This blog will pit 64 different pairings against one another. All of them are in some way “problematic”- some feature a minor and an adult, others feature incestuous pairings, others still simply have questionable or potentially abusive dynamics. Many ships combine elements of more than one.

Each day, 4 polls will be posted pitting two different ships together (for a total of 8 ships per day). You are free to vote in as many or as few of these polls as you’d like.

This blog is explicitly pro-ship and anti-censorship, and obviously features dark themes. If this is a point of discomfort for you, you are free to block this blog, I don’t bite. Throwing my penny into the Humans are space orcs thing

Phobias.

There's no purpose or justification for them, some humans will just be mortaly terrified of something for no reason. And aliens are so confused by it because aliens are very logical species, they can’t fathom why one would be scared of something unless it was for survival.

“Human Andrew I require your presence in the labor- human Andrew what are you doing?” Asked Tuuk

“Spider.”

“Hm?” He followed the quaking crew members finger down to the floor where a small spider sat “Oh yes, the many legged arachnid creatures from your planet, i suppose one must have infiltrated the ship with our delivery of Earth flora. But that does not explain why you are standing on the table holding a cylindrical object?”

Human Andrew was about to explain himself when the Australian abomination moved causing the poor human to scramble backwards on the table, brandishing the bug spray, which he had smuggled on board, in attempts to defend himself from the small attacker. Tuuk had hoped he was prepared to face whatever shenanigans humans could throw at him, but watching the 6'2, 210 pound Chief biologist be reduced to sheer terror was something he couldn't have seen coming. Surely the small arachnid couldn't kill human Andrew? Or could it?

“Human Andrew are you in danger!? If this small of a creature is a threat to you should I be concerned? How lethal is it? Do you need help killing it? What do I do? Has it bit you?” Tuuk frantically asked, looking between the Human on the table and the potential danger below him.

“Uumm well no. I'm fine Tuuk, it's kind of embarrassing even, i just don't like spiders. This one's probably not even venomous they just….freak me out.” Human Andrew responded, with a look that Tuuk had learned indicated some amount of embarrassment.

“….. may I inquire as to why you are hiding from it then? Are humans evolved to be afraid of all spiders due to the few dangerous ones?”

“No, some people actually love 'em, I have a friend who has a tarantula as a pet, I just have a phobia with spider- it mOved again! Tuuk would you step on it please? I really hATE SPIDERS!”

After Tuuk had moved the arachnid into a container in the labratory (“it could be useful to study” “I aint studying that thing, keep it away from my desk”) he infromed the alien crew memebers that some humans are irrationally scared of certain things even if those things pose no actual threat. Just another illogical and backwards thing that if course the humans do, they concluded. However human Andrew did notice that from then on, his bug spray was always well stocked and that the other crewmembers made an effort to keep any bugs away from him fear of “another episode”.

Just wait until they learn about fear of the dark.

idk why but i just imagine peter coming back from patrol and its like midnight and he was a lil hungry and decided to get something from the kitchen while going there he hears voices from the living room and decided to take a peek and he sees all the avengers in pajamas reading something on the TV when peter gets a little closer he sees it... fucking Spider-man x Reader and tony was narrating it the avengers are reading fanfic about him and when one of them noticed peter he jumped and yelled peters name and tony immidiately closed the tab and put on something else almost all of them ashamed for getting caught reading fanfic about their teammate but right before tony closed the tab he was at the smut part...

All In Good Time

A very underdeveloped ship. They say write what you want to read. So here I am, doing just that. I also love the idea that our dreams are really the actions of our other selves across the Multiverse.

“Why, Peter? Why do you give me this… gift?”

“G-gift?” Peter stutters a whisper, his hips stuttering along with the question, chasing the slender hand’s glide along the inside of his thigh.

Stephen’s gaze lingered on the smooth skin, his own scarred, tanned fingers starkly contrasted against the pale gleam, a moist sheen gathering on Peter’s stomach, a transaction secured from Stephen’s unrelenting, rapt attention.

“It is a gift. You are a gift. Being permitted to see you like this. An offering I hardly feel I deserve…” Stephen’s fingers, slick with shared perspiration travelled upwards, ignoring the obvious need in favour of gently grasping Peter’s jaw.

“Why?” he repeated.

Peter opened his eyes to meet the warm, questioning gaze of the Sorcerer Supreme. “I—“

Stephen leaned closer, until all Peter could see was startling blue, the colour swirling in time with the sensations rippling across his oversensitive skin…

“—WHOA! What the heck was THAT?!” Peter Parker, alone in his bed, in his modest, sparse apartment, jolted wide awake, sitting up in bed so suddenly he nearly fell off the mattress. He flopped back down, pointedly ignoring the hardness beneath his sheets. He rolled to his side, breathing still erratic from the absolute vividness of the dream.

Meanwhile, over in Greenwich, one Sorcerer was also awake. Stirred by his own very vivid dream, a single question occupying his mind in that moment.

In an alternate reality, Peter Parker is living out his dream of being Spider-Man and working as an intern for Stark Industries (and the Avengers!) under his hero, Tony Stark, before heading off to college.  For the most part, it's incredible.  Okay, the Avengers treat him like he's still a child, and Mr. Stark's not exactly the friendliest mentor. But still, it's good.

Except that recently, Mr. Stark's been in the worst mood and Peter finds himself the unwitting focus of the man's ire.  He tries to keep his spirits up and tell himself that it's not personal, that anyone in the lab would be a target, but when Mr. Stark kicks him out, Peter knows he's done.

Then he finds himself falling for what feels like an eternity before returning to New York.  Only it's not his New York City and the Iron Man he ends up fighting alongside is definitely not his Iron Man.  Anthony Stark is kind of perfect.  The Other Avengers are kind of perfect.  Everyone here seems to love him.  And when he and Anthony are tapped by Dr. Strange to help seal the rift between realities, Peter finds himself wondering if he was supposed to be in the reality with Anthony all along.  (AU of an AU)

As Peter begins to come back to his usual self, personalities and wills clash, occasionally helped along by a certain Witch and a perpetually amused and exasperated Librarian. And Stephen finds that he can't plan for everything.

Worried about his partner, Stephen tries to think of what it is he might have done wrong. Upset, Peter pulls away.

Would he have chosen a bar? No. He wasn’t supposed to drink on school nights and honestly, he preferred going to the movies or a show. But he was in college and honestly, it wasn’t like it needed to be a big deal.

Goodbye Grey Sky, Hello Blue Mature, WIP

In an alternate universe where trains and zeppelins are still common forms of travel and the internet and cell phones exist, Peter Parker has few options left after he's swindled out of his inheritance. Unable to pay for college, let alone keep the house left to him by his deceased aunt, he's running out of time before he's out on the streets. Desperate, Peter signs his life over to the Bureau of Civic Spousal Selections to take his chances as the selected husband of a complete stranger. After all, he only has to make it through a year and then he can choose to annul.

Dr. Stephen Strange has little interest in marriage, preferring to focus on his career. When his career is threatened by what a nosy board of directors considers a "lack of personal fulfillment and settling down," he opts to select a spouse through the BCSS and chooses Peter Parker. The young man's profile suggests intelligence and compatibility. It's not ideal, but if after a year it's not working out, he can always annul the marriage and send Peter on his way.

It's a marriage neither truly wants, with sharp learning curves for both. It's either going to be forever or it's going to go down in flames. (Domestic Discipline, 1950s-Modern Fusion AU)

Okay okay but no one believes Peter is in a relationship. Sure people know he changed his Facebook status a few months back. But no one else was connected to it.

" My boyfriend doesn't have a facebook "

So yeah a lot of his college classmates think that he is lying about it. Sure some of them could admit that Peter was cute adorable even but they just can't picture this nerd who wore big sweaters, baggy clothes and sweatshirt to have any game.

Then, the day someone mixed some chemicals wrong during their lab day. Beakers exploded. Splashing stuff everywhere. Classmates quickly having to strip jackets and shirts off before the chemicals soak in and burn the skin.

" Oh shit Parker "

People turn to look at Peter, who has a bright blush spreading. His neck and chest and abs( yes, he had a small 6pack who knew!) It was covered in hickey's and bite marks.

They were even more surprised when the mysterious boyfriend actually shows up with a change of clothes.

Stephen and Tony laying in bed. They have been together for 7 years now. Maybe they are having late night talks, serious, bare it all talks. And maybe on this night, they talk about "the one that got away" they are happy together, and things are great and wouldn't trade each other for the world.

But both their pasts are complicated. Most people are not still best friends with their ex's who got together. Who knew that Pepper and Christine would end up as the love story of the century.

But surprisingly, they don't say those names- the one the other was expecting.

" See... there was this intern. His name was Peter; I never clicked so well with someone. But he was young.... Pepper said it was bad PR so we kept it quite. We didn't go public... we were together about a year, but I still wasn't off the wagon.. just better at hiding it at that point... there was a party. I can't really remember the night, but the next day he was gone. ..."

" Funnily mine was named Peter too.... his aunt was a nurse at the hospital, and he volunteered there a lot for the scholarship for his college. We fit well together, I knew he had recently gotten out of a relationship, but we were moving fast. I had a long day with intense surgery... one of the few patients I lost. I was angry. I know he was trying to encourage me. But I wasn't having it. I said.... so many hurtful things... Came home a few days later to a package of my things from his place at the door."

Would they realize they were talking about the same Peter??

A year later, Stephen and Tony are at a charity event. They already made their donations, but they have to show some face as well. The couple is very much looking forward to leaving soon and going on a date, just the two of them. Tony found a new exciting looking restaurant they want to try.

Seeing familiar faces in the crowd is to be expected, but this one feels different. It stirs up something in Tony, even after just one glance. His curls are shorter, but the colour is the same.

The young man turns, and their eyes meet. Tony doesn’t make the first move, too embarrassed to do so. He knows he was in the wrong way back then. But, the man approaches. God, Peter is even more beautiful now.

“Mr Stark! It’s been a long time.”

“Yeah, it really has. Mr Parker.” Tony manages to breathe out shakily. Peter’s smile seems so genuine, but there is something in his eyes. It is hard to pinpoint with all the memories swirling in Tony’s mind.

“Hey, honey. Ready to get going?” Stephen swoops in from behind, putting a hand on the back of Tony’s neck.

“Oh, Doctor Strange, too. Wow!” Peter gasps.

Only now does Stephen notice Peter and his eyes go wide in surprise.

“Peter! I didn’t expect to see you here.” Stephen says, reaching a hand out in a greeting. Peter takes it, but lets go quickly.

“Wait, you know him?” Tony asks, making Stephen turn to him with a puzzled look.

“Yes, uhm- he volunteered at the hospital. Is- is that- intern Peter?”

The husbands start talking over each other, not really listening to one another, but neither wants to back down either. By the time they look around, Peter has disappeared.

Date night probably isn’t going to go as they hoped it would.

Fast asleep in the living room, laying on a giant bean bag( or a just a giant pillow) he has his head phones on ya know the one with the cat ears. Wearing a cut off shirt and panties, cuddling his large Deadpool plushie.

Wade totally got that plushie for him. It always pisses Tony off and causes Steve to shake his head.

Fell asleep listening to the new Midnights album that Bucky got him.

Someone arrives to wake him up and or carry him to bed.

That's it.

Honestly could be any pairing.
