SPARKLESTUCK III!!!

HELLO ATLANTASTUCKS AND OTHER NEARBY FRIENDS! Following in the footsteps of brave and ambitious events organizers before me, I am putting together another Sparkles Roller Skating Rink Homestuck Lock-In!

For those of you who haven't attended a Sparklestuck, here's how it goes down: at least 100 people (preferably) pre-pay a sum of $25, and we rent out Sparkles Kennesaw for the whole night! Your $25 includes skate rental, a dinner at around 11pm of a slice of pizza and a soda, unlimited skating and laser tag, and a 6am(ish) breakfast of powdered mini donuts and a juicebox. There's usually a drawing party and a gift exchange, and cosplay is encouraged (and FUN!!) but not mandatory. We play music and skate and dance, play games, and have general nice great Homestuck fun until 7am, when we pick up our tired butts and say goodbye until the next meetup. 

The date for the event is Saturday, January 26th. The event would go from Saturday night to Sunday morning. We need a minimum of 100 attendees to make this happen so give this post a signal boost if you can! 

I'd like to get this thing rolling (ha ha!) as soon as possible, so if you think this sounds fun and you would like to RSVP, go here!

Coming at you for the 4th Homestuck Lock-In, roller skating, lazer tag, drawing, Prospit vs Derse, gifting related event!

For those of you who haven’t attended a Sparklestuck, here’s how it goes down: We need at least 100 people to pre-pay $25, If you do not pre-pay you will need to pay $35 at the door. With that money we rent out Sparkles Kennesaw for the whole night! This year is going to be event bigger and badder too! We are going to have a SECRET GIFTS OF GIVINGNESS, Movies, a Costume Contest, projected movies, the 2nd Annual Prospit and Derse Games, and a whole lot more!!

The date for the event is Saturday, April 12th. The event would go from Saturday night to Sunday morning. We need a minimum of 100 attendees to make this happen so give this post a signal boost if you can!

Sparklestuck II BIG POST OF KNOWLEDGE

strI am going to try to keep this simple.

What: A SPARKLES LOCK-IN WOOOOOOO, including skate rental, laser tag, pizza, drinks, and juice and donuts in the morning When: 11 pm Friday June 8th to 7 am Saturday June 9th (depending on Sparkles' schedule, we may be able to get people in starting at 9:30, but our specific lock-in will start at 11) Where: Sparkles Roller Rink 1000 McCollum Pkwy NW Kennesaw, Ga. 30144

Here's the tricky part: payment. Admission is $25 per person. Prepays can be sent to my (Zander's) paypal account at aworldthatsfree@gmail.com. Please include your real name and Tumblr url. When you prepay, you will get an email back from me containing an image with a word on it. Present this image (printed out, on a smartphone, whatever) at the door to be let in. People who donate extra will get a special gift! You can pay at the door, but I encourage you all to please, please prepay. We need at least 100 people to make this event happen. The thing is: I do not want to be stuck in a legally binding contract, owing Sparkles a bunch of money because there weren't enough people and prepays. I expect every bit of the $2,500 this lock-in costs to be in my possession by at least a week before the event. A week prior is the last possibly cancellation date. If I do not get adequate funds, the event will be cancelled and all prepay money will be refunded immediately. It is a dick thing to do, but it is necessary. To avoid something like that happening, please prepay. If you cannot do it via paypal, you can send me a check or cash in the mail and I will pay for you in that method. If you would like to use this method, please send this blog an ask and I will give you my mailing address. I will, of course, keep everyone updated on our money progress. So, payment: $25 paypal, check, or cash prepays or at the door; people who donate at least $5 extra will receive a gift

Since this shit is OFFICIALLY HAPPENING NOW, here is the information, short and sweet, and some cool links for u to peruse.

WHEN: Saturday January 26th at 7:30 PM until 7 AM the following morning. You don't have to arrive perfectly on time! Just be there before 11 PM!

WHERE: Sparkles Roller Skating Rink 1000 McCollum Pkwy NW, Kennesaw, Ga. 30144

WHO: ANYONE!!! EVERYONE, really, they can accomodate up to 600 people. BUT PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS SACRED, RSVP BY JANUARY 20th SO THEY HAVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF FOOD FOR US.

WHAT: HOMESTUCK FUN!! A gift exchange, a drawing party, games, dancing, music, unlimited skating and laser tag, and dinner and breakfast! 

HOW: You will need to find your own transportation! When the event is closer we will try to find willing carpoolers for those in need of a ride.

SparkleStuck 2015 Master Post

Year 5 of the homestuck Sparkles roller rink fandom lockin extravaganza!

Here's the low down for all you new cats: Sparklestuck is at it's basic core a lockin at Sparkles. They give us the space to run around in for a solid 9 hours as well as lazer tag, all night skating, food for dinner and breakfast, and music. Along with what we get from Sparkles we also host several different events.

Tickets this year will be $25 prepay until January 1st. Between January 1st and February 28th prepaying will cost $30. Prepaying will END the day of SparkleStuck.
