Next piece for @green-with-envy-phandom-event this time with lines by @hithisiszooz and I had an amazing time! The style is so much fun and I participated in a color palette challenge so it's colored in a way I wouldn't normally do.

I usually don't post things aside from art but I need more people to see Kale's concept art :]

Despite looking through ArtStation for most of the released concept art, model turnarounds, and misc art resources for the game by the 3d modelers & illustrators, I haven't been able to find most of these concept artwork outside of the game. Aside from the two illustrations on the top left, I haven't been able to find any of them in high resolution online, so this is the best resolution I can get ;-;

I don't know how to dig through game files, so I'm not sure if the concept art wall is stored as a single huge image or if they're smaller images overlaid on each other.

For me it's Spectra; I love her chrome, her color, fashion, her hair!! But I have no interest in getting any of the others. Like, if I get one in a lot or see one at Goodwill I'll get them but I'm not actively seeking them out.

Did the monochrome color wheel challenge with Spectra!

I ordered a mystery 20€ bundle, as a challenge.

The mystery was whether the sealant on those customs was damaged or if they had just gone gunky from glue head. The challenge would have been to neutralize the glue while keeping the faceup.

Jadora is deep stained so she's bleaching.

Rochelle's faceup is mostly intact (an acrylic heart came off) and non-tacky so I've cellophaned her while doing a Cif treatment. I'm hoping to keep these two.

Draculaura was too yellowed by glue to be worth saving but I have a lone head in need of her body + kept her hair for eyelashes.

Maddie hatter is getting glue treatment.

Spectra, Mummy, Abbey, Meygana and Gooliope all had horribly melted sticky sealant - probably not Mr Super Clear - feels more like acrylic sealant that got too humid, maybe even a glue mix like mod podge for Meygana.

Abbey had more of a 'flaking' and took more alcohol to remove, I think she used a much better sealant. She's been wiped and is now doing CIF treatment.

Gooliope had one stable layer for blushing and eyebrows which also protected her plastic from staining but the top layer was melted.

Meygana's eyes weren't removed before sealing the faceup, I'm soaking them in alcohol in the faint hope they weren't wiped with acetone when the doll was first prepped. Her faceup was literally melting off her face. It may be a chemical reaction from the plasticizers in vinyl as her and gooliope are both body blushed and that's held up fine.

If Rochelle's faceup survives the CIF treatment, it means that OOAK dolls can be saved from glue head so long as the sealant also holds up.

If you plan to drop a lot of money on a unique artist doll, do check their process to make sure they're looking for glue head, polypropylene hair and that they use a decent sealant if you want something with shelf life.

"Alright, Fenton. Time to step it up."

Danny groaned. “Why do I even talk to you people?”

Dash ignored him. “If Phantom had a relationship with the ghosts that attack him, what would be their breakup songs?”

The class exploded again.

Paulina gasped. “OH MY GOSH, YES!”

Star giggled. “This is going to be amazing.”

Kwan leaned forward. "C’mon, Fenton, you clearly have a talent for this."

Danny sighed dramatically but grabbed his pencil and started jotting down names. "Fine. If you must know…"

Valerie smirked. "Can we just take a moment to acknowledge how Danny really thought these through? Like, he knew the exact energy of each ghost breakup.”

Danny shook his head. “I hate all of you.”

Kwan grinned. "Okay, okay—so what if Phantom actually dated these ghosts? What would his relationship songs be?"

Danny slammed his head onto his desk. "I’M DONE." ( No you're not)
