hurt so much, swollen fingers, blisters showing off in my fingers, arms, chest, and my mylar rash no longer peeking it is in full bloom on my face. No how to enjoy not crocheting? 🤔 Okay rest more, check. Relax the hands from repeated actions, check. Face feeling like, really no words, mine started yesterday feeling like I had a sun burn, wind burn, dry burn, just awful. Today I have patches of little itchy blister type blemishes showing up. So I clean my face with a nice clean green cleaner by @stivesskin with cactus water and hibiscus. Tone the face with @sooae.official rose toner and get into my very obscene collection of face masks and pull this one out. Open her up, place her on my unhappy skin, wait 20 minutes and peel her off. Nothing like feeding your face! ☺️ cleaned my plate good! Enjoy the day/evening my lovely insta fam! 🌝 Today I got some things done, but not as@much as I would have liked, which is okay. 🥰 Because today is my Self-Care Sunday, and I have to remind myself to indulge in an extended skincare routine. I have a nice stock of face masks, so I’m getting back on track on using them at least once a week. Today I decided to do a First of “triple” masking. 😁 I know many have heard of “Double-Masking”, but I decided to add a “sleep mask” this evening. 🌝 Step 1 Mask is from @purlisse and I’m glad I still have this on hand from a giveaway I won from them! This creamy mask is “Blue Lotus Seed Mud Mask + Exfoliant”. It’s soft, yet has a “fine” soft exfoliating scrub. I left it on about 20 minutes or until dry. It’s a nice combination of Ginger, White Tea, and Bamboo to detoxify, purify, revitalize and tone. 🌝 Step 2 @innisfreeusa “it’s real squeeze mask Cucumber” 🥒 Sheet Mask. I love the moisture it gives my dry skin. Fresh squeezed cucumbers 🥒 are great for hydration. The scent is slightly a mix of alcohol & cucumbers, but smells refreshing. My skin is definitely soft & moisturized! 💦. 🌝 Step 3 is the @sooae.official Açaí Berry Revitalizing Sleeping Mask. I’m wearing this clear gel-like mask overnight. It’s for brightening & renewing skin by morning. The texture is soft, and feels smooth and hydrating. It starts to feel absorbed more once dry. The scent is nice and light, can’t tell if it’s of a berry scent.
