Where you go I go... No matter what Dottore does or where he goes Reader will always follow after him. They really don't care as long as they get to be with him. Similarly, Dottore will never leave Reader despite their illness because he's a committed until-death man when it comes to you. No matter how worried you are he won't.

What you see I see... Well I'm not sure how to word this, but there's no one who understands Dottore better than you, and vice versa. Despite your fragility, no one knows his ticks, cues, feelings, etc better than you. They can understand his nature. And though he's honestly shitty with feelings and emotions himself he can bring himself to understand your own feelings of insecurity regarding your sickness. He knows your pain.

I know I'd never be me without the security of your loving arms keeping me from harm... This one is self-explanatory, fragile reader obviously depends on him a lot for everything... physically and emotionally, like a lifeline. And of course, he's not going to let anything hurt you and he'll cure you (eventually)
