idk where people are getting jealous from the look boston gives nick and daddy dan. it’s very clearly a huge moment of processing for him. no one has ever told him they love him for who he really is, it’s been far more conditional for boston than that. even his friends love him despite who he is - which isn’t real love. and also i don’t think despite the objectively bad things nick did to him that he was ready to just watch him walk out of his life.

at the end of the day nick was right that boston needs to be loved, not changed. it’s very clear that a lot of boston’s prior and recent hookups have projected their own feelings on to him - which is where he gets so much ick when people like him. the obvious presumption is that nick was just the same but that idea comes crashing down when he tells ton he loves him for exactly who he is.

i also think whilst boston certainly didn’t love nick yet he was developing feelings before he cut him off. and held on to them after. he usually keeps people at an arms length via his own admittance but kept so many traces of nick around. a privilege afforded to no one else - even his supposed best friends.

my guess is that that endgame love develops the more nick shows him he loves him for him and that that’s not conditional. but for ton to suddenly be controlling and jealous would blow that point out of the water. i could certainly see daddy dan being a prompt for him realising he maybe wants something more exclusive with nick. but you can love people and not be monogamous so we’ll see where they go with that.

but regardless mew and ray are there to contrast boston. they try to play and pretend that they’re these free spirited people who don’t care just to get back at the people they care the most about. boston was never being “sexually promiscuous” to hurt anybody - especially nick. he told him on countless occasions he doesn’t fuck with jealous, controlling people. no the reason he doesn’t open his heart to anyone is very very clearly deep seated trauma - camera pans to his father.

my hope for boston is that he’s able to heal that part of himself that constantly wants to run away (new york, relationships, fucking over his friends) which they’re clearly setting up is going to happen with nick. it was boston who admitted he missed nick - which isn’t him changing who he fundamentally is but it is him growing and we love to see it!!!!!!

hes so sweet, he just looks up at you with those pretty eyes and you gently caress his face,, passing a thumb over that marking over his cheek before bringing your hand up to run a hand through his hair, bringing him close to kiss his forehead and maybe his horns too if hes in the mood. running your hands through his hair is a guaranteed way to get him to accidentally fall asleep in your arms. hes big and cuddly even tho he doesnt want to admit it sometimes, so hes basically attached at your hip because he loves having you close to him. the blanket you have on your bed is extra big and thick so he can fit underneath it when y’all are cuddling,,, he purrs so fucking much that it causes the bed to start vibrating <33

-he's probably around 25-30 ish age wise

- he's the head of department of the carniceria in the towns only grocery store, so he handles all the meat related products

-like i said he doesn't like to talk unless it's necessary, doesn't mean he never small talks at all.

-he's pretty damn observant and experienced with how people are

-he needs new gloves because the ones he has are like. hand me downs from the last guy that worked his position. since the ring and pinkie finger are useless on his right glove, he tapes them to the glove using duct tape so they don't get in the way of cutting stuff.

-that's also why he doesn't wear prosthetics, they get in the way

- he likes to cook, but not professionally. he can't handle the stress and also he can't fit in most kitchens

the mike in a server i rp him in is actually going through a large arc with a couple charact3rs he got accidently attached to (he got hired to be their security guard and became their weird basement roommate) and he mesnt to keep it a very business relationship? but he ended up developing feelings for the guy that hired him. they had a big falling apart and mike went to live with henry till hen "died" and dwight (the one he had a crush on) and michael made ammends and promised not to be weird and toxic and codependent. and then they actually started to have a reallt good relationship.... until dwight wrnt missing

and by the time dwight gets back mikes going to be so mushy and soft. its so cute. this entire time with dwight missing hes been such a fucking dick, extremely on edge, acting like hes CERTAIN dwights dead and being extremely apathetic and purposefully rude. but rhe moment dwight gets back ge literally is going to be so. hes gonna be so soft and tender hearted 😭 hes never had someone in his life go missing and come back OKAY and ALIVE and not trying to kill him and its his only friend and his BEST friend at the moment, its going to like. being back a lot of life to gim that got ripped away when he got scooped im so excited
