my (second) last rb is so important. trust me go buy a whole bunch of spices!!! see if you can go to a specialty store and try them!!!! my fave spices that go a long way that i always have stocked:
- gewurzhaus speedy spaghetti blend
- gewurzhaus chipotle pulled pork blend
- ground chile ancho
- ground chile chipotle
- ground cayenne chilli
- paprika
- pepper aleppo
- cumin
- coriander seed
- dried oregano (preferably the full leaves on stalks) or another herb mix to your liking
- various salts (kosher salt, truffle salt, lavender salt)
- a nice pepper to freshly grind (whether that’s a medley or black pepper it’s always better freshly cracked)
different chillies work with different cuisines. chipotle is spicy and smoky, ancho is smokier and deeper and less hot, cayenne is hot and a brighter spice, paprika is a good midway… you want salt to bring out the flavours, you want dried herb mixes, you want pepper you want chilli. live your best live and enjoy the flavour

For Swani Spice, organic certification transcends mere labeling; it is a testament to our unwavering dedication to sustainable agriculture. Since 2005, our ‘Green Footprint Program’ has driven our commitment to organic farming. This initiative goes beyond eliminating synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. It bridges the gap between traditional agricultural practices and cutting-edge farming science and technology, fostering a holistic approach to organic cultivation.
The Green Footprint Program: A Journey of Over 15 Years
Our Green Footprint Program, now over 15 years old, is a testament to our dedication to sustainable agriculture. Best Bbq Rubs You Can Buy Online for 2023 - Charcoal Kings
What is a rub in BBQ?
In BBQ, a rub refers to a mixture of dry ingredients that is applied to meat before it is cooked. The purpose of a rub is to add flavor, enhance the natural juices of the meat, and create a delicious crust or bark on the surface during the cooking process.
Tumblr media
A typical BBQ rub consists of a combination of spices, herbs, sugars, salts, and sometimes additional ingredients like dried chilies or dehydrated vegetables. The exact ingredients and proportions can vary widely depending on personal preference, regional traditions, and the type of meat being cooked.
To use a rub, you simply apply it generously to the surface of the meat, ensuring that it coats all sides. The rub can be gently pressed into the meat to help it adhere better. After applying the rub, it's common to let the meat sit for some time, typically 30 minutes to a few hours, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat before it is cooked.
While rubs are most commonly associated with BBQ, they can also be used for other cooking methods such as grilling, roasting, or smoking. The combination of spices and seasonings in a rub can vary greatly, allowing you to customize the flavor profile of your meat to your liking.
Why use a BBQ rub?
There are several reasons why BBQ enthusiasts use rubs in their cooking:
Flavor enhancement: BBQ rubs are designed to add depth and complexity to the flavor of the meat. The combination of spices, herbs, and other seasonings in the rub can impart a rich, smoky, sweet, savory, or tangy taste to the meat, enhancing its natural flavors and making it more enjoyable to eat.
Crust formation: When a rub is applied to the surface of the meat and exposed to heat, it can create a flavorful crust or bark. This crust adds texture and a caramelized layer to the meat, resulting in a satisfying contrast with the tender interior.
Moisture retention: Some rub ingredients, such as salt and sugars, can help the meat retain moisture during the cooking process. They can act as a barrier, preventing the juices from escaping and leading to a more succulent and juicy end result.
Customization and creativity: BBQ rubs offer an opportunity for cooks to showcase their creativity and experiment with different flavors. By varying the ingredients and proportions in a rub, you can customize the taste according to your personal preferences or adapt it to suit specific types of meat.
Time-saving: Using a BBQ rub can be a convenient way to add flavor to your meat without the need for a lengthy marinade. While marinades require hours or even overnight soaking, a rub can be applied just before cooking, saving you time and allowing you to enjoy delicious BBQ more quickly.
Ultimately, using a BBQ rub can elevate the taste and overall experience of your grilled or smoked meat by adding complexity, texture, and moisture. It's a versatile technique that allows you to tailor the flavors to your liking and create memorable BBQ dishes.

RUGGIE B. W A DUNCE! PLAYING! LOVER!
Tumblr media
You had no idea how you were able to get a man such as him to fall in love with you. He was clever, sweet, a great cook, and an absolute cutie... Ruggie was yours and you were his!
You had many flaws. You weren't very smart, you had tendencies to mess with people... The list could go on. Yet he still loved you.
It was a cool, autumn day. Warm colored leaves fell from trees, leaving the courtyard a blend of reds, browns and oranges. There were plenty students walking and talking happily along with one another, the smell of pumpkin spice wafting in the air. Though you were relatively uninterested before... A particular student has caught your eyes. It was none other than the Azul Ashengrotto walking around, promoting his most recent sale for the Mostro Lounge... This was the perfect opportunity.
The leaves crunched beneath your shoes as you tapped his leg, your icy cold hands sneaking up his pant leg and touching his warm calf. He shivered with a loud yelp, immediately turning around to find no one there. You were hiding behind a nearby tree. You weren't hidden well of course, but Azul couldn't see you. He shook his head, sighing and brushing it off as the wind. As he continued to promote the sale, you snuck up on him again. You tapped his leg the same way as before, except... You weren't fast enough this time. He kicked you and hoisted you up with stern eyes.
"Do you understand how disrespectful you are?!" Azul screeched. He clearly disliked getting his legs touched like that.
You sputtered trying to come up with an excuse, panicking as you see the Leech twins starting to come into view. You squirmed as Azul held still and started walking.
"Excuse me boys, but may you help hand out flyers for me as i return this rascal to their owner? They were very disrupting to me, we wouldn't want that happening with to another," Azul had a slight pout as he continued walking. He muttered something to himself quietly before going into the Savannaclaw mirror.
Tumblr media
Leona sighed as he saw Azul waltz up to him. "And how am i responsible for the herbivore??" He said with a tired look.
"Well, aren't they always over here? I'd assume it's because they have something with you?" Azul responded, almost annoyed with the fact he had to speak with Leona.
"No... You'd have to find Ruggie. He's— Right here," Leona groaned before returning to his room.
"Oh, hey there Az! Whatcha doin' here? And why do ya got lovebug there?" Ruggie commented on you being carried by Azul like a critter he finds dirty.
"I found.. er.. Lovebug messing with me during my promotion for the new Mostro Lounge sale... So you're the one taking care of.. this thing?"
"Aye, they're person, you know! Not just a 'thing.' But yes, i am in charge of taking care of Lovebug."
"I'll just hand them over already... You should really keep a watch on them. They're probably going to cause a big problem if you dont." Azul shook his head before leaving Savannaclaw finally.
"So... Lovebug, what was that about?"
You pulled out a to-go box of fresh food. Food you stole from Azul. A goofy smile spread across your face.
"Ahh... I see! I've trained you well... You deserve a treat for that!" Ruggie smiled along with you, bringing you into the kitchen.
"I know ya may not be tha brightest sometimes, but you're a sneaky lil' thang fo'sho! Here, ya wanna help bake some cookies to go with that meal?"

A little note on how the tagging system works:
If I know you like a character and I end up writing for it, I'll tag you in it (*´ω`*)
Also, I have no clue what to put for name replacements so... I'll just do pet names! :D also I wanted to keep this in second person, but I kept it gn when I had to use the pronouns (*´∀`*)
I also forgot how the mirrors work (• ▽ •;) and I gave ruggie a special way of talking! I like writing him speak like that :3

ok! i think tumblr ate my fucking apple cider recipe post. still, my autumn equinox tradition must carry on!
Apollo's Foolproof From-Scratch Apple Cider That Was So Good It Allegedly Landed Me A Boyfriend
you will need:
12 apples (the variety is up to you, i usually do half granny smith and half whatever's on sale plus a red delicious for garnishing)
10oz raisins
cinnamon sticks, whole cloves, star anise, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom pods, any other warming spices u like (whole > ground) (follow ur heart on the amounts, it's like garlic just throw so much in there. just go wild)
1 orange
brown sugar (i don't have measurements but be prepared to use a LOT lmao, i always buy at least one 32oz bag. you'll be sweetening to taste.)
large pot with lid
potato masher (optional)
two large bowls/pots/receptacles to strain the cider into
fine mesh strainer
cheesecloth or coffee filters (optional)
apple corer or knife
citrus zester
slotted spoon or ladle
the steps:
1. scrub apples gently under hot water to remove grocery store wax coating. core apples making sure all seeds & stems are removed. add apples, raisins, and mulling spices to pot with enough water to fully cover ingredients, and bring to boil. reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour.
2. scrub orange to remove wax. zest and juice, avoiding the pith & seeds. use a potato masher or other utensil to lightly mash boiled apple mixture so every apple slice is at least partially broken up, then add the zest & juice to the pot. bring back to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for another hour. then turn off the heat and allow mixture to cool.
3. place two mesh strainers over two bowls or pots (and cover each with a cheesecloth or coffee filters, if you have them). with a slotted spoon or ladle, remove as much of the solids from the pot as you can and place them in one strainer (the larger one, if they are different sizes) to drain, then press out as much liquid into the cheesecloth as possible.
4. pour the cider from the simmer pot into the second cheesecloth and press. combine the liquid from both bowls.
5. add brown sugar to taste
cooking tips:
the times listed above are bare minimums. once all the ingredients are in the pot (minus sugar!) you can simmer as long as you want, so long as someone's nearby to supervise.
always add any sweeteners after the cooking process. otherwise, they'll burn and make the whole thing bitter.
if it's too acidic, add baking soda or more spices. if it's not acidic enough, add lemon juice, additional orange juice, or apple cider vinegar.
variations:
add 12oz fresh cranberries to the first step
sub oranges for lemons or apple cider vinegar
sub brown sugar for straight molasses, maple syrup, or alternative sweetener of your choice (I'd imagine fig or other fruit-based sweeteners would work best)
report back to me if you try something new!! i want to hear how it turned out!
serving suggestions:
add three or four cinnamon imperials (red hots) to your mug, along with a dash of fireball whiskey if you're so inclined. i cannot stress enough how fucking amazing this tastes.
garnish with apple slices, orange slices, cinnamon sticks, and/or star anise
if you have dairy-free ice cream on hand, pour some cider over a scoop. you can use dairy ice cream, but it's more likely to curdle.
freeze some in an ice cube tray, then blend with some non-frozen cider for a slushie
ok I've never tried this, but i bet blending with pumpkin puree would slap. PLEASE tell me if you try it
this makes a metric fuckload of cider, which is very rich and can be watered down considerably (seriously). share with your friends and/or freeze some to last the season (or halve it, i guess, but that's no fun :P)

Nelaaaa!!! BB TODAY I AM HERE FOR SOME NELA X LEVI HEADCANONSJDJD .. tell me the little stufff toooooooo 🤍
Hi lovely. This one was so fun to write. <3 thank you for the request and please let me live in my delulu world 🌎
Levi and I currently live in Marley (What's left) in a coastal town where the streets finish at the beach.
Levi, though he doesn't admit it, is still afraid of the elevator. He just can't trust it. It jars him when it quivers right before stopping, and he hates it's tight and stuffy. He prefers swallowing the pain in his leg to risking getting stuck and climbs the stairs up to the third floor. And it is worse when the chains start to screech pleading for maintenance. In his defense, he claims it is a great exercise. He takes his time and says hi to the brats who live in the second floor. Sometimes he brings them desserts from the tea shop.
Levi loves sea food, specially shrimps. That is why I took some cooking classes with Niccolo. Steamed, stir-fried, tempura, in pastas, salads, rice and ceviche, I had to learn every preparation. Though we usually eat at home, we love trying new restaurants in town. From fancy to fast food. Once I tried to cajole Levi to a street food stall but he refused, questioning their cleaning procedures.
Levi owns a tea shop downtown that has been awarded twice by the city's chamber of commerce for excellence, quality and service. He was interviewed and his photo appeared in the newspaper, with Gabi and Falco thumbing up behind him. We still have the clippings of the articles, and Levi had the stars framed. He spends all day drinking tea, doing accounts, making payments to suppliers, bossing everyone around, the latter his favorite. When he loses his patience, he jabs the staff with his walking stick on the back of their knees. He also likes to go on Sundays to the spice market where herbs and spices from all corners of the world are found. He takes them home and experiments with them to develop new blends. Although sometimes we have purged by accident.
Meanwhile, I work at the post office right across the street and in my break time we had lunch together in his office and take naps.
We spend hours in the cleaning supplies aisle because Levi can't decide between lavender, cinnamon and apple or citronella. In any case, he decides on all three. One day after work, he brought home a wooden barrel with a crank handle. He explained that it was for washing clothes, although it took me a while to understand how it was operated. He acquired it at a home novelty fair after the inventor convinced him by promising to make our lives easier. I thought it was a scam, but he made it work! It really saves us time and I don't have to ruin my manicure anymore.
On my last birthday, Levi got me a gramophone. We love dancing in the living room despite our clumsy feet, and we’re often off the beat. But who cares, with a drop of wine sprinkling the mix, we hardly notice it. I’ve been collecting discs from thrift stores and garage sales, cramming our place, so Levi felt compelled to build a box to store them safely.
As you might guess, Levi is little fond of PDA. He only feels confortable holding hands, however, from time to time I’d steal a kiss to tease him. He grunts and mellows right after, blushing like a teenage boy kissing his crush for the first time. In private, on the other hand, he’s embarrassingly clingy (don’t ever mention it). When we’re reading in the sofa, he’d snuggle on my chest and loves it when I drop kisses on his head and coddle him. He loves hugs from the back and unexpected kisses on the cheek. Levi is milk with sugar but needs to keep a reputation.
We love traveling. For our honey moon, we visited a tropical island in hizuru. Roasted on the beach all day. He’s still wary of the sea water, can’t stand the slimy animals brushing his legs. But he enjoyed the scenery, the food, drinks and long loving sexy sessions in our suite with ocean view. We’ve been to other places, even though the voyage makes us seasick. We’ve seen temples, museums, archeological sites, lavender fields, all captured in photo albums.
Levi and I live a slow, tranquil life after the war. I think that we deserve that respite. <3

The Yamada Family's Special Curry: Hypmic Curry Drama Track TL
Jiro: A curry battle huh…? They sure came up with a weird idea this time around…
Ichiro: I also think it’s a strange concept, but I still want to prove we’re the best. Will you two help me out?
Jiro & Saburo: Of course!!
Ichiro: Glad to hear it!
Saburo: We’re used to making curry so I think we should get started immediately!
Ichiro: Ah, about that… *places down a plate* I actually went ahead and made a prototype curry!
Saburo: As expected, Ichi-nii, you prepared something beforehand!
Ichiro: If we’re going to win over everyone, we can’t just use our usual curry. I was hoping you guys could help me perfect the ultimate curry!
Saburo: Then we’ll try the prototype so we can start ameliorating any flaws it may have!!
Jiro: A-Ameli…?? I don’t get what he just said but you can leave its flavour to me!!
Ichiro: Thanks, you two! Then, why don’t you go ahead and give it a taste?
Jiro & Saburo: Absolutely! *eats*
Jiro & Saburo: Mmm??
Jiro: This isn’t the flavour of our usual curry…! Did he really forget the most important part…??
Saburo: It’s greasy and tastes terrible…! I don’t want to say something Ichi-nii made is unpleasant but…!!
Ichiro: So how is it??
Jiro: I-I’ve never had anything like it before…
Saburo: W-what did you put in it?
Ichiro: *starts bringing out ingredients* So for the roux, I decided not to use anything you can buy from the store and made a completely original spice blend! I also used domestic A5 graded black beef and fatty mackerel!
Jiro: Yeah…?
Saburo: I see…
*phone rings*
Ichiro: Sorry, I gotta take this, it’s a work call. …Hello, how may I help you?
Jiro: *downs a glass of water* Hey Saburo, what did Nii-chan do to this curry??
Saburo: How am I supposed to know?? I can only assume he was so focused on beating the competition, failed to give it any rational thought.
Jiro: Damn it…! Even though Nii-chan’s usual curry is already the most delicious…!
Saburo: My thoughts exactly! He didn’t need to use these fancy ingredients, Ichi-nii’s curry is already exquisite…!
Jiro: We gotta bring Nii-chan back to his senses!
Saburo: As loathe as I am to work hand in hand with incompetence, there’s no other way…!
Ichiro: Sorry, guys, I’m back! So, what should I add to improve the curry?
Jiro & Saburo: *nods at each other*
Jiro: Aniki, I’ll give it to you straight. No matter what you add, this ain’t gonna be our curry!
Ichiro: What??
Jiro: I get where you’re coming from, but you shouldered this by yourself without even talking to us… Isn’t that messed up?
Saburo: I feel similarly to Jiro. If we’re going up against the other divisions, shouldn’t our bonds as brothers shine through?
Ichiro: Our bonds as brothers…?
Jiro & Saburo: And so, we should use our usual curry!
Ichiro: But, if we use our usual curry, wouldn’t you be able to tell the roux uses store bought curry and ingredients that were on sale? If we want to beat the others, then—
Jiro: But that’s what makes it our curry!
Saburo: Just like with our rap as the Buster Bros!!!, there wouldn’t be any point to winning if it’s not who we are!
Ichiro: You guys… *eats the curry* …Yeah, you’re right, this isn’t our curry. I understand what you mean!
Jiro & Saburo: …!!
Ichiro: Okay, let’s head out to the store to buy the stuff we usually use in our curry!
Jiro: Yeah! Once we hit up the shopping district, I’ll find the best bargain after a few rounds around the shops!
Saburo: According to my research, the type of roux that’s favoured across multiple age generations would be one that’s a bit sweet and hits the medium range in spiciness!
Ichiro: Thanks! I’m counting on you guys!
Saburo: Oh, there’s one more thing…
Jiro: What? We’re about to head out.
Saburo: No, it’s just, since we’re going to have to sell it, doesn’t that mean we need to come up with a name for our curry? I think the usual naming conventions revolve around the main ingredients used in the product.
Jiro: We got vegetables, fish, meat… If we go off of that, we’ve just got a variety curry.
Ichiro: We don’t even have to worry about that! No matter the ingredients, this is the “Yamada Family’s Special Curry”! And with it, the three of us will beat all the rest!!

So I'm by no means the best home cook in the world- hell, I'm only the third best in the house out of 4 people -but I make a pretty decent burrito, and I've made them consistently tasty for many years. I specifically throw refried beans, whatever burrito-appropriate meat is on sale, and cheese into a pot (after searing the meat chunks in the pan of course) with an assortment of spices, make rice separately, and roll the resulting rice and glop into burritos. It's down to a pretty steady system at this point. Hell, I made a post describing the recipe in some detail like a couple years ago.
Well, tonight I made them again, and while they came out pretty decent, I couldn't help but feel something was missing. Thinking about the flavor profile, I decided it needed something mildly tart/acidic in there and resolved to add lime juice to the meat as it sears next time.
I want downstairs just now to grab a couple of leftover burritos, when I noticed it. Sitting right next to the plastic-wrapped plate of leftovers. A bag of shredded tex-mex cheese blend.
I forgot. The fucking. CHEESE.

Too Much
Drabble where Geralt gets sensory overload on his way to meet someone...
Geralt walked through the narrow alleyways of the city market, assaulted by the riot of sensations around him. One of the worst side effects of the Trial of the Grasses he underwent so long ago - sensory overload. It came hand in hand with every Witcher’s heightened perceptive abilities. As the white wolf navigated the marketplace, he let out an irritated growl. This might become too much for him.
The first wave hit as the sun-drenched streets erupted with colour. Stalls draped in fabric of every hue—emerald greens, sapphire blues, and fiery reds—competed for attention. His breath came quicker, cat-like pupils narrowing. The bright banners fluttered in the breeze, creating a dizzying dance of colours. Geralt longed for a place to hide and close his eyes for a while, but he pressed on.
Merchants on every side of him called out their wares in a cacophony of voices, each shouting louder than the last. The grating noise of a blacksmith hammering metal and the rhythmic clang of a bell being rung by a merchant to announce a sale blended into a relentless barrage. The Witcher flinched, breathing sharply through his nose. Too much.  Each sound seemed to compete for dominance, creating a disorienting symphony that left him struggling to concentrate on continuing to move.
Just a few more streets, he internally reassured himself. Fuck, I hate festivals.
The scent of spices from hot food stalls hung heavily around the next corner. A dizzying mix of salty roasted meats and sugary pastries intertwined in the air, creating a heady aroma that clung to Geralt’s clothes and filled his lungs. It was both inviting and overwhelming, making his stomach rumble and clench at the same time. He kept stumbling forward. The nausea was almost too much.
Geralt felt the crowd thickening, or alleys narrowing, as he approached the city’s main square - his destination. Soon, the ground beneath his feet felt unstable, as if it were shifting and moving. The crowd pressed in from all sides, their footsteps a relentless thud on the cobblestones. Each collision of elbows and shoulders was a jolt of discomfort.
As the alley opened to the town's central square, music blared from every direction—drums, flutes, and horns combined in an erratic cacophony. Geralt felt like he was caught in a whirlpool of sound, each burst of noise heightening his sense of disarray. The crowd surged around him as he moved impossibly forward - as if out of body. Laughter, arguments, and excited shouts blended, forming an auditory sea continuously crashing against his ears. Too much, too much.
He stilled, trying to focus on what he was looking for - why he had come to this place.  Through the overwhelming sensations crashing over the overwhelmed Witcher, he smelled it.
Burnt sugar and roses, sweat, and sunshine. A scent he could pick out anywhere. He heard the familiar lute strings he had longed to find, and the sound of a heartbeat whose rhythm he knew as well as his own.
And then, he spotted the one who made the tumultuous trek through the festival worth it, even if the Witcher wasn’t very open about that fact.
Not to everyone, at least.
And when Dandelion’s forget-me-not eyes met Geralt’s golden ones across the crowd gathered between them, all the chaos of the festival simply faded away.

enshittification reminder of the day: finally had to concede it's time to replace our little Kenwood blend xtract, which has worked fine for something like.... five years? probably longer tbh, because it spent a while unused in a cupboard. but the one surviving plastic mug attachment is now dented and scratched from use and from hot liquid being poured into it, so i doubt it'll hold out much longer. it outlived and replaced the new spice blender i got for my birthday two years ago. it's been used for loads of things it wasn't really designed for (e.g., processing pork for gyoza and beef mince for kibbeh), and handled it as well as could be expected of its little made-for-smoothies blades. so i'm poking around online looking at different blenders and food processors, thinking maybe if mum and i go halves and take advantage of spring sales we can get something decent with more features, and.
i keep reading reviews and seeing videos of Kenwood blenders crapping out in a puff of black smoke on the first or second use. their current equivalent of the blend-xtract we've got is no exception. my gran and grandad both swore by kenwood or salter appliances and the ones we inherited from them worked excellently, but i just keep hearing bad things about/having bad experiences with newer models.
please i just want something to make food prep easier on my poor little hypermobile hands 😭

[ENG Translation] Soun Character Story #2: How to Spend Time at the Kamen Café
Tumblr media
"noa" is used for the agent's name. enjoy!
Noa: Welcome, Soun-san.
Soun: May I sit here?
Noa: Of course, please have a seat.
Noa: Are you ready to order?
Soun: I would like the café's recommendations and wine to go along with it.
Noa: Certainly!
Noa: You know, I'm surprised you stopped by. I always thought Koki-san cooked you something before work.
Soun: Koki went to a wholesale market today.
Soun: Apparently there are some ingredients on sale that he'd like to use for the lounge's menu.
Noa: It's just like him to obsess over unusual foods…!
(Time passes)
Leon: Thank you for your patience. Here is the herb roasted chicken and baguette set.
Soun: Ah, thank you.
Soun:…
Soun: …This is good.
Soun: What kind of spices do you use?
Leon: It's an herb blend, sir. If I may say, it is our very own original recipe.
Soun: I see. And how did you select the platter?
Leon: Taking into account the color of the chicken, I decided on a material that wouldn't dampen its image. The harmony between the tableware and the food is one of the pleasures of dining.
Soun: Was the arrangement also your doing?
Leon: Yes, sir. Whatever I decide, I always make sure to get Master Noa's input as well.
Soun: Your food service is not only meticulous, but also beautiful. The quantity, too, is just the right amount.
Leon: Pleasing our customers is an endeavor that takes continuous trial and error, so it's a great honor to hear those kind words from you, Master Soun…!
OPTION A: Leon's dedication sure is amazing! Soun: It's certainly an example to live by.
OPTION B: Somehow, it feel as if we're being tested. Soun: …Not at all, I was just curious.
Soun: I'll have to visit again.
Noa: Thank you very much. We look forward to seeing you next time!
Noa: …Phew. I definitely didn't expect to be bombarded by so many questions. Soun-san is a stickler for details, isn't he? Leon: …Perhaps he was here to scope out the enemy. Please be careful, Master Noa.
Noa: I suppose so…
